Fantastic experience: I always have such a great experience here! I had an old filling come out while I was flossing. I called the following morning and they were able to work me in for that same day. Dr. Conant was able to fix my filling and they even squeezed me in for a cleaning while she was finishing another procedure. The whole staff is so kind from reception, cashier, hygienists, dental assistants, and dentists.

Negative experience: I took my family here awhile ago. Our dental insurance said it was time for a cleaning. The female Dentist said you need to go to a dental surgeon to have our bad teeth removed. We said okay we will. Then she turns us loose didn't clean our teeth at all. Yes we knew some of our teeth need removed. We still deserved a dental cleaning. As every Dentist has told me (I called & asked several Dentists) yes we will still do a dental cleaning because that's what your insurance sent you here for. Needless to say this female Dentist didn't do her job. Is still demanding payment for her services, which she didn't do. Go somewhere else, this place is worthless. High quality patient care is non-existent here. Thanks for billing me for not doing your job.

Negative experience: My son went for an exam and cleaning and got 5 fillings because they pulled the wrong kids chart

Fantastic experience: I am very pleased with this office. I had a crown done this week. Although the temporary kept popping off the staff was very pleasant and understanding. The permanent wasn’t scheduled until October but it came in early and the office made arrangements for me to come in Monday. It was perfect and it feels great. Thank you guys.

Negative experience: WARNING TO ALL POTIENTAL NEW PATIENTS!!!! Save time, money and headache and go elsewhere. This place takes everything personal, such as complaints from patients. In my experience dental partials, I told the girls I was hesitant due to a past experience and the outcome was a terrible experience. They reassured me it wouldn't be anything like that. I wish I'd just said no to their suggestions cause I had to battle trying to get the correct fit with partials over a 4 month period all for them to never get it right lots of 2 hour round trips my time, my gas money. Spent $3,000 to get nothing out of it. Just became a pain in the buttocks! Dr. Conant wouldn't speak to me about the troubles I was having it all went through the office manager Chelsea who one day took offense to my calm conversation and became hostile. I have it recorded, as I had a feeling! She is a very angry lady. I decided after our last conversation that I wouldn't ever return here, as they're so many unprofessional interactions I've had with several members of this office. I just trusted their nicey nice front and was desperate to eat normal again and smile confidently. How sad to have been treated this way. Then today recieve a letter to inform me that Dr. Conant was dropping me as a patient lol. I'm sorry that was a petty last ditch effort to get their last word in! Congrats, round of applause!

Fantastic experience: My hygienist has been with me with highs and lows of my experiences. She makes me comfortable with each visit due to my fear of dentist and cleaning. Not good with names but when she calls my name she has a smile that will soften any dramatic situation.

Negative experience: Place needs negative stars. Charge you a fortune for dental work that is done improperly. When you say anything to them about it they get mad and don't want to make it right. Every single person in that office are in cahoots so when one says something they all agree even if it's wrong. I have spoken to the "manager" as well before, she is unprofessional and feels like the customer talking to her is a personal attack. Childish behavior please save your self time, money, hassle, stress and go elsewhere. I have also had work done on my child prior to my work and they also seem rude with you about their pain levels and seems as if they try to coach the child to say they aren't feeling what they are feeling. They try to play games when they say they're going to refund you when something isn't working properly then when it comes time find out they didnt refund you for something you can't even use. Don't fall for their front of being nice telling you to get partials and they promise it won't be like previous experiences. Should have never agreed in the 1st place I just desperately wanted teeth to eat with and to have a normal smile again. Dr. Conant won't even talk to her patients and has absolutely no compassion of any kind.

Fantastic experience: Everything was very good. PS. Need to get a senior discount in place . You will get old some day and need it to. Seniors are on a fixed budget so every discount helps get it at most food places!!

Fantastic experience: I’m visiting from FL and a crown fell off my tooth. I found Heartland Family Dental Care. They were able to take me in less than 24 hours of my call. I found this practice to be friendly, professional, efficient, and caring. I normally have very sensitive, painful teeth, immediately numbing medication was used to stop my sensitivity and pain to get the crown reapplied. I was so impressed with this office that I’m returning to have my teeth cleaned. Also it was my birthday and they gave me a birthday card signed by all the staff. Fantastic experience: I had an appointment scheduled with the hygienist. But before the appointment date, I also had a crown come loose. Follow up on my crown was scheduled for the following week. I discussed with the hygienist that my mother had just been hospitalized out of state and I hoped to go help with her needs as soon as possible. I asked if there was anyway that I could be fit in before my travel date. The staff fit me in to an appointment that same day while I was still in the office. It was such a bright moment in my world with everything going on.. I am beyond grateful and all tucked in to care for my mom. Thanks folks!

