Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr. Hirschman and Advanced Endodontics by my dentist, and I am so glad that I was. Before my appointment, I was contacted by the staff, and from that initial conversation throughout my entire experience, I had nothing but a positive experience. During my visit, they were able to locate a crack in my back tooth and explained everything in detail, and provided me with options. This was my first major dental procedure, and while I was nervous, the way that I was treated, the time taken, and the honesty displayed by the staff and doctor put me at ease. I highly recommend Advanced Endodontics and Dr. Hirschman. While I hope that I don't have to, I would not hesitate to go to them again, and I really appreciate all that they did for me.

Fantastic experience: From the very first interaction I felt seen and heard. All of my concerns, from the problem tooth to the financial, were all handled with care and respect. Dr was very gentle and patient with me, and all of his staff were amazing to work with. I have at least one more procedure to be scheduled, and I look forward to going back.

Fantastic experience: I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Let me start by saying this: I was extremely nervous about coming in for a retreat on my root canal. I had originally planned to go somewhere else, but I ultimately decided not to because I just didn’t feel comfortable for several reasons. So I began searching for a trustworthy endodontic office—and I’m beyond happy that my search led me to Advanced Endodontics. Beth, who helped me schedule my appointment, was absolutely incredible and so kind. When I arrived, the lady at the front desk greeted me and made me feel so welcomed, and the waiting room even had snacks and drinks available. The entire facility was so clean, and everyone I encountered was unbelievably friendly. Dr. Hirschman was amazing—he talked me through every step of the procedure and made me feel completely at ease. Megan, his assistant, was just as wonderful and comforting throughout the entire experience. Thank you, Advanced Endodontics, for turning something I was so nervous about into such a positive and reassuring experience. I truly couldn’t be happier with the care I received!

Fantastic experience: Customer service is very important to me. The second I walked into the office; everyone was very friendly and ready to help me. This was my first ever major dental procedure, and I was a bit nervous. Everything was explained and I was given options. There were able to get me done an hour later and the staff was awesome. It is not the type of place that we want to go to, but if you need anything done, this is the place to go.

Fantastic experience: Very professional staff and amazing work preformed! I am not a fan of dental work and when its a special operation I do not look forward to it. They had me in and out in less then an hour! ZERO PAIN, ZERO! I have nothing but good things to say about this experience, the care they took made this so much cleaner and less stressful. They use a damn to block off the rest of your mouth (Yes you can breathe and move your jaw) so zero mess makes it into the rest of your mouth. The facility is very clean and professional. I would recommend them over and over again! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I recently had a root canal with Dr. Hirschman, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, Dr. Hirschman and his assistant were extremely professional, confident, and knowledgeable, which immediately put me at ease. Their expertise and calm manner made what could have been a stressful procedure very comfortable. The staff were also very welcoming and kind, which made the whole visit even better. Of course, I hope I won’t need another root canal procedure anytime soon, but if I ever do, I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to return to Dr. Hirschman. Fantastic experience: First thing! Ashley! She was so patient and understanding with me! She took great care to make sure I got what I needed. The office is all about your experience. Coffee, treats, a friendly smile at the desk. A written greeting with my name in the room I was in. Super nice touches to what can usually be a bummer of a day. Fantastic experience: I was referred here by my regular Dentist and as a former Dental Assistant I knew the procedure but I was nervous for a stranger to work on my mouth but after meeting the assistants and checking out the technology I was feeling a bit better but when I met the Dr. and he was so nice and kind and showed me pictures of what he was going to do I was was completely confident in his hands And I absolutely felt no pain at all!!! Fantastic experience: I was greeted and promptly assigned to a room. Once the consultation was complete I was asked to return the same day for treatment. The doctor was gentle and the procedure was quick. I had no pain whatsoever afterward. The office contacted me the following day to follow up and to answer questions.

