Fantastic experience: We shopped around for an ortho after moving from out of state with two kids mid-treatment. We were impressed with Dr Olson: he actually engaged with my children, asking them questions about their interests and making them feel at ease. Dr. Olsen’s treatment plan was thoughtful, well-reasoned, and cost conscious. When I asked about some other things another ortho in town had (aggressively) suggested, he told us we should probably wait and see how things went, but that he didn’t believe those extra things would be necessary. He was great to explain his reasoning to me, and he turned out to be absolutely right—my kids didn’t need any of that. The staff are wonderful with kids. Very pleased to have found this practice. If I had more kiddos I’d be back!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Olson and his team are truly incredible. I had braces in junior high, but my previous orthodontist never corrected my bite, which led to jaw pain and may have even worsened the issue over time. With their expertise, my bite was finally corrected, and he also identified my tongue thrusting issue, something I had never been aware of, which is now corrected. I’m genuinely grateful for the care and results they provided and can’t recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: Just completed my Invisalign treatment with Olson Orthodontics. I had the best experience here. Dr. Olson was very thorough and explained the whole process and was very personable during each visit. He really gets to know you and doesn’t treat you like just another patient. All of the office staff is AMAZING as well!! Every single person I’ve interacted with in the office was so friendly and helpful, and overall just very pleasant individuals. Highly recommend coming here for any orthodontic needs. I just wish I would have known about this office, back when my children had braces.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been using this orthodontist for years, they are amazing! I’ve had braces for 2 years which went great, and then we decided to do their version of Invisalign which also went great. My brother and I struggled a little bit with remembering to wear the retainers, but Dr. Olson and the crew were very kind about it and we eventually finished the trays. Overall, amazing place, everyone is very nice and I’ve never had a bad experience here!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Olson and his staff are amazing! We never felt rushed. Scheduling is easy and they are flexible. Dr. Olson always greets my son and makes him feel welcome. He always takes time to explain the process and next steps with care and understanding. The office hands out a “goodie bag” in the beginning when braces are put on. The goodie bag provides food for first day of braces, and instructions on how to care for the braces. The goodie bag helped make braces not so “scary.” I also thought it was a creative way to teach kids how to take care of their braces. When braces come off my son was awarded a celebration gift. It made him feel special. Dr. Olson’s treatment plan corrected my son’s underbite and we will come back for phase two. I’m very happy we chose Dr. Olson.

Fantastic experience: Really couldn’t write enough about how good this place is. Every single staff member cares, and it just shows. This is the kind of place that will remember you by your name, not your case. Olson is also by far the best dentist/orthodontist I’ve personally had in my life. He will give you the proper time, effort and knowledge to get you where you want to be. I also want to mention how well setup the plans are, once you pay, it’s all taken care of, which is such a pleasant relief in the dental world. I couldn’t be happier with my results, thank you again to the whole team!

Positive experience: I came for my last check up and was very upset that after confirming via text the previous day for a 7:40am appmnt. I was woken up at 5:40am with a "reminder". Total disrespect for the privacy of my sleep and our right to do so, just bc their system is "designed" to do so as told by the receptionist who decided it was her issue to "resolve". Not only did she not take my complaint seriously but immediately flipped it into a passive aggressive reply with ridicule about how "wonderful" I had done to reply to that same text that infuriated me. She did it with a full smile and then proceeded to even further riducule me, when I said, that because I had already confirmed, the office didn't have right to contact as they pleased any 24hr period. Then she made a "prune" face smirk telling me well we do. I asked to speak to the manager. The great tech that has assisted with my treatments came and told me I could voice my complaint to the Dr. I did, and things were obviously not as one can hope for. I did get the customary I'm sorry but no accountability for the ridicule the receptionist had shown me. When I did use the word "freaking" to describe the situation to Olson, he immediately became indignant as to the tone used is his office. That was quite a hypocrital statement to attempt to lecture me on professional behavior when a 65 year old men who has worked for the largest corporations in the world, had a complaint treated as if I was a kindergatten child to petted with smirk on the face and sent back to my chair. And I told Olso likewise. See, a professional contract has to be fully adhere to by both parties. The receptionist, elevated my complaint into a personal attack with dismissal, and ridicule. That didn't concern him or make him indignant at how she treated and there wansn't any acknowledgement in his words towards her attitude and words. As I told him, when someone crosses into my personal space then I will get personal right back!!! the professional conduct as he tried to defiend was broken by your receptionist. At the end, we decided to proceed. Things deescalated. He gave me my final instructions and I said goodbye. I thought that was the end of it. I was totally wrong!!! As I walked out, the tech and another said goodbye and I returned the gesture and thanked them. Before I reached the door, I heard laughter. As I turned, I heard the same receptionist that ridicule me start to do so again and crouched down to let the other receptionist know what she thought of the whole situation. The tech put her finger to her mouth, trying to get the receptionist to shut up and keep me from hearing, but too late. I walked right to her and asked her if she still had any issues or concerns she needed to tell me. She lied and said, no I was just talking to my co worker. I told her, I thought that this issue had been closed via the doctor and if she was sure, nothing was left to be discussed. She said no, I said, I hope so. She then flippantly said with her smirk, I hope so too. After leaving I was sure I would be filing a complaint against this office with the dental board, not because of the original complaint but what the recpetionist did after!! But after over 2 years going there and mostly because of the techs that were all wonderful, I decided against it. Here is my question, an employee of Olson felt so entitled that even after a manager was going to be involved and Olson received the full brunt of my complaiint, decided that whatever happened she wasn't going to let me leave without stamping my departure with even a more detailed and sharp ridicule of my complaint. Obviously, she feels completely insulated as to her behavior. But what about Olson. That's his employee who caused him 5 minutes of my ire. So my only conclusion is that, either he's really sorry but pathetically weak that won't hold his employee accountable as to her behavior as her celebratory send off to me illustrated it or he is not weak but supportive of her behavior and may have joined her ridiculing me after I left..can the two exist in the same universe?

