Fantastic experience: This dental clinic is by far one of the best I have been to. Both the dentist and hygienist were very professional and took care of my dental needs. I also liked the fact that they didn’t try to upsell me on dental services that I didn’t need unlike the many dental offices I have been to. It makes going to a dentist office something you look forward to and you can see that in the many positive reviews from so many patients. I have only been here once and I can honestly say, they care about their patients and for that I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I have had two appointments thus far and can already sincerely say this place is the best. They are honest, kind, affordable and good people. My permanent retainer was broken during a cleaning by accident and they went above and beyond to repair the situation, despite not being an orthodontist clinic. They listen to all of your concerns and follow up with you, even if it’s outside of their expertise. This is the kind of dentist you keep coming to for generations.

Fantastic experience: Dec 2024 Update: As usual, Dr. Nguyen and staff are prompt, courteous, and professional. Dr. Nguyen graciously agreed to perform my cleaning which is normally done by their hygienist who was out sick. I greatly appreciated not needing to reschedule. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Thanks again 360 Dentistry!! Friendly and professional staff and clinicians. State of the art facility. Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Gonzales are highly competent and friendly clinicians who render great care. Another added bonus is that they never pressure you to get discretionary or non-essential services. They give clear and specific treatment recommendations and make sure you're comfortable with the treatment plans. I hope they continue to practice here indefinitely because I can't see going anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Gonzales handled my hybrid dentures after the Texas A&M Dental School installed my full mouth of implants. He was absolutely amazing throughout the whole ~6 month journey, patiently helping with my temporary dentures. Dr. Nguyen has been just as professional and friendly, and the staff is some of the best I've had at a dental practice.

Negative experience: I strongly discourage anyone from visiting 360 Family Implants Dentistry - Dr. Nicole Nguyen and Christopher Gonzales in Grand Prairie Texas. My experience with this office has been deeply disappointing.

Fantastic experience: Such a great experience, environment and very clean establishment. This location was a referral, staff was very professional and friendly. They made me feel like family! Dr Gonzales and his wife are amazing and very professional. I was able to express my concerns and what I wanted, they listened and heard me! Fantastic experience: Dr. Nguyen is the best dentist!! I have severe dental anxiety due to previous dental experiences. I walked into the office crying at my first appointment but knew I needed to have work done. Dr. Nguyen sat down and talked me through everything. She went over all the work I would need done and put my mind at ease. I have been back 4 times in the last 3 months to have work done and have had the same amazing experience I had the first day I stepped into her office. I have referred numerous people that have the same anxiety about the dentist. I recently switched both my boys over to her. She is amazing with kids. Her and my son were cutting up and laughing while she checked his teeth. Anyone that can make my son not feel anxious while at the dentist is amazing. I cannot say enough good things about her. I have found my forever dentist.

They care about any concerns I have about myself or my familt members and answer all my questions. They do not reccomend unnecessary treatments. Fantastic experience: Dr Nguyen was recommended to me by a friend when my dentist moved. I had been with the same dentist since 1992, so I was very picky about overall service. Well let me say that I would highly recommend 360 Family and Implant Dentistry. The hygienist Tatiana was great, the Dr. was very professional and personable and the overall atmosphere was welcoming.

Fantastic experience: Another great visit 11/14! I love this facility. Every time we go, the staff members are super nice. The Doctor is very personable. She knows her patients and holds genuine conversations with each one. My son is now 11. He gets to be in the room by himself now. She makes him feel like such a big boy when she explains everything to him. We also love the goodie bags she gives.

Everyone there is caring, careful, and avoids doing work that doesn’t really need to be done when they could easily do the opposite. The tech cleaning my teeth is such a good communicator and so friendly. I am also a patient who is thankful to have found such a great dentist whom I also consider to be a friend.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nguyen did a filling for my front teeth-the front teeth that helps your smile otherwise it will look funny when you smile- she did it in less than 30 minutes for a very small fee. Fantastic experience: The 360 staff is absolutely outstanding. They go above and beyond to help you with any problems or questions I have. The doctors are awesome as well. Dr. Gonzales has helped me so much. I had cancer and had chemo and radiation. My teeth started breaking off at the gum line so we made a game plan and pulled all of my teeth. We now have to do a little more work and get ready for my implants. I love all of the 360 staff so much.

