Fantastic experience: I see Dr Patel at the Fullerton office. He’s been my dentist for many years and he’s great! The front office is always friendly and personable, I worked with Joey and Drew this week. I was in this week for a cleaning with Catherine, she’s wonderful, always kind and patient.. My mouth is so sensitive and it is so painful to have my teeth cleaned that it takes me two days to do this. One side of my mouth is numbed and cleaned one day, then I go back the next day and they do the other side of my mouth. I appreciate Catherine, she is great to work with!!. Male or female, good teeth or bad teeth, if you have a fear of the dentist and don’t want to go, for whatever reason, talk to them and maybe they can work out a solution for you!

Fantastic experience: I had a very positive experience during my first visit last Tuesday to see the dentist I had the appointment with. First of all his assistant the young lady was exceptionally clearing in starting the exam procedure. Very knowledgeable in the early examination process. Then the Doctor came in and added on the process in a positive ways. The Doctor was super in explaining the problems with my teeth. Being a nurse myself I take great care of my teeth but my problem is genetic. I started having problems with my teeth in my teenage years now getting worst as am older. I believe I will get great care from these two exceptional professionals. Thanks.

Fantastic experience: I went to Dental One to have a complete upper and lower denture made. Dr. Patel and his team did an awesome job. He faced challenges with getting the proper fit for my upper denture because I have so much bone loss, and I had abutments in my lower jaw from a previous provider who didn't disclose, with my medical records, the type of fasteners they used to snap on the denture. When I came to pick up my dentures, they felt better than any of the dentures I had made in the past.

They work together extremely well, and make it all seem so easy. This group has helped me deal with intense fear of dentistry and needles, and I am so grateful for that. They also have many ways to help with finances when costs are outside insurances. I recommend them as highly as I can. I would give them them a rating of 100 if I could.

Negative experience: The front office initially drove me away with their incompetence, but I thought I'd try again. Bad move. I've now just had TWO visits with NO medical attention. They will change doctors on you, too, without letting you know. They will wait for information, and not tell you the info is needed while you just sit and wait for something to happen. So very done here.

Fantastic experience: Maria is such a good dental hygienist that I really enjoy having my teeth cleaned and all the other dental things she does when I'm in the office. It's a very friendly office and everyone is very professional. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to see a dentist.

Positive experience: Dentist apologized for making us wait for a hour passed my appointment in the waiting room. Office staff is less than desirable. I called twice AND left a detailed message on the web chat. None of which was even acknowledged. I had questions on my surgery that I just had. This is how you treat patients who just had surgery?? Shame on you. We would not recommend this dental office at all.

I enjoy going there because the customer service is always great!!! I gave them 4 stars because scheduling is not always easy. My appointments always seem to get canceled and rescheduled prior to my upcoming appointment with my favorite hygienist. Overall, would recommend to anyone.

I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff and was send shortly after my arrival. Both the technician and Dr..Avery White ( periodontist )were friendly,knowledgeable. Negative experience: Went to see him with an infected tooth that I needed antibiotics. He had me take 16 X-rays with him when I was in terrible pain. I didn't care for how he acted towards me, so I never returned to him. Then I went to a new dentist, I got the X-rays transferred, and they are so light you can't read them. So now I have to pay out of pocket because you can only get them done every 5 years. So I missed out on money at work and have to miss more money and pay for new X-rays. Why did you take those X-rays with your scrappy equipment and charge my insurance for X-rays that can't be read? Rip off.

Negative experience: Dentist were nice , office was nice , my hygienist was not.First appt is just to look over and prices. Then they can bring you back later in the day . Prices are high and who has the time to run back and forth in one day. A money thing .,I was very disappointed. The two stars are strictly for the workers.

Negative experience: I can't recommend this office. The dentists and hygienists are great, but the office staff seem inefficient. That's the best way I can describe it. You will be kept on hold for over 20 minutes and it'll probably take you more than one phone call to resolve your issue.

Negative experience: I’ve been going here for nearly 10 years, and it’s just OK. Appointments are nearly impossible to schedule on time—a hygienist even chided me once for not being able to come in at regular intervals (even though it’s because they’re overbooked). I’m now booking regular appointments ONE YEAR from now. And on my last visit, I watched a bug crawling in the light fixture above my head, alongside several dead ones.

Fantastic experience: Been a patient here for a couple years here maybe. The staff here is very attentive, patient, and kind. It's quite something too cause I'm neurodivergent as far as I know so I bring some unorthodox problems to the table and those were no problem for everyone to field gracefully. (That was definitely a runon) Excited to return!

Negative experience: Really considering changing my dental care provider. I've had the same dental hygienist the last few times I've visited and each time she has exemplified a nasty disposition and attitude as if there was a personal conflict that we've had that im unaware of. I've now requested a new person so I'll make revisions to this post if all goes well. If not, I'll definitely be changing providers at that point. The location is great for me but not great enough to deal with someone playing in my mouth that has a chip on their shoulder. This could just be my experience so try it for yourself.

