Fantastic experience: 12/10 temporary crown broke again. Office rescheduled my appt because permanent crown was not ready. Next appt to put in permanent crown is 12/12/25 I am here today before thanksgiving 2025 getting a new temporary crown. i thank Maqsood Chaudhry D.D.S for his and his staffs professionalism and hospitality. I will be back in 2 weeks to receive my permanent crown. I look forward to having this procedure done. I was there today for 4 hours getting a temporary crown. When the anesthesia wore off I was in so much pain. They had to give me another round of anesthesia. They gave me some antibiotics and some pain medicine that was called to my pharmacy. While driving home I kept feeling something in my mouth. I opener my mouth and realized that the crown had broken off in my mouth. I went to the pharmacy after leaving the dentist office only to realize that the pharmacy was closed and the dentist office was closed. How am I going to get through the night with no pain medicine. so upset right now Update: I was able to go back the next day and have Maqsood Chaudhry, D.D.S put my permanent crown in. I am very pleased with the outcome. Thank you for making me feel better and taking care of the problem right away. I really appreciate it. I would also like to say thank you to Muneeb Awan for making sure that me as well as my dad, who is a patient, have a great experience. Thank you for always inquiring how my dad is doing. That personal touch means a lot. Just when i was ready to throw in the towel you guys came through and made this a great experience.

The doctors and nurses are very gentle and smooth with the tools, so you don’t feel any pain. Negative experience: the environment is horrible!!! I took my husband for a general check-up, but the experience was horrible, first of all I waited for more than 30 minutes in the waiting area, after that when my husband was finally called, they sat him down and we waited another 30 minutes until the doctor (his name was maqsood) finally came to see my husband. In the end, he didn't even answer my husband's questions. After that, the treatment that this doctor has for his assistants is horrible!!! I don't know how the assistants endure the mistreatment he gives them!! It was a very uncomfortable moment while the owner doctor yelled and treated his assistants in a very aggressive manner, for my husband and I it was very uncomfortable, I would like to let him know and remind Dr. Maqsood that the assistants are human too and that everyone can make mistakes, and that they are of another ethnicity does not mean that he can treat them like garbage and more in front of the patients, that looked very unprofessional on the part of the doctor. I left the room feeling awful, and to top it all off, the front desk secretary told me to give it a 5-star review and she'd give me a discount, which made me realize that all the good reviews here are fake! I don't recommend this place at all! And the workers should run while they can.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience at this dental clinic. My teeth were perfectly fine when I went in for a simple cleaning, but they ended up creating unnecessary problems. Without any real reason, they started filing my tooth, and ever since, I’ve been in unbearable pain every night. My tooth has become extremely sensitive, and one of them even smells bad now. The owner was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He was hurting me during the procedure, and even though I kept telling him, he didn’t care at all. When I visited another dental clinic to fix their mistake, I was shocked to learn that they hadn’t even filled my tooth properly—there were still cavities left, and they sealed my tooth without cleaning it properly. I deeply regret going to this place. You can’t just play with people’s teeth like this, especially at such a young age—I’m only 20! If you don’t want to go through what I did, stay far away from this clinic. I will never forgive them for the damage they caused.by the way the front teeth that they fill now become yellow .

Dr. Hafsa went above and beyond—not only did she do an incredibly thorough cleaning (the first time I’ve ever felt like a doctor was truly paying attention to detail), but she also took the time to educate me about my dental health. If my previous dentist had been this informative, I might have stayed with them despite past experiences. This clinic has completely changed my perspective on dental care, and I will be recommending it to all my family and friends. Fantastic experience: I've been coming to Grove for years! I love the fact that behind the scenes, there's a team full of women who run the busy clinic as a well oiled machine. They don't miss a beat, but remain flexible whenever you need to change & reschedule appointments. All my friends got their braces done by Dr. Zahra. She is the tall modelesque Orthodonist that is serious about her work. She's as strong as 10 men and managed to make my smile even better than before! I recently had my cleaning completed by the oral hygienist, Mr. Hussain. He is about his business but will always crack a dad joke, and make you laugh before you leave. Then the owner Dr. Chaudhry, is the most kindest warm & welcoming dentist ever. He always comes over to say hello with the warmest smile. There is nothing fun about the dentist, even as an adult. This team at Grove just makes the overall experience pleasant, so you keep your appointments. LOL!

You can trust them to do exactly what’s needed to take care of you, which is rare these days with so many dental practices prescribing unnecessary treatments just so they can make money. After bad experiences with other dentists in Northern Virginia, I decided to try Grove and I am so glad I did!! The whole team is skilled, friendly, honest, and patient and will take great care of you! After being told I needed 6 fillings and 2 “emergency” root canals by another dental practice (I’m not even kidding), I came here for a second opinion and found out all I needed was one filling - it has been a year since then and I haven’t needed any other treatments apart from the routine preventive care. My dentist is Dr. Hafsa who is absolutely wonderful! I would highly recommend Grove to anyone who is looking for high quality, honest, and transparent dental care!

