Fantastic experience: Experienced dentist with personable qualities…takes time to explain method and plan in a polite and kind manner. Hygienist explains her actions and what is to be expected. Friendly efficient staff that keeps things moving so that no one is left to sit too long making an uncomfortable experience much more comfortable.

Fantastic experience: The VERY best dentist with the friendliest staff. I never have to wait long. They always do their best to schedule me in a time crunch. One of my first appointments I was in need of a root canal and have difficult roots, so Dr. Helton told me even though he could do root canals, he felt like this was out of his scope and he’d feel better if an endodontist did it instead. Several dentists/physicians will perform procedures they know are best done by someone who specializes but decide to do it themselves for the money or because they are not humble enough to admit they are uncomfortable with doing it and it spoke volumes to me that Dr. Helton was honest with me and had my best interest at heart. I knew then that I didn’t want to ever have to see another dentist because I knew I could trust him. The staff even call the day after having work done to check and make sure everything is okay. Seriously cannot recommend them enough!

When the doctor came in, he took the time to explain my problems and my options. Overall, the appointment was one of the best I have ever had in a dental office.

Negative experience: (Read all please)…….Very professional staff , friendly and easy to work with. They help you to understand anything confusing and or complicated and that’s a good thing. I’d recommend them for sure. UPDATE!!!!I would strongly suggest not using this place at all . Long story short insurance paid well over $2,000 and I’m short of two teeth now. I understand some procedures are not a guarantee, however, both procedures were a fail. Also they milked every single penny of my insurance. Now I’m out of pocket to go get the other failed root canal/crowned tooth removed and only lasted few months. Oh Also they was super friendly while I had insurance $$ but as soon as they used it all they would not even return my email request aka call until I kept on trying to ask um how much insurance I had left which turned out to be none.
