Fantastic experience: My family has been going to this dentist for years, and they are fantastic. I recently had an issue with an old filling, and they got me in the next day, and repaired it beautifully. Thankful for these people!

Fantastic experience: I had my cleaning done today by Grace. Very professional and made sure I understood everything. Made sure I was comfortable. They really care about their patients.

Negative experience: Several frustrating experiences here with staff not returning calls or following up completely or accurately. Will be adding weeks to my time in Invisalign which is impactful on my quality of life. Hygienists I have seen have all been great I've the last year or so.

Negative experience: I did like going to this dentist, and their cleaning was good. Unfortunately I had a tooth die, and the dentist did not catch it on x-rays. I told Dr. Jarvie I felt as though my tooth was dying and it was completely dismissed. Two days after I came in for that tooth pain, I got an abscess in the gum above the tooth. The tooth was treated with a root canal. After a few months it began hurting again and I raised my fears to the doctor. I was dismissed again. Six months after that, the tooth abscessed again, and I had to go to a endodontist. The endodontist said the root canal wasn't good enough, and I had it redone, and they were confused on why this office didn't test to see if the tooth was dead with cold. After two medicated fillings, the tooth didn't heal because too much time had passed during the infection, and now I have bone loss. I now have to get the tooth extracted and get an implant, which could have been avoided if the doctor had taken my pain & concerns more seriously. Everyone should be their own advocate, and I learned this lesson with this dentist. I want to update a whole year later. I am still dealing with bone graphs and trying to heal this thing. I am 6 procedures in, and 3 specialists in to try to fix this. I've spent over 10k paying to fix the bone in my face. I'm half tempted to sue this office for medical malpractice.

Positive experience: I really like the dental appointments and cleanings here, but everything else is kind of a mess. I've tried calling the office several times with no answer, my retainer I ordered was somehow lost twice and thus took 10 months to finally receive, and the front desk seems overworked and is thus pretty slow. I don't think I'll be continuing at this dental office.

Negative experience: Went to get a tooth pulled and when I was seen they took more xrays asked why I was there and I told them for tooth pulling. Guy left came back an forth then doc came back in and asked why I was told it needed pulled. He looked checked it and went away for prob half hour. Guy came back said doc should be back. Then after waiting over hour doc came back in and said that I was expecting my tooth pulled. Said yes and told him I was referred to root canal guy an then they said it needed to be pulled since the root canal would not save tooth. So needless to say it seemed the doc was clueless and said there was a bump on Gum and he left and Guy had to track him down to sign for antibiotics then doc said when I comeback in few .months he'll look at it again. This was also 3rd time I was at that a e and waited prob 1 hour each time. So not happy

Negative experience: I’d leave a zero star review for this dentistry if I could… doctor Jarvie gave me crown on one of my teeth. If you do your research online a crown is supposed to protect the tooth from infection and strengthen it, but apparently he did it wrong. I come in 5 months later for a teeth cleaning from a male hygienist (can’t remember his name he was new but I absolutely adore him) and he poked my tooth with the crown that had a hole in it. He called doctor Alshafi over to take a look, she was very sweet and told me to make another appointment to take the crown off and try to save the tooth. I come in 5 days later and she takes the crown off saying she would replace it and save the tooth for FREE because doctor Jarvie messed it up but when she took off the crown my tooth was completely black. They then recommended me to Precision Oral Surgeon to get the tooth extracted because they couldn’t save it. Worst experience I had and they won’t offer me my money back for the crown that THEY messed up. If you come to this dentist they are all very nice but I wouldn’t go to doctor Jarvie. The first time I had him as my doctor he skipped over a cavity I had, the only reason the cavity was noticed was because dental assistant pointed it out 20 minutes later, then he proceeded to do my crown wrong and leave me with a rotting tooth. Don’t bring your money here.

Fantastic experience: Danly, my Hygienist, was very good, professional and friendly. Put me at ease and did a thorough job. Dr. Jarvie created a solution to a problem I had with my teeth that will work well and save money. I was highly satisfied with my visit.

