Negative experience: 2 stars because the place was clean and the staff was super nice but I was told Id have to go to an oral surgeon to get my extraction. I didn’t. I got a second opinion and they yanked it totally pain free, no issues. Day 3 of healing now and I’m fine. that 2nd opinion saved me anywhere from $300-$1000.

Fantastic experience: We love Dr. Cheng and the whole crew at Dental Depot! We left years ago to see “a friend of a friend” that had opened a practice and it didn’t take too long till we were coming back - and so glad that we did!!

Negative experience: I returned to Dental Depot today to review a previous quote. The staff and Dr. Chang were very helpful and layed out a plan I could afford. I would HIGHLY recommend checking this group out to figure out your dental needs and financial ability. They are very sensitive to individual situations.

Negative experience: They’re so friendly and nice, but it’s not a good place to go if you actually care about your teeth. They ignore cavities and “watch them.” I took my five year old in January and they said she was good. I didn’t think she had any cavities-Just one spot “to watch..” Halfway through March, her tooth was broken because it was so rotten and when I took her to a different dentist, they found six cavities. I ended up having to take her to a pediatric speciality Dentist so she could be knocked out bc it had gotten so bad that tooth couldn’t be saved and has to be extracted. I don’t understand how they could look in her mouth in January and think she was good when she had six cavities and one so bad it was breaking apart and they couldn’t save it in March. The staff is kind and nice, but if you want a proactive approach to taking care of your teeth before they fall apart, This is not the dentist for you. Why go for checkups if they ignore cavities? **Update** because of what happened with my youngest, I took my oldest for a second opinion even though she had a check up 3 months ago. She had 5 cavities that dental depot had missed! They do not catch cavities early. They wait for it to be horrible. I feel like I failed my kids by bringing them here for dental care.

Fantastic experience: Today I needed a tooth extracted! It was sensitive to cold air and hot or cold food!!! My lower jaw is swollen and it’s making my ear hurt inside!!! In other words,,, ITS KICKING MY BUTT!!! I made a Huge mistake going to my wife’s dentist over a year ago for an extraction and THEY HURT ME BAD!!!! I so seriously almost PUNCHED the Dentist!! I told them it was still sensitive but he kept pulling and twisting!!!! Now Fast FWD to today here at Dental Depot in Edmond where I seen MY PREVIOUS Dentist Mr. Brent Kutlesa!!! He’s just as I remembered, always smiling and ready to take care of his patients!!! I advise him of my pains as I was at the Top of my threshold dealing with it!! He assured me and went to work with the two step numbing process! After the 1st check I still was sensitive!! I was given more numbing medicine and then another check a few minutes later! () applied pressure to be certain and I had a slight discomfort BUT I said it’s OK just pull it! Mr. Kutlesa said no! He found the sensitive area and injected more numbing medicine as my infection was next to the tooth so he got in there and pushed it out with medicine 100% numbing my tooth! My next pressure check I couldn’t feel ANYTHING! 30 seconds later it was out and I didn’t feel ANYTHING!!! I was so happy and relieved because Brent Kutlesa didn’t rush the job and ensured I was 100% taken care of! I shook his hand at the end grabbed my treatment pack and went about my day!!! Nothing like being TREATED RIGHT!!! Thanks!!!

Fantastic experience: My daughter was in for a root canal and fillings. Dr. Brent and staff were absolutely amazing! They took the time to explain the process and checked in on her throughout the process. After a bad experience with another dentist in Guthrie, driving to Edmond and working with the staff at this location was well worth it. She felt so comfortable and at ease she fell asleep during the procedure! 10/10 would recommend Dr. Brent and the staff at Dental Depot in Edmond!

Fantastic experience: Speechless. Nice, caring and knowledgeable. Greeted as soon as we walked in. Just a great experience for a dental appointment. Dr. Brent and KiKi top notch. 10/10 definitely recommend. I can't thank them enough!! Very mindful. Very demure.

Fantastic experience: I have to give a shout out to Dr. Kutlesa and the dental technician, Katie. The whole staff is always so welcoming, starting with the front desk gals. I never feel like I'm being rushed out of the office and they always take time to answer any questions I may have. ☺️

Fantastic experience: Dr Brent is absolutely amazing. He always takes great care of me, but last night (on my birthday of all days) an old filling came out and cracked. They worked me in first thing this morning and Dr Brent fixed me up! No more pain! This is the most ethical and wonderful dental practice I have EVER been to. I am tremendously thankful and cannot recommend these folks more. Thank you Dr Brent and staff!!!

Negative experience: Called to see if we could get an emergency appointment for my son's chipped tooth and the front desk was EXTREMELY RUDE! We were informed they were down a dentist, probably left because of the hostile environment, but it wasn't in a kind way it was more in a way as if we were the reason they were down a dentist. A kind response would have been more appropriate. We ended up calling a Pediatric Dentist in Coffee Creek and 100% different. They were so pleasant and helpful. If you like verbal abuse Dental Depot is your ticket otherwise I would suggest saving yourself the grief.

Fantastic experience: We have a family of 5, so we appreciate the affordability! And the service is great. They get you in and out quickly.

Fantastic experience: I have horrible teeth that over the years have began to crumble but i did not want to do dentures and implants were too expensive. Dr. Chen helped develop a plan for a beautiful smile. I am thrilled with the crowns i had placed. He paid close attention to detail and listened to my concerns. The support staff were great too.

Fantastic experience: The hygienist did a great job and didn’t hurt me. Dr. Cheng was pleasant and fortunately found no issues. I recently had to replace a gold inlay that had fallen out and his work was excellent. The only issue I’ve had with his practice is that it was hard to get rescheduled when I couldn’t go to my scheduled appointment (one of those Oklahoma ice days). This is due to his popularity so not a huge issue.

