Negative experience: I had to remove my five star review. Reasons below: I'm writing this review hoping to save others the frustration I've experienced with this dental office. While Dr. Worthington was excellent during her time here, the practice has unfortunately fallen apart since her departure. The Problems: The entire staff has turned over, and what's left is a disorganized mess. Getting an appointment now requires waiting 6+ months, which is absolutely unacceptable for routine dental care. But even when you do manage to secure an appointment that far out, there's a good chance they'll cancel on you at the last minute with little to no notice. The communication from this office is abysmal. They don't return calls promptly, don't follow through on promises to contact you, and seem to have no system in place for keeping patients informed about changes to their appointments or the practice itself. I've seen other reviews that echo my experience exactly - patients showing up for confirmed appointments only to be told they were canceled, no proactive communication when doctors leave, and an overall sense that the practice is poorly managed and doesn't value patients' time. Bottom line: While I have fond memories of Dr. Worthington's care, I can no longer recommend this practice. The operational issues are too severe to overlook, and there are too many other dental offices that respect their patients' time and communicate professionally. I'm taking my business elsewhere, and I'd suggest you do the same.

Negative experience: I was a patient at this office for many years and always had a great experience with the previous dentist. Since the change in ownership, my experience has been very different. During one visit when I was sick, the dentist told me to go home and reschedule. A few minutes later, the office called to say I had “canceled too many times,” even though I followed the dentist’s instructions. This type of miscommunication became a recurring issue. I also felt that the bedside manner and clarity of treatment explanations were not at the level I had come to expect. At one point I was referred elsewhere, but the referral paperwork was never sent, which delayed my care. Because of these ongoing problems, I eventually decided to switch practices. I also know other long-term patients who have left for similar reasons. Sharing this so others can make an informed decision. Would not recommend this practice.

Negative experience: I've been a patient here for many years. They used to be a great practice but unfortunately not anymore. Takes upwards of 10+ months to get an appointment, and after waiting that long for my overdue cleaning and check up, they informed me on the day of that the doctor wasn't in so I wouldn't be seen by them. I paid in the office, and still received a bill afterwards (despite not being seen by an actual dentist). I've been calling for weeks to their billing department who don't return the calls, and now I've had to just pay it as I cannot get ahold of them, the front desk is completely unhelpful, and I've been notified via mail that they passed my collection onto a debt collector. Absolutely do not recommend

Positive experience: The doctor and dental hygienist were excellent. My appointment had been canceled which I learned when I arrived; however, I was able to get an appointment a couple of hours later so my initial impression as a new patient changed from disappointment to an overall positive experience.
Fantastic experience: I switched to this office because my partner already goes here and has nothing but good things to say. I had my first appointment with them today and had a great experience, specifically with Renae (hope I spelled that right!). She was very thorough, patient, and kind. I hope to have her every time I come in. Dr. Miller is also fantastic. I generally don’t feel rushed at all here which is refreshing.
Negative experience: What an absolute scheduling nightmare. I received multiple messages saying my appointment had to be moved because a hygienist left the company — inconvenient, but understandable. The new time was confirmed twice by email and again through their automated text system. Then, out of nowhere, I received another automated text saying I’d been removed from the schedule entirely. No explanation. No follow-up. I immediately called after I was able to get out of work, left a voicemail to clear things up, and of course — no one ever called me back. I showed up at my confirmed time anyway, only to be told by the front desk that my appointment “was no longer available.” I explained (again) that I had confirmed multiple times — by text, emailed twice AND left a voicemail — but it didn’t seem to matter. Then came the kicker: the receptionist claimed they had “tried to reach me about a 2 PM appointment". That was a flat-out lie. I received no call, no text, no email — nothing about 2 PM opening. When I asked if the 2 PM slot was still open, it magically was, meaning I had to drive back home and return a second time that same day just to be seen. This kind of chaos and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable. I shouldn’t have to chase down my own appointment after confirming it three different ways. If this office can’t manage basic communication, I have serious doubts about how they handle anything else. I will be taking my business elsewhere as I do not have time for these scheduling games.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible scheduling practices. They called to confirm and we hade that conversation. Showed up on time and found out the appointment was cancelled because it wasn’t confirmed ?!?! Another time they said they tried to confirm but no text, call, or email received and we only found out they canceled when we showed up on time.

