Fantastic experience: OMG … THE BEST! I am from New Orleans - and new to Texas . I walked in here to inquire about my gold teeth. And I am so glad Jehovah lead me this way! Let’s get into the “WHY”—- first the staff when I first entered “Destiny” at the desk- very warm welcoming and knowledgeable. Then a customer over heard my conversation and suggested an insurance plan that I jumped on immediately! The next day I returned and had the pleasure to be checked in and assisted by “Yuri and Valeria”, just the sweetest and the wait was not a process it was on time a success! Not wasted at all! Called on, greeted and xray by “Wendy” who kept me laughing so hard I’m surprised those xray pics were accurate!!! And then to the exam which I’ll call the cake part of the visit by “JT” who was soooo kind and explained every detail, very communicative in his profession and very passionate! He has my mouth feeling like “did I brush my teeth this morning” so fresh! And for the icing—- “Dr Vo” theee BEST bed side manners EVER, humble humor, honest knowledge and compassionate love for his job and patients! Cherry on top- they were ALL sanitary!!! I could NOT ask for a better TEAM to trust to CLEAN —- and maintain my health and mouthy hygiene!!! And the price (if paying out of pocket) is budget friendly! Looking forward to my next visit! Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience with Dr. Vo and his team. From start to finish, the professionalism, care, and concern for my comfort were outstanding. Dr. Vo is friendly, knowledgeable, and very informative. His dental assistant took the time to explain every step of my treatment and made sure I understood what to expect. I had two root canals, and Dr. Vo made sure my teeth were perfect before completing the procedures. I appreciate his attention to detail. The entire staff made me feel comfortable and valued as a patient. Negative experience: Since the beginning of the year, I was supposed to have my wisdom teeth removed. I asked several times if a nurse would be present during the procedure since I was going to be put to sleep. Out of nowhere, they canceled my appointment and never called me back to reschedule. Yesterday, I went in for a cleaning and also mentioned that I wanted my wire removed. Just like in other reviews, the staff seemed to be in a rush. The dentist briefly spoke with me, then got up and called the hygienist. The hygienist who came in was extremely rough - l've never had to stop anyone during a cleaning before, but with her, I had to tell her to stop. She never once asked if I was okay and seemed to be rushing through everything. In the process, she even cut my lip. When I told her she was being too rough and mentioned that my previous hygienist wasn't like that, she told me they had fired the previous one. Later, I asked one of the front desk staff, who told me that the previous hygienist had actually left to work somewhere else - meaning the one who cleaned my teeth lied to my face simply because I complained. She also tried to rush me out right after the cleaning, but I stopped to ask about my wire. It felt like the dentists were more focused on chatting and having fun, removing their pimples than focusing on their patients. They eventually told me to go back to my room and wait, but honestly, couldn't the dentist have removed the wire before the cleaning?

Fantastic experience: They make me feel so welcomed ! And they helped me in an emergency situation that’s how I stumbled across them, all of them helped me out all the nurses, the doctor, even the nice ladies behind the desk! 10/10 would recommend! Definitely keeping them as a personal choice!

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr.Khan the other day and I can say she is the best dentist I’ve seen in a really long time. She is efficient, detailed oriented and has great patient communication! I can honestly say that if you go to her you will not be disappointed!

Negative experience: I’m a current Ortho and dentist client patient at this location ….good luck getting them to answer the phone! It’s extremely frustrating. The orthodontist spends less than three minutes with you, gives no updates on your progress, and offers no comments about how your treatment is going. This is my second time with braces, and I can definitely say the level of care here is not the same as other offices I’ve experienced. I’m currently on a 24-month treatment plan, so this isn’t a one-time visit just honest feedback from someone in it for the long haul. I will say, though, I love the assistants they’re friendly, gentle, and make the visits a lot better.

