Negative experience: I'll try to keep this short. I am past 65...nuff said. Cracked molars, loose teeth, some missing...but roots still there...Took a deep breath and headed to Dental Care of Boiling Springs. Dr. Anderson is kind and gentle. The assistant, Rachael was awesome. If you are getting bad teeth pulled, Partials, or a Full Set of Dentures...see Dr Edirin Anderson. And it's nice to smile again. Update 12/25 So before I retired I used my dental insurance. Never once, was I told in the first consultations, or the extractions, or the many 3 month check ups I ws never told as I was in December, that I would have to see an oral surgeon and spend two months of social security payments to have a bone on the roof of my mouth removed. Certainly they already knew this but not sharing that information until the day I come in asking for real dentures is a bit of a gut punch

Negative experience: I have never had a worse experience trying to get ahold of an office. Called approximately 12 times they’re answered 3. Once they told me they would leave a message to call me back. Never happened. Finally got ahold a week later after calling multiple times, they get everything addressed and tell me they’ll call me if I have a copay. Today is the day before my appointment. I call just to make sure I don’t have one. Can’t get ahold of the office after the 3rd call I get someone off sight. They inform I do have a copay and they’ll leave another message for them to call me. And there’s nothing else she can do. I can’t even call to cancel the appointment. How am I supposed to trust a dentist I can’t get ahold of in case of a dental emergency ?

Negative experience: I would give a zero if I could. 1st took 7times to get them to email me a doctor's note and to get someone to tell the truth or do what they said they would.

Positive experience: Dental hygienist was extremely nice and caring when doing my x-rays and cleaning. Experience with the dentist herself was rather cold. Had some fears when talking about implants and felt my concerns were dismissed and not talked about with a caring attitude. Was not given warning before big needle was stuck in my mouth to prepare me for fillings and she seemed annoyed when I lifted off the table when she was trying to dumb my mouth, instead of calming me. she didn’t say goodbye or “nice to meet you” when she finished and left the room. Liked front staff, very friendly. Will come back if I can see other dentist.

Fantastic experience: I was so pleased with the service I received was a little skeptical about the chance had been with my dentist over 40 years but the change was good thanks for being so nice to me.

Negative experience: I had a tooth crack and needed prompt removal. I called and spoke to someone at Boiling Springs Dental Office. Was told they’d help with that, they only had one opening and I moved around everything to make that appointment. Once there, front desk told me it was $100 for the exam and tooth removal. Ok nice. Actual Dr spends 3 minutes with me and tells me she doesn’t have time for it today… Then why am I here? I didn’t have time for it either, but you told me this was the only appointment available? Then billing comes in explains I owe $100 for the exam, you know where the Dr talked to me for 3mins. And that my tooth removal would cost almost $400 at a later date? I have had removals done and have paid $100 as well as my partner no hoopla about it could be hard to remove we don’t know…. Dr. Jack Johnson sadly retired, but didn’t pull you around and beat money out of you like a piñata.. These new dentist only want your money not to help.

Fantastic experience: I was recently seen at this office and from my initial checkup all the way to my extraction everyone in the office was kind, respectful and very professional. I was seen in office very quickly after expressing pain in one of my teeth. My anxiety towards dental procedures made this personally difficult for me, however, my dentist made sure to explain each step before proceeding to ensure I was calm during the entire time. My partial fits like a glove and I truly loved my experience here! I can’t wait for my next cleaning.

Fantastic experience: My husband is disabled and does not do well with brushing his teeth so he has to has to have his teeth especially cleaned to decrease any chances of periodontal disease. He goes every 4 months for his teeth cleaning. Even though he doesn’t enjoy the procedure, staff does a great job with him keeping him calm and comfortable. Kudos guys!

Fantastic experience: Staff are excellent, very nice and polite. Great atmosphere. I have always hated going to the dentist (shots in my mouth). My first visit at this office, I ask for laughing gas, I was really nervous. I did not even feel the shots she put in my mouth. This was my second visit and guess what no laughing gas and all I felt was a little pressure, no sharp poke. This will most definitely be my dentist.

Negative experience: I called them and explained I had dental anxiety and asked if they thought this was something they were okay dealing with. A lot of places say they are but I find being upfront about it to be the easiest since not all places actually want to take on patients like that, and then we all end up wasting our time. They assured me they do very well with patients that have dental anxiety/claustrophobia and they wouldn’t have a problem. I made an appointment with them, fast forward a couple weeks later(today), they call me and say they are cancelling my appointment, they just are not equipped to handle the dental anxiety/claustrophobia. It would have been nice if they were honest about that at the start, because now weeks have gone by and I’m at step one again just trying to find a dentist. They wasted my time, and I found the phone call telling me they are canceling my appointment to be unprofessional, I would suggest finding a nicer way to speak to people if you are canceling their appointment after giving them false hope. I wouldn’t recommend this place solely on the fact they clearly don’t care that much. Guess I’m glad I didn’t actually waste any time there.

