They’ve always provided excellent service and are very accommodating, professional and very thorough with all aspects of the dental process. The dental hygienist Licia, was very detailed with my procedure and is very friendly. Great service overall!

Negative experience: Dentist was semi helpful. Unfortunately I left with the same problem worsen from all the picking of my gum.I was informed my gums looked fine, nothing showed wedged in the teeth (the reason i came ) and she could couldn’t see where the problem actually is coming from . ( lowkey valid if you cant see it you can see it ) I was looked at for a total of 3 minutes, then left to sit and wait for 45 minutes in the chair. All while the chatter of food online orders filled the halls, I even heard a DA say it’s pretty slow today. While I still sat and waited in severe pain . It made me feel neglected and stressed. I also was told I would receive a gum specialist referral, never received. Oh don’t forget the 160 bill at the end of. Yay HOWEVER , the receptionist AMAZING. So informative and helpful. He also came and helped take some rays. Overall I would really encourage the team to be more understanding and vigilant of the patients who come in pain, while providing patients with care that will not stress them more. They didn't even ask what I wanted to order lol. Below is an attached photo of me waking up the next day with a severe tooth infection. I wish i was taking more serious:(

Negative experience: Been coming here for 20+ years managment change and my latest dental assistant getting me in and out in 20 minutes and not touching half my teeth. Disappointed finding a new doctor next time. Clearly you dont care about your patients anymore. The doctor didnt even visit this time he has every other time shameful. Ill be warning my family and friends to avoid this place. Ive been coming here since i was a child im 32 now horrible experience can ruin it all.

Fantastic experience: I like this dentist and hopefully he stays for awhile. They have always worked with me on payment and recently I had a toothache and they worked me in that day. Everyone that I’ve come in contact with has been very nice and professional. They are very patient care oriented.

Fantastic experience: Piper Hill Dentistry is amazing. I broke one of my front tooth on late Friday night. They got me in on Monday and fixed it. Amazing

Negative experience: I unfortunately will be leaving this dentist office and it's a shame because I have always had a good experience with the dentists and hygienists here. Since the new management and name change the customer service and back office has gone downhill. They keep billing my old insurance even after I have given them the correct insurance multiple times. I keep receiving bills for my basic cleaning and when I tried calling the billing department to get this fixed you can never get ahold of an actual person and have to leave voicemails that never get returned. I was finally told by a receptionist, that apparently can only book appointments, that I needed to go into the office to get help with billing. When I wasted an hour out of my day to go in they didn't solve the issue. It has now been almost two months and the billing department still hasn't returned a call and the issue is unresolved. They keep telling you to call the office to help, but no one answers that can actually do anything. I would not recommend Piper Hill Dentistry for their unprofessionalism.

Fantastic experience: Super kind intake lady, very personable hygienist, informative and patient Dr, clean updated facility… all around it was an experience I can’t imagine being improved upon!

Negative experience: I am not one to leave bad reviews but our experience has forced me to do so. My husband went in to get cavities filled and he has had a horrible experience since. His fillings have caused nothing but trouble, infection set in and ended up needing to get his tooth completely removed. When we tried calling to get help they told us “they would call back…” and we never heard from them. We had to go to another emergency dental place to be taken care of and then eventually to an oral surgery center. The dentist admitted she was brand new and made the comment “i don’t know why other dentist just don’t slather the cavity fill all over..” well, 2 of his teeth are now fused together because of the way they were filled and he can no longer floss between them..causing more issues for us to take care of on our own dime.. Also, when I went initially to get my teeth cleaned the dentist did the cleaning and she had absolutely no idea how to do a good cleaning. (Should of been my first sign…) Why there are not hygienists at this practice I am not sure... The only saving grace of this place is the front desk woman. They were friendly and nice. Wouldn’t recommend this place. Horrible experience.

