The work they do is great and take pride in there work life balance structure for their staff creating a dedicated team that is reflected in there level of care. Fantastic experience: Update: My family and I have been coming here since 2023. We recently moved 3 hours away and have yet to find a dental office that can even compare to Ellis Family Dentistry. So we decided that making the 3 hour drive to come to Ellis Family Dentistry is more than worth the drive. Every single person in the office makes you feel welcomed and goes out of their way to ensure you feel safe and comfortable. If you are looking for a great dental office with exceptional care look no further. Everyone at Ellis Family Dentistry are amazing. Highly recommend them if you have dental anxiety. She was just as cordial in person on my first visit. I have visited their office on three occasions for dental services. They have been nothing but the best in customer service and being thorough in their work. Dr. Jonathan, Dr. Keller, Seaver, and Jenna have done an excellent job explaining what needs to be done and the expected outcomes. My mouth has been sore for two weeks since Dr. Jonathan replaced my crowns, but he said it could take a few weeks due to the work done. I appreciated him taking X-rays during the process to make certain his work was done right! Thanks for the professional service!

Fantastic experience: I truly cannot say enough good things about this dental office. After getting 8 crowns on my front teeth along with a few fillings, I am completely in love with my smile. I have had such terrible experiences in the past and they were able to calm me. Dr. Jonathan Ellis was so very patient...he listened to me and was able to give me some options and care plans that I could live with! I had originally come in with a broken front tooth that I was sure needed to be pulled. Dr. Jonathan said the tooth could be saved. What a good thing. The Ellis Family Dentistry staff responded quickly to stabilize me with oxygen, monitored my vitals and kept me calm and comfortable until EMS arrived. Fantastic experience: The prior dental practice we used for years recently quit accepting our insurance. Which turned out to be a blessing in disguise! I saw on FB that Ellis Family Dentistry was accepting new patients so I checked out their reviews, which were wonderful. I now know why! The staff are friendly and welcoming, but even more importantly are consummate professionals. They took xrays (no heavy vest and outdated equipment here.) Also took pictures. I have ALWAYS gone for regular cleanings and done whatever was necessary to take care of my teeth. Unfortunately, there was a crown that I had questioned since the day I received it at the prior practice we used. At Ellis Family dentistry they didn't just tell me, they showed me what the problem was with pictures and xrays. The crown will need to be replaced. And despite the fact that I had regular cleanings at the prior practice, I had buildup under the gum line around that one tooth. Also shown to me on xray. I got the deep cleaning at that appt. and was shown the before and after xrays so that I could see the difference. At most practices you just trust that you're getting the dental care that you and your insurance company pay for. Sadly, this is not always the case. After just one visit to Ellis Family Dentistry I highly recommend them, for state of the art dental care and stellar customer service. Best dental practice I have ever experienced.

Negative experience: The doctor was very thorough in giving me a complete examination for the first time. Unfortunately, they stopped accepting Delta Dental soon after we went there and then were not very cooperative in transferring all our records to our new dentist. Finally, they did transfer them but not until after I had to argue with them about it.

Fantastic experience: I've been going here since I was a kid. I'd last gone around 2018/2019 and it's now 2024- almost 2025. I didn't get too much smart talk about how long it had been, but they did a through exam and checked on all the teeth they were keeping an eye on. Everyone at the office is very nice and helpful. I'll always recommend them. There's a reason I did come back here for dental services even if it had been a while.

And in my other reviews I have stated that this place is like a one big happy family. And of course it still is everyone is so polite and kind. And more than accommodating. And of course my favorite dentist Mr Ellis himself. I absolutely love that guy he just has such a wonderful persona and he's a great dentist. I bring my whole family and we are pleased. Definitely the best dental office we’ve ever visited.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a wonderful visit to Ellis Family Dentistry. The front desk staff (Nikki, Stef and Krista) all helped get me the first available appointment. I asked for an estimate of my copay and I had reply within minutes. I was greeted the day of my appointment with a happy staff and felt welcomed to the office. Kayleigh was the dental assistant who worked with Dr. Ellis that day and she was hands down the BEST assistant I have come in contact with. She explained every step in the long appointment I had that day. She was very comforting and checked on my often. Dr. Ellis did a wonderful job as always and I would always refer his office to anyone needing dental work!! Thanks EFD!!!

Fantastic experience: I love Ellis Family Dentistry. My entire family goes here, my kids have grown and make their own life choices and chose to stick with them. Dr. Keller & Dr. Ellis are great, the staff is wonderful. They’re professional, efficient, super friendly, personable & seem to really care.

Fantastic experience: As someone who previously struggled with dental anxiety, finding the right dentist was hard. Now I don’t hesitate at all. I love all of the hygienist and dentist and now the whole family (even the 3yo!) is on a regular dental routine which cuts WAY down on dental emergencies!