Fantastic experience: Truly the best dentist office I have ever been to. I have severe medical anxiety and Dr. Nguyen is a gem. She walks through every step of every process with you. She makes sure you are comfortable and has such a calm and kind demeanor. She is also WONDERFUL with kids! If you have a kiddo who is scared of the dentist, I recommend Dr. Nguyen wholeheartedly. My youngest has Down Syndrome and my oldest has medical anxiety as well. They do wonderful at 360, and my wiggly son also has no issues. Fantastic experience: For years, the only way I could get my teeth cleaned would be with laughing gas. I’m too sensitive to pain. I would have tears and get a headache, without the laughing gas. Fantastic experience: The. Best. Dentist. Ever!!! My family and I (3 kids ages 1, 5 and 7) LOVE Dr. Nguyen and all her staff. They are so attentive to my children and any concerns we have about their dental hygiene. My husband and I have been going to this dental clinic for about 5 yrs now, and will never go anywhere else. Fantastic experience: My husband and met some incredible people today, Dr. Gonzalez and Dr. Nguyen. I went in not knowing what to expect for a consult and it was beyond my expectations. From the moment I was called back I was treated with kindness and care. I was given options for my new dental journey that I did not think existed for me. Dr. Gonzalez explained in detail the process and made me feel at ease. I also needed some work done and thought I would have to wait 6 mths or longer and they were able to squeezed me and that's when I met Dr. Nguyen. Talk about a sweatheart, she is amazing. Their assistant was great too. I left there today with tears of joys. My husband even switched to them today. He was so impressed with how well the visit went. We are still taking about our experience today almost 12 hours later. Go see 360 Dentistry you won't be disappointed. I know setting up my visit today was the best thing I could have ever done. Saved my tooth, my wallet and my time after other places quoted me thousands of dollars to do extraction with an implant or a root canal with a crown. I was in and out of the chair in an hour with a repaired tooth that I thought was beyond saving. Dr Nguyen and Simpson were awesome. Very funny, personable and listen to me as a patient. Had a really bad wreck and knocked for my teeth out and went in for a consultation and ended up with 3d printed temporary teeth so I didn’t have to walk around without teeth. Fantastic experience: Dr. Gonzáles is the best out there. I was referred to him by a friend of mine and it was a major emergency as my bridge had cracked and there was no way I could be seen like that. I went to my regular dentist and was no help at all and to make matters worse, made me a temporary bridge but it was horrible. I couldn’t even speak because of how bulky it was. Dr. Gonzales used state of the art technology to create a 3D print of a temporary bridge that looked natural and I was actually able to speak. Now, I’m having implants done by Dr. Gonzales as I feel very comfortable with this procedure. Thank you Dr. Gonzales.

Fantastic experience: Great staff and services. Dr Nguyen and Dr Gonzales are really great with their patients and the hygienist, Tatiana, was so gentle but thorough with the cleanings. Fantastic experience: I was very pleased with the way Dr. Gonzales Wife greeted me on my first 2o000 t.01raguifivisit. His nurse was .000prompt,21andcourteousand did a fantastic job, I was well pleased. Dr. Gonzales came in ; he was very opened minded to my instructions as to what I wanted and he gave me several options !!!! We talked time, procedures and price. It was a little higher than expected, and he explained the increased amount. I said work me up a plan of action and check with insurance, HUMAMA, see what they will pay so I know bottom price to me and we could do business. I’m waiting for a call back to get started. Fantastic experience: I've never had a dental experience like I had at this dentist office. The moment I walked in the door, I could tell this was going to be a great experience. Tatiana who is the best dental hygienist cleaned my teeth and talked me through the whole process. Dr Nguyen has the best personality and is a joy to be around. Carol at the front desk, who is super sweet,, helps you understand your treatment plan and makes sure you know what out of pocket cost you will have. Hands downs, this is one the best and affordable places you can go to for dental work. I'm glad I was able to find a dentist office I can commit to!!

Fantastic experience: I had a good visit at 360 Family and Implant Dentistry. Dental hygienist Tatyana Bloodworth cleaned my teeth, she did a great job. Dr. Ticole Nguyen is my dentist. she did a final examination, everything looks good. Others in her office were nice.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nguyen was great! Very informative and knowledgeable. This was my first visit and I had a positive experience. The staff was friendly and made it easy to make an appointment with my hectic schedule. The office was clean and inviting - with state of the art technology. X-rays were done and I was seen by the doctor in a timely fashion.

Fantastic experience: My whole family loves this practice. Everyone is soo nice and they go out of their way to make each visit great. I had a tooth break and they fixed it quickly and when it came out they fixed it again. They even have a 3d printer to make temporary crowns the same day . Love everyone here !!!❤️

Fantastic experience: I have had a root canal/multiple fillings and never had pain or issues afterwards. Dr. Nguyen is awesome! She always makes sure you are comfortable during procedures. I hated going to the dentist before due to the pain afterwards or feelings rushed out the door. This office does a great job all around. I have recommend to friends as well. They were impressed and happy to find a personable and reliable dentist office. Highly recommend! I always have a good experience when I visit.

Fantastic experience: I had a very pleasant visit at this office! Staff is very friendly, professional and quick. I need a new retainer and I was surprised that they take a 3D image instead of making an image by putting a tray with clay into your mouth. It's so much more pleasant for the patient! Fantastic experience: We came to Dr Gonzalez with a very complicated case that had been started in another country. His professional manner and great knowledge of dentistry has been absolutely unique in the many years of experience with have had with many dentist here and abroad He has a very gentle touch, personable and caring. We travel one hour each way to see him and we’ll continue to do so in the future. If you need a knowledgeable and great touch this is the best dentist we have ever found and we are very old.