Negative experience: Went for my cleaning and that was good. Young women at desk was not very friendly. I asked her if she could tell me how much benefit I had left she said she didn’t know how to do that and to call myself. I explained I needed a bunch of work done and wanted to see what I could do. She printed out a plan and said you can decide. When I asked if I could speak with dentist she said he was not the one who made plan. They have had so many dentist leave it makes me wonder. I only started there because I followed my dentist whom I love to that office. I had a locum Dr last cleaning and they couldn’t even bill him as in network. What a mess of an office. Going to track down my other Doctor

Negative experience: I was asked by Dr Hunnemiller to follow her from Premier Dentists on Zumbehl to this Piper Hill office. I saw her once when she first moved there. The next time I went in I got my X-rays then cleaning then was told she was not in and she would call me if she saw anything on the X-ray. I went back for the next 6 month appt and again checked in and gave my insurance and was told I had no copay. I had my cleaning then a dentist I had never seen before came in for a 2 minute check. Upon leaving I was told I had no copay again. I now got a bill from them for over $100 stating the dentist was not in my network. I’ve left 3 messages and no one has called me back. Will never use them again!! If my regular dentist has left the practice I should have been notified!

Fantastic experience: I had such a wonderful experience at Piper Hill Dentistry yesterday!! It all started with the receptionist Tiffany who was so kind and helpful while checking me in. I then was roomed by my hygienist Brittany who was also kind as well as thoughtful. She also was quite considerate of my comfort during the x-rays as well as throughout the appointment. Jess was the business and financial associate who discussed with me my treatment plan, and confirmed my insurance benefits for yesterday's appointment as well as my future appointments. She too was very kind and thoughtful. When I was able to see Dr. Lopez, we had an honest and realistic conversation about my medical history, my current health issues, as well as my goals with regard to my teeth. Not only did she NOT push any treatments on me that I literally did not want, but she was very honest and kind. Dr. Lopez explained what was good about my teeth and the health of my gums, as well as what I could work on and why. We developed a plan together and I, for the first time in YEARS, felt listened to and heard at the dentist. I was not made to feel like a horrible person because my teeth are problematic due to the severe malnutrition and vitamin difficiency I have had due to gastric bypass surgery. She reassured me we can work on this as a team. I am so thankful to have found Piper Hill Dentistry.

Negative experience: My insurance covers bi-annual cleanings and exams, and annual x-rays. I have never paid anything. I needed a new dentist so found Piper Hill through my insurance “find a provider” tab. Booked my first exam/cleaning. Well, I only got an exam and X rays. Was told I would need to book another appointment for a cleaning. This was fine. However, then I was billed $50 while in the office, then just last week I got another bill in the mail for an additional $193 when I shouldn’t have been billed anything since I only wanted my bi annual cleaning and exams. I have no clue what Piper Hill billed me for that made this happen, but I will be going anywhere else for future appointments.

Fantastic experience: The office has changed. Everything is a lot more professional. The dentist was great at explaining what was going on in my mouth. The hygienist and everyone I worked with were kind And caring for my needs definitely going back

Fantastic experience: I Love the Private Dental Suites and the up to date technology used. The Staff is very competent and friendly. I'm glad I switched from my former provider.

Positive experience: New patient but was unaware of allowing 90 minutes for first visit. Multiple staff rushed to get me x-rayed, examed, and cleaned in less than an hour! Noone communicated the oral surgery referral process for an extraction at another location. I texted twice asking for a response. Two days later, received a text reply and follow-up phone call. I took notes and have to follow-up next week if the new provider doesn't contact me.

Fantastic experience: I ended up needing to be referred out for a service, and did schedule another procedure, so no work was done this day. But Mary O, RDH was phenomenal with customer care. She answered all mu questions, laughed with me, very relatable. She will definitely be the reason I continue to go here. No other experience with dentists yet, really. Scheduling my next procedures before I left could have gone smoother, but they were all very nice and helped each ither out to take care of it.

Fantastic experience: I got my cleaning done here and have always had severe anxiety when visiting the dentist. Today was the first time in my life I did not have that anxiety and actually enjoyed my time and experience while Licia was cleaning my teeth. She was wonderful and for the first time ever, I look forward to my next visit at the dentist

Fantastic experience: I moved to Piper Hill a year ago to follow my dentist who has since moved again. I came back for my 6 month because the hygienist that I had, Licia, was so good. She is friendly and gentle and also got my teeth very clean.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely LOVE Licia Clauson as my dental hygienist. She explains things so well and is very positive every time I see her. She always seems to be in a good mood as if she enjoys her job and that’s huge when you have someone cleaning and probing around your teeth. Very down to earth to talk to. I ask for her every time.