Fantastic experience: I had an old crown break- a big slab of porcelain fell off on Thursday evening- but no pain or sensitivity. I called in Monday morning and got in to see the Dr. that same morning! They saw my dental problem and worked around other patients to get my old crown off and put on a temporary ! I was so very grateful for the prompt treatment by Dr. Conant and her team‼️ One thing I would like to recommend is that the office get their OWN crown machine so the patient doesn’t have to wait 3-4 weeks for the new crown. These temporaries are not meant for heavy duty work and I fear of being away and either the temp coming loose or breaking. And in my particular situation I can’t very well chew on the other side as I had a lower molar extraction 4/26/25 with a gaping hole- diminishing chewing function. And on that side, I am awaiting the healing time to get started on my 3 tooth bridge- MORE CROWNS. MORE WAIT PERIOD! As one who has a WHOLE MOUTH of porcelain in aging crowns( shelf life 15-20 years) I would really appreciate Heartland Dental using the new and improved crown machines. Not sure that anyone will even read this but if you did- THANK YOU‼️

My appointment lasted about twice as long as it usually does and I felt like I was being pressured to accept additional services that I don't normally get. It was very uncomfortable. Thank goodness I was able to schedule with my normal gal for next time

Positive experience: Most of the work they do is great. They are great with children. However I just paid $3,000 for partials have had them for 3 weeks got them adjusted and she told me if I have issues come in any day during our business hours and they would get me in. I showed up April 25th on a Friday at 11:10AM and I was turned away because they paid for training day for invisalin. I paid for my partials they hurt and they want me two wait another 3days maybe longer because it's a two hour round trip. Crazy it would've taken 5 minutes to adjust them. They had no prior warning they would be doing training, in my open they should've given notice and closed.

Fantastic experience: Polite and helpful staff, nice place and seemingly reasonable pricing. Offices are a bit on the small side and parents have to watch from the hall, but all in all it's a nice office.

Fantastic experience: Love the high tech equipment/treatment here, it's rare to find and my root canal was almost painless because of their newer technology and didn't take near as long as traditional root canals. They are professional but also can laugh with you, because they realize that this area is smaller/rural people and they are too! I loved seeing pictures of the doctors/assistants/hygienists, really makes you feel at home here, and more comfortable. They offer so many services as well, including the cancer screening, they also offer services for people who are scared, which is a big thing for my boyfriend who hates the dentist, he came here and they treated him very well. Never had such a great time listening to the doctor and hygienist/assistant chat and laugh while I was getting work done, it made it feel less clinical and more relaxing, which I think helps with anyone who is anxious.

Positive experience: The dental hygienists are wonderful. The billing is awful! When you have preventive dental insurance for cleaning, and get billed for a few hundred dollars with monthly bills ..constant calling to correct with multiple different responses it is a time consuming hassle. The previous visit I had..I questioned this in the office. I was told that they could copy my records and go somewhere else. Not a professional staff at all. On 6/19 visit, I was told at check out I owed 200 and some dollars. I did stop the hygienist from doing an oral exam, which could cost 40 dollars out of pocket, which I was informed after asking. I have been there done that. I kindly said I have two dental plans with 100 percent coverage for preventive on one of them. All I had was a cleaning, and I walked out. Ask what you will receive before any treatment, and get it in writing if necessary.

Positive experience: always super nice an efficient! only downside is what i assume is a paid partnership with invisalign because they push it pretty hard on just about everyone from what I've heard/experienced.

Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience at my appointment. There was no waiting time, the paperwork was easy to complete and the people I spoke with were very courteous. The teeth cleaning was the best experience I have ever had at an appointment.

Negative experience: I went in to get a filling done and one of my teeth next to my feeling ended up getting chipped during the dental appointment. It doesn’t hurt at all but it feels sharp now when I place my tongue against it.

Negative experience: Heartland Family Dental Care is a JOKE. I’ve waited over two months to get my tooth pulled with a specific dentist just to hear today, the day before. That the dentist there isn’t certified to extract my tooth. Couldn’t I have been notified before then so I could contact a different dental place? Nope the day before lol. I actually participated in free dental day too probably a month before the original date to pull my tooth which was mid December. They couldn’t do it then either. Absolutely pathetic service and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there for their teeth.

Positive experience: My all around experience was good. However, do not use heartland if you do not have insurance. I paid $450 for an exam, cleaning, wing jets, PAN, and a scan for oral cancer. This information was not disclosed to me. At all. If it was, then I only would have asked for a cleaning and exam, as I do not have issues with my teeth. Please ask ahead of time for pricing!

Positive experience: Mostly friendly staff that is willing to be patient and explain things. I had a few instances where I felt very rushed and a nuisance when asking questions. I appreciate the staff who understands how stressful dental health can be physically, mentally, and financially and take their time caring for their patients.

Positive experience: Picked up appliance on Wednesday November 29 & it broke December 6th. Not happy.

Negative experience: Went there for a cleaning. And said I had an infection and was going to cost over 1000.00. said I couldn't get a cleaning till everything was corrected first. Should of been told that from the beginning. Waisted my time and there's. I'm 63 years old and can't afford the things they said I needed. Mislead from the start. You all need to get honest with your customers from the start. Never heard of all this before. In the past just went in for X-rays and cleaning then other things were discussed after.
