Fantastic experience: Responded very professionally and quick. Broke one of my molars (on a Sunday) they were able to get me in the next day (as early as possible). Every thing went smoothly and kept me informed of every step.

Fantastic experience: Just got my wisdom tooth removed and took Dr. Reyes 5 minutes to extract it. I am 7months pregnant so couldn’t be put to sleep but had such a good experience with just being numb!

Fantastic experience: I called around to ask for prices for a procedure that I needed done on my teeth. Because I have no insurance, everyone quoted me $500 and up. I called Dr. Reyes' office and he had the most reasonable and affordable price for people with no insurance. He didn’t charge me anywhere close to $500 and I was happy with that. The staff was very friendly. Dr. Reyes listened to my concerns and took his time with me. I asked one of the receptionists how long she’s been working there and she said 14 years and everybody else has been there a long time. For the staff to be there that long, that tells you a lot about Dr. Reyes and his staff. Thank you.

Negative experience: My husband and I have had the worst experience from this office. There is a woman in the office named Diane. She is the rudest person I have ever met. She has no compassion or empathy. She makes you feel like you are extremely inconvenient. The doctor performed an unnecessary root canal and didn’t even complete it correctly. He thought my husband’s canine was fractured. We got another opinion and it was the tooth next to the canine that was fractured. Extremely disappointed. Beware.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is friendly and upbeat. They all made my daughter feel comfortable and at ease. I felt she was in good hands. They explained the process to her very well. She is eleven and can be shy but she asked questions and was at ease throughout the visit. We immediately felt as if we have been coming here for years. It was our first visit but definitely not our last.

Fantastic experience: Latest Update (07/14/2025): Still no complaints. Great care and service provided again. Had crown work done on one tooth and the service and professionalism was spot on. Only a minor discomfort initially but was addressed promptly and to great satisfaction. Less than 36 hours later and the crown is free of any pain and feels like it has always been apart of my teeth. Great job again guys. Previously posted: This was my third visit within a month and from my initial visit to today's visit the service has been excellent. Another 5 star experience at Alamo City Dental, just had a cleaning today.

She is so knowledgeable and she explained everything to me in detail and we shared some laughs too. Dr Reyes takes great care of his patients and is very patient and an absolute gentleman. This is my go to place for my dental needs. All the other nurses are amazing too,very respectful and caring . I would definitely recommend this place.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience at Alamo City Dental. The front office staff, especially Diana, was rude and unhelpful. When I first called to schedule a cleaning, I was told they didn’t take my insurance—despite my father being a patient there. After clarifying, I was given an appointment. However, when I arrived, I was suddenly told I needed medical clearance due to my pregnancy—something they never asked about or informed me of beforehand. After I returned and requested to speak with the Dr. Reyes Diana stated I couldn’t and turned around to say she could’ve call my OB for clearance but wasn’t going too after I requested if I was going to see dentist today she simply stated no. This lack of communication was frustrating and completely avoidable if the staff had been thorough and professional. Instead, Diana was dismissive and made no effort to help resolve the situation. A front office staff member should be welcoming and knowledgeable, not rude and careless. I wouldn’t recommend this office based on the poor customer service alone. In general no one deserves to get treat that way.

Several came up, I chose this one for many reasons, during my research and I’m so happy i did. New to San Antoni, I don’t have a lot of family here so i had to bring my daughter. 6 1/2 month old. They treated us like family, I really didn’t expect to be treated with such grace, healthfulness and open arms. Was feeling guilty I had to bring her, all was wonderful. Fantastic experience: This was my first visit. I have had dentists in the past who've caused me not to want to go, so it's been a while. The front desk receptionist was very kind and through. The hygienist and the dentist helped me to understand all that was recommended as far as treatment. They listened intently and answered all of my questions.

Fantastic experience: Met with Dr Reyes staff to discuss a solution for my missing upper right tooth. I was given a choice of a Partial, Bridge or Implant. I was not a good candidate for an implant. So after discussing the choices with Dr Reyes I settled on a 5 teeth bridge to replace the missing tooth also to replace a bridge I had for many years. Dr. Reyes impressed me with his expertise on dental procedures. Looking forward to have this nagging problem go away for good. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Positive experience: This my second time going to this office. First time was a good experience but customer service with front desk is something to be improved and seems to be a continuing theme. Some front desk reps are more professional than others so I wouldn’t say it is the entire front office. Overall service was great but clarity on what was going to be done during my appointment was unclear. I called after the appointment to see what exactly was done during the appointment because I was under the impression they were gonna do both sides for fillings . Front desk rep had an attitude but apologized for not that not being explained, that only one side would be done. Dentist didn’t really discuss during our appointment what was gonna be done and was more rushy with the appointment. I still gave 4 stars because this service was completed efficiently , dental assistant and dentist were still polite.

Fantastic experience: So I have to start of by saying I rarely post reviews on any company however, this office definitely deserves to be recognized. The staff always has a smile and great attitude . They also explain benefits in a way that is understandable but not overwhelming. My older kids have been with this office for many years now and I even moved my 6 year old son from a pediatric dentist to this office and they are especially great/ patient with him . And I'm super picky about his care because although he is 6 , he is my baby boy. :) I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist. Fantastic experience: I have been a customer for a couple of years now and the service is always great. I tend to go from adult to toddler seconds after knowing anesthesia is involved. Yes, I am afraid of needles but it has never hurt and both dentists have been gentle and fast so it can be over soon. They start appointments on time and answer all my questions, they are the best! Take a sweater though, or freeze because it's very cold.
