Fantastic experience: I really love the staff here! They go above and beyond with being professional yet making me feel valued and cared for as an individual. Jenna is the sweetest person I’ve ever met. I appreciate her dedication to my oral health and it’s inspired me to get serious about it as well. Justin P is also very nice and I don’t see myself ever going to anyone else.

Fantastic experience: Omgg!! The best dental care I ever had in my life! I was such a scaredy cat do the past experiences. I put off going for a long time I was taking care of by Dr Bernardo and his assistant Cynthia. I had a brige done, and all the way through the process, they took every precaution to make me comfortable and relaxed! Very professional! I'm truly thankful for their care and expertise!

The assistants the hygienist and especially Dr. Perdichizzi are professional, informative, and friendly. I’ve had X-rays, cleanings,, an extraction, a bridge, and an implant . All of the procedures went smoothly and I am happy to say no problems. Checking in and out at the front desk is just as smooth. The front desk lets you know what needs to be done, what you are going to owe and how long you will be there for your appointment. I am so happy to have found such a wonderful and caring Dental Practice. They have your best interest in mind you won’t regret choosing them for your dental needs.

Fantastic experience: My visit was great and thorough. I walked in to the office with a warm friendly invite from Mia. She made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Renee did my teeth cleaning and did an amazing job and was very thorough. Dr P was called to check on a couple crowns that need to be replaced and he confirmed that is time to replace them and was very precise on why they need to be replaced. my overall experience was top-notch and I’m very happy that I come to Sunstone dental. My previous dentist was not even close to as good as this facility.

Fantastic experience: We moved to Henderson NV 4 months ago. We were with our family dentist for 45 years. My husband and I were somewhat anxious to see another dentist who could match our dentist. Upon entering the dental office, the staff is very professional and kind. The dental hygienist took a lot of time and X-rays were completed. The office equipment is very advanced. Dr. P spent time with me, explained the dental films, and explained what options I have to improve my dental care. He explained the dental films and provided 3 different options to improve my dental health. We were very happy with the dentist/ Hygienist/ and office staff. We will pass our satisfaction and recommendations to our friends/family/ and anyone seeking dental care. Thank you

Fantastic experience: I am terrified of the dentist and I have to say Sunstone dental was great. They were able to get me in same day appointment and took care of me. Cynthia was extra caring throughout the whole visit, I’ve never experienced that type of bedside manner at any other dental office. I will be coming back for future services. Fantastic experience: Another visit to Sunstone Dental for my regular cleaning and another wonderful experience with my hygienist T as well as a thorough exam by Dr. Perdichizzi. Negative experience: $79 new patient cleaning and X-ray special is fake. They refused to provide the $79 cleaning. Very frustrated by the advertisement for new patients looking for a new dentist. Upset that time and money was wasted.

Negative experience: Sketchy place for sure!! They promise a price for a cleaning. Once they do the exam they then refuse to clean your teeth at all unless you pay $250 (originally the cleaning was $79) . This happens while you’re already in the chair and then they refuse to do any cleaning at all and still charge your card $60… so my teeth weren’t cleaned and I paid $60. Bait and switch for sure. I know there will be many many bad reviews if they keep employing this terrible sales tactic. They can expect it

Friendly, and professional, they made the process smooth. The office is clean, bright, and modern. Teeth cleaning was painless and fast. And the Dentist was totally relaxed and chill. Negative experience: Seems patient care is no longer priority! I was treated rudely by a front desk lady. No names need to be mentioned. I have been a loyal patient for many years. I received a text confirming my appointment which I made. I was told no one sent me a text. I then read the text to her!!! She then replied that the manager is working on my appointment with no explanation. I asked for a call back from the manager as well as sent a email requesting a call.No call back and no email response. Totally ignored! I canceled my appointment and my apologies to Dr P for this review. It is not the first time I have experienced disrespect from staff at this office. I do not feel comfortable to recommend this facility. I hope the staff improves and provides the respect that loyal patients like myself provide. Kindness goes a long way, especially in the medical field.

Fantastic experience: Very caring and gentle dentistry. Always listen to my concerns. I have 5 different teeth that have had crowns replaced by other dentist. Had a crown put on Two teeth side by side and have never had such a great fit. Great people.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this office for a couple of years now. Hands down one of the best practices I’ve been to. Their dental technicians are personable, friendly and knowledgeable. They are also soft to the touch and very careful with their cleanings. As I grow older, my sensitivity to cleanings and work has grown. Doctor “P” is the BEST!! His hand is steady and he communicates with you the entire time of any procedure and he makes sure I’m comfortable each time. I highly recommend this dental office!

Negative experience: Very frustrating experience with their staff. The dentist does not confirm with the insurance if they will cover anything before doing the procedure, therefore what I was told would be covered was not and I owed way more than anticipated. They also don’t say how much things charge until they’ve already done it ($25 for Fluoride for example). I feel scammed by them and will not recommend anyone visit them in the future.

