Fantastic experience: Dentist and hygienist were absolutely great! Kind, attentive, and thorough. They are focused on the right things.

Fantastic experience: This may sound crazy because I needed a root canal on a very painful molar but I had a terrific experience with Dr. Keyur Patoliya. Thorough, communicative and incredibly skilled, he didn't miss even once drilling the tooth to prepare it for the crown. Totally impressed. Even the temporary crown fit neatly and what’s more, it stayed in place for two weeks. The permanent crown fit perfectly. I’m guessing that’s because the impression was spot on. All that said, I’d recommend Dr. K in a NY minute. Very skilled. And the staff at American Dental was quite knowledgeable, friendly and flexible. I was referred to ADE by Boyertown Family Dental, which is affiliated with it and they were super accommodating with Dr. Shah. Just great work all around.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Devika is great! She is so kind and filled my cavity quickly with no discomfort. She took the time to listen to my concerns, and I did not feel rushed in any way! The rest of the staff is wonderful! Excellent care from start to finish!

Fantastic experience: I needed an emergency visit after my crown broke and my regular dentist office was closed. I was able to quickly get an appointment at American Dental Excellence. The office staff and dental hygienist were very friendly and welcoming. The dentist was good at listening, explained the procedure, and did a very good job of providing the fix that I needed. I was very grateful for the quick service and the relief provided.

The desk staff is very helpful and understanding when scheduling appointments and giving quotes about procedures. The doctors explain what needs to be completed so the patient understands before the procedure takes place.

Then I went to Dr. Shah, he is very nice and ready and able to help. He was able to get my o rings and fix my dentures quickly for me. Would recommend fantastic doctor and staff.

Mine was not a typical case due to jaw degradation and an hole in my sinus cavity. Even through multiple surgeries to get my mouth straightened out, it has been a very positive experience due to the attitude and care of the most professional dental staff I have ever dealt with. I would highly recommend paying them a visit with any dental needs you may have.

Fantastic experience: I honestly hate the dentist, as a kid it always made me sad to be talked down to, but at American dental now as a 20 year old, i genuinely feel cared for, everyone from the people helping my teeth to the secretary giving me scheduling advice and help it’s a great experience and now im taking better care of my teeth.

Fantastic experience: I had a problem with a fixed implant bridge coming loose while in PA and the installing dentist was out of state. I called the Limerick office and they gave me an appointment just an hour and a half later! The service from the reception staff, dental assistant and the dentists was exceptional. They are all very friendly, the dentist that worked on me was quite informative, answering all my questions and educating me along the way. He performed the repair quickly and painlessly. Positive experience: Dental hygienist is awesome and the doctors are very professional and friendly. Just a suggestion but they should significantly reduce the number of questions in their medical form.

Negative experience: I have overcome toxic overload so I am VERY CONSCIOUS OF EVERYTHING I CONSUME. During a second attempt to find out what brand and ingredients in their novocaine, it was revealed the 'novocaine' they use isn't novocaine but some other chemical and has ACETONE as the second ingredient, the first 'inactive' ingredient according to the receptionist that wouldn't reveal the brand- just read me the ingredients. Their response is if you don't like it- I guess you ain't getting your teeth done then. I'll pass on nail polish remover in my jaw, No wonder the dentist ignored my call! I was really tipped off when they mock any patient concerns and decided protecting you from x-rays is old school while their new hire practices with the x-ray gun. I could be telling you how talented my dentist is, instead I need to warn my brothers and sisters that they are being poisoned by the medical industry!