Fantastic experience: I am so fortunate to have them get me in today. Two teeth bridge came out and I was scared I’d have to have implants. Dr. K suggested a fabulous alternative to the cost of implants. It’s called a “flipper” and will help me be able to afford a set of teeth that should last for years and not cost an arm and a leg. Fantastic experience: Very friendly, gentle, and professional. Lawrence is very friendly and efficient with hr cleanings. Dr. Miller was super friendly and offered cost savings options with medical rationale supporting his opinion.
Fantastic experience: After years of what I call Oral Neglect. Dr Miller gave me hope. The staff was kind and professional. Dr. Miller was not judgmental in any way but yet umderstanding about my anxiety. He set clear expeof what was going to happen. He did not sugar coat the needed energy plan (which i truly appreciate) and he gave me hope ! I am so happy that I chose Lowry Main Street Dental for my journey and I look forward to this life long path. Oral health is so important. If you havent started in the right direction its ok, give yourself grace and get on track here.
Fantastic experience: I have gone through major Dental care at Lowery main Street dental. Since the change in the dentist I would have everyone go here. Dr Miller is kind caring and provides the best care for your needs. Compassionate calls to check on you and worries about your pocketbook.. This facility has gone from a negative to + 10 in my book. And Sarah is the best also. The hygienist also is amazing.

Today was especially good with my cleaning tech, Renee. I loved her personality and her approach, and I felt safe, comfortable and relaxed.

Negative experience: I was a patient here for a while, they stopped taking my insurance, which is not their fault. However, they still call me every few months to try to schedule an appointment, even though I have not been a patient in over a year. I asked them to stop calling but the calls have not stopped

Fantastic experience: My dental office was closed, so I was referred to Dr. Miller. The team was very professional, and I am very pleased with everything.
Negative experience: Had been a customer for 10 years but since the ownership change its been downhill. Some hygienists are rude and unprofessional, the technique they use is painful. Don't go here anymore.

Fantastic experience: I've had a couple of great experiences at this place- the team is lighthearted, efficient, and kind. They helped explain everything I needed to know as I got dental work done with a new dentist and had me on my way faster than I expected. I'll keep coming here and referring my friends, because a good dentist is key to longevity in returning and getting routine work done- which is why I'll be back again soon enough! :)

Positive experience: I had 8 AM appointment and they were running behind. I don’t know if this was common or they ran into difficulties. Once they started all was excellent.
Negative experience: I 100% agree with Joan Wood's review. The practice as a whole seems to be mismanaged and communication has been terrible since Dr. Worthington left. I didn't find out that she had left until I had someone call me to cancel an upcoming appointment. I was told that they would contact me when another dentist was found; this never happened. Despite all this, I kept them as my dental service even after moving to Golden. No more. Today, I drove an hour through storm and traffic just to arrive and be told my appointment was canceled. I had already confirmed via phone call and received no word from them that it was going to be canceled. I'm a medical doctor, and while I understand errors occur, this is clearly an issue of management. My schedule is busy enough as it is, I don't have the luxury of rescheduling my few days off, so I will be taking my business to a more reliable service.
Negative experience: Terrible service. Made an appointment 6 months in advance and the appointment was cancelled because “C” wasnt clicked on text message 2 days before the appointment. Nowhere on the message does it say your appointment will be cancelled. AVOID THIS PLACE. 6 months of waiting for nothing!
Fantastic experience: Although Lowery Main Street Dental has no permanent dentist, only two rotating receptionists, I was so happy to see my dear friend Laurence who is hanging in there giving her patients the service that we need. She gave me my ex-rays, cleaning & fluoride treatment, all the same! What a great & loyal hygienist she is. Also, Kay was a very helpful receptionist for the day. Very friendly! We hope you get a permanent professional dentist in real soon! I’d hate to go elsewhere!

Positive experience: I really wanted to make this my long term dental office, but unfortunately it just didn’t work out. I will say the dental assistant that assisted in getting me set up with X-rays was very caring and worked hard to get that task done all the while asking if I was comfortable. My experience with Samuel my dentist was Also a good one. What didn’t work out started early on. My first appointment I booked on line had to be modified to just an exam and X-rays deleting the cleaning. I agreed to this. When I got to the office the paper work I had done ahead of time on line twice had to be redone because it wasn’t captured on the system. I was taken back to complete X-rays and meet with the dentist, which went fine. It was agreed I would need deep cleaning at the next appointment, because the front office had experienced an emergency I was told they would need to call me back on Monday. I waited until Wednesday without a return call. When I called back I was told there wasn’t any availability on the schedule even though I was willing to wait a month or so. My only option at that time was to come in within an hour because there had been a cancellation. Not sure how that appointment would have worked out if I could have made it because no treatment plan had been presented to me other than I would need a deep cleaning, and I could not be provided a cost because the notes on my account were not complete. I was told no appointments could be scheduled for a future date and I would just have to keep calling to see if any cancellations had happened. This location apparently doesn’t have enough staff to handle new patients without having to be on call for an appointment to me it just wasn’t worth the grief
Fantastic experience: Renee is my new hygienist and she is remarkable! I've always had painful xrays due to the protruding bones in the bottom of my mouth. Renee used my tongue to cushion most of the plate that always dug into the bone. The picture came out perfect on the 1st try. Best xrays in my life!