Fantastic experience: My husband & I recently moved cross-country to Henderson, so choosing a new local dentist practice was necessary. The location is definitely is convenient, being close to our rental home & near my medical doctor's office. The Front Desk staff is welcoming. Also, this was the most in-depth dental visit I have ever experienced. Dental Assistant Tamara & Dentist Dr. Bernardo made me feel welcome, explained aspects of my current dental conditions & needed future treatments so well. I greatly appreciate that!! I highly recommend this practice.

But...when I found Sunstone Dental every person employed there were so friendly all the time & after a few years, it's gotten even better!! I enjoy my visits knowing how caring they are! Fantastic experience: I had a bit of an emergency when I contacted Sunstone Dental. I requested an appointment online and within minutes received an e-mail back saying I could be see an hour later if that would work for me. That was just the start of being impressed. I was able to print my paperwork out after I filled it out online and brought it with me. I showed up 15 minutes later than the time they asked me to be there, but it was still before my appointment. They were so kind and accommodating from the front desk to the back office staff. I was mainly with Jennifer and Dr P, amazing and kind people. The technology alone in the office is crazy. They have everything and make sure you are comfortable the entire time. I will absolutely be going back AND making sure my entire family do as well.

Fantastic experience: Been All over Vegas looking for the best. Not kidding This dentist was recommended by an Oral Surgeon, so I took the leap! Not saying I still didn't cry because, I was expecting the worst. By far the most gentle and best hygienist and dentist in my adult years. I don't like the fact I've got to visit them 4 times a year but, I'll be thankful I'm in morally and intellectually good hands. Not to mention the ladies up front are kind and amazing.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing office! The staff are all so friendly and helpful. I had to go in for a full exam after way too long of not being to a Dentist, needed 3 fillings and a crown (i also reslly appreciate that they dont push unnecessary work for profit). I was SO nervous going I thought I would need nitrous. Danny was so nice and put me completely at ease and didn't need thr gas at all. Will absolutely be back.

Fantastic experience: From the front office staff to the hygienist to the dental assistant to the dentist, everyone was so professional, so helpful and honestly the best dental experience I’ve ever had. They were so thorough, I didn’t have to wait in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes any time I’ve gone and they did an amazing job with my root canal. Literally cannot recommend this office enough!

Fantastic experience: I'm going to be honest with you ..... If you hate going to the dentist because you're afraid of pain or whatever it is.... Then you should really try going to see Dr. Bernardo. Him and his staff of assistants make any procedure non painful. That's right! Whatever you're going through right now, I guarantee you, he can fix it! Honestly, I don't know what it would take for anyone to see in these reviews that would give them the final shove to choosing Sunstone Dental, but whatever that may be, consider it to be a part of this review. Let me put it this way.... I was so comfortable sitting my root canal that I fell asleep. I even woke myself up snoring a few times! Thank you Dr Bernardo . You and your crew are always a pleasure to see. Oh wait and please don't let me forget..... They even called me the next day just to check in on me and see how I was. I'm not talking about just like the front office staff but the dentist himself who reached out to me - which believe it or not actually meant a lot.

Positive experience: I was a little upset because I ended up having severe pain last night and had to take 600mg of Ibuprofen. No one warned me about possibly being in pain as a result of preparing for a crown. That was unprofessional. At least give clients a print out of what they may expect and suggest some kind of pain reliever.

Fantastic experience: GREAT SERVICE. I called made and appointment same day and they took the tooth out. relieved me of so much pain. All people inside have the best attitudes and energy. never felt more comfortable except for when i’m sleep.

Positive experience: I received an ad in the mail that promoted a cleaning, x-ray and exam for $60. I took a friend in who was visiting from out of the country and had no insurance. She wanted a cleaning. The staff took X-rays, and the dentist and hygienist did exams. They did not have anyone available to do the cleaning! The staff was very nice and efficient. My friend had a missing tooth and needed a deep cleaning. The final cost for their recommended procedures was $14,000 and would take a few months to complete. We'll have to get insurance to cover these costs!

Fantastic experience: I had a wisdom tooth causing me so much pain after 2 times going to my previous dentist and them putting my removal scheduled out a month, I found Sunstone, got in for an appointment that day and they called around to find a surgeon to get my wisdom teeth out the next morning. I have some previous dental trauma and they did an amazing job making me feel comfortable and explained everything gently. They ended up not taking my insurance, but even paying out of pocket their prices are reasonable. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who is scared of the dentist.

Negative experience: This is not the place to take a gamble on, you’re better off going to a casino. Paid nearly $8k July 2023 for 1 crown and 3 veneers for 1 to turn grey near the gums less than a year after getting them and being told I’d have to pay to redo them. There were other issues but this was the straw that broke the camels back. I want to warn others so they don’t get the heartbreak I got from Scam-Stone Dental. Shame on them, patients deserve better.

I have to say that I like the level of service, friendliness & professionalism more than I did before. Dr. Davis is highly qualified & attentive, gives his honest thoughts and advice without the high pressure sales.

This office took time with me and took additional images to show me and explain the work I need done. I have my next scheduled appointment with Joseph Bernardo and confident he will take care of me.