Fantastic experience: I usually have no issues here, but today was different. The young lady doing my xrays was about to put on latex gloves when my record clearly states a latex allergy. The bite wing things hurt & was big. I tried telling her that & she said they use them all the time even in children's mouths. Well my mouth was sore from them and I know I never tried to bite down on something that large. Them after all that she decides to take my BP & of course it was elevated! The Hygienist & the Dentist were great. 11-5-2024-My 6 month follow up appointment went extremely well today. There was no problem with xrays. Dentist checked my teeth and found no issues. My Hygienist was very professional and took great care with cleaning my teeth. I wish I could remember her name! My overall experience this visit was great. She made it so. 11-18-2024 Came in for fillings today. Service was professional and there was no waiting to be called back. Procedure explained and I felt no pain or discomfort. My overall experience today was very positive.Thank you for taking care and keeping my smile intact. 5/22/25 My crown over an implant became loose. Was told my insurance does not cover the procedure, so I charged it on a credit card. This has been going on for a while now. When I go in believing that the new crown is going to be put in, it does not fit. I am told it is the lab and that my implant is older and needs a special fitting to fit. Now it seems as if I am forgotten about. I have to keep calling for an ETA on the new crown. If you couldn't do it you should have said so instead of taking my money for a service that has not been completed. Refund my charge so I can go somewhere else and get the work done. Don't keep stringing me along. Now I can't eat right with this current crown off. I need concrete answers and my crown put on. 10-01-25-I called dental office today because my crown is loose again. I was told they can't do anything about it because it was not put on there. But you all knew this when you charged my credit card! I have been repeatedly coming in and no crown made fits. They say because it is old and outdated. YOU KNEW THIS WHEN YOU CHARGED MY CRECIT CARD AND NOW I AM BEING TREATED LIKE SHIT. BUT YOU GOT PAID FOR A SERVICE THAT HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED! NOW I AM BOTHERING YOU? REFUND MY MONEY AND I CAN MOVE ON.

Fantastic experience: The experience in this dental office was awesome I have not been to the dentist for 5 years and I was super nervous for my procedure but Dr vo and Linda the assistant made me feel super safe and comfortable during the whole procedure would definitely be coming back for my checks up here and on top I didn’t really eat because of how anxious I was Dr vo went out of his way to offer me a snack this clinic is great thanks a lot !!!!

Fantastic experience: I had a 72 year old wisdom tooth extracted pain-free by Dr. Beethar. He had his travelling Nurse who goes with him between the offices and they worked great together as a team.

Negative experience: Long wait time. Had an appointment for a cleaning, but when I arrived the hygienist and doctor looked over my teeth and said I need to come back, they were short-staffed. I had already taken my pre-cleaning medication, amoxicillin an hour before. Now, I'm expected to get another script from my PC for the initial cleaning that I arrived for. There was no apology, just 'hey come back!' Hopefully, this gets better and patients are considered more.

Negative experience: Be careful what you sign as far as fees and prices go. Looks like they aren't really doing their job on checking with insurance what is covered and what is not for a service. I keep getting text from them stating that I owe them a balance, and I paid every penny of my part that I was quoted before I got service done. I am the person that knows when I can and I can't afford something so if I would have not been lied to about what my insurance covered I would not have a balance as I would have said no to that service. I jeep trying to reach somebody that can explain balances for me but I keep getting the run around and the harrisng text messages keep on coming every day. I don't appreciate a facility that takes advantage of their patients this way. Its a shame because service was good and if it wasn't for that I would probably be a patient for life as I would have made sure to save up for my treatment and gone to go see them little by little to get everything done. Just consumer be ware is all I have to say.

Fantastic experience: Office personnel are all friendly and professional and Waiting area is clean and set up for social distancing. Dr. Vo was very pleasant and friendly and even though they sell various dental services, I was not approached to consider any services except what I went there for which was regular x-rays and cleaning. I was very satisfied with the entire process.