Fantastic experience: I have been going here for close to 20 yes in Jan. Loved both my Dentists and Hygienists. Give them a try. Dr Jarvis is my present Dentist

Negative experience: Used to be great under old ownership, great place if you love inconsistent hygienist. Had one appointment with one one day. The day because they didn't have enough time stated they didn't agree with the previous hygienist. Mind you I had to rearrange my work schedule to make both appointments.

Positive experience: Clean felt rushed and then no dentist was available to review or provide updates.

Fantastic experience: Update Nov 2025: Please ditch the paper forms and get digital ones So inefficient. Still love you though. Cannot say enough positive things about this dental office. Everyone was kind/personable from reception to the dentist. I received proper care, honest advice and intel to combat my teeth grinding, and the pricing was lower than expected. Will definitely be making this office my regular.

Negative experience: The hygenists seem like they’re in a hurry and my teeth never actually feel super clean after leaving my appointments. Also, I had an appointment earlier this week and was told the dentist wasn’t available to look at me after my hygienist finished cleaning because she was busy and there was only one dentist on staff this day. I was told to come back another time if I wanted to be inspected by the dentist. Very poor planning on the office’s part and I will be looking for a new dentist.

Negative experience: Done with this place. Place was great when Vivi was there, the best hygienist on the planet. I've now had 4 different hygienists for my last 4 appointments and they were all rough. Now they've asked me to confirm a tomorrow appointment 4 times in the past week and of course they call me today to cancel. I told the caller I think I'm done with Mountain Range and she said that's fine. You know what? She's right. C ya! Me and my wife, loyal patients for the past couple years are going somewhere else. Good luck with your terrible service.

Negative experience: I have been going to the is dental office for years and have been mostly happy with this office I have to say this recent visit has left me extremely upset. I had a extract ion done and was told to take otc mediciation for pain relief. i spent this past weekend in excruciating pain and called the office on Monday Am to see if i could have something else to help relieve the pain only to be told that Dr J would be out until Thursday and i would have to wait until then. Unexceptable! I am so upset that they would allow one of their patients to be in horrible dental pain and not offer any other solution. I will be finding a new dentist.

Positive experience: The appointment went great. I don't know about cracking my teeth while I sleep. There's a lot things going on in this world that don't like and grit my teeth from saying anything. I think I sleep when I can an no machine will make me sleep or keep me asleep. Positive experience: I’m 68 years old, I’m not overly impressed with anything! My experience was ok. There were no follow up appointments made to address what my x-rays revealed. I would like to address my situation before the end of the year.

And I am super anxious with dentists but Danly truly made the entire experience fantastic and comfortable. Be mindful that they advertise nitrous on the website for comfort however the last few times I’ve been here they have been without it But that is no reflection on Danly…10/10 for Danly!!

Positive experience: I was disappointed that there was no discussion regarding the need for a new crown. There was no discussion about the pros and cons. I do not have dental insurance and I am almost 80 years old on a fixed income. I know it is an expensive procedure and I learned just how expensive it is on the way out of the office. I need more information before I commit that much money.

Fantastic experience: I have been at many different dental clinics over the years and I must say that my hygienist Shivani (hope I have name correct) was fantastic. She not only did a very thorough cleaning and exam but was also compassionate and friendly. I highly recommend Mountain Range Dentistry.

Positive experience: Dental tech was terrific. I did not care for the condescending attitude of the new dentist. She insulted me to cover up for her own error. Not acceptable. My husband was in for an appointment at the same time and said he did not have confidence in what she was doing in replacing a filling for him. The tech had to step in to turn on a light for her when she was working without light. I will ask for a different dentist in the future.

Fantastic experience: So far I’m very happy with the open communication about Invisalign and dental procedure. I look forward to seeing how the process goes and the final results. Dr Jarvi is very kind and makes me feel confident and everyone in the office is great.

Fantastic experience: I am a 50-year-old woman who is severely afraid of the dentist. I’ve been to a few, here in the area and they were fine. Nothing like Mountain Range from the minute that I walked in. They were wonderful and sweet and nice and understanding the appointment was quick and Nothing like I’ve ever experienced during a dentist appointment and it had been a while since I’ve been in!!!! so coming from a elderly woman who has avoided the dentist for a whole life I highly recommend them not only for their updated technology. Fantastic experience: Great practice. Very streamlined and the hygienist was very friendly and accommodating (I don’t recall her name). I went in for a new patient appt that was advertised via direct mail. They were very up front and honest about costs. I will absolutely refer others to this practice.