Fantastic experience: The only things you should care about: Affordable, professional, quick, and friendly! I haven't been to a dentist in years due to the generally high cost of care, but finally needed to get something done about my wisdom teeth. I came in at 8:10 to get two wisdom teeth pulled. I was out by 8:40 and it was extremely affordable. Pain was minimal and night one I'm feeling great. I very highly recommend this place if you're looking for an honest and affordable dental group. Needless up say, I'll certainly return for regular visits now that I have found a group I can trust!

My dentist is Dr. Ahmed Aldulaimi he is the best! Explains everything that going on and gives great recommendations for you! He is not about the money he is all about being professional to take great care of your teeth! Love this place can’t go anywhere else!

Positive experience: I do love the look of this office. The dental hygienist really sweet and knowledgeable. The staff is very nice and helpful. My only issue is I met my dentist 1 time for 4 minutes out of 3 visits. She didn’t check my teeth after none of my cleaning. She only tried to sell me clear aligners. I have paid every time I came to this office and they are in network with my insurance. Any dental office I was seen at the Dentist always come to check your teeth after cleaning. Not one time my dentist checked my teeth… why?

Negative experience: UPDATE I also learned this place uses the cheapest possible materials. Prosthetic quality is subpar on every level. You may as well go to Aspen Dental and save yourself a few thousand dollars._______ I couldn’t be more disappointed with the care I received here. While I only saw Dr. Anderson so I cannot speak for the other dentist, I will make sure to say they are not a dental team. They do not work together so if you ever have an emergency and your dentist is out you will not be seen until your dentist is there. If you are getting any type of prosthetic this is not the dentist to use. The lack of care and dedication to making sure clients are well cared for is astounding. I was allowed to walk out of the office with a very obvious completely crooked smile, after a soft reset even after having 2 dental techs look at the finished product and seeing how bad it looked. (Silly me for trusting them and not looking in the mirror) There is no effort to make sure you are getting the best care possible. You are treated as a nuisance, and rushed by Dr. Anderson and most of the techs. Little care is taken to make sure procedures are performed properly the first time. The techs that worked on me did not seem to know how to do the procedure and rather than paying attention to what they were doing they gossip amongst themselves then act annoyed when they have to redo what they messed up. Even when Dr. Anderson did a reset for me it was completely wrong. She did not make sure the placement/fit was correct and did a worse job than even the techs. I understand that resets can be tricky, and I try to be an understanding person, but Dr. Anderson simply does not care how she treats people. It’s as though she is doing you a favor. Delusions of grandeur in her skill set seems to cloud her ability to perform with compassion. I only worked with one tech here that seemed to care and she had to fix everything the others, including the dentist could not do. This dentist is not concerned with results. Just wants people in and out. I chose not to complete my procedure here because I have zero confidence that she is capable of doing it correctly or that she takes any pride in her work. With so many dentists in Boiling Springs do not settle for this. Their prices are also higher than the other offices in the area.

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with the whole office, from the front desk team being friendly and informative to the amazing doctor doing such a great job at calming me down and doing my crown and fillings! Everyone there is so friendly as well as helpful and informative about what your insurance covers! Previously I had 2 different molar extractions with Dr. Amad. Negative experience: NEGATIVE STARS I have been trying to reach a LIVE person at this facility SINCE DECEMBER 2023. Clearly there are only robot AI's working here that are INCOMPENTANT since nobody will give me a call back regarding a bill that I already paid. They keep sending a bill until they put it on collections and SCREW ME OVER. I will be submitting an email to the better business bureau with screenshots of how many times I have called them with absolutely no response! SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR CLINIC! NEVER AGIAN!

Fantastic experience: My experience was Awesome. From the time we walked in the door we were greeted with a smile. My hygienist was super nice explaining everything she was going to do. The Dr. was super nice explaining everything it was just so pleasant I’m glad my daughter referred me there because the dentist is not my favorite place. Thank Y’all So Much for Your Kindness.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience! Dr.Ahmed and his assistant, Shanika, did such an amazing job! My filling was done so fast and very well! I was waiting for the pain from getting the shot done, not realizing that Dr.Ahmed already administered the shot! I received excellent and professional care from the whole team! The ladies in the front were very professional and friendly! The hygienist, Inna, was also very thorough, gentle, and professional! I would definitely recommend this office!

