Negative experience: I went to them for a checkup they took xrays and said I had to pay 0 out of pocket and recommended a root canal etc when the original issue I came to them was for jaw pain and I wanted a nightgaurd. Anyway thats besides the point they are now spamming me asking for 81 dollars half a year after the checkup and keep messaging me and emailing me but dont tell me what the 81 dollar is for and when I keep calling their number no one picks up even though Im calling in business hours. Avoid this scammy place. Workers were nice but their business practices are not

Fantastic experience: I did get to write my review a little late but it was something I've been wanting to get too. The people here are AMAZING. by any means they are no short of kind. I recommend seeing Renate for an assistant. She's the most kind and honest person I've delt with customer service wise. All of the dentist there are FLAWLESS, and helpful to the best content. I've been going here for 3-5 years and I'll continuing going here. I have ZERO complaints.

Negative experience: Pure negligence landed my boyfriend in the ICU at St Francis hospital with sepsis and verge of dying.

Fantastic experience: Dr. K is the best dentist I have found in the last few years and I am extremely grateful to his expertise, professionalism, excellent communication, and a 100% commitment to patient comfort and satisfaction. He has not just performed minor work but major extractions and complicated issues, with an energy that lights up the room. I would recommend him over the other 2 doctors at WRD. His team including Elizabeth the Dental Hygenist and Matt the Dental Assistant are people I recommend to my circle. They are so patient and open to ensuring they give me time until I am happy with the results. I would caution double checking with office staff and insurance companies on the pricing and ensuring that you are maximizing your benefits and are charged correctly for services - but that is administrative and can be handled. I appreciate front desk staff for their fast responses, clarifications, and pre-authorization paper work submitted in a timely manner.

Fantastic experience: Will absolutely be recommending to every single person looking for a dentist. My son was turned away mid cleaning at another office, and another one refused to even see him. He is 13 and very low on the autism spectrum so finding a dentist has been hard. White River Dental said they wouldn't turn him away. Him and my husband went back for his first appointment and my husband was so impressed by the staff and how welcoming everyone was. We are on the road to better dental care and as a momma of a son that struggles.... I am beyond grateful and I hope they know how amazing this office is.

Fantastic experience: Absoluetely AMAZING!!!!!! I had to take my 2.5 yr old for the first time and they was amazing! The place is beautiful and everyone is so sweet. I drove 2.5 hrs to get there and it was worth it!

Negative experience: One dentist is super negative, judgemental, and just not any type of good, comfortable energy. Loved this place until I had to deal with him. Also crown, fillings are done too quickly, too many at once and fall out.

Fantastic experience: I had to have a back tooth pulled. It took several shots and breaking and pulling. The dentist was as gentle as possible and made sure I was doing okay several times. I had no problems afterward. I love this place! *****This is a second review due to another experience with WRD: Today, I went in for an unscheduled visit. I had an infected tooth that was causing a lot of pain. After only waiting 1/2 hour, I was being seen but then I had a medical issue where my blood pressure spiked very high. My assistant, Rachel, immediately notified Dr. Strickland and I was cared for in the best way possible. My daughter picked me up and we went to the ER, as urged by Dr. Strickland. Everything turned out fine but it meant a lot that WRD took such good care of me.

Negative experience: Save your money and avoid this place. My wife had a crown done here last year. We were quoted a price and we paid the full amount at the visit. A year later, they sent us a new bill claiming the system hadn’t been updated. Very unprofessional — save yourself the time, money, and stress.

Fantastic experience: Kloey and Victoria were amazing, funny and made my first experience at White River amazing. They were both so helpful and made sure I was not anxious. Dr Strickland was helpful and answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable with my experience. He helped me put a fear to rest I had from a previous dentist. I am thankful to find an office that takes the time to answer questions and explain things.

