Fantastic experience: We love Brimfield Family Dentistry!! Everything is state of the art, super clean/modern, and the staff are all very friendly. They got my daughter in right away when she was having tooth pain that was hindering eating. Would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a trustworthy dentist group!

Fantastic experience: I have been to several dentists in the past which all were very uncomfortable and not very compassionate . Which has left me fearful and uncomfortable going to a dentist . In my case the experience has only hurt my own well being for my teeth and gums . On Monday the 10 th 2024 I broke down and made a appointment to go to Broomfield Family Dentistry . I'll be honest I was a nervous wreck and was very close to cancelling my appointment . I ended up going on the edge of my sit thinking pondering all the way there which was a 40 minute ride . Deep breath walking in . As a walked up to the counter to give my name 2 very nice smiling ladies were sitting . So it begin with how nice they were in helping answer all my questions . Then waited only like 3 minutes and I was on my way to the back . Elaina took care of me from starting to finish I hope I spelled her name correctly . She was so kind and helpful with my fears Told me everything she was going to do before doing anything which was very helpful . . Her kindness and compassion along with her knowledge made my fears go away . .She answered all questions and helped with insurance questions . Where another young lady came and explained that all to me . I will be going back and I will recommend anyone to go to Brimfield Family Dentistry for their dental issues . My experience was above and beyond . Thank you all from start to the end of my appointment for making me feel comfortable and my mind at ease ❤️

I have gone to Clint and his team since those jokers opened their practice and I tell all my friends about them. I have friends who live about 25 miles from Brimfield and I tell them that it is worth the drive. It is.

Negative experience: Moved my records to this place in February, went for first cleaning and got shuffled through quickly and they told me they were short staffed. Then told me they couldn't see me again fore 6 months when I've been on a 3 month program for years. Today I go for a cleaning and exam and they spring on me that they are no longer in network with my insurance and want me to pay upfront. Very unprofessional and didnt feel like I was receiving quality care

I had broken the crown on my tooth and it was not possible to have a new one put on, as it would not last very long due to the condition of my tooth. I decided it would be best to have my tooth pulled and have one added to my partial. The extraction went very well and I had no discomfort. Thank you for your great care!!

The wait time was so quick with an appt., the staff ease your fears and listen to you thoroughly, they had me in and out with about an hour getting 2 teeth pulled from arrival to paying for service. I would recommend them 1000 times over. Alex and the techs were absolutely wonderful from how they treat you and how they treat each other. They did amazing work and it was mostly painless. This is my dentist of choice for my family and I from that visit on!

Fantastic experience: Nice clinic, I arrived 20 minutes early for paperwork and parking was great. My appt time was scheduled for 10:00 am, I was not taken back until 20 minutes after 10. So they were polite, and apologized as they had new equipment and new tech. The X-ray scan was unexpectedly more intense than I had experienced before. It took about 40 mins total.This appt was the first step in denture acquisition.
