Fantastic experience: I am terrified of getting teeth extracted due to two previous bitched jobs. The young woman (I wish I knew her name) that took me back and got me set up for Dr was absolutely amazing, kind, caring and even asked how she could help ease my nerves. She was the last face I seen before the anesthesia and I wish I could tell her how much she impacted my surgery today and I am so thankful. The Dr did an amazing job. I'm less than 8 hours post op and my swelling is minimal and I'm not feeling much pain but an ache here or there! Thank you guys!

Fantastic experience: I had 4 wisdom teeth extracted, and I was terrified! Literally almost fainting before my appointment at home, shaking during the procedure. Dr. Xena and her assistants were amazing to me!! I brought my ESSA (Emotional Support Stuffed Animal) with me, and he ended up falling. Dr. Xena was kind enough to pick him up and put him under the blanket for me! I had almost no issues with the extractions, just a bit of pain. But the team did a wonderful job at sedating me and managing my pain, for which I am very grateful! The extractions went way faster than expected! And the medications they prescribed me are working well to keep the pain away! Dr. Xena even managed to not pop out my crowns while removing the wisdom teeth (which I was terrified of honestly)! Overall, for getting wisdom teeth removed, it was a great experience! If I ever need oral surgery again I plan on coming back! Thank you Greater Michigan Oral Surgeons of Flint, MI!!

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience, staff were excellent. Everyone was so nice. I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth out, I was nervous! One Assistant ( Jen ) in particular there, she was amazing, she explained everything that they were gonna do, answered all my questions and helped eased my worries about the procedure. I don’t remember a lot from that day lol, but i can tell you how nice and kind I was treated. I strongly recommend going here!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Aravindaksha and Shannon were the absolute best. I had a dental emergency and needed my tooth pulled. Everything was explained and catered to how I felt. They were both gentle and kind and constantly checking in to make sure I was ok and comfortable. I had a tooth removed at another dentist before and they were joking and talking over me like I was not there. Here Dr. Aravindaksha and Shannon focused on me and the procedure making sure I was ok throughout. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: I want to take the time to thank Dr. Prasad for making my surgery experience as smooth as possible. I’m a very anxious person when it comes to procedures (I’m sure he could tell) and he was very reassuring, kind, and gentle from the start. Days later I ended up having excruciating pain at one of the extraction sites around 3 a.m. so I called the emergency line and he got me in right away first thing to help. Turns out it was a dry socket- and I already feel SO much relief. Thank you again!

Fantastic experience: Met with Dr. Alakailly. What a spectacular oral surgeon. Amazing bedside manner, no complications, didn’t feel a thing, she’s wonderful.

Negative experience: Had to return for a follow up, which i absolutely dreaded. My first two appointments were not that great. This third one though was horrible! These surgeons forgot that they are working on human beings! That are alive and can feel things. I really wish I would’ve pushed harder on my dentist and went to my dentist for the last appointment. If another appointment is needed I will not be returning.

Fantastic experience: Michigan Oral is a great place to have extractions done. I was nervous going in but the assistant who took me back explained everything and calmed my nerves in the process. She was very nice and wanted to make sure I was OK before grabbing the doctor and getting started. The Dr came in asked about how I was feeling explained the procedure and got started. I woke up not feeling a thing. It felt like she never worked in my mouth. I was told it might be sore days later but till this day I have no pain from the procedure at all. Dr. Xena and Jade and the rest of the staff that were In the room were great and made me feel like they cared about me. They also called to follow up which is a big one for me. Thank you all.

Fantastic experience: The Doctor and his assistants were AMAZING. The staff prepared me and calm me down a little. Everyone was very professional and kind! The doctor was very kind and gentle with a woman who was terrified. He helped me so much. It took him every bit of 30 seconds to extract the tooth and I didn’t feel anything. God bless you and you staff! ♥️♥️♥️ Also your office staff is AMAZING as well. They checked on me after my tooth extraction! Great Teamwork!