Negative experience: Started going here a couple years ago and liked them. However, I had a cavity filled at the end of March, and last week, the filling just popped out. When I called to see if they could refill it, the person I spoke to said I shouldn't have to pay since it was less than 5 months ago, but she would double check with her manager and call me back. (I recently changed insurance and they don't take my new insurance, otherwiseit wouldn't be a huge deal) I get a voicemail a few hours later that unfortunately, they need to do an exam and xrays to see what's going on, and they can run it though my insurance, but i will have to pay the out-of-network fees. I feel like this is ridiculous. I understand the need for an exam and xray, but I don't feel like I should have to pay for them to fix THEIR mistake. I have had over 30 fillings in my life, and have never had one just pop off. I feel like it must have not been done correctly to begin with for it to fall out in less than 5 months... super disappointed in the lack of concern for their quality of work and that they are unwilling to correct it without me paying out of pocket.

Negative experience: I entered as a new patient. I was there two hours, paperwork, xrays & exam. Dr Strickland approached from behind, barely showed his face, spent no more than 5 minutes then presented me with an estimate of $7498. Never in 70 years of dental appointments have I felt less cared about. I'm going to eat the $215 worth of X-rays and find another dentist. This guy cares only about his bottom line.

Negative experience: Never saw staff wash their hands, dental assistant had her hair hanging in her face while doing my daughter's cleaning, almost in my daughter's mouth at one point until I asked her to put her hair back. Numerous staff in and out, no consideration for the patient at all. When we left here my 14 year old was in tears. I will not go back and would not recommend them to anyone. Unprofessional and unsanitary

Fantastic experience: I have already posted a Facebook review for myself. Today i am posting an updated review on Google based off of the care my children, whom i have switched to this office, have received. (Jeffrey, Darius, Alivia V) I still very much appreciate this dentist office. It kind of feels like the dentist office you've been seerching your whole life to find. Better late than never i suppose! Elizabeth, the dental hygenist, is wonderful. She is friendly, gentle, empathetic, and just has so much good energy. Dr Strickland is great. You can tell he is seasoned and very knowledgeable in his career. The exact person you would want doing dental work on your kids. Or yourself. He doesnt make it feel rushed. He is informative.

Negative experience: I visited White River Dental for a routine cleaning and checkup that was covered by my insurance. During the visit, they recommended additional procedures like deep cleaning and cavity treatment, which required insurance approval. I waited nearly a year for the insurance to approve the treatment. Once approved, I received an estimated quote, which I accepted. However, during my third or fourth visit, I was surprised to learn the price had increased significantly compared to the original estimate. When I raised my concern, I was told it was “just an estimate.” That made me uncomfortable proceeding with the treatment at that time. I explained this to the front desk and said I wasn’t ready to continue due to the unexpected price increase. I was physically present for the appointment but chose not to move forward based on the updated cost. Despite that, I was charged a $75 fee for canceling. I followed up politely by phone, explaining that I had shown up and simply wanted to discuss the charges. I was informed the fee still applied due to paperwork I had previously signed. I also asked if there was anyone beyond the front desk I could speak with, but didn’t receive further support. It seems like they’re okay with losing a long-term patient over a questionable $75 fee. Sharing my experience so others can be better informed: 1. Always review everything you sign (for additional charges ) 2. Understand that “estimated” quotes may change significantly. 3. Ask in advance how billing is handled if treatment plans change (Price should not change in between treatment) This review is solely about my experience with the billing and front desk process. In the end, I realize I don’t have much recourse, so I will pay the $75 and close the chapter with White River Dental—just to move on. I hope this review helps others ask the right questions upfront.

Negative experience: Don’t bother going unless you have 75.00 right off the bat and they won’t bother to tell you on the phone prior to the appointment that you are paying anything until you show up. Even if the “accept” your insurance.

