The front desk staff is warm, organized, and makes you feel right at home. Tiffany, the dental hygienist, gave me the most thorough cleaning I’ve ever had. My teeth have never felt better. Dr. Trivedi is exceptional — skilled, personable, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. From cleanings to implants, this office has earned my full trust. Fantastic experience: First I must say that I am terrified of the dentist. My experience today at Family Dental Care was wonderful. I was greeted by Ashly in the front office who quickly checked me in for my appointment. The technicians made me feel comfortable by explaining why she was doing everything in preparation for the dentist. My dentist Dr. Westsvott. Dr Westscott knew that I was nervous and so he told me that it was ok to take a nap, He made feel so comfortable that my procedure was not just painless but also quick. My experience with Family Dental Care has been wonderful not just for myself but also for my family. The practice offers a variety of services and they have late appointment for this busy moms and children.

Negative experience: What experience are you guys talking about? I did not have an appointment yesterday but you guys sent reminder to my phone. I called regarding the text I got and I was told to ignored the text it was just sent out. So why are you still sending me text asking how was my experience? It's only about money when it comes to this place, but I only how you guys did not charge my insurance for this so called appointment that I didn't even know about because I will be reaching out to them.

Negative experience: I’m grateful for the dr who did all she could to help me. As I expressed my concerns to her about my son’s tooth being in pain she looked for every alternative to help me. Dr.ochoa expressed absolutely zero care or concern for helping me find an alternative to relieve my son’s tooth pain until I could get it pulled. I asked for antibiotics and she said no it won’t help. Meanwhile another lady wrote me the prescription which was kind. Dr. Ochoa has absolutely no concern for her patients. She had a really rude and nonchalant attitude as I was expressing to her how much pain I was in. She’s no help at all and I thank you to the other staff who were truly kind, remorseful and understanding. The two stars are for her two helpful staff whose names I don’t know.

Fantastic experience: Staff always makes this a professional place to get my dental work done. Special thanks to my Nubian Queens, Tiara and Chelsea for constantly making my visits a pleasure as well. I've had several emergencies in which they have assisted me and excelled in providing A+ service. (Truth be told) They are the reason I haven't sought another dental office. Raises is definitely warranted for their outstanding service. I pray this office is allowing for the paid FEDERAL observance of Juneteenth.

Negative experience: I recently came in for a cleaning and had a very disappointing experience. The hygienist with dreadlocks was extremely rough-it felt more like a painful procedure than a cleaning. I truly believe she needs to be retrained. A good test would be having one of the doctors experience a cleaning from her firsthand. As for the male dentist (young, possibly Hispanic or Indian), he lacked any bedside manner. He came in without even greeting me and jumped straight into what I needed done. I mentioned I had pain earlier, but that it had gone away. He cut me off and bluntly asked what I wanted to do next, mentioning crowns and multiple cavities as if he knew my financial situation or life circumstances. I guess he jumped straight into it because I been there before but no excuses on his responses. I’m currently a student paying out of pocket and living on my own in 2025 everything is pricey !! I can’t just move at their pace. When I told him I didn’t remember being told about fillings, he quickly pulled up paperwork showing I had signed off on them, which I didn’t deny—I simply didn’t remember the fillings part. The way he handled that made me feel disrespected and unheard. He came across as impatient, unprofessional, and honestly, lacking compassion. Maybe he’s going through something, but that should never reflect in patient care. I wish I could give this place zero stars. Thank goodness for reviews—hopefully this helps someone else avoid a bad experience.

Negative experience: Believe other posts about the bad attitude and upselling . I went in for an emergency cement loose crown. I have a dentist at home in CA. My insurance listed this dentist. Without so much as examining inside my mouth, he berated me and inquired why did I choose this type of crown.? I told him he could contact my dentist for details and he went off on me with his ego trying to intimidate to upsell me. He said this is his office and he only helps people who want his help. He told me to leave. He was towering over me in the chair. My fight or flight kicked in. I suggested he look at recent negative reviews on his care. I fled the office. Do not seek treatment with this dentist. I have filed a complaint with Delta Dental. I was able to be seen next day by a wonderful compassionate dentist who explained my options so I could make best choice next steps. One star given for super nice staff at checkin check out. I guess this provider has not heard of patient bill of rights. I felt insulted and verbally assaulted by this dentist

Negative experience: This place is the worst ever. I went to do a checkup, just so I could see if I had a cavity. They made up I had 4-5 cavities, plus they wanted to put a crown on the top of every tooth that they’d have to fix. I went to a different dentist, they did all the checkups and they said I only have 2, no need to put a crown on any. So, it came up that they were trying to overcharge me and dig into my teeth for no reason. Good job people!

Fantastic experience: I was a walk in, I had a brochure that came in the mail and I needed a dentist. The place is nice, clean and the staff friendly. The assistant was lovely, she took the time to explain what was wrong and what my options were, and explain it to my husband. Definitely recommend nice environment.

Office had an appt for me quick and then got there didn't wait long until appt time it was very prompt. Xrays were done very convenient didn't move you here and there and there. It was all in one sitting. Dental monthly plans are very affordable.

Positive experience: The lady who did the cleaning was very professional and welcoming the dentist not so much. He asked me a question and walked away right after. Why ask a question if you are going to completely disregard me. Very rude and disrespectful. You would think someone that you let work on your teeth will show you some respect. He needs to get off his high horse and come back to earth.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Westcott is a extremely professional and intelligent dentist. He is conservative and doesn't try to do more than is needed to keep you healthy. I've spent years going to other dentists who are money hungry, rude, and have very little time for you. Dr. Westcott is completely different and never makes you feel rushed in or rushed out. The work is done calmly and his kind demeanor keeps you at ease. The dental assistant shines as well and creates a comfortable atmosphere. Everyone in the front of the office knows what they are doing and works so well together. I highly recommend them!

Negative experience: I received a cleaning two days ago from here and I woke up the next day with a severe sore throat. I’m assuming that it was because of the X-ray sensor XCP’s because they were not in peel packs upon use. The cleanliness of this clinic was not ok from the staff to the equipment. Staff need to change their disposable jackets if they are visibly soiled. I figured that I had to lower my expectations since the first cleaning was free, but a sore throat is unacceptable.

Fantastic experience: This Family Dental practice is amazing. The staff great you with a smile, very pleasant. The waiting time was extremely acceptable. The Doctor was kind yet informative. He Explained what needed to be done, and gave me the options to choose what I would like to have done first. Kudos to all the staff for a wonderful yet productive visit to the dentist.
