Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dedham Dental for years and have always been impressed with the high quality of service and friendly atmosphere. I recently had my biannual cleaning with hygienist Katie. She is amazingly efficient, thorough and on top of it all very personable. My dentist is Dr. Patel, who gives a very precise analysis of current conditions and places to watch. His work, along with his assistant Ina, rebuilding two back molars was fantastic and holding beautifully. Again, both delightful people. Who knew going to the dentist could be a pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: As usual I was very happy with my cleaning with Katie. Dr Patel replaced a very large filling and the whole experience went very smoothly from the Novocain to the end. Dr Patel put In a temporary crown very quickly so I wouldn’t have to go w a missing front tooth for the whole weekend. As usual it went very well and I’m very happy with it.

Fantastic experience: Hygienist was very knowledgeable, however electronic tool used to clean teeth was very sensitive and messy. I got sprayed a lot in the face and didn’t get a break during cleaning so mouth was tired. Overall hygienist did a thorough job.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to DDA for over 30 years and have always received great care. Dr. Patel was able to see me the same day I chipped a molar and he quickly diagnosed me as needing a crown. I left with a perfectly fitted temp and an appointment for the new crown in a couple of weeks

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Lou Sawan for decades, he is an awesome dentist and goes above and beyond to help me. I damaged my teeth in a car accident decades ago and Lou has made it so I can still smile. He has even gone into the office after hours to help me when I randomly lost a tooth the day before I was leaving for a vacation. Not only is he a great dentist, he’s a great person! I will never use anyone else when I need dental work done! I also love having my teeth cleaned there! Thanks so much Lou!

Fantastic experience: I’ve gone to Dedham medical for many years. Carol cleans my teeth every six months. The view and her chair is amazing. You can look out this big glass window and see the bank. You could see so many things , It’s very relaxing. Carol is the nicest caring person , , and she talks to me when I have a concern, she explains everything to me and so doesn’t Doctor Sawan ,He checks my teeth after cleaning very kind, answers all my questions very handsome easy on the eyes lol the staff is amazing. The place is so clean. I enjoy going up there and that kind of atmosphere. and friendly staff so I advise you if you do read this you need to try to make an appointment because they are the best and everything they do.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Patel is the best !!!! The staff is amazing!!!! I recently had a front tooth break off. I called Dr Patel and explain to him that I had a job interview the following day. Dr. Patel took me in. He rebuilt a whole new tooth out of nothing and you would never know that tooth wasn't supposed to be there. He's a master at his craft and I wouldn't go to anybody else.

Fantastic experience: I had to come in urgently thinking I broke a tooth and needed a crown. They determined it was only a large filling that was lost and accommodated me on the same day to get it done. The dentist who did the filling and her assistant were both lovely and did a great job.

I'm getting all on 6 screw in dentures upper and lower. Dr Patel has made this process easy , walking me thru the process and making sure I got what I want and happy with my new smile. If you're thinking of getting any dental work done go and see Dr Patel even if it's only for a consult. I will be staying with him after I'm done with my dental procedure.

She was not only patient, but remembered one of the dates I declined was my grandson's graduation and gave me congratulations for him. What a nice thing to do.

Fantastic experience: I had a temporary crown that fell on a weekend. I called the doctor on call and she was very clear and suggested several ways to cope with the situation. on Monday morning I got a call from the office and they had scheduled me for this very day. I got there at 3pm and by 320pm I was done without a problem. Courtesy, professionalism and empathy!

Fantastic experience: I came in for a dental cleaning with Carol H. She has cleaned my teeth for over twenty years, and I feel like i Am coming home whenever I come to have my teeth cleaned. She is very good at her profession. She listens and is proactive when i tell her i have concerns and she is very knowledgeable. My teeth feel great whenever I leave her office. I also had the opportunity to be seen, by Dr. Sawan. He was gentle when looking at a tooth that has been a bit sensitive. He took the time to really investigate the tooth. He was not looking for the next sale, he was supportive and had wonderful advice for me to try. This facility is amazing. It is always clean and you meet several nice staff members and guests as well! I am happy coming here for my treatment.