Negative experience: I have a tooth that needs to come out I went to a different dentist for another tooth as white river dental was full the day I went long story short they refuse to see me because they did panoramic x-rays at the other dentist and my insurance covers one a yr I said use regular exrays oh they're sorry they can't do that either so if I pay for the panoramic x-rays they can see me ridiculous I've seen Dr Strickland since I was in my 20s I'm 45 now so you've lost a long term patient and my children as well plus my recommendations

Negative experience: White River Dental Heads Up I had an initial appointment for cleaning and they indicated they needed to do x rays and such due to being a new patient which was fine. However, I was informed of needing two extractions and a root canal, as well as a few other things. This ended up being over 1200.00. I couldn’t do their finance plan because it was around 200.00 a month. So I asked them if I could have a cleaning because I couldn’t afford all of these things at this time. They said unfortunately they are unable to until these other surgeries are taken care of due to so many things needing to be done. I didn’t like that so I searched elsewhere. Apparently 6 months later they scheduled me for a cleaning but I can’t have a cleaning. This is what they reported initially. Now they say I can have a cleaning and I scheduled it. I didn’t schedule it because you said it couldn’t be done. Yes they called me to confirm and I have been dealing with RSV and a lay off scare at my job so I myself have not been present for others outside my own four walls. I have never scheduled an appointment other than initial and then they told me I couldn’t get the cleaning until paying the 1200+ dollars for all the other stuff. Never heard of that but I made my mind I wasn’t going back. I called them either the day of or before and they stated they needed 72 hours notice. Okay? I never made the appointment and I called to inform you I wouldn’t be there because I don’t know who made it and you couldn’t do it anyways due to the other things YOU SAID had to be done first. So I go and pay money for something you can’t do, even though now you say you can, or you charge me 75.00 for missing an appointment I never scheduled. Apparently they don’t make mistakes and don’t schedule an appointment without a patients request. Well..someone did and again, it can’t occur anyways due to the issues so there is no point in coming in. Well then it’s 75.00 because you were informed about it and if you don’t pay it, it will go to collections. Okay…someone told me I couldn’t get a cleaning before the surgeries, you scheduled me for one without them being done and I have to pay even tho you can’t do them? Even if I would have went you would have still not been able to. Either way it’s money hungry and miscommunication within this office. Also, apparently saying their job title over and over to me like they are higher on a pedestal than I am (which no one is better than anyone else besides the man above us) makes them feel like they can say or do whatever they want when their office made the mistake. I could have just not called or informed them of the mistake but I finally was able to think and process things. I felt the right thing to do was to call. This review is going to the BBB next and if anyone else suggests other ways to review/report a business, I would appreciate it. This is not okay. Thank you in advance for any recommendations.

As a new patient, we do a full assessment including X-rays to ensure we can provide safe and effective care. If urgent dental issues are found during that assessment — such as infections or compromised teeth — our providers may recommend addressing those first, before a routine cleaning, to protect your health.
Regarding appointment scheduling: Our intent is always to support our patients with timely reminders and follow-ups. We regret any confusion caused by the scheduling of a cleaning you didn’t intend to confirm, and we understand how that can be frustrating.
Concerning the cancellation fee: While our policy does require 48 hours' notice to avoid a fee, we recognize that misunderstandings can happen and are always willing to review things on a case-by-case basis.

Negative experience: I asked what was in the fillings. Dentist doesn’t even know what it’s composed of. He told me that it’s good enough for him, and kind of expected me to be ok with that. Tried to sell me products that I didn’t need or want. The same products that my insurance covers. Tried to sell me extra work that I didn’t want. The place is set up like an assembly line. Very compartmentalized. And a real lack of human connection and care. They’re just working for the doctor money, they don’t care about you or your feelings. Or your dental health for that matter. If anything they just want to milk you to the maximum. Dr Strickland makes you sign off on everything. It’s like a grinder. They use walkie talkies just like they are the Secret Service. I’ve never had an experience like this, with any dentist, in any of the cities I’ve lived in. Some of the staff of was friendly. But they STILL have those rediculous COVID plastic protector things in their lobby. Just a bad vibe.

Fantastic experience: I walked in as a new patient walk in filled out the paperwork had my initial exam done and was told if I had time they could treat me that day before I left had 14 extractions (very bad teeth ) and had probably the best dental experience I've ever had no discomfort they listened if I said something hurt and was polite and answered any questions I had along the way very highly recommend from a walk in perspective I was there a total of 4 hours from new patient to having everything I needed done and out the door very highly satisfied!!