Fantastic experience: I came here to get my wisdom tooth pulled. I ended up showing up early cause that's what I do I was about half hour early, and they didn't have a patient at the time so I got to be seen immediately! I went to the back, got my laughing gas and it didn't take long at all and it was pulled out! The ladies were so nice! My fiance came with me and sat in the waiting room, when I came back out to the waiting room, he didn't believe me that I got my tooth pulled. I had to show him I had gauze in my mouth.. I sware I wasn't even there half an hour. I was in and out! Very pleased with how everything went!! I'll definitely be coming back in the future HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! THANKS AGAIN LADIES! ❤️

Had my wisdom teeth pulled , zero pain , minor swelling, didn’t need the pain meds, and was able to go back to work the next day without issue. Fantastic experience: I dreaded this surgery (tori removal) after I googled it. However after talking to my Oral surgeon I was calmly told it would feel better after surgery and wasn't a big deal. The very next day I felt better. She was right!! I didn't even need and pain meds. I should have done this much sooner than I did! Such wasted time worrying!

Fantastic experience: They worked with my 93 year old mother and they were kind, comforting and patient. The surgery went well and I would refer others to use them whenever possible.

Positive experience: My daughter had a wisdom tooth removed earlier this year. They charged insurance for an exam for the initial consultation! So when time came for her 2nd cleaning of the year it had to be paid out of pocket. Since when is the initial consultation. Not complimentary?? When my son and husband had theirs done at a different oral surgeon the consultation was free.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommendation Dr. Xena Alakailly. I recently had to have a tooth extracted and was extremely nervous. She had a way that made me feel more relaxed & comfortable while still being extremely professional. She made sure I was completely numb before she proceeded. I couldn’t believe it was over in a blink of an eye, no pain at all! I have had a lot of dental work done and believe me, she has been the BEST by far. Negative experience: I have been trying to get a new denture made for practically years, found a great dentist in Davison who recommended this facility for the preparation. I called today to get an approximate time for my transportation to pick me back up after the procedure and I was then told that even though I have a "sitter" coming with me, I have to have someone with a car come with me. Which makes absolutely no sense. What does having a car in their parking lot have to do with me getting the procedure? I'm not driving, I have someone lined up to sit with me, and I have reliable transportation (supplied by my healthcare) taking me and picking me back up when I need them to. Someone please explain this ignorant rule. I read your reply, but no thanks, I have rescheduled with another oral surgeon. But maybe others that read this review may be curious about your "rule" . The only thing I can think of is; that if one of your patients has an emergency, instead of the most qualified person helping them, or calling 911, you want the person accompanying the patient to load them up into their vehicle and drive them to the nearest hospital so that it's out of your hands. But again, it makes no sense and I'm well over it.

Fantastic experience: Had a wisdom tooth pulled here and they took great care of me! The entire staff is caring and friendly. Came back 6 days after with concerns and they eased my worries. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!

Fantastic experience: The best care. Dr Lesneski is a very gifted surgeon. He and his staff inform you of all procedures throughly. And answer any questions that I had. Complete discharge instructions are given and an after hours phone number was given for any problems that could arise. Which I had none I have been to. Dr. Lesneski on various appointments for. Tooth extractions and dental implants all with the same excellent care. The office is well organized. And all staff are pleasant and welcoming. Thank you again. Fantastic experience: Well i was a little upset that i was told everything would be covered by my insur, until 6 days before my surgury i was informed i would be responsible for the anistesia, but sometimes thats the way it is and it had to be done, but everyone there was so very nice and my dr was wonderful, i had it done this morning and i feel absolutly great. I recomend you coming here. Parden my spelling anistesia does that and im not spell checking lol. Great place great dr and great staff. My dr was Dr Xena and her staff.

Negative experience: Im not sure how they can pull two teeth, use bone graft to build bone for an implant. While Knowing that there is an infection going on under my gums that they say I'm losing bone mass due to that. When I asked where is the infection at and the Doctor shrugs his shoulders like he doesn't know. Meanwhile, I have had a broken molar crown that indicates to me that its where the infection is. As it sometimes gets the gum nearest to it swollen and painful. So there goes the bone graft and the possibility of an implant. Since its obvious the infection is deteriorating the bone. No dental insurance...but the doctor did give me an estimate on extracting that one......$$$$$ And no guarantee an implant will work after all the $$ spent. Totally frustrated and not really happy.