Fantastic experience: Our daughter just finished her first round of treatment today. We have been very pleased with the progress that has been made in straightening her teeth. They look beautiful! Dr. Olson and staff have done a great job explaining the orthodontic process to both me and my daughter. I especially appreciate that each person in the office treats my daughter with respect, clarifying any questions she has and explaining things in a manner that gives her credit for being able to understand the conversation. Fantastic experience: I went to this orthodontist from 3rd grade to 7th grade for my braces. I was supposed to get my second round of braces because I had a tooth that was out of place that they were going to put back in the right spot and an underbite, but life happened, and I couldn't go back until recently. I had my upper wisdom teeth removed and needed surgery, but I didn't really like the surgeon. He made me feel like just a number, not a person. I understand it's a business, but at the end of the day, I'm still a human and want to be treated as such. The surgeon didn't give me as much direction as to how this would affect me after the procedure or what would occur after. He didn't ask if I had any questions or who I was as a person. He just went over what would happen and that was it. Even in the post-op, it was very quick, just 5 minutes, and he didn't ask me anything else, just checked to make sure everything was good. But when I went back to my previous orthodontist, he made me feel so welcome and known as a person. Even thought it had been years since he’s last treated me he felt so genuine to have seen me all grown up. He took the time out of his day to talk to me and my mom, explore our options, and help me understand why I was going through this again and try to answer my questions even from my post surgery. I really appreciate how he made me feel important and heard, not just like a number. I highly recommend this orthodontist for anyone looking for a caring and understanding professional.

Fantastic experience: I Absolutely LOVE Dr. Olson and his team!!! The environment is great! EVERYONE is always smiling and happy, NEVER a bad day. I came from Ohio and I already had braces on. I wanted my teeth to look better than what they were. So my Daughter referred me to Dr. Olson. I see a great smile already, I can’t wait to have them removed so I can feel confident smiling again. They would chat with me about my job, trips, family, and made me feel like a friend. Dr. Olson explained the status and next steps of my treatment at each visit, which I appreciated. The office is clean, professional, and a relaxing environment. Maybe you don’t usually consider a dental office to be relaxing, but it was to me. :) They offered an affordable payment plan, which took the financial stress out of the equation. My treatment was completed within the original quoted timeframe. I have recommended Dr. Olson multiple times in my local “mom” groups on Facebook, and I am not alone. He has many happy patients!

Fantastic experience: I was a little nervous when I first visited the Litchfield Park office to get braces. I had a broken jaw after being hit in the mouth playing sports when I was young. My teeth suffered and I knew this would be a long process. I found the this almost two year process to be much easier than expected. Everyone at the LP office was friendly and professional. They kept me informed as to my progress and were very accommodating scheduling my appointments. Additionally, they were very prompt and I never had to wait more than a few minutes. My final results were better than I expected! I highly recommend Olson Orthho to anyone needing braces!

Update My treatment was done in just under 1.5 yrs. and it couldn't have been a better experience. Fantastic experience: As so many others have said, the customer service from Dr. Olson and his fantastic team is top notch. My two sons have received treatment by Dr. Olson and his staff; one got his braces off about a year ago and is extremely happy with the results, while the other is a year into treatment with about six months remaining. Fantastic experience: I went in thinking I would go get a couple of opinions before settling on a provider but I was so impressed I don’t feel the need to get a second opinion. It was the little personal touches this location had that really wowed me. It was our first ortho consultation and the minute we walked in the staff was greeting my son (7yr old) by his first name. They even had his name on a welcome board! We got to meet Dr Olson in person and he really listened to my concerns and was patient to answer each and every one of my questions. I myself had braces years ago and during the course of 3 yrs I never saw the same Dr twice so to meet and speak with Dr Olson really gave me the confidence I needed to keeping my son here as a patient. Dr Olson even took the time to talk with my son and explain to him why he was there and what the goal was. They made him feel a part of the plan, like I said before it was just the many personal touches. I highly recommend this facility. Five stars just isn’t enough!
