Fantastic experience: Gabby is great. In addition to doing a really good job with my teeth she took the time, a day or two after my appt, to help me find a compact toothbrush that would work better for me. Gabby went above and beyond and I greatly appreciate her.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to the dentist in six years and everyone at the office from the receptionist, Gabby, to the hygienist, Donna, and finally to the doctor, Dr. Polina, made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The office was extremely clean, the appointment was on time, and I fully trust them with my health needs.

Fantastic experience: Good first visit to a new Dentist. The Dentist/Technicians were knowledgeable, friendly, and wanted to make sure you were comfortable and had all your questions answered.

Fantastic experience: The services at this place are excellent, and the staff are very helpful.Right from the assessment to the treatment place, everyone was great. All doctors are exceptional, Dr Ann and the hygienist who worked on the extraction and his assistant were very good and did a a tremendous job. I came in in very bad pain, and the bad teeth that had cavities were removed. Will soon go back for filling. The place is very clean, the receptionist are welcoming and caring. I usually don’t review, but this place is really great. I recommend every one to come here. Lastly, all staff are great.

Fantastic experience: I love Dr. Polina. She cares for her patients and is willing to go out of her way.

Negative experience: Was literally yelled at by a billing staff person. The woman went in circles about how two different insurance providers didn't pay enough. Farmed HER job out to me. I fixed her mistakes (likely billed the wrong insurance first). I asked the insurance company if she could have made the call to rectify. Absolutely she could have was the answer. Billing staff is rude, incompetent, and flat out lazy.

Fantastic experience: Had an old crown that had lost lots of its porcelain and so went to get it replaced. I wish I could remember their names, but both women who performed the really lengthy process—removing the crown and prepping the tooth and making the temporary—were wonderful. They answered all of my questions and explained everything they were doing at each step. I'm not a fan of going to the dentist, but my all-too-frequent visits to Dr. Kelly's office in Kensington have been as good as visiting the dentist can be.

Fantastic experience: Had a good experience, as I usually do, at this practice for my semi-annual cleaning. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the dentist always provides a thorough examination. The dental hygienist is especially nice and took care not to inflict too much pain during my cleaning! Almost looking forward to my next visit. :-)

Fantastic experience: The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. My cleaning from my hygienist and exam by the dentist was quite thorough and I very much liked her and the staff at the Kensington office. I’m so glad that I found them.

Negative experience: The cleaning was okay and the dentist was good. But, the price transparency and billing department are horrible. After receiving a surprise bill months after my first appointment, I will be returning to my previous provider. Edit: After multiple emails and phone calls it was proven they were balance billing me and had to remove the charge. This is an illegal billing practice.

Fantastic experience: 6/17/2025 This place is truly amazing! I had three wisdom teeth removed today, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, the experience was top tier. The entire team made me feel comfortable, cared for, and completely at ease. The procedure itself was fast and surprisingly painless, something I never thought I’d say about wisdom tooth removal! Walter and the entire team clearly love what they do, and it shows in the kindness, professionalism, and care they give to each patient. Even the lovely receptionist deserves special recognition, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. I’m so grateful I chose this location and will definitely be switching over for all my routine dental care going forward. They’ve truly earned my trust and appreciation. Fantastic experience: Great experience yesterday taking my 81 year old mother to Dr. Asher for lip swelling and discomfort. Dr. Asher carefully examined Mom, reviewed all of her health conditions and medications, and explained to Mom what she can do to try to alleviate her symptoms. Our family appreciates Dr. Asher and her care and knowledge.

Negative experience: Highly disappointed! Made an appointment with the dentist for one procedure only to be seen by another dentist who says that they can’t do what was suggested and that I’d need a new fix that of course insurance requires a waiting period to cover only half! So my issue is still unresolved. Not sure what to do now!

Positive experience: It was ok, but the painwas much greater than I was expecting. I was handed two prescriptions when I left that should’ve been called in because my pharmacy was already closed by then and I was not able to get them filled until the afternoon the day after. this is not a problem with their work,but the office was a mess… disorganized with all kinds of paperwork other stuff on the counters and they need to do a cleanup. I wondered how clean and sanitized the equipment they used in my math really was

Fantastic experience: I have received great care from this practice for more than 20 years. I have never had any negative experiences. My last visit I had a new hygienist and a new doctor. On my recent appointment this week, the hygienist had done her great work for me a dozen times. Every staff member is excellent and I highly recommend this dental practice.

Positive experience: Some suggestions to enhance the dental experience: Following a major procedure, would be nice to call the patient the next day to see how they are doing and if they understood the instructions. If trainees or summer help are part of the treatment team, would be nice to introduce them as such so the patient is at ease when the dentist is giving them multiple directives, Rather than telling a patient that his dental insurance is exhausted, ask the patient to contact their insurance company for an update of their specific policy.