Negative experience: Unfortunately one of the worst dentist clinics I have ever been. The staff are kind, but the doctors are not professional and failed multiple times making the wrong crowns everytime!! Three times making the wrong crown and every they fail fail fail then decided to cut a little of the gum so they put the last crown, again they realized its the wrong size of the crown!! Their answer is sorry the lab made the crown bigger than how it should be!! They know my flight is two days after my last appointment, they made a quick whatever crown because there want enough time! Now has been 4 months already and still pain and feel very sensitive after they cut the gum around the tooth! I really dont recommend them at all unless you want to clean your teeth only, other than that, please find a better clinic. If you wonder why they have high rate google map because dena (I think her name) ask everyone once they leave to write a positive review about the clinic on google map (you may see this at their table) they also might give you discount if you write them a good comment! Not happy with the results at all and felt was a victim of their (high reviews) which been told to patients to write!

In addition, all her assistants are wonderful from Khadijah to Sahar to Sana… and I haven’t forgotten the wonderful admin staff especially the lovely Dina, Nemra, Maria, and all the others. Everyone feels like family there. I definitely recommend this dentist!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: This dental office is super friendly! I am always pleased with my experience every time I visit. I’ve had bad experiences with dental offices. Specifically with lack of communication. I sort of gave up and I haven’t been in years. I am so happy that I chose this dental office because my faith and smile has been restored. They have hi-tech equipment. We take the x-rays while sitting in the seat and they pop up on the screen instantly. I’ve never had that happen before. I was amazed! All of my questions are answered thoroughly. I always leave completely satisfied.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this dentist since I was a little girl! I’ve done braces and cleaning and the results were wonderful! Today I did a cleaning and asked tor help to find an ENT specialist for my concerns regarding my sinuses and Ms. Rimsha at the front desk put in such hard work to give me a list of doctors that may take my insurance!! Best hard working team ever!

Fantastic experience: We have been to many dental offices last 25 years, but what we experienced at Grove Dental Clinic was amazing and outstanding. My wife’s infected/broken tooth was giving her so much pain and tried to make an appointment at many dental offices but no one was booking for months. Dr. Chaudhry was humble and caring, he stayed late to take care of her. He went above and beyond to help us which unforgettable for rest of our life. We are so GRATEFUL to find Grove Dental Clinic where human lives are matter.

Negative experience: Incredibly poor customer service my wife received. And when we called to file a complaint, the manager acted like this never happens. They also speak their own language in the office, making you feel alienated. We will never be back. Yelp has more honest reviews. Someone else said this: "All the reviews are fake. They ask you to review them prior to providing a discount on services."

Fantastic experience: I brought my dad here for a dental emergency. Neither of us had ever been here before. He is an older guy. The staff was so gracious, patient and empathetic that 40 minutes into his appointment I changed dentists and started coming here. My own appointment was much of the same - staff was personable, passionate, professional and knowledgeable, walking me through every step of my care. Will refer this place to everyone I know.

Fantastic experience: My mother needed an emergency appointment and the amazing front desk, Nimra was able to accommodate my mom into the schedule today after having called multiple clinics for an appt. We were blessed to have Dr. Rukhsana Waqar, who is very kind and patient enough to answer all our questions in regards to different treatment options. At the end of the appointment my mom was beyond happy and relieved. We were given different treatment option pricing and scheduled our follow up with the most amazing staff: Zainab and Nimra.

Negative experience: I am giving a start because it’s not possible to give zero. I called today to make sure I spoke with someone before posting a review and confirmed my number was blocked. I can say that because I called from a different number and the call was answered on the first ring. Of course at this point is not worth talking with anyone there. I sent this email yesterday around 10:00 am. Please take time to read it because you really want to AVOID this clinic!! I will also contact my insurance to let them know the kind of dentist they have on their coverage. “I wanted to reach out directly to your office before writing a review. My husband was seen about 2 weeks ago at your practice and some treatment was deemed necessary. We were asked to schedule next appointment when leaving the office but I asked if I could get an estimate before doing so to ensure we could afford your prices. The lady, with an attitude, said she could not do that because it was Saturday, that we could get one following Tuesday. We heard nothing so we waited and called the following week. I was told someone would call me with a response. Nothing happened. My husband called and was told they were going to email it at end of the day or next day. At the end of day we had nothing. Due to cleaning and all that went on that day exposing the cavity my husband is in severe pain to the point he has been taking acetaminophen and ibuprofen daily. I am sure as a medical/dental practice you know is not ok to take this pain medication long term. We would like to proceed with treatment but we don’t seem to be able to get the estimate. I called yesterday to speak with a manager for urgent matter and I have not received a call. I would like my husband to continue care with you but don’t seem like you would like to have my husband as your patient. Please contact me to your earlies convenience.