Negative experience: I had a routine checkup/cleaning scheduled SIX months in advance, and only until I was sitting in the exam chair that I was told a doctor was not available for my appointment (no doctors were scheduled for the Friday that i was in). When I brought up my frustration that I took time out of my schedule to honor the appointment, they said my concern would be noted in my chart like I was in some bad remake of a Seinfeld episode. All jokes aside, this place is terrible.

Fantastic experience: Amazing dentists and staff! I completed Invisalign recently and the process was seamless, these people are amazing at what they do.

Negative experience: This place has always been solid, I’ve come here since 2020 for most of my dental cleanings. They lose files a lot and weren’t responsive to my requests for Invisalign so I went to Village Orthodontics a couple years ago (they’re amazing). Today I came in for a routine cleaning and met Dani, one of their new hygienists. Incredibly rude and not helpful. Dani lost you guys 1 customer today. Thanks for the good years while they lasted!

Fantastic experience: Over many years, beginning with the previous Dr. Jolly, I've received fine, friendly service that's above and beyond typical. Billing is always fair. This office won't surprise you with unexpected charges. Dr. Bright gives me options and explains techniques and any risks with each. There's another Dr. in the office also with exceptional experience.

Negative experience: The person that cleaned my teeth was really rough and aggressive. I asked her several times to take it easy and finally had to ask her to stop. She also kept hitting my teeth with her tools.

Fantastic experience: I have had really horrible dental phobia for the last year and my teeth were suffering due to my mental health. I finally got an appointment made with Dr. Bright and he was wonderful. The hygienist was able to do my cleaning pain free and she explained every step of the process so i felt safe. Dr. Bright was able to give me a treatment plan that i felt was doable financially and time wise and overall, ease my worries about how bad my teeth were getting. I highly recommend this office if you are nervous!

Fantastic experience: I’ve went to Mountain Range Dentistry literally my entire life. In college I went to a random dentist once and I remember she asked if I had any fear of the dentist, and I thought it was so weird, like, why on earth would I be afraid of the dentist? She found a cavity and recommended that I get it filled, I did, and WOW suddenly I realized why people would have a fear of dentists! I will never go anywhere else for my teeth! Everyone is gentle, knowledgeable, and does not operate by the “drill to bill” standard of practice. 2025 update: Still awesome. Won’t go anywhere else. Drive an hour to get there and it’s absolutely worth the drive!

Negative experience: If you struggle with anxiety when going to the dentist, this is not the place for you. I have been going here for several years and am so disappointed with my experience yesterday. After an appointment with several flaws (running late, empty nitrous, doctor and hygienist who have never worked together), I left feeling like something was off. After several hours I had such bad pain in my lower jaw that I started becoming physically ill from the throbbing. I went back in and received the same doctor who offered me a piece of paper with “care instructions” and told me to take Ibuprofen. I didn’t feel listened to at all and the pain continued all day and night. Thankfully I was able to visit a different office who told me the novocaine had been incorrectly administered causing severe pain and I was given support, empathy and a prescription to help the pain via the new office. I will not be returning here. No understanding of trauma or belief of pain.

Fantastic experience: I had been to several other dentists and I had been suffering from PAIN in my upper teeth for years. I had given up because each time I would go it just got worse. Then I went to Mountain Range and, THANK GOD I did. I can eat cold cereal again!!! Dr. Schubert got me in, found the actual problem, and did a couple of quick fillings that fixed it. I was certain I would need a root canal. I can say 100% this is where my family and I will be going from now on. They were kind and effective and fixed the problem without draining my bank account. Anyone reading reviews because they are looking for a new dentist, you found it. Book your appointment and thank me later. Update 12/4/24: I now have made this my regular dentist office and just had my first checkup. They do extra screenings and make sure to really be on top of screening for health concerns to catch things, like cancer, early. I appreciate that! They found I needed a couple crowns ( I knew this would be an issue eventually) and they were able to get me in for the crown prep THAT SAME AFTERNOON!!! Amazing, I did not have to take any time off from work and was right in. Dr. Schubert and her assistant Corey (I forgot her last name) were extremely kind and made me feel at ease with the whole process. I cannot say enough how kind they were, just wonderful humans!

