Fantastic experience: My 12-year old daughter visited Marcincin Family Dental today for the first time after not having been to a dentist for almost 2 years. When I got home from work she couldn’t wait to tell me all about how great her experience was and how kind everyone was to her! My husband, who took her, also had great things to say and commented on how in the waiting room the reception staff knew most patients by name. We WILL be returning and adding more family members to the Marcincin patient list. Thanks for a great experience!

Fantastic experience: Having recently moved to Bethlehem from out of state, I asked a recent acquaintance to recommend a dentist, if possible. Without hesitation he responded Marcincin Family Dentists. Winner winner!! They accepted my wife and I as new patients, and scheduled us for a semi-annual checkup without having to wait 6-9 months, which was the case with other health care providers in the area. From the friendly greeting by the office partners, to the attentive, gentle, and very skilled dental hygienest Gabbi (and also Jillian who cared for my wife), and Dr. Corry's caring manner, it's self-evident Marcincin Family Dental is a first class dental care provider. We look forward to our future 6 month checkup, and highly recommend them to anyone searching for a great experience at the dentist!

Fantastic experience: I had scheduled an appointment for January, the earliest the practice had. But they called me the schedule an appointment for this week. Dr. Marcincin determined that I didn't have to have a cap replacement on a tooth that has some decay. He would be able to work around the cap. I was very pleased with my first visit to Marcincin Family Dental.

Positive experience: Came for my 2:00 o’clock appointment and was greeted by the front desk team member who is very pleasant. I think my hygienist was Aubrey who was very friendly and took excellent care of my cleaning process. She was sweet and was very thorough with my appointment. Dr. Brian came in to check everything before I left. He was very pleased with the job Aubrey performed and I was cleared to go. Made my next appointment for 6 months with another member of the front desk team who was just as sweet and accommodating as the rest. I’ve been a customer of Marcincin Family Dentistry for many many years. Always a pleasant experience from beginning to end.

Negative experience: Edit 10/6: came to my scheduled appointment today to find out they had canceled my appt. Like many others I have call screening in place and do not have their number saved as I was relatively new to the practice so I didn’t receive any voicemail from them. I find out they allegedly spoke to my wife who told them I would be going to the appt as they were trying to call me while I was at work apparently, yet despite my wife confirming the appt for me they still canceled it. They send text messages like many other practices but in no place in the text messages do they state the appointment must be confirmed or it will be canceled. We are all used to these types of texts from medical practices but they would never cancel an appt at lvhn or SLUHN if you didn’t respond to these texts. The receptionists at the front desk were very rude to me, showing not an inkling of kindness or understanding, merely referring me to the paperwork I had signed when I first became a patient which, let’s face it, which one of us reads every last bit of the fine print of these documents. The actual dentists are hygienists have always been great but I was totally floored by the cold unprofessional and condescending attitude I received today.

Fantastic experience: I’m am extremely impressed with the kindness and professionalism of this office. My dental journey has been long and extensive and I can tell you this so far is one of the absolute nicest office filled with friendly and supportive staff. I have a fair amount of dental work that needs to be done and I always felt as if my previous dentist was a bit judgmental about it. To boot I made a mistake and showed up for my appointment a day early. They were not the least bit rude to me and even was able to get me in later in the day as I had taken off from work for the appointment. Awesome experience here

I'm not an expert in dental care by any means, but everyone there is very knowledgeable and it puts me to ease as a nervous patient. Fantastic experience: Most pleasant atmosphere. There are multiple TVs in the room for you to watch. If going to the dentist makes you nervous, there is no place else you should go. The staff is kind, patient and upbeat. The office is clean and always decorated so cute and welcoming. I would give 10 Dr Marcincin is the best doctor in this area.

Negative experience: Although the doctors are very nice and the office is very clean, I had a very disappointing experience with this dental office. In fall 2024, I went in for a cleaning and X-rays and was later billed $280. I assumed maybe the X-ray wasn’t covered, so I paid it without questioning it too much. In spring 2025, I returned for just a cleaning. Before the appointment, I asked the front desk if they accepted Cigna insurance, and they told me yes. Two weeks later, I received another unexpected bill—this time for $130. I was frustrated and called my insurance company, only to find out this office is out of network. That’s why I was being billed so much out of pocket. What frustrates me most is that I **specifically asked** if they accepted my insurance, and they said yes, without explaining that they were not in-network. After speaking with my aunt (who is a dentist in New York), I now understand that I should have asked if they "participate in my insurance plan"—not just if they “accept” it. It feels incredibly misleading, and frankly, like I was taken advantage of by their vague and deceptive language. I was hoping to stay with this dental office long term, but after being misled and stuck with large out-of-pocket bills, I absolutely will not be returning. Patients deserve transparency when it comes to insurance and billing.

There was no waiting time once I arrived, and Dr. Terry and his assistant worked so well together to fix my tooth. It was fairly quick, and my bite is spot on. The office is clean and inviting, and the staff were so welcoming. I am glad my family and I have switched to Marcincin Family Dental.