Negative experience: The Hygienist was great and personable, dentist Sam I guess was ok, only interacted with him for maybe 5 min. But the billing and the back office person I interacted with to get clarity on my bill was a disaster and arrogant. The amount due and the amount to be paid by insurance did not make any sense and the reasons why the amounts were what they were seemed to be made up. Billing was a mess and seems they could not figure out what was what. Not a good experience. Will not be going back there.

Fantastic experience: Hygienist was the best! She treated me with the most gentle care I have ever had here at Lowry. Dr. Miller was awesome. I really liked his taking pictures of potential future issues to track them for review at next visit, instead of automatically performing a crown or filling. I highly recommend this practice.

Had 6 crowns and a filling in just one visit and I gotta say I was completely at ease with it all because of the friendly and professional atmosphere so much so I almost fell asleep ! Negative experience: 2025 update: I wanted to update this review, it went from a 5 star to a one star. Over the years I've never seen the same person twice (other then the dentist who was lovely) but with the new ownership they brought on a new dentist whose nice enough ... However I went in for a cleaning and a small filling and I've never been in so much pain, I couldn't eat anything other than soup for about 3 days after each due to the pain and this is extremely unusual for me and my previous experiences. I would now, not recommend this place which is a real shame. Please see my previous 5 star review below: This was the best dental experience I've ever had! Parking was easy and I walked right in, and was quickly greeted and every single person I encountered was great! Highly recommend this place!!!
Negative experience: I used to be very happy with this office. They swapped Dentists and healthcare providers, so I can no longer use their services. Despite this, Lowry Main Street Dental does not have a way to remove people from their scheduling service that seems to now be outsourced out of country. They will not stop calling me. It's been 6 months and I've asked them to stop calling me 7 times now to no avail.

The dental hygienist was super sweet, walked me through everything we were gonna do continuously asked me if I was comfortable made me feel cared for and suggested recommendations that would be great for me. Fantastic experience: Dr. Samuel Miller is incredible! Also Dr. Laurence is a gem and one of a kind! The whole atmosphere at LMSD has been rejuvenated with Dr. Miller’s arrival. Both Dr. Miller and Laurence are extremely attentive, patient, kind, and compassionate. Their care for their patients is evident by the time they take getting to know them and providing education so that they can make informed decisions. Their calm demeanor and explanation of everything they are going to do before they do it helps calm any anxiety and make for a thoroughly pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Very impressed on my initial visit! I don't think I have ever met a dentist who is so excited about braces !!! Dr. Worthington's eyes lit up when she was explaining the whole process to me. I felt she really cared and wanted the best for me. She also scraped off some of my plaque!!! I look forward to getting my braces.
Fantastic experience: The office staff and dental associates are top notch. They are always friendly and work to make the dental experience positive. I have had some dental experiences that have been very painful and uncomfortable. That is not the case here! Dr Miller is very thorough and knowledgeable. He explains everything as he is doing it . Negative experience: My first experience with Lowry Main Street Dental was very positive and I was excited to return for my yearly cleaning. This is the only reason why I am giving two stars. The week of my appointment they had to reschedule (which is fine) but the problem is, is they said they did not have any appointments available for 6 months which in my opinion is unacceptable. When my next appointment finally came around, they called me the day before my appointment to notify me that they only have temporary doctors in and that they do not have someone who now takes my insurance. This is something that should have communicated to me any time within the last six months so I could find other options. Now I am left 1.5 years after my last cleaning and needing to start from scratch. Would not recommend this facility at all.

Fantastic experience: Such a great appointment at Lowry Main Street Dental yesterday. All of the staff was so warm and welcoming. I felt right at home, and I love that it's basically in my backyard. Will absolutely be back in 6 months.
Negative experience: While I'm giving FIVE Starts to Lawrence the hygenist, and Crystal the receptionist (both are excellent, friendly, and great at their jobs), I'm giving ZERO stars to the corporation that owns this practice, Peak Dental Services. Dr. Worthington (who I loved) left the practice several months ago and I have yet to receive any communication from management about the status of the practice. I kept my cleaning appointment last week thinking that surely they had figured everything out by now. Instead, I arrived to a very quiet office. Lawrence did a great job cleaning my teeth but because there isn't a dentist there, I wasn't able to ask questions about some dental issues I have concerns about. Get it together, management! You have great people working for you and you're leaving them hanging. I plan to find a new dentist because I don't want to do business with a corporate entity who is totally irresponsible and unprofessional.