Negative experience: Don't even bother. I have been going through hell and back just to find someone to remove my bottom teeth. When I arrived the first time, I was told they couldn't uphold my appt bc I had to use the restroom and I guess it upset them. Second time I arrived at my appt, they maxed out on the sedation and meds. It didn't knock me out so they basically kicked me out and said I had to find another place to go. So then, 5 months later, I go to U OF M. Also a nightmare. Smh.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Prasad and his team are not only courteous, kind and helpful with all questions they are competent. I felt comfortable from the initial consultation to post oral surgery. Dr Prasad is very comforting, listens and answers all questions, and has the confidence to assure you of every step during a very difficult process. It’s a big decision and I am more than thankful for dr. Prasad's team to help me through the process.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lesneski and the entire team of the Greater Michigan Oral surgeons deserve 10 stars in my opinion. He not only made me feel very comfortable after a terribly botched implant at another office, but he went above and beyond to make sure that the correct placement was perfect and I get to have my smile back! I couldn’t review, refer, and retain with them enough! They are an amazing team to work with after my dental trauma and trust issues. Thank you Dr. Lesneski and team!

Negative experience: The rudest place ever!! I wanted to go back with my 18 year old daughter who has never had anything done with and IV or any kind of surgery ever!! She was scared to go alone and they refused to let me go back. They let me go back for the first part of it, when I returned to the waiting room my other daughter told me they were complaining about me when I went back!! Unprofessional!! Nobody was friendly. I would not recommend this place if you have younger people who never had anything done. Most Un compassionate people I have ever experienced in my life!! Very disappointed!!

Fantastic experience: My experience was great. I felt at ease from the moment I came thru door. From the front desk staff to the Doctors assistants in the back, they were all so nice and explained everything to me as the procedure started. I had a extraction with IV sedation. I took pain meds as directed for a day or two but haven't experienced any pain whatsoever. Thanks again for making me feel so comfortable Dr Prasad and staff.

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience, they got my son in fast for a consult and Dr. Frey explained aged appropriately what would happen during the procedure. Day of the procedure they were efficient, and my son had no issues. As a parent, I couldn’t ask for a better experience!

Fantastic experience: I'm horrible with needles and with dentists, but the nurses and the surgeon did a fantastic job calming me down. I'm writing this 12 hours after getting all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled, and I'm beyond happy I went here even tho I feel like I was blasted in the face with birdshot.

Fantastic experience: WOW, I am so impressed with this office! I will start by saying I have worked with two other oral surgeons in the area Premier Oral Surgery in Grand Blanc and The Huntington Group Oral And Maxillofacial Surgery in Grand Blanc. Both of these places were unable to preform the surgery I needed. Dr Bobby was confident and capable. I needed 8 teeth including my wisdom teeth removed. He only had to poke me one time, which is a hard task. He completely explained everything that I should expect, do and not to do before, during, and after surgery. The whole staff was friendly and professional, which helped tremendously with my anxiety. They took me and my pain seriously and got me scheduled as quickly as possible. The day of my surgery was smooth and comfortable. It has been a week since my surgery and with following directions, so far, there have been no complications. If I have any further concerns, or know anyone looking for a great oral surgeon I know who I'm going to!

Fantastic experience: Went in with a broken tooth to have it evaluated for extraction. Even though the office was very backed up, the surgeon, Bobby, agreed to pull my tooth on this visit. He did a very good job and I have had no issues with it since it was pulled.

Fantastic experience: Today I had a visit here at GMOS. They made sure all of my questions were answered and provided extra information regarding my appointment. Dental offices can have your anxiety through the roof. But there was none of that for me. I was greeted with pleasantries and smiles. The aesthetics of the office was pleasing to see from the front lobby on back to my room. The music was nice and had me humming along. Dr. Frey came in and handled my case with so much care. And before I knew it my appointment was complete. I am so pleased with my visit. If you even need an oral surgeon please give them a call.

Fantastic experience: It's been 1 week today since I had most of my teeth removed and I am doing fine. I had light bleeding for about a day and minor swelling for a couple days. I never had pain, only minor discomfort for about 2 days. I never even had to touch my pain meds. Everything went far better than I expected. I am a dental coward by the way and I was very pleasantly surprised how smooth everything went. The staff and Dr. were great and answered all my questions and I had a lot of them.