Fantastic experience: I arrived a little early for my cleaning and got right in. The cleaning went well and was very thorough. The dental hygienist was very nice and did a great job. Overall great experience.

Fantastic experience: This place is like a light in the darkness! All of my negative experiences regarding dentist have been obliterated! They only drill teeth that must be worked on , otherwise they take the preventive approuch. They excercise great professionalism, and are efficient. They show you the pricing before the procedure . They have a great moral compass! The dentist, Dr.Cheng is kind, honest,precise, and is an exspert. The whole staff is top tier, and I will continue to recommend ! This will be my family's dentist!

We are met with a professional greeting upon entering the building and are greeted with friendliness again when escorted to our rooms each visit. My opinions matter and I feel heard. It’s weird maybe but it’s fun to receive a baggy of hygiene items at the end of cleanings.

Fantastic experience: Another great visit to Dental Depot! Good cleaning & review of my teeth by the hygenist & a good overview by Dr. Chang. Back in October. We have been going to Dental Depot of Edmond for many years. Our children were all in elementary & now they have graduated from college. The hygienists have all been friendly & thorough with the cleaning & evaluation. It's been nice to typically have the same hygienist each visit. Dr. Chang is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and practical.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic “bed side” manner from all assistances and the dentist himself. They talked with my daughter throughout her entire procedure and made sure that she was comfortable. They listened when I told them how terrified she is of shots and made sure she didn’t see the shots or knew she was getting them. I highly recommend Dental Depot for any of your dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Employees are really helpful and kind. I have a huge fear of dentists and usually pay to get anesthesia but they convinced me to try it with just the nitris gas (laughing gas) and I was able to allow them to extract 4 teeth in one sitting. The dentist was kind and patient. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who has any issues with going to the dentist.

The techs have all been wonderful and accommodating of our personal preferences. Dr. Cheng is friendly and not hyperactive when a cavity is spotted, often choosing to watch it, without making the parent feel guilty. So thankful for all these things!

Fantastic experience: This is my favorite dentist! The people are so friendly, the teeth cleanings are quick and pain-free. Unlike other dentists, Dr Chang does not suggest dental work (adding filling, replacing filling, etc) that doesn’t really need to be done just because you have insurance. He’s so kind and thorough.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience from the initial phone call to the visit itself. Had a dental ER, was seen that same day. The front staff were friendly, professional an welcoming. The tech who took x-rays was gentle an explained every step she took with me. The Dr not only quickly identified the problem an choice of solutions but he also provided me info on the additional work that i needed to make sure I didn't end up back again with another ER. It wasn't all about money or hidden fees. They were upfront about it all. I've been 2 many different dental offices so i feel comfortable when i say they are one of the best dentists u could have! I never give 5 stars but they deserve it.

Positive experience: They are professional and willing to help your smile because they actually care about their patients. Only have had one bad experience which they promptly resolved my issue

Fantastic experience: Needed a provider who accepted soonercare. They got us in same week (twice, with 2 different kids). Got right to business and completed services (one tooth pulled and one had fillings for cavities). Was nervous about going to someone aside from the pediatric dentist we have been seeing since pre-covid, but they were nice, professional and wasted no time taking care of our needs. We plan to return when we need future services.

Fantastic experience: Every one is very friendly. The lady that cleaned my teeth made me feel comfortable. She remembered things we talked about 6 months ago. Asked me how my grand daughter was doing. The docter was also very friend very professional. I love going there because I'm met with smiles and I don't feel like I'm just a mouth

Fantastic experience: Dr. Brent is wonderful so was his assistant Ashley. I had some teeth that where tough to get out because of fracture, I was so nervous that I didn’t even wanna start. Those too where very calm with me and took there time and walk me through while doing the whole procedure. I’m very thankful and may Jesus continue to bless them .

Fantastic experience: Having an appointment I was able to que straight to the front. Everyone should schedule all dentist appointment and cleanings ahead of time to just make sure you are making it apart of your annual health check. Thanks Dental Depot for being so consistent! Fantastic experience: Absolutely phenomenal! I called yesterday, in extreme pain. Had chipped and broken teeth. They told me to come in at 745am, as a walk in emergency. I was in the back by 815! And the procedure was easy! I have dentist anxiety, so I used the nitrogen gas stuff. Finally will be out of pain once the healing is done! Yay!

Fantastic experience: I can't express enough, my sincere gratitude to the all the staff and Dr Cheng at Dental Depot. I had an emergency and I was able to get a walk-in appointment. I was treated with compassion and concern from the moment I walked in to when I said goodbye. I was told upfront all of my options and what was and was not covered by my insurance. I was able to get treated quickly and for a very reasonable co-pay. In fact Dr Cheng recommended that I have 2 other teeth worked on since I was already going to be under anesthetic. I agreed that because, one appointment was better than 2! The cost was not that much more. The office staff was able to work with my insurance and make sure that they (the insurance company) paid for most of the treatment! I wish I could remember everyone's name, the first person I met was the intake nurse, she asked what was going on, what I expected and then took some X-rays. As with everyone there, I was told and walked thru each and every step. The technician that anesthetized me was so gentle and explained everything and when I could expect a needle stick. I won't say it was completely painless, but I can tell you it was the least pain I have ever felt in 45+ years. This is truly a top notch dental office! I was honestly shocked. It is so very rare to find medical providers that you can brag about. Dental Depot is now my primary dental care provider and I absolutely recommend them for all of your dental care needs.