The associates are always friendly and my cleanings are always done with care, especially for someone like me that has sensitive teeth. The dentist and the hygienist always give good suggestions and tips as needed for mouth care. I’ve not had to get any dental work done, thank goodness, but I feel confident that I’ll be in good hands here if I do ever do

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and made the interaction comfortable- which was a monumental accomplishment as I walked in there without dental insurance and without having seen a dentist in the prior 3 years. Negative experience: The doctor has zero bedside manner. She is totally impersonal. She lacks any interest in feedback or suggestions. She has zero interest in helping to make her patients feel comfortable, she lacks interest in building trust with her patients, and has zero ability to put her patients at ease. I had a great dentist who would talk through the process, give small breaks, and even let me see which tooth was going to be worked on and even let me see his work afterwards. He was a great doctor and he was confident. Sadly, he retired. So I came here This one - complete antithesis to the great doctor I had.I couldn't run fast enough.

Fantastic experience: Service was exceptional. Got a timely appointment for an emergency when my crown came off. They scheduled me to be seen the next day. They reattached for free due to warranty, and the service and customer service provided was excellent. I have been with Lowry Main Street Dental going on 5 years, and I love it here. Keep up the good work, guys.
Negative experience: Unfortunately, Dr Worthington has left. She was an excellent dentist. Their office staff member, Ryan is extremely unprofessional and didn’t even know the name of the dentist he was scheduling for. He was unable tell me if the new dentist takes my insurance. I asked where he was calling from and he hung up on me. Very suspicious and disappointing that their business is being conducted so unprofessionally now that Dr Worthington is gone. I will be looking for a new dentist. So sad to see Dr Worthington gone.
Fantastic experience: Lowry Main Street Dental is the absolute best. Dr. Worthington and the entire team is warm, professional, and thorough. Treatment plans provide options with the thought process behind each option, allowing the patient to make an informed decision on the best course of action. I couldn't recommend Lowry Main Street Dental more highly, and look forward to years and years of their continued, thoughtful, outstanding care.
Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient of Dr. Worthington for years now and she’s by far the most Amazing Dentist I’ve ever worked with! I do have very bad dental Probia from childhood experiences which caused me to avoid going to the dentist all together in my early Adult Years. I needed tons of work done, Dr. Worthington have been there for me every step of the way and never once made me feel Ashamed, or Embarrassed about my oral health. I’ve never been so comfortable at the dentist to the point im not longer experiencing Dental Phobia Fear and Anxiety until I met Dr. Worthington! I’ve would be where im at in life without her!

Fantastic experience: Everyone has always been super nice and welcoming. My hygienist was great today! She did such an excellent job on my cleaning and really took her time. The dentist is always nice and helpful if I have questions. Overall, I’ve been coming for many years and am always satisfied with the work.

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a dental team who truly cares and makes people feel comfortable going to the dentist, look no further! I’ve been getting my regular cleanings here for years, and I love Dr. Worthington and her team! Maria, Brandy, and the folks I’ve talked to over the phone at the front desk have always been so friendly and welcoming. Erica and other hygienists have taken such good care of my teeth during cleanings, being very mindful of my sensitive teeth. Dr. Worthington is quite personable, listens well, and cares about the wellbeing of her patients. She and her team have been upfront about costs and make going to the dentist not so scary. Fantastic experience: Omg, Dr Worthington is amazing! I was searching on line for a new dentist (I had moved) and decided to try Lowry Main Street Dental. I read all the good reviews but took them with a grain of salt. I was impressed from the very first at how kind and professional the staff seemed. I needed 2 extractions and although fearful was comforted some by knowing Dr Worthington was going to do it. She was very personable, professional and put me at ease. Extraction day came and I was so fearful that my blood pressure went up (even though I had taken my high blood pressure medication.) I was allowed to try to relax and Dr Worthington came in to see me. She was so kind and calming for me. She did the two extractions with no pain or problem. I was sent home with gauze, tea bags to wet and bite down on, Gatorade and a can of chicken noodle soup. This saved me a planned trip to the store and allowed me to go straight home and relax. All I can say is WOW! Update: I've now been going to this dentist for over a year. Dr Worthington is still an awesome dentist. Front desk staff is professional, personable and makes you feel welcome. It's now Oct. 2024, still going to Lowry Main Street Dental and still loving this awesome dentist and staff. So happy that I found this place.