Negative experience: I'm very disappointed, I talked to the receptionist several times and they never told me that if I didn't call to confirm my appointment they would cancel it! I waited three weeks for this appointment, took a day off of work just to get turned away at the door. If you can't get your company together at the front office there is no way you're touching my teeth or my family's teeth.

Negative experience: I went there for a very specific thing. They didn't read all of my paperwork provided or listen to why I was there in the first place. Wasted my time and still charged me for my visit. It's a big slap in the face and very disrespectful. They will scam anyone who walks through the door. Very sad, very pathetic world we live in. Like they even give a damn cause they still got money I guess.

Positive experience: Everybody was super nice however, I felt rushed due to insurance and had to r/s part of my visit. Then when I came back again, my insurance still wasn't fixed. Not sure if it's due to not enough staff for the volume? ..... It's minor but troublesome and could cause larger unexpected issues with my treatment plan so I'm kinda worried. ...The cleaning was phenomenal, she was meticulous and through. And she took her time and answered all my questions! The only reason for a 4 is due to 2 times with insurance

This office is so much more advanced and highly technologically for the upstate.

The process here is Fantastic the Cleanliness is Outstanding and the Service is Amazing, my only regret is I do not remember the names of the staff that helped my daughter who is 13. Before she went back, I was asked what was important and what was a concern to me and after the appt. it was explained what was done and what was a concern for them and gave a plan for treatment and scheduled the next appt. Negative experience: I have not been happy with the customer service from the front. My appointments have been all over the place with confusion. I also have one tooth that is now having problems because of a service I had here. I am glad I followed my gut and got a second opinion, and getting it repaired. I visited three times, but will be going somewhere else.

Negative experience: I was happy with this place but not anymore. A month ago I was in the chair and the dentist was talking to her assistant and saying she accidentally drove through Valley Falls and how it was “the hood.” My wife and family are from there. I wonder how many “Valley Falls” customers they have? Now you know what they think of you. I’ve also been getting jerked around with appointments lately. They will schedule, then cancel, then bring me in and tell me they can’t do the procedure and I need to come back later. I wonder if this doctor who thinks we are from the hood also thinks our time isn’t valuable? Mine is. Every time I walk through their door, I have rearranged my business meetings and my life to be there. Also, one of the techs had me continuing to repeat myself because she wasn’t listening.

Negative experience: While I have really loved this office, my last visit was less than. My hygienist dropped tools on me twice, knocked into me once and didn't really have spacial awareness The dentist spent less than 2 min with me. I was in office for 20 min total! Did not feel like I was taken care of Probably will be looking for a new dentists office

Negative experience: First review ever after my 1st visit back in 2017, my family and I have been going here ever since then. The hygienists are super nice and do a great work, but that’s it, front office service it’s alright, not very welcoming, the Dr’s are cold and simple with their 2min or less examination, and their billing department SUCKS! 2nd time I had a major mistake with an “outstanding bill” for someone NOT doing their job correctly! Both times I had to proved them wrong because I knew I didn’t owed nothing, and I’m glad my provider insurance is patient to explain and clear things out. I’m really considering changing to a different dental office.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time at this clinic, i had a tooth surgery extraction with doctor Ahmed, he was a great doctor, with light hands, very professional and kind, he explained the whole situation to me, with detailed instructions, i didn’t even feel anything, the clinical team was so professional as well, i really recommend it, if you want to have a great treatment with the best price this is the place, thank you so much!

Negative experience: I was a brand new patient already having anxiety and not liking being at a dentist Dr Anderson came in barely spoke and didn't bother even looking into my mouth or conducting an exam. she put a referral for extraction of my wisdom teeth and then told me to come back after that. Front staff check in was rude and unprofessional and so unwelcoming!! I then asked for my records to be sent to another office it took them 3 days. Needless to say I did not feel welcomed I felt worse when I left then when I wenttheree. I would not recommend this dentist officeespecially to new patients who have anxiety with being in a dentist office!!

Fantastic experience: Their dental hygienist was great! She would explain what the next steps were after my deep cleaning. She was kind and yet thorough. She made me feel very comfortable. In fact, I expected torture due to my cleaning but she pleasantly surprised me with her skills. Impressive! I typically do not like to deal with chain dental offices because the goal is to sell sell sell, however, this was a different experience. I will be back