Fantastic experience: I visited White River and saw Victoria, who was just so kind, comforting, and informative. She acknowledged my dental anxiety and spent the entire appointment making sure I was comfortable. And Madison at the check out desk is phenomenal. Very accommodating, understanding, and reassuring. Fantastic experience: Dr. Kaled has now extracted two of my teeth in an emergency situation where I was in unbearable pain. We drove over an hour to his office both times due to it being Saturday and needing something immediately. He is the only dentist I have not been afraid of and genuinely felt comfortable with. His assistants are just as great and made sure I was comfortable and had any and everything I needed. He made sure everything was set before he started and talked me through everything. Amazing group of people including the front office staff.

Was super comforting to my daughter who was getting the dental work done. Same with Dr. Strickland, explained everything that was being done and couldn't have have been nicer! Negative experience: First off, let me say this was a nice place and staff was nice. However, I’ve never been to a Dentist that tries to use sales tactic on patients until I went to White River Dental. All I needed was a simple cleaning. I’ve never had any dental work done, not even so much as a cavity and I was told by the worker I needed to have all this stuff done and it was going to cost me almost $900! To top it off, I didn’t even get my teeth cleaned that day. They took about 100 X-rays with the high tech machine, and I was going to have to come back for the actual cleaning! Cleanings have ALWAYS been free for me with my insurance, and I still got a bill for $83 before the cleaning was ever done! I didn’t go back for my cleaning! Wont go back again. Very frustrating and I had to pay the $83 :(

Fantastic experience: I've gone to White River twice over the past few years for emergencies. Both experiences were great. Pricing might be a little higher than average however you truly get what you pay for in this case. I shattered a visible tooth they were able to save my tooth and put a crown on. And let me tell you I can't tell the difference. It feels exactly like my original tooth, the shape is spot on. If the pricing scares you just know that your paying for the absolute best. I definitely recommend white river for any major dental work!

Fantastic experience: Went in for a chipped wisdom tooth that was causing me pain. Dr. K and Maggie were the 2 that helped me and by far, was probably one of the best dentist appointments I've had. Dr. K came in and checked it out and told me that they could extract it and I accepted the treatment. While prepping me for the extraction, the Dr was very comforting and talkative, which helped make the experience better to a personal level rather than just another patient. The extraction took about 10 minutes or so and went well. I was overall impressed with the staff and the 2 that helped me today. Didn't try to upsell me on anything either, just stuck with the issue at hand. Highly Recommend Dr. K!

Fantastic experience: I was sent to the facility from the VA under community care. I was kind of upset at first because it's almost an hour from me. However, this has been a great experience. My cleaning and original exam went off without a hitch. The hygienist was quick but thorough. I needed some work done. I went back yesterday for some filings. Amber was my Dental Assistant and she was fantastic. I was nervous and she took time to talk to me and calm me down. Dr. Strickland was friendly, quick and efficient. He made sure that I was good and numb. Amber used a gel to numb me up a little before the shots. That really helped me. They called me today to check up on me, which i thought was really nice.

Positive experience: I started going here in 2023 when I knocked my front tooth out and couldn’t get in to my regular dentist due to the timing. Initially I was seeing Dr. K and he was wonderful! Always smiling and has such great energy. He’s really great to be around and is so thorough in his explanations. When it came time to start my implant process, I started seeing Dr. Strickland. What I really love is his humor and ability to make any situation more comfortable. I have pretty bad anxiety when it comes to dental work. Almost to the point where I embarrass myself but I’ve never been made to feel bad about it here. I’ve also had the pleasure of being assisted by Edina, Amber and Matt. Fantastic experience: Love this place. I have massive anxiety about going to the dentist but White River Dental is very different from other Dental offices i have been to. Negative experience: Very upset with this place. My two year old fell and busted his mouth. I called at about 515 and they told me as long as I made it by 7pm they would take us. We arrived at 6:32pm with blood clearly in my sons mouth. They said they had 4 walk ins and couldn't take us today. I told the lady I had spoke with someone and I had just drove over a hour to make it. She was nice and said she was sorry but the appointments take a hour each, we could hang out and try to get in but if it was too late it was very likely they wouldn't take us. Needless to say I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend anyone to try this office. 24/7 dental had to close early today and recommended this place.
Negative experience: Bottom line they just want the money. $160.00 DOLLARS charged to insurance and absolutely no dental work done. Now I lost time and have to find a dentist that I can afford. I can't recommend white river dental

Fantastic experience: Dr K is awesome!!! He is very friendly, super knowledgeable, and always makes sure you are comfortable. Everytime my husband and I go in there, we walk out very confident in the work he did. My husband originally walked in for an emergency visit but we will be switching all of our dental needs to White River!

