Fantastic experience: I use to hate going to the dentist. It always hurt and I wasn’t treated with respect! Everything changed when I started going to Legacy. Everyone is kind and understand most people don’t like going to a dentist. They always make it pleasant and they really show courtesy, understanding, professionalism and warmth! They make sure I am comfortable and never have pain!! Would highly recommend them to everyone! I see Dr.Brennan! He is wonderful! My daughter sees Dr. Edward’s and she feels the same way as I do! With either of these 2 doctors, you have no reason to put off going to the dentist anymore!

Fantastic experience: Legacy Hill Dentistry is wonderful. I just had a crown replaced and root canal on a front tooth. Not a bit of pain. Crown looks wonderful. Dr. Edwards made sure color and shape matched perfectly with my other front tooth. I've been going to him for about 10 years and have never had a bad experience. They are honest and always do what's best for their patients. The whole office is friendly and helpful. I always recommend them to friends.

Positive experience: I have been a patient at Legacy Hill Dental for 17 years. Dr. Edwards is wonderful and has been the sole reason I have stayed with the practice after constantly having billing issues with the front desk. They tell you it will be one price on Wednesday and by Thursday it has gone up $50-$75 and charges seem to magically appear on my account and no one can tell me what they are for, once even threatening to send me to collections for a $6.00 balance. The front desk person claims it is because I am out of network and they do not know what my insurance will pay, however, I know the insurance has a payment schedule they are privy to. I am seriously changing dentist’s after my last appointment; just not sure it is worth all the hassle.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Legacy Dental for over a year now regularly. I have needed some work done on my teeth since joining them and they have been great! The Invisalign has been awesome! So much better than braces. They have the newest equipment, like having X-rays while you still sit in your chair which is wonderful and especially would be great for people with disabilities. It makes it super easy! I couldn’t even feel the shots he gave me! Dr Brennon is an amazing dentist and I trust him, his work and advisements. No one probably loves going to the dentist but it makes it easier when you know you are in good hands!

Fantastic experience: Great experience, as any dental appointment can be. Had a denture reline and an extraction. Expected pain after the anesthetic wore off but there was none at all. Great staff and dentist. As “enjoyable” as one can expect in a dentist chair! !

Fantastic experience: 10/8/25: I’m so pleased with my 33 month Invisalign Journey and excellent results, check out my before on 2/4/24 and after on 10/08/25. Invisalign is no more expensive than regular braces, and so much nicer to not have metal braces on! I grind my teeth and so I really enjoy sleeping in the Invisalign product, it really gives a lot of support so if you have multiple issues like TMJ like myself, it helps you for the rest of your life as well. I have slept with every TMJ apparatus and the Invisalign retainer is by far the most comfortable and healthy mouth brace that I have ever slept in and I’ve been sleeping in mouth braces for TMJ since probably 1990. 08/13/25: last and final set of Invisalign pics of the before from January 2023 and now, to bring down the canines and close the gaps - they are the most difficult to move. Dental Tech Olivia and Dr Edwards are my champs - such a pleasure to be treated by everyone there. They even had a mock brother and sister fight after I said how sweet everyone seems there and that they all seem to really love being there. Tooth funny. 07/29/25: great dental cleaning, teeth feel great! Great office, please open an office in Murfreesboro :) 02/23: Oh my goodness I can’t say enough about Legacy Hills Dentistry! Dr Edward's is so nice, the whole office is! He was especially good today at explaining my plan of care (my jaw is on stilts I believe was what he said but he also did the arm movements to illustrate what it would look like for my jaw to seat properly (I stopped wearing my retainers after braces and I have TMJ) which helped me understand so much! It takes a special kind of person to get so into my dental care! But today he was like “this is getting” serious. Drea did the absolute best cleaning (Vanilla was great) gentle but thorough and I feel so clean! and Dawn was so sweet to help her get my Invisalign photos BECAUSE, Dr Edwards was pleased to announce to me after two years of trying to get me into braces that my difficult teeth positioning can be done by Invisalign! I really could not be more excited! I trust him and his team and I didn’t want to go to another dentist office for care is the other exciting thing. Not that his referral to the ortho wasn’t to a good ortho but you just can’t know how little I can handle braces at this juncture. Their team is across the board so nice, everyone smiles at you, you can tell it’s a pleasure working there! I would even consider a position there is there’s ever a spot! Thank you all!! 07/23: I’m still loving my Invisalign results - I relocated to a town of abysmal healthcare so, thankfully, I can and will fly home to see Legacy Hills in the Fall when I get my brackets off and they fit me for retainers! Should have them off in 10 months the Dr said, since I faithfully wear them 22 hours a day.