Fantastic experience: I was one of those cases: hadn't been to a dentist in 15 years, poor dental hygiene, missing/dead teeth, the works. After these folks were recommended to me I checked them out hesitantly, but the only regret I have now is not seeing them sooner. Fantastic care, reasonable prices even without insurance, and an amazing staff that consistently went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation. They explained the care plan in a way I could understand and helped me follow through on it. I'm so happy to say I can finally smile confidently for the first time in 15 years, and I owe it all to the folks at Lowry Main Street. Highly reccomend for anyone, from just looking for a cleaning/check-up to folks like me who haven't been keeping their oral health in check for some time. Thanks y'all!

Fantastic experience: I’m very, very happy that I’ve become a patient of Dr Worthington. Everyone is the office is efficient & friendly. Dr Worthington has a soft touch when she’s inside my mouth! She’s very gentle and I hardly knew that she was cleaning my teeth….and I wasn’t in pain after my visit. The office is extremely clean & tidy. The best part are the videos she has playing on the tv in each exam room; it certainly calms you down and makes the time pass quickly! I would heartily recommend her if you’re looking for someone to care for your mouth!

Fantastic experience: I had the best clean of my life at Lowry Main Street Dental today. That’s saying a lot since I’m in my late 50’s & have been to numerous dentists. Laurence is not only a great hygienist, but also very friendly and helpful. She gave me tips on flossing so I won’t have issues down the road.

Negative experience: I have no idea what is going on with this business. I booked a teeth cleaning months in advance. They then canceled on me twice. I started getting phone calls from a number under the name Vision First Denver confirming an appointment that I did not have. I'd never heard of Vision First Denver. When they finally did reschedule an actual appointment with a dentist, the sheer number of texts and phone calls to confirm the appointment were the final straw for me. They may have great reviews and do great work, but it has been a royal pain in the you know what to even get into their office. Clearly they have no idea how much they are inconveniencing their clients with what apparently is going on in their office and this incessant need to confirm appointments multiple ways.

Positive experience: Very good experience - great cleaning and Dr. Worthington is really nice! I just wonder why they use your chest (covered with the bib, of course) to wipe off their instruments? Has it always been this way?
Fantastic experience: Great care again at Lowry Main Street Dental. Paul, the dental hygienist, was efficient, effective, and painless. Dr. Worthington was thorough in her examination, explaining her observations as she went along, and comfortable in her chair side manner. The appointment was on time and I was in and out in the expected hour. I’ll keep coming back.
Fantastic experience: Great office! Great Dentist! I am 65 and lived in a couple different states and this is by far my favorite dentist ever! Clean modern office. Friendly professional staff. Plenty of privacy when you're in the chair. They are also very honest about what needs to be done. So glad I got a second opinion and found this dentist.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at Lowry Main Street is a rockstar. From the time I walk in, they greet me by name and I rarely have to wait at all. Their caring professionals are wonderful, especially since I really don't like dental care. My entire family goes here. Really good people.
Negative experience: I'm a medical resident and have very limited availability. I called dentists all over town to find one that could take a new patient during a specific time slot since I'm rarely free to attend appointments during weekdays. To make matters worse, my 2 year old was sick and couldn't go to daycare so I had to arrange childcare so that I could get established with this practice. After making the appointment weeks in advance, I was given 2 hours notice that Dr. Worthington was canceling my appointment. I wouldn't cancel an appointment on such short notice but apparently they would. They offered to reschedule me but I declined. I'll be looking elsewhere I guess.

Fantastic experience: I had some VERY bad experiences at the dentist’s office when I was a kid, and it’s made me shy away from regular dental visits as an adult. Embarrassingly, at 31, it’s been 9 years since my last dental visit, and my teeth are definitely showing the signs of that. I told the dental assistant that took me back that I was quite nervous to be there, and she put me at ease immediately. Laurence finished up my x-rays, chatting with me the entire time, and she had me laughing and feeling totally relaxed almost immediately! I realized then that I had found the right dental office. Dr. Worthington was extremely friendly, too, and she promised me that the office was a no judgement zone, and she didn’t make me feel bad about skipping out on dental visits for nearly a decade. I left with a detailed outline of a treatment plan, and I can honestly say that I’m looking forward to getting to know the staff better as I work to get my teeth healthy again!

Fantastic experience: Had a crown break on me Friday night, I called the office first thing Saturday morning and they were able to get me in w/in a hour and eased my anxiety and worked up a gameplan. Best dentist around in my book. Thx Dr. Worthington! UPDATE: Had a old filling (done by someone else fall out) They got me back up and running quickly and efficiently 3/24