Fantastic experience: This is my first time visiting Piper Hill Dentistry. From the moment I walked in, everything was extremely pleasant. The waiting area is very clean, the receptionist is welcoming and nice. The (Dental assistant) I hope this is her title, did a fantastic job with my examination and explained in detail the steps she was taking and why. She is very knowledgeable with each procedure. After she was through, the Dentist came in introduced himself and shook my hand. He also did a small examination, reviewed my ex- rays and referred me to a specialist, explained everything in detail and upon my return to them, we are going to get an action plan. My overall experience is positive and I feel this is the best Dentist I have been to in years.

Negative experience: I got a statement today from Piper Hill Dentistry in St Peters MO. It says I owe $36.40 from a teeth cleaning appointment I had on 11/12/2024...8 months ago. My teeth cleaning appointment was with My St Peters Dentist. Before that, my dentists were at Premier Dentistry on Zumbehl St. My dentist was Dr. Monestero. Both she and her partner moved to My St Peters Dentist and have both now moved on from there as well. I kept getting phone calls and text messages about appointments from Premier Dentistry well after I had moved with Dr. Monestero at My St Peters Dentist. This has been a confusing mess to me. Do not recommend either Premier Dentistry nor My St Peters Dentist because of their poor transition in record-keeping and notifications, and that their dentists don't seem to stay very long.

Fantastic experience: I broke a crown and was in need of a new dentist anyway. Piper Hill fit me in immediately and took care of the problem. The dentist and staff were very helpful and friendly. I look forward to seeing them again and highly recommend their services.

Negative experience: Very unclear about the REAL name of this facility—My St Peter’s Dentist or Piper Hill Dentistry. Hygienist took X-rays without putting a shield on me A male dentist entered the room with no introduction & proceeded to examine my teeth. Pointed out 2 small cavities. Left the room. I asked the hygienist if I was going to see my dentist, Dr Brigid Hunemuller, to which she responded “Oh, didn’t anyone tell you? She no longer works here” She then proceeded to clean my teeth, which I found very unusual that the dentist had examined my teeth before they were cleaned. Upon completion, I was escorted to the girl at the check out desk. The dentist’s cards were on the counter & I asked if this was the dentist I had seen. She said no—that dentist is on vacation. The one you saw, fills in for various dental offices when there is a need—in other words, a substitute dentist. I asked for a copy of my X-rays as well as a statement of charges which would be submitted to my insurance company. All in all, it was a terrible experience . I would certainly never return or recommend it to anyone.

Negative experience: I recently transitioned to this office, following my dentist. I had 2 appointments: the 1st my dentist was on vacation, the 2nd she left the practice. Either way, no one in the office found it necessary to inform me that my dentist would not be in the office and give me an opportunity to decide if I want to be seen by a new dentist. No reminder call for my appt either; wrong number was on file.

Negative experience: I’ve been going here since 2020. Recently there has been so much turnover I never know whom I’m going to see. There is always a wait that extends beyond your appt start time even when you’re early. I will be looking for a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had nothing but good experiences at My St. Peters Dentist. Everyone has been friendly, patient (the dentist makes me really nervous) and helpful. The new office is beautiful, and I’ve barely had a wait when I’ve been. No complaints at all!

Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for a dentist. Dr. Hunemuller is amazing. But so is everyone else. My last appointment, I was seen by Dr. Duncan and was not disappointed. Fantastic experience: All staff and dentist were very friendly and did an excellent job on my 2 crowns and cavities. I would definitely recommend them.

Positive experience: The facilities are nice and modern. I've had mostly good experiences but also a couple of bad ones recently. Most recently, I found it frustrating that they sent me 4 separate text messages to remind me of my appointment (including one that threatened to cancel my appointment if I didn't respond to confirm, which I did). Then when I got there and the dental hygienist finished my cleaning, I was told that the dentist wouldn't be in the facilities for another hour. Like... what? Why would you allow me to schedule an appointment for a time when you're not staffed AND why would you remind me so many times of my appointment if you didn't plan to have a dentist there? In reading the other reviews, there does seem to be a good amount of bad experiences with scheduling. Also, I believe the dentist is under new management from when I fist started going and there seems to be some turnover with the staff is an issue, which leads to an inconsistent patient experience. In fairness to the staff, there have been good experiences too, but I feel this review is fair given my most recent experiences.

