Fantastic experience: Had root canal done on 12/24/25...yes...Christmas Eve Day !! It was my first time at this office..and friends..I 100% recommend if you ever need professional...courteous..dental work to go here..!!! Fast .professional..work done and follow up with text messaging after procedure...to insure I was ok...and to ask me if I had any questions...! I was amazed...and I absolutely recommend this office in the unfortunate time of need for dental emergencies. Tell em Darin sent ya..You'll be glad you did !!

Fantastic experience: The office staff is definitely on top of the game very pleasant to deal with and talk and the doctor is very knowledgeable. Fantastic experience: Dr Vohra is in a class by himself.I have had root canals on a few teeth before being sent, by my current dentist Dr Shemo, that were a marathon of pain and discomfort. With Dr Vohra it is the oppodite. He has a technique of doing a root canal that is very fast witm very minimum discomfort. Never had these types of results. I am able to honesatly recommend him for anyone in need of a root canal because I have had 3 root canals done by Dr Vohra and would not go to anyone else. He is the "BEST".

Negative experience: 11/18/2025... Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience... I only called this office as a new patient because of their impressive 4.9 Google rating. After what I just dealt with, I honestly don’t know how they earned that score. On my first call, the receptionist answered with the standard greeting, and then the call was abruptly disconnected. I called back immediately. The same female answered, and after I began giving the important information she needed, she told me to “hold on.” She gave no explanation for why I was being placed on hold, and no one ever returned to the phone during the 5 minutes I waited. I gave up after that and decided not to waste any more of my time calling them back. I was trying to make an appointment on behalf of my child, who already struggles with high anxiety. After experiencing this level of immaturity and unprofessionalism on the phone, I knew it wasn’t worth putting my child through even more stress. This is completely unacceptable behavior for any medical office—let alone a specialist. The lack of basic professionalism, respect, and phone etiquette is shocking. This was some of the worst phone etiquette I’ve ever experienced. If this is how new patients are treated simply trying to make an appointment, I would be extremely concerned about the quality of care and communication moving forward. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Avoiding this office was an easy decision after this experience. 11/19/2025... In reply to the response from the business: Had that information been clearly communicated during the call, I would not have felt the need to post this review. My concern was the lack of explanation and the fact that no one returned to the phone.

Fantastic experience: This place was my best experience with a root canal and it’s not close. Was a very fast procedure and the DR made sure to remind me anytime I felt the slightest pain. I was not looking forward to my root canal but they made the whole experience better than times I’ve just got regular fillings in the past at other offices.

My heartbeat was the soundtrack. Then enters Kenzie (nobody actually knows her real name, so around here she’s basically like “The Creature from the Black Lagoon,” but friendlier). She preps you like she’s about to summon demons, but instead you just get numbing gel. Dr. Vohra arrives, steady-handed like the lead in a slasher film—but plot twist—the monster isn’t him, it’s your tooth. He eliminates it with surgical precision, no jump scares, no gore, and before you know it, the horror movie has turned into a Disney ending. What could’ve been Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Dental Edition turned out to be more like Frozen—painless, efficient, and oddly cheerful. If you’re looking for an oral surgeon who can turn a nightmare into a comedy, Dr. Vohra and the infamous Kenzie are your dream team. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Would absolutely survive this horror movie again.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had a root canal completed. She said that she was afraid at first but the Dr helped to calm her down. Everything went well from there and after. She also said that she thought that she would be in some kind of pain the next day but everything felt normal. She also said that surprisingly the root canal was less painful than any drill and fill that she previously had completed.

My bicuspid tooth had 3 roots instead of 2. He told me from his long experience that I was the 10th person to have 3 roots in a bicuspid tooth. He was patient with me until the root canal was completed. It was nice to receive a follow up call the day after the procedure from him. Appreciated.

Fantastic experience: Kind, compassionate and understanding your of pain. I was referred by my dentist because I had an intense swelling abscess. Dr. Grossman sent me directly to the best endodontist in the Valley! I needed root canal that needed immediately. Dr. V. was stern but very compassionate, his staff holding my hand and wiping my tears due to the abominable pain. It’s traumatic enough having to endure an abscess, nonetheless, Dr. V. and his staff did their best to make me comfortable due to the situation I highly recommend him and his staff to anyone is need of a root canal procedure.

Positive experience: Let me start by saying Dr Vohra and his assistant Josette were excellent. However, when you enter the office the woman at the window made me feel less than welcome. Being nervous already, I would have hoped for a warmer greeting or any acknowledgement at all. As a customer service manager and the director of operations, I expect more from someone in a prominent customer service position. Her manners were lacking at initial contact as well as when I had to pay my balance. Not so much as a please or thank you were offered by her. Also, while I understand the need for training, there is a more professional way to correct action. I found myself in an awkward and uncomfortable position when Dr Vohra was speaking to Josette. The words and tone were not respectful in my opinion. I think the corrective actions could have been handled in a more respectful and professional manner when in the presence of a patient. I want to reiterate that both Dr. Vohra and Josette were nothing but kind and caring with me and I have no complaints in that regard.