Negative experience: Front desk girls are horrible. Booked me for the wrong time and gave me attitude because they did their job wrong. This is both the desk girls that work in the mornings and the ones in the evenings; collectively an extremely unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Khaled Al Nasr Allah was phenomenal and I would highly recommend him to ANYONE! He was patient and beyond empathetic to my pain. I came in needing a tooth taken care of that was in excruciating pain and he handled it with such kindness and compassion.

Negative experience: Took daughter to White River Dental and great experience with office staff and very clean facility. However, depending on the dentist you see will depend on your treatment and not all providers will recommend the same treatment even looking at the same document and x rays. Strickland in particular stated in need of a procedure that would be $2,000 almost and that’s AFTER insurance. When trying to see if anything else can be an option he said no and only lowered cost to about )850. Who has this extra money especially during these financially unstable times? Not me!! Jumping forward 6 months still have issues and saw different dentist. A filling can be done hoping it’ll take care of it. SERIORLY?? When coming in and speaking with Strickland and being told no other options and now told this?? So frustrating!! Strickland only want the money? Such horrible decision as a provider that supposedly wants to do best for the patients when all this makes it seem like all he wants is your money not really caring about anything else.

Fantastic experience: My 8-year-old son needed 4 teeth pulled. We saw many other dentists. Two of which we had no success with pulling the teeth. We were referred to an oral surgeon which is crazy expensive and practically unaffordable. Our last shot was with White River. I guess you could say the third times a charm. The dentist was able to pull all four teeth out with no tears. He and the technician distracted him and kept him calm. My son now wants to go back and see the dentists that didn't lie to him and listened. Thanks so much White River! One happy momma here! PS. This was much more affordable as well!

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency root canal done here at 27 weeks pregnant due to a broken tooth, amazing, no issues, very happy!! Decided to wait to finish treatment after I had the baby but instead, at 37 weeks I needed my other one done due to severe pain. Great communication with scheduling and during procedure, very calm and comfortable. Will be continuing care here :)

Negative experience: I had a very small filling turn into a cracked tooth and a crown which fell off twice. I was feeling very anxious about continuing treatments and the staff was very rude about my anxieties stating, “I don’t know why you’re so upset about this.” Anxiety is not always rational, but I chose not to return.

Negative experience: Long Story Ahead: I originally tried calling on a Saturday when I had a filling fall out, called two times that day (with five hours between the phone calls) and left a voicemail after the first call--never got a call back or anything. Finally was able to get someone to answer the phone on Monday, got an appointment for Thursday and was told I just needed to bring my OB release form. At my appointment on Thursday, the assistant told me that the dentist may not even do anything for me because I was so far in my pregnancy (this was not relayed to me when making my appointment despite me being asked how far I was). Dr. K was fine with doing the filling, however he asked me what I was wanting to get done and I explained I just wanted the hole in my tooth from the missing filling repaired, that was it. He also wanted to have me come in the next day or Monday, and I had to repeat myself THREE TIMES that I only had that day to get anything done because I am scheduled for a C-section on Tuesday and had other things that needed to get completed. The next thing I know, I'm getting two fillings, multiple teeth have drilled into and none of what is happening has been explained to me at all. Once finished with everything, I went out to my car and was looking at my teeth and I noticed there was a gap between my two front teeth that not been there when I came in. I immediately went back inside and explained I was not happy and would like this fixed. The hygienist/assistant fixed the gap which is great, but still shouldn't have had to be fixed in the first place. Since Thursday, I have had two pieces of filling break off these brand new fillings on two different teeth and I have not even had a single crunchy food item or used those teeth in particular to bite anything with. I am 10/10 very UNHAPPY with my experience and most likely will not be returning.