Fantastic experience: I’ve worked with a couple of different hygienists and they’ve always been very courteous, attentive to my needs, and efficient in their work. Also worked with a the different doctors here and they’ve always been great as well.

Her replacement, Quin, is fantastic! The best hygienist I have ever had. Not only is he extremely skilled with how gentle and efficient he is, but he explains what he is going to do next or why he is doing this or that. Dr. Bright is great, too.

Positive experience: I made my appointment for 8 AM and sat in the waiting room for almost 15 minutes. Maybe I'm wrong but I'm sure if I was lat for my appointment by 15 minutes I'd have to reschedule. Everyone is very pleasant to deal with & the dentists are great but there is a reason why we make appointment and both patties need to adhere to the be on time part.

Fantastic experience: I’ve enjoyed Mountain Range Dentistry for a few years now, but this most recent time I had my best experience with a regular checkup with a dental hygienist named Quin who went above and beyond somehow. He was extremely careful, patient, genuinely had interest in what conversation I could have before the cleaning started, didn’t try to continue the conversation when I was unable to talk because we actually started to get to the inspection/cleaning, didn’t use ‘dental speak’ when telling me about the status of my mouth, and overall was somehow incredible—Especially for a dental visit of all things. Not sure if he was just having a good day or if he’s always like this, and not sure if anyone can “request” a dental hygienist to do the routine check and cleanup or anything, but Quin really went above and beyond. Wanted to post a review in hopes my appreciation for my most recent checkup.

Fantastic experience: Have been going to this dentist almost 20 years. Nice office great dentist staff. Last few times longer wait times , feedback for staff 30 plus running behind. Overall I love working with this office!

Positive experience: New patient exam & cleaning appointment. Couldn’t take X-rays because I’m pregnant. Outside of this, I didn’t feel like the appointment was very thorough. Fumbled through intraoral photos with an assistant who said she’d never done it before (that was clear) & then had a very simple rushed cleaning. Ultrasonic only (not a single instrument picked up, nothing below the gum line). I know I have deep pockets around my molars but he never probed pocket depth or even used the explorer to check for deposits. Quick polish & I was out of there. Disappointed. Disclosure: I was a dental hygienist for 17 years so my standards are high. But this also makes me very aware of what should be done in a hygiene appointment for standard care.

Positive experience: Mountain Range Dentistry's staff is very helpful and courteous. Dr. Mizoue is very efficient and thorough. It's been almost 2 years since I started this journey of having my TMJ resolved and on my way to getting new teeth. My TMJ was so severe I had destroyed my teeth from grinding because my jaw was out of alignment. Many Thanks also to Dr. Burnham and Dr. Nelson and their great staff.

Fantastic experience: Wow. Dr Bright was incredibly sensitive to my past trauma and dental anxiety. He worked quickly without rushing and this office provided a blanket and had a very cozy office. I am usually so miserable but I will keep coming here! Thank you, Dr. Bright for taking such good care of me. Thanks also to Sid for setting the appointment up and talk me through things and to Carmen for being comforting as well.

Positive experience: Did not check with insurance and the cost was not what I was told. The work was great. But I would have appreciated an honest breakdown of how much things were going to cost, so it wouldn't be a surprise that my insurance did not cover any of the cost. Transparency would have been appreciated.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Mountain Range dentistry for more than 2 years and the service I have received today has been exceptional. Kendal was my dental hygienist this visit and she was one of the best I’ve ever seen. She was smart, kind, and did a great job! I would recommend this place to anyone.

