Fantastic experience: Dr. Vaughan and her staff are the best! Dr. Vaughan and Ashley were both very helpful and informative. They both spent extra time showing x-rays and explaining everything to me. Turns out I have cavities and Dr. Vaughan showed me the cavities on the X-rays on the big screen so I saw exactly what she was seeing. Riley, the hygienist was very sweet as well. She was very thorough and very gentle. Over all a great experience! I highly recommend Delhi Dental!

Fantastic experience: I want to start off by saying the staff is top notch…. The scheduler, receptionist, hygienist, Dentist and aftercare/rescheduler ALL extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Doesn’t feel like that typical dentist like that dreary atmosphere. It has natural sunlight coming all throughout the windows it is so clean and inviting!! So glad I found Delhi dental. Definitely plan on staying there for a long while!!

Fantastic experience: Went to see Delhi Dental after not going to the dentist for several years and they were understanding and kind. All staff was welcoming and I was seen promptly. They took great care of me and explained everything they were doing and planned ahead for next visit!

Negative experience: NEVER LET THEM TALK YOU INTO LETTING THEM DO A ROOT CANAL!!!! My husband and I both needed them around the same time. With mine she broke off a metal tip in my tooth and I have the X-ray to prove it and then sent me to someone else to finish (I was changed twice). My husband, his nerve was never deaden or pulled or whatever they were supposed to do and now has another really bad infection on the other tooth (the first crown was infected and pulled 4 months ago) they did. This one is way worse to the point that his left side is so swollen they(new dentist) can’t do anything until the infection and swelling is down. Oh and it’s spread to his sinuses so yea we have to deal with infection there as well.

Negative experience: I really wanted to like this place because it’s close to me. My experience was similar to Spencer’s (a previous review on this same site). I also got x-rays done, and they gave me an extensive and expensive plan. Beware that if you have Delta Dental insurance, they have you sign a form that says they don’t acknowledge Delta Dental pricing, which I believe is pretty standard, but I wasn’t told that upon booking the appointment. My treatment plan was so long and had so many parts that I got what I could until I reached my limit on insurance, which was after just a few appointments. I also paid a lot out of pocket. I wanted to get regular cleanings after I was done with part of my treatment because at that point, I had already spent a lot of money. They refused, citing guidelines and what’s best for me as a patient. The doctor also implied that the money for the extra cleanings wasn’t much. To me, that’s a lot money on top of what I already spent there. I communicated I was going somewhere else, and the doctor was very nice about it. If you have Delta Dental insurance, have a lot of dental work needed, and choose to go there, expect to spend a good amount of money and be cautious. They're good at give you everything up front, but it's your responsibility to calculate your out-of-pocket costs plus all the money for deeper cleanings. Pros: My doctor was extremely nice and the staff was friendly and patient. I don’t have complaints about that part.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to Delhi Dental and the staff are so friendly and professional and Dr Gray listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions and gave me several options. I was so impressed how they make you feel as if you are the only patient they have and they don’t rush or hurry you out! I will recommend you to everyone I know as this was the best dental experience I have ever had.

Negative experience: Legitimately one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a Dentist Office. Had a temporary crown put on, Reached out as instructed when I had pain and a fever, Was told they were going to call in prescription and provide a referral to an endodontist. Neither of which happened Reached out repeatedly with no help. Legitimately got in with my sisters dentist who was able to provide the referral and medicine. And had the root canal before they had even called back three days later. Why do you have an emergency line if you don’t even monitor it? Literally only let them finish the crown Because they charge in advance for everything and ran through my insurance. And yet Just received a bill 2 months later for another $500 because “insurance paid the root canal before paying the crown.” So now you owe more.

Fantastic experience: I am going to recommend them to all of my friends! I felt very welcomed and staff did a great job of making me feel comfortable. Excited to have them as my new dentist!