Fantastic experience: First root canal, and I was terrified. It was one of the best dental visits I've ever had. The ladies at the front were so welcoming. I felt like I was checking into a spa lol. The room was tranquil. The room had a large window facing trees. Tons of birds...even a window bird feeder. Comfort was the priority, and I could tell. The doctor was super nice, informative and got me in and out much faster than I expected. I hope I won't need another root canal, but if I do, I know who to call. Thank you Advanced Endodontics

Fantastic experience: When you think of a root canal, you think of pain not only during the proceedure but days afterward. My first root canal (25 years ago) was like that, but this was remarkable. There was no pain during the procedure and a day later I couldn't even feel it. Dr. Heirschman was great. He explained what he was going to do and what the results of his work would be like in the days to come. Plus he was very personable, up beat and positive. His whole office was great as they were helpful in setting up for future appointments, answering other questions and dealing with costs. I would recommend Advanced Endodontics to anyone needing such a proceedure.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hirschman and Megan were absolutely wonderful! They explained everything they were doing, which really helped ease my anxiety. I was completely numb during the procedure and didn’t feel a thing. I took two Tylenol before the numbness wore off, but by the next day, I didn’t need anything at all. Even the office staff was kind and welcoming—it was a great experience overall!

Fantastic experience: Was referred by my dentist to clean infection in a root canal. Megan and Dr. Hirschman explained the situation, gave me my options, and performed the procedure (drilling into root canal, disinfecting, and readding filling) all in the same day in a timely manner. Would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Had to rework a 8-yr-old root canal. Dr. Hirschmann got it done the day I went in for the diagnostic consultation, in 1.5 hrs. Consultation was in the morning and root canal was in the afternoon. Felt no pain at all during the procedure, even the anesthesia! IF I need another root canal (and I hope I don’t), I wouldn’t hesitate in returning!

The work was done very profesinally, I was explaned all the details of the issue I had, did not feel anything witu sufficient anestesia, no after procedure effects. Fantastic experience: i had a great experience. The staff were calming. I had a root canal years ago and I didn’t like it. The doctor explained what would happen before the work started. I was so relaxed I fell asleep. It was terrific.

Fantastic experience: Went in for a root canal evaluation. After the x rays and 3D scans, met with doctor and he confirmed that I did need a root canal. Luckily, he was able to perform the procedure as well in the same visit. Very happy with the way things turned out. No pain even after the local anesthetic wore off.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit here. I was referred to them by my dentist for some more in-depth dental work. From making my appointment, to my arrival and time spent with the Doctor, it was welcoming and helped me to relax through my consultation and prepare myself for the work that was recommended. I appreciate that Dr. Hirschman was honest and upfront with me with procedures that he said needed to be done and that he was not trying to sell me something that I did not need. I have a few upcoming procedures based on his diagnosis and I know that they will go amazing. I highly recommend them for your dental work.

Fantastic experience: Total pros! I'll be honest, I have been neglecting going to the dentist for too long, mostly due to irrational fears. Eventually I chipped a tooth really bad, down to the root, and the daily pain was too much so it forced my hand. I went to a general dentist and was referred to Advanced Endodontics for a root canal. If you're in a similar position as me, then I promise all the anxiety and tooth pain is FAR worse than the procedure. I felt virtually no pain the entire time, and even the shots paled in comparison to the sharp pain I felt every time I took a drink of cold water from my bad tooth. I was so nervous about all of this that I requested nitrous oxide, but with modern techniques and practices I feel like that was overkill so I suggest saving your money if you are considering this. If you're reading this and anxious about an upcoming procedure then please put your mind at ease. I neglected proper care for too long, but now I'm motivated to right all of my wrongs! Everyone who works here is wonderful!

Extremely professional, front office is kind and got me in ASAP, they contacted insurance before arrival so I was prepared for coverage details, Dr Hirschman is thorough in explaining the procedure and very gentle. 10/10 hopefully I don't have to come back but should another root canal adventure ensue... Fantastic experience: Was impressed with every part of my experience at Advanced Endodontics…:friendly desk personnel, professional and competent dental assistant, updated 3 dimensional x-rays and an expert Endodonist who didn’t want to treat me until he conferred with my dentist…I felt I could trust the integrity and competency of Dr. Hirschman 100%.

Fantastic experience: I adore this office. Every single staff member from doctors to assistants to the receptionists are all very welcoming and warm. It's a light hearted environment and they do their best to make you feel comfortable knowing that it is not the easiest to need their services. Crystal and Dr.H were fantastic and although I had some bouts of anxiety, they did their best to always clearly communicate what was going to happen before they did it and had fun conversation to help keep me calm. I also appreciate the directness of options presented to me and the ability to answer my questions in a way I could understand. Their care does not stop once you pay either. As I sat waiting for a ride after I paid my balance, they offered me water which I was afraid to drink while numb and then gave me a little straw so I could drink without spilling. It's such a simple gesture but it's the little things that add up