Fantastic experience: 10 STARS!!!!!!!! Only picking 5 is undervaluing. The staff here is AMAZING. they are the kindest, most caring staff. I suffer from a very bad fear of dentists and anyone associated with dentist. Even though I’m not an ideal 5 star patient, they still understood and NEVER treated me badly or like I was being “a baby” (which has actually happened to me at previous places.) A woman saw me folded over the dental chair in clear crisis mode and asked if I was ok. Pwhen I answered “NO, I don’t want to be here, I know I have to. But I don’t want to” she jumped into action asking what she could do to help. Just by answering a few of my questions I had about weather to have 1 or both of my wisdom teeth out that day. She knew about my insurance and told me. It would cost more money for me since my insurance doesn’t think I need anesthesia when removing 1 tooth. so not only did that make my decision easy. SHE SAVED ME $1,000. That my insurance would have made me pay. Dr Frey then returned to the room to start my IV (which is in itself a whole other reason why I’m a lousy patient. They let my boyfriend stay while they did that to calm my fears. But let me say. That after that IV went in. I muttered a few “adult words” in complete shock that I literally hardly noticed. I already recommended Dr.Frey and his staff TWICE BEFORE EVEN SHOWING UP based on the reviews I’ve read. But now. I will tell everyone, literally everyone, to come here and see Dr.Frey and his staff , my only complaint (which isn’t a fair one) is that I can’t have them as my regular dentist. It’s gunna be hard to find anyone that can compete with this team. I also wish to apologize to the staff if they were offended by my anesthesia induced “Dr. Frey put that IV in seamlessly, clearly he didn’t” go to Ross. I was still loopy and sassy from a very bad experience at another medical center. If anyone is trying to decide where to go, take this anxiety, ADHD, PTSD riddled persons word. This is the place. You won’t be sorry and you’ll thank me later.

Fantastic experience: Had a procedure done yesterday on the 21st. The staff were so great and really broke a lot of billing down to me. They were nice, compassionate, and comforting. Dr. Lesneski did an amazing job! He explained everything thoroughly, was straight forward, but not rude about it in anyway. He really shows so much compassion in what he does. I know it’s only been a day, but he has relieved so much pain for me and I don’t feel a thing even after having four teeth pulled! That’s without having to take any type of medication for pain. It’s been a very long road for me with other dentist offices to me, not seeming to care much and it was always just either this or that so to finally found a place after 5-6 years to show they care and want what’s best for me, means the world to me. I forget her name, but I also want to give a shoutout to the nurse (I think that’s what she is) she was so sweet and talked with my husband and I with a caring and supportive personality. It wasn’t about dental. We had a normal conversation and it was so nice because I was scared of this appointment. A lot of places just get right into it, not this place. They make you feel safe and comfortable before they do anything. All in all, I would definitely recommend and if I need anymore work done, this is the place for me! Fantastic experience: Thank you surgeon and your team. I had my surgery for all 4 wisdom teeth extractions this morning and I am very impressed with how well it looks and feels. Pain is very minimal even after the numbing went away and I can tell they were very skilled with what they do. I’m a nervous wreck when it comes to any sort of dental work, but they were very accommodating and helped me calm down. Overall this was a great experience so far and my anxiety about having dental surgery is much lesser knowing this place can take care of me well for any future issues.

Negative experience: I recently found myself very disappointed with this office. I had my bottom wisdom teeth removed here two years ago and had a great experience! I was looking forward to the same treatment with my upper wisdom teeth. I had trouble with my insurance due to their “new system” and after they spoke with my dentist, everything was supposed to be in order. I was told I would get a call back to confirm my insurance was squared away. I scheduled the appt with the office for a week from today about two weeks ago and got the reminder notification this morning with still no phone call with an update of my insurance status in their system regarding the procedure. I made the phone call this morning to discuss costs and to be sure if everything went as planned, it would be covered by my insurance or if I would have a copay of some sort. A simple yes or no question, is it covered? Or not. I don’t think this office quite understands not everyone has $5,000 to suddenly pull out of pocket for a procedure. After asking what has changed since my first removal and why I am unable to receive any kind of expectation of expenses, they became frustrated and transferred me to billing. Billing then insisted their policy hadn’t changed and I was to either take it or leave it. I then requested the appointment be canceled because I was uninterested in the attitude and explanation of this issue and I was hung up on. I definitely will not visit this office again. I am assuming there are new employees who don’t care as much about patients.