Negative experience: If I could give ZERO stars I would because they don't even deserve half of a star. This is the most money hungry place I have ever been to in my life. They do NOT care about the patient just the all mighty dollar. Sad. I have since found an amazing dentist that is honest caring and wants to SAVE my teeth. White River said I need thousands of dollars worth of work done which is in fact wrong! No root canals no crowns...just basic fillings. Proceeding with White Rivers' recommendations would have caused a complete breakdown of those teeth which would have caused more damage and would have cost me so much more for them to be fixed or replaced. That is the end goal with these chain dentists such as White River. They want to keep you incurring costly work so they can drain your pocket. Advocate for yourselves folks and get a second opinion always! And I wouldn't take my DOG to White River for a cleaning!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely LOVE White River Dental. I have been a patient here for a few years, and every experience I have had here has been amazing! As a child, I had a horrible dentist, which had left me with a serious fear of the dentist. Finding and going to White River Dental has been such a relief! The dentist there are all amazing and take such great care of their patients! Shots have always been a big fear for me, and when getting them at this dentist place, I feel absolutely NO pain whatsoever. Nothing. Nada. They numb you before the numbing shots, so you dont feel any pain. I recently had immense tooth pain, and even though they were fully booked, they still got me in to get my pain taken care of! The tooth removal itself was SO QUICK and PAINLESS that I was shocked when the dentist was finished! Dr. Strickland is my usual dentist, and he is AMAZING! But my last visit I saw Dr. Khaled and he was just as great! Very attentive the entire process. The staff/dental assistants are also all AMAZING as well!! I honestly could not give more credit to this dentist office! I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone! Amazing people, place, and a great experience (especially for those of us who are terrified of dentists! Trust me, go here!!) 5☆s for sure!!! Also, shout out to the assistant Chantelle! She was AMAZING! Very informative, and always explained to me what was going on, and making sure I was okay! Dr. Khaled also made sure to keep me engaged in conversation to distract me and to keep me calm. He made sure I was okay through the whole process and spoke to me with such kindness! He didn't give any judgments and made me feel heard! A great dentist!!

Negative experience: I would give 0 stars if possible. White river dental is just out for money. My daughter and I both had appts yesterday and they don't even do the work I went there for and didn't tell me when I made the appt even though they knew what I was coming in for. Then gave me an extensive list of things "wrong" with my daughter's teeth. Included was a bunch of "optional" things. I am calling a different dentist today to get a second opinion.

They also have great hours and are even open all day on Saturday which is very rare. Fantastic experience: I had a traumatic experience years ago and I came here to get my damage fixed several years ago. That time they pulled a tooth and i never knew she did it. They have all always been amazing. I came in last week still terrified and Victoria who did my xrays and such was amazing. Every step of the way she asked are you OK is this OK. She made sure I was so informed of everything she did before she did it. I brought my kids back later but I didn't catch that ladies name but she was very kind as well. I had taken my daughter to another dentist who said she needed a root canal and extensive work done to her teeth and to seek out a pediatric dentist for surgery. Guess what, she needs nothing at all. Her teeth are fine. The hygienist came in very sweet and compassionate lady. Dr Strickland is as always a 4 star dentist. He explained everything going on with my teeth in detail not just well we need to do this, he gave the why's we need to do this. If you have a fear of dentists this is your place.

Fantastic experience: My son is 6 and had to go through a lot today! Mecca did absolutely fantastic! She was so caring with him, played with him, talked to him. Treated him like a king, he even hugged her and that’s a big deal for him. Dr. Strickland and Khded did absolutely amazing and were so patient with him this was a great place for my little one.