He’s not only a fantastic dentist, he’s knowledgeable, gentle, and thorough, but he’s also created an office environment that is genuinely welcoming and kind. Maria is an incredible hygienist, super gentle and detailed, and I actually look forward to my cleanings with her! The front office staff is also top-notch: organized, friendly, and always on top of things (shoutout to Drew and Ioana). I truly feel like I’m in the best hands every time I walk through the door. Positive experience: Nice practitioners, but too busy. I need to get a cavity filled, and couldn't schedule the appointment for a year. I will have to go somewhere else.

Negative experience: the staff is fine however the office overbooks appointments so much so that my next scheduled visit isn't for a full year from my last visit. the ADA recommends regular visits every six months which is impossible to do if the schedule is completely booked out until the next year. I have yet to receive any updates regarding being on the "short call list" and my next visit should be this summer. I am wondering if I should find a new practice because this manner of business actively prevents regular cleaning and check-ups. I do not want to have adverse effects from the inability to get a regular cleaning every six months, as I take my dental health seriously.

Fantastic experience: Lets start by saying this is the best dental office in the state of Maryland starting with Drew the front desk receptionist he goes above the call of duty to make sure all the customers are completely satisfied and then there's Dr. Laukitis He gives a thorough explanation of the exam along with the best recommendations moving forward and last, but not least Britney the hygienist she cleaned my teeth so well I now have a million dollar smile I've already booked out until 2027. If you know what I know this is the only Office you'll ever choose again once you visit.

Positive experience: The Hygienist was great. She took her time, explained everything , and was thorough. However, I called the office to see if I could come in early and I was on hold for nearly 37 minutes and I didn't hang up until I walked into the office. I was driving toward the office so no need to hang-up. That was unacceptable.

Fantastic experience: Very professional. Thorough examination. Not a long wait. Spoke directly to the Doctor. Explained everything. 2nd Visit just as good as the first. Had a scaling done and an extraction. Painless and thorough. I would highly recommend Dental One Associates at the Beltway. Everyone is so professional and friendly. 3rd Visit, again, couldn’t ask for better treatment. Definitely a great practice. Once again a 5 Star update. Had my 4th visit and everything was as expected. I neglected my teeth for many years and now I need a lot of work. It's good to know I'm in good hands at Dental One Associates at Beltway.

I was a little scared, but the dental hygienist Explained everything she was going to do and told me if at all anytime I didn’t feel comfortable to let her know. It was great and my teeth look nice and my gums feel good on that side of my mouth thank you very much!

Negative experience: Clinic was clean but I had to wait 15 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. I was over exposed to xrays because the tech kept having to retake them. Th3 dentist that saw me had terrible breath and I just could not get comfortable with the smell so close to my mouth. After the assessment, I was told that a cleaning would cost just over $800 and I'd need two visits, over $800 per visit. I have very good insurance and most of that would have been covered, but in my mind, that cost was very excessive. I'm sorry, but I'd rather make the drive to my former dentist even if it's 30 minutes away.

Positive experience: Very professional; very quick visit. Great transparency on costs. I just hope that they're able to find another dental practitioner soon, since they seem to have more patients than they can handle!

Fantastic experience: I'm a new patient of Dental One Associates at Beltway. I found them through my insurance provider. My first point of contact with the practice was Iyona. She's amazing, professional, thorough, courteous, and has a warm disposition. She made the ease of going through paperwork and getting me in promptly with my dental situation. I really appreciated that. She also assisted me in getting my mama a new patient appointment. The practice is booked up however she called me the next day and was able to get my mama's appointment moved up earlier with their cancelation list. Another positive aspect of the practice is Ms. Tiffany she's funny, professional, thorough, and for people who hate going to the dentist she puts you at ease while honestly letting you know what to expect. I definitely appreciate that. I saw Dr. Patel he was pleasant, knowledgeable, and recommended a night guard and waterpik I needed to stay in an upward trajectory with my dental health. As a new patient I am glad that I found this practice to continue my dental health needs.

Negative experience: I had an appointment at Beltway Dental and arrived on time, only to be told I needed to call my dental insurance for an update. I did so immediately while sitting in the office. After resolving the issue, I was shocked when the dental associate told me I was now 15 minutes behind—despite the fact that I was sitting there the entire time handling the insurance request they asked me to address. To make matters worse, they refused to see me and told me I had to reschedule. How is that fair when the delay was caused by their own request? My time was completely wasted, and the lack of consideration for patients is unacceptable. If punctuality is so important, perhaps they should consider being more efficient in handling their own administrative processes. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone who values their time.

Positive experience: My hygienist was great but the two front desk workers just talked the entire time while you’re waiting to check out and make your follow up. I sat for 10 minutes and I got tired of waiting so I left. Dr. L. is great.

Negative experience: I’ve been a patient for more than 10 years. I had a cleaning scheduled for this Wednesday. They cancelled the appointment last week and told me they would try to reschedule my appointment in 2026! This is crazy! Several times I’ve arrived for appointments and was told they were cancelled because they called and I didn’t confirm. Not sure who they called but it wasn’t me. The quality of service used to be good but it’s gone down horribly!

Fantastic experience: My appointment began promptly at 9am, which kept me on my schedule for the remainder of the day, and Brittany is an exceptional hygienist. She thoroughly cleaned my teeth and took time to show me daily methods to improve and maintain healthy teeth and gums between visits.
