Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in; staff was attentive, informative and polite. I personally and terrified of going to the dentist. Dr. Carpenter and his Associate Kothia made me at ease, gentle and genuinely concerned and very respectful regarding my fears. The examination was gentle and the plan set up for me was extremely reasonable considering the amount of work that has to be done in my mouth. I have not been to the dentist in years; Chemo and radiation had taken a toll on my teeth. Yet I was to afraid to go have the work done, crazy I know. I absolutely am so grateful that a friend told me about this Practice. I am looking forward to having my mouth repaired, I honestly felt that much at ease. Thank you Dr. Contractor and to your staff.

Fantastic experience: It is my first time at Kennesaw Mountain Dental Associates. I chose them because of the good reviews on Google, and I must say I received the best service. From the beginning, they were very helpful in scheduling my appointment. They are very busy, so take this into consideration if you want to get an appointment with them. The staff is friendly and attentive. One thing that I liked a lot is that there was no waiting time. If there was a wait, it was minimal compared to other dental offices. Kasey was my hygienist. She was very nice and very clear at explaining all the processes. Dr. Contractor was very knowledgeable and polite. Overall, a great service and highly recommended.

They take the time to explain everything and perform only the services needed (unlike my former dentist who monitored my insurance and wheeled out the xray machine as soon as they knew it would be covered — whether I needed xrays or not). Fantastic experience: Had a very uncomfortable mouth sore for about a week and called the dentist as a last resort since my PCP told me to wait it out to see improvement. Dr. Contractor was able to see me early the next morning and performed a laser on the sore and then wrote me a prescription for a mouth paste to help with the pain. It helped SO much, I wish I had gone sooner!! I highly recommend this practice!

Negative experience: Very deceiving, I went to this place, I don’t have a co-pay with my insurance, they fraudulent charged me $50 co-pay and also overcharged my insurance, I called my insurance company to clarify that I don’t have co-pay, the lady at my insurance company called them right away and had them refund me the money, also they had more than $150 to refund me back with the help from the lady at my insurance company right then and there, the lady at my insurance company was very disappointed at them and I was uphold and scared what else because I have been coming here for a 2 years but I didn’t even realize I don’t pay copayments but I trusted they would do the right thing, because most of us are clueless how they charge things or how they claim it with insurance. Call your insurance companies and talk to them before you have any service. My wife stopped coming here a year ago because she suspected something was wrong with her treatment.

Fantastic experience: I am so, so happy I found Kennesaw Mountain Dental Associates! The team there is fantastic. Everyone worked efficiently, the building was comfortable and clean, and the care I received was amazing. Kasey really spent the time to go over how my health could be affecting my teeth and vice versa. I have never had someone put the time and care into prioritizing my health like that before. I am so thankful for her knowledge and care! My doctor was Dr. Glab today and she was so fantastic! She is very knowledgeable and has great bedside manner! She and Kasey worked very well together and both showed me excellent care. The receptionists were very kind as well and made me feel welcome. Fantastic experience: So glad I found this practice! The entire experience -- from initial phone call to checkout -- is consistently nothing short of easy, professional and, frankly, incredibly pleasant. You don't have to worry about struggling to get through over the phone or frustrated/rushed interactions. Amy and Laura are so kind, patient, and proactive. I saw Adrian for my cleaning and everything felt effortless. He was kind, easy-going, candid, and gentle. I felt completely welcome to ask questions and he seemed to enjoy giving me as much info as I wanted. Not only was Dr. Contractor a hoot during the exam, but he was an absolute prince when I came back for a filling. He answered my questions ahead of time with grace and clarity and made sure that every step of the way I was comfortable and informed. (I don't have dental anxiety -- just questions about treatment/materials). He and Camila made that appointment comfortable and easy. I didn't feel rushed at all. What I've noticed is that, from front to back, everyone seems to enjoy what they do and speak to one another with kindness -- even the hallway and front desk interactions make it clear that they're not pollyannish for patients only to be stressed and divisive behind the scenes. Having worked for a handful of doctors over 20 years, you start to pick up on how a doctor *really* treats their staff (and if staff are actually happy where they work). I strongly believe this is a good group of people and that the kindness and respect start from the top down with the way Dr. Contractor interacts with staff and the people he chooses to bring on.

I must say Kathia( Assistant)to Dr Riggins is SUPER AMAZING Her bed side manner is super she explains everything and her care and concern for me during the whole process was awesome. Fantastic experience: As a person who hates the dentist, I absolutely loved this office! The dental hygienist who took care of me (Carol) was so welcoming and personable, made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions and did an overall great job! Fantastic experience: Most comfortable dentist visit I have had ever. I have bad "white coat" anxiety, but the hygienist walked me through some breathing techniques to lower my heart rate, and turned down the lights to make me more comfortable. She also helped identify the root of some breathing issues I've had and referred me to specialists.

Fantastic experience: I love this practice! I have severe dental anxiety from childhood. I stayed with the practice I had been with for years after my dentist retired, even though I wasn’t happy there. I finally started going to KMD a few years ago. I cannot say enough good things about this practice. From the first time I walked in the door I felt welcome and cared for by everyone. Dr. Contractor is an amazing dentist. He understands my anxiety and is super gentle, kind and patient. His staff is also fantastic. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Fantastic experience: I’m very particular (as you should be) about my dentist office, and hoped that KMDA would be a good one. I went in for my first cleaning there today, and was pleasantly surprised. The office is conveniently located, clean and well kept. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming to me, and got me into my appointment quickly with no confusion. My hygienist, Kasey, was not only knowledgeable and great at her job, but her personality and sense of humor made the time fly by! Fantastic experience: UPDATE 22 Aug 2024- Another great visit. Tammy and Dr. C greeted me heartily, and we spent a few moments catching up since our last visit. Tammy has that same chair side demeanor of all the staff: a kind coach and a technically exact and gentle hygienist. My teeth continue their journey of excellence, and I always feel respected and well-cared for by a team of dedicated professionals. It reassures me to know i am literally in great hands for all my dental needs. ———— Had my fist visit since before a serious neck surgery a few months ago. Tammy has taken over my case, while Jamie is now in a well-deserved management position. Tammy caught up with me on my file and my late recently into the processes. We went to work. She is meticulous, gentle, and thoughtful- always responding politely and with insights. Dr. Contractor is close, staying in touch while his team sorts out the mundane from the really important. Fantastic experience: I was so nervous to go to the dentist but I’m so glad I did. Kasey was my hygienist and she was such a delight. I didn’t feel judged and she ensured that she gave me achievable goals for my oral health. She explained everything to me so that I could understand how to properly keep my teeth & gums in the best condition. She was patient, gentle, and very understanding. I told her I was having jaw pain and she did her best to make sure I was comfortable through the entirety of my appointment. Fantastic experience: Wonderful service from beginning to end. My hygienist was knowledgeable, pleasant, prompt and thorough. I got my X-rays done, and my cleaning done. He took pictures and walked me through what was going on with my teeth. I really enjoyed the cleaning process as well. Then the doctor came in, checked my teeth and talked to me. Receptionist was also helpful and quick and everything was straight forward. Also, the facility is clean and well designed. I really like this facility and will make it my go to dental office as long as I’m in the area. Thank you so much! UPDATE (July 9,2024): I went for another cleaning today and it was amazing as well. Carol provided me her services and she was incredibly knowledgeable. I learned a lot about my own mouth from her. I learned things that I was never told before.
