Fantastic experience: My first visit I was really so afraid. I sit in the parking lot not wanting to get out. I have a Chronic Generalized Anxiety Disorder, ptsd, Agoraphobia and other things. I am 39 never been to the dentist. Hailey was so kind and patient with me. Dr Walker, she explained everything so well. She explained that my teeth looked great to have never been. I had only a couple of small cavities that were so small they didn’t show up on imaging. Today, I went for my first deep cleaning with Hailey again, she was so kind and patient with me. I got through it easily without being numb. She has eased my anxiety and fear so much about the dentist. I am so happy that I chose them and I will keep up on all of my appts with Hailey! Thank you Dr. Walker and Hailey for making me feel so comfortable and understanding of my anxiety. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Negative experience: Last time I came hear the person doing the fillings watched TV while she did them, all of them have fallen out. I had one that was visible replaced by Mortenson, but I would never come back here. Their procedures end up being more painful, the cost is higher, and the quality is lower. Nearby competitors that are not part of these chains have done a much better job at a lower price.

Negative experience: I hate mortenson they supposed to do fillings on my teeth and I waited almost two hours of my time and money for them send me home when I need filling long time ago and waiting for appointments is reason I got bad teeth

Positive experience: The staff is great, very friendly and able to provide explanation in detail of what is needed. The issue is getting an appointment for a cleaning, they are always booked out extremely far even if you try booking in advance. Other than that, place is great

Positive experience: I've gone here on and off for years. Got a new Dr this time and 1st time with his assistants, I liked everyone. Dr and assistant were nice and helpful with info and next steps but wait time was bad. My appointment was at 2pm, I arrived a respectful 15min early, nobody else was in waiting room when I got there, right after ichecked in, 6 ppl came in and all were called back before me. Another 15min after my appt time I was finally called back but waited another 20min before finally seen. Was only there to get a crown cemented back on which was done quick of course and they squeezed in a quick scan for a partial which I appreciated but all together I was there until 315pm. I do recommend this Dr but expect to wait.

Negative experience: Where's mortensen's office I've ever been in all they did was x-ray two or three people looked at her teeth and then referred her to a oral surgeon and she went in there to have one tooth pulled because of a toothache

In addition, the cleanliness and organization of the clinic was exceptional. The service was great from the moment I walked in until I left. The receptionist that works in the front desk, they received me with a warm welcome, and despite I do not speaking English, they were pleasant and patient. It was an unforgettable experience and I would like to thank the staff for their dedication and warm welcome, especially the doctor and her assistant, Kim.

Positive experience: I the office was freezing cold and I was getting up to leave after almost an hour. Dentist showed up immediately and said referring to oral surgeon. Feel she could have told me that much sooner so I wasn’t so cold.

Negative experience: They are liars they will drill into more than just the cavity to weaken your teeth even more, my mother had to go back three times to see if they would make a good looking pair of dentures, they are ugly too big, look like dentures, honestly you could probably buy a better set on Amazon. This is truly an embarrassment & would advise no one to use this dentist, please find somewhere else to go

Negative experience: I was a patient back in 2018 . I have Medicaid . It is January 15th of 2025. I believe I have an assessed tooth which is causing me severe pain. I just called them , and they told me that they wouldn't see me til May. I know they aren't that busy. They just don't want to use my insurance is all that is. Which is really messed up . I'm disabled and already sit in enough pain everyday. This is ridiculous.