Negative experience: Really wanted to like this place it’s close to my house. Unfortunately at my very first appointment they took the opportunity to do x-rays, take pictures of my teeth I assumed they would clean my teeth too. The proceeded to tell me that I needed my “gums cleaned” and I would have to schedule to come back and get them cleaned and then schedule again and come back and get my teeth cleaned. Timeline overall was 6 months and they refused to clean my teeth until they could charge me for the “pre-cleaning” I guess I’m going back to my old dentist this place is definitely taking advantage of people.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is very friendly and prompt. All the employees seem happy in their work. After I arrived for my appointment, I didn't have to wait long before I was taken for treatment. Delhi Dental seems to run a very organized and professional business. At my first appointment, I was given a detailed treatment plan with estimated charges for my insurance company and my financial responsibility. It was thoroughly detailed and explained. I was also given options for payment. I already had Care Credit but they offered a payment plan through Cherry. I had never heard of this plan but I am looking into it as I understand they offer longer terms than Care Credit for payment. This is amazingly different than the dentist who previously treated me. He was not in my Network, did not offer any financial payment plans and did not give me a treatment plan or estimates. I was referred to him by my sister and he appeared to be a good dentist so I didn't look for a dentist in my Network. However, after needing several treatments, I researched the difference of seeing a dentist in Network vs. out of Network. I was shocked with how much more I was paying with an out of network dentist so I transferred to Delhi Dental and was assigned to Dr. Mariah Gray. I lost a crown so my first procedure was replacement of that crown. The procedure went perfectly. She is great. I am amazed at the difference between the office I came from to this office. It is so open and bright with happy employees. The equipment is up to date which is again much different than where I came from.I am very pleased with my decision to transfer to Delhi Dental. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience from the time I entered the building! All team members introduced themselves and explained what we would be doing, from the front desk to the treatment coordinator to the dentist. I was shown my teeth in real pictures (versus only X-ray) to justify why certain things were needed. The culture was top tier. The team members genuinely enjoyed their jobs and worked so well together! 5/5 for sure!

Fantastic experience: Friendly , knowledgeable staff and great dentist . It doesn't get any better then that . They could whiten my teeth however at my age I just make sure they work good LOL. The staff and doctors are amazing. In all my life I have never been to a dentist this good. And Dr Gray is so beautiful with the personality and skill to match. I would consider her a GOAT. Fantastic experience: I had old fillings done by another dental office that kept falling off and chipping. I had a lot of pain and they looked awful. Delhi Dental replaced/redid the fillings and my teeth look better than they ever have! I am no longer in pain and I actually love the way my teeth look! They were friendly, fast and really made sure my teeth were just how I wanted them and felt and looked great! Shout out to Mandy specifically who was absolutely amazing!!

Fantastic experience: This was my very first visit and let me just say I was very impressed . I don't remember the last time I went to a dentist appointment and the waiting room was really nice warm and clean. The receptionist was very pleasant and offered coffee or sparkling water while I waited . The rest of my appointment went well too they came up with a plan for me and my next appointment is next week. Lastly they also had nice comp entry vanilla chopsticks instead of candy which I thought was nice and different.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Delhi Dental are so caring and kind! The last time I was at Delhi Dental, I was having mouth pain. Dr Guth was my doctor. He is an excellent listener. He listened to my whole story, and then we talked about theories of what might be wrong. He made me feel heard and helped me get on the right path and begin the journey to getting a Trigeminal Neuralgia diagnosis. His caring and listening made so much of a difference to me! The staff has also been wonderful with my teenage daughter. I love how they all work together to give the best care! It’s wonderful to see them collaborating! The environment is clean, welcoming and beautiful as well.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about my experience at Delhi Dental. The young lady who took my initial call was very pleasant and accomodating and went out of her way to find a convenient appointment time. When I arrived everyone - specifically Elaina and Dr Gray - were very pleasant. They were very busy that day, yet explained everything they were doing and what was going on with my dental care. Even the young lady who checked on my dental insurance was very pleasant and took time to thoroughly explain everything to me.

Fantastic experience: Very nice and clean. The staff were all so nice and helpful. My son is Autistic so the dentist is little more nerve inducing to him than most. But he felt very comfortable and even said he’s not nervous to go back !!

Negative experience: Was told on arrival that my insurance was not in network even though they had scanned my insurance card five days before. I was told I needed to pay $147.00 prior to treatment. I canceled the appointment and left.

Fantastic experience: I've always had a little bit of fear when going to the dentist. X-ray things you bite (make me gag), painful tapping on my tooth with a metal instrument, and poking those "hooks" in my gum line. Pleasantly surprised to not experience any of these things! The staff was so gracious and patient, helpful and kind. The 3-D images of my teeth were super cool to look at and made it easier for me to understand what is wrong and the best plan going forward. I even got guidance on applying for financial assistance. We then made a plan of priority procedures. I cannot recommend them enough, especially if you have anxiety about going to the dentist. I'm glad I went.

Fantastic experience: So fast and efficient. I was having terrible pain for months and they were able to address and fix the issue in 30min max. They know what they are doing and they did an amazing job. It was my first time as well and I will absolutely be going back soon if anything else comes up!