Negative experience: I have been a patient for over 7 years at My St. Peters Dentist. Dr. Lindhal was great when he ran this practice. Since Dr. Lindhal has left, the practice has gone downhill. It is now a DSO where they do not care about their patients. Every appointment I have had in the past 3 years has been cancelled and I have had to reschedule which is incredibly inconvenient and the staff does not care. I had a root canal done on 1/2/2025 and I was supposed to get a crown within 4 weeks. I called to schedule the crown placement and they could'nt get me in until March....scheduled that appointment and then they called because they had to reschedule...I will not be calling them back to reschedule only to have them call me again to reschedule that appointment. I found another dentist who owns his own practice who actually cares about his patients. Stay away from them unless your schedule is completely open and you don't need immeadiate work done.

Fantastic experience: Sometimes having to go in for a dental appointment can seem as bad as pulling teeth. I am happy to report that my visit to My St. Peter’s dental office the other day was a rather nonchalant pleasant visit. The people there are always helpful and friendly. The dental hygienist I had was very cordial and proficient. She did a completely painless job!

Fantastic experience: Today I had my teeth cleaned by an hygienist and examined by one of the new dentist. The service was wonderful. Explanations were given for each concern. Strategies to alleviate future problems were suggested. The atmosphere was pleasant and professional. I will be back.

Negative experience: My wife had a lot of unnecessary pain inflicted on her when they tried to take a temporary crown off without anesthetic and it was a tugging so strong and painful it caused her to almost come out of her chair . We will never go back.

Fantastic experience: We absolutely love this dental office! I would highly recommend them to everyone! They offer a high quality experience for all patients. Specifically, Dr. Hunemuller is fantastic. She gives all of her patients an incredibly thorough, empathetic, calm, and pleasant experience. She answers all of your questions and never makes you feel rushed. She is incredibly knowledgeable in her field and has excellent skills. I have also had a few appointments with the other dentist in the practice, Dr. Monestero, and she is absolutely amazing as well. All of the dental hygienists are extremely well trained, kind, and thorough as well. I have sensitive teeth and the hygienists are always incredibly accommodating when I ask for breaks during cleaning or other modifications. The front office staff is always kind and do their very best to help you with whatever you need. I 10/10 recommend this fabulous office and their entire staff!

Negative experience: Worst experience I have ever had. I've started going here in 2021. They always cancel my appointments without telling me and keep delaying treatment. I've had 2 crowns at this location on my right side. For the past 2 years I have been having pain on this side on and off. I have already been through several root canals. During my last cleaning in May I complained about my gum discomfort and pain on this side but they said nothing was wrong. So they did everything but check my crown and bite. 2 dentists later, I discover that my crowns placed on this side is too big, bulky and heavy for my mouth. Not only that the bite is very high and this is 2 years later!! An urgent dental care location discovered my root cause and they were very thorough and even showed me where the problems are. I also had a very deep filling at this location and I needed another root canal/crown. I'm in the process of finding another general dentist to check this as well and make sure it gets taken care of. Besides that I see that there is a new dentist at this location every 6 months, very high turn over rate which is another red flag. They don't have very good bedside manners either and don't take my gag reflex issue seriously. This place only cares about profit and getting as many people in and out as quickly as possible. If you care about your time, teeth and money I would stay away. I'm utterly disappointed with their poor dental work which has caused more issues than necessary. If I could get a refund I would, so much unecessary pain. I have bruxism which only makes this worse too. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Positive experience: Using AI is great (tool) but doesn’t substitute a dentist going to dental school or a lawyer going to law school. Or maybe it does and will. But in the meantime, I would spend a little more time with your patients asking questions. Churning and burning clients is good but don’t lose the touch.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Monestero & her amazing staff! From the front desk, to the dental assistants and hygienists, to Dr. Monestero herself, the team is absolutely fantastic. Coming from someone with past dental trauma and dental anxiety I feel so at ease and calm when I am there. The staff are so kind, empathetic and understanding! I would recommend Dr. Monestero & her staff to anyone especially who struggles with dental anxiety or who hasn’t been to the dentist in a while. They will take great care of you and make you feel completely at ease.

Negative experience: I would like to reserve judgment after this first visit. An incident happened during scheduling that I considered to be unsatisfactory. Another event occurred during the x-rays and cleaning. The short time with Dr Berg was excellent. She is the reason I will be returning in January.

Positive experience: They should advise if there is an extra cost before doing any scan or procedure. The lady at the front desk told me when I asked that what happened is between the doctor and myself. I don't work there, they are supposed to be a team and do pass the blame to anyone else.