Fantastic experience: Best care ever! Our insurance changed and after trying the others, I ran back to Legacy. Hands down i will stay with Legacy, even though they are out of network, I'm 100% sure they are so worth it. Thank you Dr. Edward's. ❤️

Negative experience: The dentist was really thurough and great. I was instantly referred out for root canal and between the specialist and Legacy total was 1900 (with insurance!). So i called back to see about extraction and was told they dont do them. So apparently Legacy is a money grab place. They only want to do the work thats easy and get the most from. Sad actually, I had great hopes for my family.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Brannen and his staff were wonderful. Fit me in next day on a semi-emergency basis and then scheduled me within a week for a long-involved procedure. I have extreme dental anxiety. They were respectful, sympathetic, gentle, professional. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: The folks at Legacy Hill Dentistry are the most compassionate and honest I’ve ever encountered. It isn’t about the money with them. They genuinely care about their patients. The focus is on the health of the patients, and not trying to up-sell services that aren’t needed. I am a horrible dental patient, and I get the nitrous any time I go there for any reason, be it a cleaning or a cavity. They always make me feel at home, and don’t make me feel embarrassed at all. They go at the patients pace, and you aren’t treated like someone they are trying to rush out the door so the next patient can be seen. They are also very flexible with payment plans, which I truly appreciate. I went to Legacy Hill and the only thing needed was a cleaning. I’ve been going to Legacy Hill for five years for my cleanings. UPDATE 3/3/2025: Had an appointment to fix a issue that involved a crown I had done almost 10 years ago. I am not a fan of needles so if you need novocaine, Dr Edwards is the person to see. His technique is spot on. STILL Highly Recommend Dr Edwards and his TEAM of fantastic people. Always smiling, always friendly and caring. Positive experience: Nice place. Professional. As for friendliness, they may have been too busy or because I was new and they didn’t know me, they probably didn’t want to get too close too soon. I don’t know. When I made the appointment, I mentioned I wanted the gas, apparently they didn’t write that down and had already begun my procedure before I got any. That wasn’t a big deal I guess but it definitely would have helped my nerves. I had questions but I really didn’t get time to ask but a couple. They made sure I knew I needed Invisalign. I wasn’t sure and they’re told me I needed to let them know! Like I wasn’t going to come back, ever. But bottom line, I was pleased and will be back. Maybe next time I will get to ask more questions and get a smile or two.

Ashley is a beast of a hygienist and I made her earn her pay that day plus she sing to you. Fantastic experience: It is hard to enter a dentist office and experience a warm feeling however, Legacy Hill manages to make you feel comfortable, important and warm. At no point did I feel I was being pressured or up-saled too. When my chain dentist office closed down with out notifying me, I was forced to look for an alternative. That was an absolute blessing in disguise. I am thrilled to be apart of Legacy Hill's practice and know that my family is in safe and wonderful hands.

Fantastic experience: 5/28/2025 - My issue this time was a cracked tooth. While drinking a smoothie the evening before, the front half of one of my lower teeth cracked off. Dr Edwards' staff was able to get me in and he took care of my problem the next day. It's great to have someone who is willing to do whatever is necessary in an emergency situation to find a solution.

Was so embarrassed for having staines but she was very kind and spend time to make sure she gets as much of it out . I have paid for high cleaning in the otjer offices but what she did for normal cleaning was way more than they ever did . I recomend her highly . I am so pleased that this office is covered by my insurance once again .can not be more than happy going back with them .

Fantastic experience: I grew up going to this dentist. (Dds Rick) He is the reason I go to the dentist as an adult, Id still be going here if I didn't move out of state. He is retired now but he wouldn't have left it in bad hands, the reviews show that. I never saw the needles the few times I had to get fillings, never felt any pain like I have with dentists now if I need work done. We even went to his old office before he moved to this building, we loved going to the dentist. We played the Playstation (skating and spyro) while we waited, he always gave us something from the treasure chest after, and they all knew us. I hope they uphold that for kids still. But yeah, great place and he fixed my chipped tooth in highschool.

Fantastic experience: I initially started coming to this office in my teen years because my sister worked here. My sister moved out of state shortly after my first appointment. That was ages ago and I’ve never left! Even if my hygienist’s books are full it is worth the wait. I’ve never been treated so well in a dentist office. I drive 45 minutes to come here. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

All explanations of any dental issues I’ve had were thoroughly explained to me with options of treatment plans. Fantastic experience: I had to have a permanent crown placed and 3 fillings. I was nervous but the hygienist and the dentist were so kind. They checked in with me frequently to make sure I was okay and wasn’t in any pain and everything went so well! They are the best!

Fantastic experience: I moved to Smyrna, TN in the fall of 2011 and asked around in at work about a good dentist and was recommended Legacy Hill Dentistry so I set up my first appointment and it went great. Here it is 10 years later and I continue to only go to them for routine dental care. The staff and doctors are great. I've had on two occasions for a sudden need for care and they got me in asap and took care of the problem promptly. I highly recommend them. Following up 3 years later and the care remains fantastic. Just had a crown placed over my rear lower left molar to add to the four crowns that Legacy Hill put in place over the years, all of them have performed well. One did come off but they had me come in a day later and re-attached it, no problems, it's all good.

Fantastic experience: Ive always had a problem with my crooked teeth. I’ve seen many dentists over the years and all have commonly told me the same thing, that Invisalign will never be an option for me. And honestly I don’t want to put metal in my mouth again at 30 years old. Within minutes the Doctor came in and without a shred of uncertainty told me I’d be the perfect candidate for Invisalign and gave me all the paperwork to prove it. It’s been a long time since I had left a cleaning with hope of actually getting my teeth fixed.