Fantastic experience: Very clean and respectful place of business. Mostly appointments but if you have a tooth bothering you then you can walk on in and they will take care of you as a walk in. All the staff and doctors are cool and respectful. They do everything your teeth need. Wisdom teeth bothering you? No longer look for an oral surgeon. White river will remove them on site. They have a lot of new technology so dry sockets are Mostly things of the past and it heals so much faster when they graph your blood and fill in the hole where your tooth was. They arr also doing digital impressions so no more messy yucky stuff in your mouth. Would recommend 100% 5 star all day long. Update: Had to return to get a tooth yanked and I walked in and they got me right back. I requested Dr. Strickland and with no questions asked he was the one to work with me. He has done all my teeth and when it comes to dental work he has that touch. You won't feel any pain at all. He treats you like he has known you for decades. Also give a huge thank you to Kenzie and Kloey for the help they do in that office while the Dr is at work. He only has 2 hands so the extra ones that can be of assistance are more of a need than you know. Especially at the dentist. It was a relief when they came walking in the room and got to work on such a painful area. Teeth pain sucks and they took care of me the same day I decided I needed an extraction. Thanks.

Fantastic experience: I love this place! I was having a lot of pain from a crown that was put in and was told to come on in as a walk in so they could check it out. Got there and was cold so they got me a blanket! Like a real warm cozy one. Then Becca took me listened as I explained my problem and she got right to work examining and checking everything. Then she went ahead and adjusted it right then. She went slow so not to cause more pain than necessary, which I appreciated. She gave me a coating to get me some pain relief. Then, she explained what to expect going forward and let me know to call of I wasn't seeing improvement. I always feel important and valued when I come in for whatever reason. Truly a great experience!

Negative experience: Was forced into paying for a crown that I did not ask for when I scheduled to have my crown put back on after having oral surgery. Did the entire process and then was charged after I told them I could not pay, I was on unpaid leave after having a baby at the time and homeless. Was told I could setup a payment plan. I had to setup a $50 dollar a month payment, I am harassed about this payment monthly. All messages are rude and make you feel like trash. The crown that I am paying for has fell off three times now and if you owe them money you are not allowed to have this fixed as I was told today. I have waited over a year to make this review as I thought maybe I would be treated better as time went on. So I have a crown that I am supposed to pay for, but is not in my mouth. I had other dental work done that was subpar and not satisfactory. So I have to reach out to the BBB to report this and hopefully get my crown put back on since I am paying for a crown to sit in my drawer. I would compare this to getting into a car accident and someone totaling your vehicle and still having to make the car payment when you were not at fault.

Negative experience: The reason for my low review is based on customer service ONLY! I brought my mother for emergency treatment and we were turned away because her license was expired. The receptionist was extremely rude and had no empathy whatsoever. We had driven an hour and a half. Long story short, we came 3 times when we could have gone once, and it was entirely due to the receptionist telling us incorrect information. It was outrageous!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at this dentist office. Matt was the nicest hygienist I’ve ever had. I appreciate all of the staff making patients feel so comfortable, especially when some may feel anxious about seeing a dentist.

Fantastic experience: I was singing today at White River Dental, and I would say the most picturesque experience one can have at a dental appointment can be found here. Amber was a fabulous assistant for Dr K, and I have to say the bedside manner was very good. I'm 35, work a full time job, and frankly I wouldn't take the time to write this unless I was legitimately and sincerely appreciative.

Fantastic experience: Becca was amazing. They took a lot of time worrying that I have no pain. The procedure of a root canal and crown went smooth. Dr. Kaur was extremely nice and she has wonderful eyebrows.

Fantastic experience: Mrs. Becca helped through out the beginning of my visit and made me feel very comfortable and confident I was at the right place! Dr. Kav was so unbelievably caring and constantly made sure I was comfortable and ok! I sadly missed the assistant's name that helped Dr. Kav during my extractions but she was just as amazing! Y'all have a great team!

Fantastic experience: Simply amazing and well cared for! The ladies that seen me were chatting and talking to me about my family and were so sweet. Felt more like being at the hair salon than the dentist and I loved that. Get you those cheese curds

Fantastic experience: White River Dental was awesome. We went really late and the front office staff never acted like we were putting them out or anything. My daughter is special needs and was taken very good care of by Marina and Dr K. Their kindness was welcoming. They treated her like a normal person and was very honest with us about treatments with no pressuring. Thank u so much for taking such good care of us. You rock.