Negative experience: Wow. I have been a patient since 1983. Partners (dentists) have changed, and this place is now a joke. Saw a dentist on 10/2/23, and they replaced a filling. They overcharged me by $90 according to insurance reimbursement summary ( explanation of benefits). I returned the office for a cleaning on 4/8/24 and asked for a refund. Front office agreed that I was owed money based on insurance reimbursement, but they would not credit my card for the amount. They said “we have to receive payment from your current visit to mail you a check for the overpayment 6 months ago. We will mail you a check soon.” Well, it’s now July 2024 and they have not reimbursed me for the overpayment. This practice had absolutely incredible dentists for years. But now, it appears that they have incompetent or dishonest staff. Hmm. It is now 8/9/24, and I finally received a refund for my overpayment. But note, it was only after posting a negative review on Google, and almost 10 months after being overcharged. I used to brag about this place. “My” dentist, Nick Chiovitti was incredible. Need immediate dental work? Come in now. Charge for diagnosis that wasn’t even dental related? Nothing. Want some hand tied flies for fly fishing? Here you go. Yet at the new practice, it’s do you want a refund for being overcharged? No. We will ignore you indefinitely. Write a negative review on Google before we even recognize you. Pathetic. I have bragged about this practice, and specifically my dentist for years. And he is now retired. There is no reason to ever visit this place again

Fantastic experience: My experience scheduling an appointment was easy and quick. All of the paperwork you are able to do online beforehand, which is another plus. My husband also had nothing negitive to say. We plan on making this our new family dentist.

Positive experience: All of my experiences at Mountain Range Dentistry have been exceptional, except for one. The honest, and state-of-the-art dental care that is provided at this office is superb. I would avoid seeing Dr. Schubert, though. Dr. Schubert is incredibly condescending, rude, and unfair. If you have dental issues, she explains them to you like you are a moron, or a five-year-old child. Also, if you struggle to get time away from work on a week day, drive 1/2 an hour one way to see a good dentist, miss your exit, and still arrive within the 15-minute grace period of your appointment time (even if it is a 3 hour, important appointment, and the last appointment of the work day.) Dr. Schubert will send you away. She would rather cost one client hours of their work day, and hundreds of dollars, than leave work even one minute past the hour. She seems power driven. I like the other doctors who seem to genuinely care about their patients and their practice. I highly recommend this office as long as you avoid Dr. Schubert.

Fantastic experience: I originally found this dentist for my mom. They treated her so amazing and made her comfortable going forward with a dental plan that I decided to give them a try. The kindness they showed me made me feel so at ease going forward in my own dental plan. They listened to my wants and concerns. Overall it was such a great experience.

Fantastic experience: I moved to Colorado Thornton area and needed a new dentist. I had gone to another place who was ridiculously expensive and seemed like they were really trying to push things I didn't need. Went here on a referral from a friend and couldn't be more happy. Their pricing was extremely affordable they work with insurance and don't try to gauge you. They are also really conservative in that they will not try to push a bunch of things you don't need while still keeping your health as their primary concern. 5/5 would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: This was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I went for a cleaning and left feeling better than ever. The staff were so nice and very professional. Usually when I get a cleaning, there is some pain and discomfort, but I had no pain and no discomfort here. I always thought that being anxious for dentist appointments was normal, but I don’t think I will get nervous ever again now that I’m going here.

You can tell there is an intentionality at the office to make clients feel valued. Dr. Urie was kind as well in her approach, focused, and didn’t try to sell me but stated the facts of what was going on to prevent further issues

Fantastic experience: As good as going to the dentist can be... 12/8/20 another step in a tricky implant. So far, so good. Dr Bright is really up on the latest technology. I was expecting a torque test on the post, but instead had a newer (and non destructive) electromagnetic vibration test. Cool! Just had 2 crown preps done in one sitting. No pain or swelling the night of, or day following procedure. I would call that skilled dentistry! Still not fun, but nothing to dread.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Urie and Vivi are just amazingly kind and compassionate individuals. I could have spent all day with them- they were so incredibly thorough in my exam and cleaning, but took time to make me comfortable and feel valued... at the dentist!! I am so happy to have found my dental team at Mountain Range.

Fantastic experience: The office staff is friendly and very helpful. Dr. Derick Bright is an excellent dentist and I have been very pleased with all of my check ups and dental work. He is very positive, knowledgeable and helpful, answering all my questions and concerns. Kendall has been my hygienist and she does an excellent job cleaning and polishing my teeth.

Fantastic experience: I have not been to the dentist in years, it was the typical scared/ hate going. I finally made an appointment and from the initial phone call to Kendall taking amazing care of me, no one made me feel ashamed or embarrassed for how long it had been!