Fantastic experience: I went to get my wisdom teeth removed recently here at Element with Dr Patrick Beetar and it was easy with all of the gentle, friendly staff. I’m horrible with surgery and my nerves get the best of me but even the front desk receptionist were sweet and understanding such as Jocelyn. I’m icing my face with little soreness but overall I’m so very grateful they took great care of me here I will be coming back!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been bringing my three children to Element Dental for a while now. We get both dental service and orthodontic service here. When my eight-year-old daughter needed a major pediatric surgery, Dr Vo recommended a place that was able to take care of her. My son comes here for his maintenance with his braces. The staff is very friendly, patient, and professional. The office is very clean and nice. I highly recommend this establishment.

Fantastic experience: Update. Just took my daughter in this week she was so nervous about her extraction but Doctor and assistant made sure she was comfortable. He made sure my daughter did not see any instruments or needles. I loved it and she walked out laughing and saying how easy it was. Thank you so much Element Dental. Ya'll rock. Negative experience: Worst experience of my 42 years of life. First thing first, Dr. Vo speaking Vietnamese to his hygienist while discussing my teeth and plan of to move forward was highly unprofessional. I felt like I was at a nail salon. Secondly, they refused to do a routine cleaning of my teeth that my insurance covers because I refused to do a deep cleaning at the time. I have never heard this before in my life. I read a comment before going there about this office being scammers and now I believe it. Stay away from here because I will definitely change dentists now for my entire family.

Negative experience: This dentist is on Aetna network yet they charge a hefty amount for co pay. The office was run like a factory line and dentist spent as little time as possible with you. I walked out after plan presentation.

Negative experience: I had a highly disappointing experience with this location. I received a call just an hour before my scheduled wisdom tooth extraction—while I was already on my way—informing me that my insurance would not be accepted and that I would need to pay out of pocket. This was extremely frustrating, especially considering I had followed all pre-operative instructions, including fasting from midnight until my 1 PM appointment. What’s even more confusing is that I was referred to this office by Humble Element Dental, where I had already undergone a cleaning and X-rays using the same insurance without issue. It’s unclear how one affiliated location can accept my insurance while the other cannot. This last-minute cancellation not only caused me unnecessary physical pain but also wasted an entire day that could have been spent securing care elsewhere. It showed a clear lack of communication and consideration for patient time and wellbeing. Wisdom tooth pain is debilitating, and this experience has only set me back further in getting the treatment I need. AND to add to this, i’ve already gone grocery shopping for post surgery foods. Like come on.

Negative experience: This location only cares about $$$. Which my whole family will be finding a new dentist now. I made an appointment last year to talk about a chipped tooth and veneers. During that appointment they did not talk about veneers they were rushing and I had forgot. I made an appointment a few weeks ago for the same thing the chipped tooth and veneers. When I got there the front desk lady was demanding payment up front. I told her I was worried I was not going to be taken care of because last time I was not. She said oh. I paid, went back they fixed the chip and told me I was done. I told them I am supposed to be discussing veneers. She left the room came back and told me they do not handle that there. STAY AWAY from here if you can.

Fantastic experience: This is the first visit for me, my family has been coming here for about 2 years and it has always been pleasant. I got to experience it my self today from check in the receptionist was very friendly helpful and professional. The x-ray tech super nice and gentle and so patient and Doctor Vo was very nice as well; not your typical pushover dentist. Jessica the dental hygienist was so gentle and knowledgeable she made me feel very comfortable!! over all very happy with the visit. Fantastic experience: My father always receives top quality service every single time I take him to his dental appts. He's been coming here over a year now. The receptionist and office staff are always kind, helpful, and patient, and so is the dental staff. They are all thorough and don't try to offer my father procedures he doesn't need. Overall, everyone there has always been attentive, efficient, and caring. More than anything, they are informative and professional. My father always feels comfortable around the entire staff. They always pay close attention to any of his personal concerns, and the most important thing to me is that they communicate every single detail to him in Spanish. Lastly, there is a wait time, but keep in mind it's due to them being attentive to the needs of each client, and there's nothing wrong with that, in my opinion. I'd rather wait in the waiting room for my fathers turn so that he may also receive the same attentiveness he deserves as any other patient.