Positive experience: This visit was a bit unnerving for me as all the staff were new since my last 6 month visit, including the hygienist and dentist. The visit went well. Both the hygienist and dentist were friendly and professional. I am curious as to why this office turns over the entire staff when there is a dentist change. I have gone here for 15 years as the location is convenient for me. I am not sure if this is a jumping off point for new dentists, but at least 5 have moved in and out in the past 15 years.

Negative experience: My appointment was canceled the day before it, and they called me the next day asking if I was going to make it in, as if they hadn’t just called me the day before to cancel. I had scheduled the appointment a whole month in advance for a dental cleaning. When she called, she mentioned they didn't even have a hygienist available for my appointment. So even if It hadn’t been canceled, I still would not have gotten my cleaning. But don’t worry, she offered to reschedule me for September, and that’s only 4 months away! Now I have to wait again, this time with a different dentist. And now, after reading some reviews on here, I see that most of the ones stars also have to do with the scheduling at this place. You’d think after so many they’d get it.

Fantastic experience: Adrienne was absolutely the Nicest dental assistant I have ever met. She walked me through the whole process and even talked alittle louder since I forgot to put my hearing aide in. I highly recommend My St Peters dentist!! Thanks Adrienne your a Gem!

Fantastic experience: I had the first stage of a crown replacement. Dr. B and her assistant Adrian did a fantastic job. They were very friendly and I had no pain at all. Thank you!

Negative experience: Loved this office when Dr. Gulley and his assistant were here. They used to be very accommodating to patients and their request but seem to have gone down hill a bit, the front desk is not as knowledgeable as it once was, and billing is hard to get ahold of. Disappointed because this used to be the only place I was comfortable.

Positive experience: I used to have Denise. I understand she left. I was told I would have carol. So a girl who has never met me , by the way been going to same building since Dr. Jules owned it. Although when it switched I continued going there. She never introduced herself when she was about done I said so are you Carol she said she hasn’t come back. Then I said what is your name she said Liz. She did a pretty good job not hurting me which is huge. But she cleaned my teeth then picked them I used to have picked first then polished. She put the fluoride on and mostly squished it on my teeth and lips and I am use to having it in gum line and cracks . My friend was a hygienist they put it in a Tray and you bit in it. And on that subject I think raising the price ten dollars was pretty big jump for fluoride . Also everyone I know that gets the cancer screen it’s covered in the exam. I hate being negative but I was pretty frustrated.I knew the dentist but I had a crown like Nov. or Dec. I didn’t know anyone else there. I felt like I was at a completely new office. I understand there are turn overs but where my sons family goes has all same people after 20 years. Everyone was kind enough it’s just hard to see new faces each visit.

Fantastic experience: Came in today as a first time patient, and every single staff member made me feel so comfortable. Kayla at the front desk came in to discuss billing, and was especially helpful. I am very happy with this dentist and will continue to get my dental work done here.

Fantastic experience: Great first time experience! I’m a nervous dentist person and everyone made me feel comfortable. They checked in with me during the cleaning and filling procedures. I had no pain and highly recommend.

Negative experience: Beware!!!!This office will try to make money off of you if your teeth are in good shape. I was told I have peridontal disease and needed a deep root cleaning.So they wouldn't clean my teeth that day .So I got a second opinion and guess what no disease. gums in good shape . just a regular cleaning needed. Me and hubby wont be going back . Shame on them for lying to me a senior citizen. I've always had good teeth and take pride in that . So beware people!! And I will let my friends and family and clients know about this

Fantastic experience: Nothing but good things to say . Might’ve saved my life. They made me aware my blood pressure was extremely high. I rushed myself to the Emergency Room. Thank God who knows what would’ve happened. THANK YOU.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I recently needed to find a new dentist and could not be more pleased with this office. The staff is incredibly friendly and provides wonderful service! We will certainly continue our treatment here and have already recommended their services to our friends and family in the area.

Fantastic experience: I have only had good experiences wit My St. Peters Dentist. The assistants and receptionist are knowledgeable and the nicest around and the dentists are kind and gentle. No one makes me feel guilty for not taking good care of my teeth or my soda "addiction".

Fantastic experience: I could not recommend this office enough. Staff is so kind and thorough. I was given a treatment plan for my next 5 visits and i finally have zero stress about going or dealing with the dentist. Already recommending friends and family.