Fantastic experience: They did an awesome job! It was pain free for me and healing just fine this is ten days after surgery and had all four wisdom teeth pulled at once. Only used pain medication day of surgery didn't need it..Thanks to Dentist and Team.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lesneski Was great. I don’t remember much only before the anesthesia. I followed his directions he gave me exactly. This is day 8 from my two wisdom teeth being removed , one was impacted. I healed great so far , i do have some residual pain in the upper jaw but nothing serious. It will obviously take time to heal it is bone after all. I recommend this place to anyone, very nice staff and a great surgeon.

Fantastic experience: I was fearful getting dental implant but Dr Lesneski and staff went out of their way to make me comfortable. I experienced no pain at all, no complications after surgery, and healing quickly. Highly recommend Dr Lesneski!

Fantastic experience: Such a wonderful place! I saw Dr. Lesneski for a tooth extraction. No one looks forward to getting a tooth pulled, so I was anxious. The staff was so friendly and soothing and Dr. Lesneski was hands down the best dentist I've ever seen. Kept me calm, understood how it can be scary for the patient, took his time, and before I knew it it was over! Highly recommend this place!! Thank you for making a highly anxious person feel calm and cared for!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lesneski and his staff were incredibly friendly and professional throughout my process. They got me in last minute for an appt Friday night and I had surgery the next day. Surgery was incredibly quick and painless. I would recommend this office to all my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: As someone who normally needs the maximum amount of numbing agent to get through any sort of dental work and still feels pain, I’ve avoided going to remove my wisdom teeth for an embarrassing amount of time. With that being said, I can assure you it won’t be the same experience here. I’ve been through many offices, dental & regular medical, and this is the first completely pain-free experience I’ve ever had when it comes to procedures. It’s only been a few hours and even though I have most of my feeling back, my pain is super manageable, & I’m already up taking care of all 3 of my kids. Everyone on the staff is great as well. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5 Stars

Fantastic experience: Once again I was completely satisfied with the dentist and all staff members at this office. They are seriously the most compassionate and caring dentists I have ever been to. I have been to so many in my life and they are honestly the best. If I could give a million stars I would to this office. I feel so comfortable and cared about whenever I have been here. I absolutely love this place and Dr Thompson and Dr Lesneski thank you both you are the best.

Fantastic experience: Excellent oral surgeon! Dr Frey has treated everyone in my family and never any problems. He’s able to pull a tooth without cutting open your gums and no stitches needed!! He’s that skilled and talented!! There’s very little swelling and pain the next day. The staff are wonderful!

Fantastic experience: Upon first coming up to the window checking in, all the employees were warm and friendly. I felt immediately comfortable even though I was a little nervous about the procedure. Every aspect of my experience was positive! Dr was very thorough and I did not feel rushed and he was always kind and asked if I had questions. Great place! Would highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Would’ve given it 10 stars if I could! Went in to get all four wisdom teeth out. Best dental office I’ve ever been to! I was a little nervous because I’ve never had anything done on my mouth before, and I’ve heard people say it was painful and pretty much everything else under the sun. I’m writing this hours after my surgery and I can say no pain whatsoever. Swollen lip is the only thing I got from this whole procedure. Dr. Lesneski was super informative and super nice. Everyone I talked to was super nice and helpful. This is my new dental office if I need anything done!

Fantastic experience: Almost everything about the experience at this oral surgery clinic was great! The only negative things were needing it done to begin with and having to wait quite a while after my appointment time. But I understand that medical procedures sometimes cause things to get backed up. I didn’t mind that much.

Fantastic experience: My son needed oral surgery unexpectedly. We were referred to GMOS by our dentist. So glad we decided to take the recommendation. They facility is clean and easy to get to. The staff from the front desk, billing to the techs and Dr. Prasad are all amazing! Very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely refer our friends and family here and be back for his wisdom teeth removal!!