Fantastic experience: Coming to Elemental came at the end of a 14 month game of cat and mouse with St. Hope in Conroe. My mom has had several major strokes and has a hard time communicating. Every single person that we came in contact with treated her like a person. They listened to our concerns and addressed each one. They made sure my mom's dentures were done right and they communicated each step and what to expect. Above and beyond is their normal operation level.

Negative experience: This office is a joke. The staff are amazing, please don’t let this review affect the rating of the staff. My issue is towards the overall experience with this operation. Dr Patel is very unprofessional! He said he could do the work on my mouth and had my Doctor Jump through hoops to get medical clearance and she did everything they asked meanwhile I have an impacted tooth and it was infected. In so much pain he offered no help with pain medication solutions, sent me away in this pain for medical clearance and my doctor did everything they asked including completing the form they wanted and that wasn’t good enough so she even did a letter. After ignoring my calls to confirm receipt of the doctor letter was received I call the next morning and then they refuse to do what they promised. Now I’ve spent in advance every last penny and still here with an infection and now they want a surgeon to do it and they have all my Money wrapped up and I’m still Sitting here with this infected tooth. Nobody capable of helping me because it’s Friday and nobody is working so here’s to Another weekend waiting in pain meanwhile they have my money and I can’t get someone last minute to help me- THANKS a lot Element Dental.

The tomball location is much closer but had more than one TERRIBLE experience with their office manager Annette. You can accept maybe someone having a bad day once or twice but…..the spring office understood and made me feel very comfortable.

Negative experience: Six months ago, I went in for a cleaning and a filling. Today, I went back for another cleaning, only to find out that the filling, which was supposed to remove the cavity, didn’t work, and now I need a root canal. I already paid for the filling, and now I have to pay for a root canal. When I brought this up, the doctor just said, ‘Well, I didn’t do the procedure,’ and suggested I could come back when it gets worse. Seriously? The staff overall is nice, but I can’t believe what happened today. Don’t let my review discourage you from visiting, but make sure the doctors know EXACTLY what they’re doing!”

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to this location for a good period of time (6+ years) I think I’d forgotten what a good cleaning felt like because for all those years they only had 1 hygienist, and I really think she was rushing to get the next patient ready for the doctor, and she would spend only 7-10 minutes through my cleaning, but for my last 2 visits they been doing an excellent job with the service they provided, they really spending more than 15 minutes cleaning, polishing, and flossing. Also the office had been upgraded with new furniture. I got nothing but good things to say about the front desk, the MAs and the doctors. Overall I’m100% satisfied with everything.

Fantastic experience: From scheduling my appointment with Gigi over the phone to my initial visit, I felt listened to about my concerns. Dr Patel answered my questions and left the decision about my treatment to me. Yuri explained my options for any expenses that might incur. Their pricing is very reasonable compared to other dentists in Spring. Was initially looking for a new dentist and am satisfied that I found Element Dental.

Fantastic experience: My whole family attends this office. During my recent appt, the office was very clean, the staff is very friendly and professional and made me feel instantly comfortable. The staff also looks great (smile, hair, outfits). They really took the time to hear my concerns, and they took their time with my teeth. There are no double bookings or long wait time. Dr. Vo is very knowledgeable snd such a wonder man! Expect a top notch visit with easy check out and superb customer service. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I'm so happy we switched to Element Dental in Spring! My younger son needed a pediatric dentist; we had negative experiences with another pediatric dental office. The front office staff at Element are friendly and professional. Dr. Vo is friendly and made my son feel comfortable. We were in and out for my son's cleaning in under 45 minutes.
