Fantastic experience: I hate the dentist but I absolutely love this place all the women are wonderful and dr raj is amazing he has taken out 3 of my wisdom teeth no surgery no pain and no issues! Not to mention my son is also scared of the dentist and when we left from him going the first time he said please let’s stay going to THIS dentist! And the wonderful ladies check up on you 5 starts truly isn’t enough!! Yall are amazing!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely Amazed! I had to get four teeth extracted, one top right and three bottom right, along with a deep cleaning. I did not feel a thing during the procedure, I thought for sure I would feel the pain after, but I followed the after care instructions and to my surprise still no pain and no swelling! I was up early and back to work like I just had a regular checkup. Dr. Dhanani and his team are the best of the best!!

Negative experience: I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND Smile Square @ 420 Plantation Dr Lake Jackson TX 77566. These are my absolute and honest bad experienced with Smile Square from April 28, 2025 up to Sept 29, 2025. It took them five months total to make an incorrect and uncomfortable partials for me!! On Sept 29, 2025 which was my very last day from that Dental office, YES Emily provided me two options either they’ll start a new process or partial refund‍!! Those were Emily’s resolutions!!! Really?? FOR LONG FIVE Months again like the first five months then what??? Incorrect partials again!! Of coarse I DECLINED because YOU WASTED lots of my hours, gas and money!!! Then you wanted me to go through the first steps of going through the very painful impressions!!! You think that I will trust Emily and the Guy Dentist to go through your an option of starting from the beginning procedures!!! NO WAY!!! after long five months of waiting my first partial and for Emily to keep promising that she can do it!!!! Whoever is responding this review “SHAME” on you to say that “We gave you an option but you declined” of course I declined because of the lack of integrity and unprofessional treatment of Emily!! It was their EXPERTISE and TRUSTED these individuals to take care of my concerns BUT they FAILED to listen and they decided to just provide me a very uncomfortable partials instead!! (The other employees are sweet and with integrity that I can affirmed) BUT not those two main people in that office! IF ONLY they’re transparent from the beginning, these situations could have been prevented! At first I was very excited that I found a dentistry who has the integrity to do the right thing BUT I was deeply incorrect with my notion! I was very very wrong! My experienced with Smile Square from April 28, 2029 up to my last day on Sept 29, 2025 was absolutely a “BAD DREAM” PLEASE BE VERY VIGILANT WHEN LOOKING for a Dentist and BEWARE of Smile Square at Lake Jackson TX.

Fantastic experience: We have had an amazing experience here with Dr. Raj and his team. My daughter had severe gingivitis. At most dental offices they would have fixed this by doing a series of appointments involving scraping the gums. But, Dr. Raj offered a laser treatment that was low cost and required only one follow up to check that the after care was going well. My daughter was scared at first, but his team put all her fears to rest and let her watch a show on her phone while he worked on her. She did very well, and we were both super impressed with the results. Thank you Dr. Raj and team!!!

Fantastic experience: I was given the gift to fix my teeth and I chose Smile Square to do the job. I don't think there was a better choice for me everyone here is genuinely nice and they all seem to really care about you not how much money you have. I can't express how much I believe this is the right place for your dental needs. All my needs and concerns were addressed right away. Fantastic experience: This dentist office has such an amazing service!! I had been in pain from my wisdom tooth for three days all I could do was cry! I went to a previous dentist office and they couldn’t do anything for me at the moment but prescribe me antibiotics and pain meds. We called around because I wanted the tooth gone! When I spoke with Smile Square not only did they tell me they could get me in that same day but they were taking the tooth. The procedure was very painless and it was smooth I didn’t even know he took the tooth out. Dr. Rajesh Dhanani and his team of people are absolutely amazing! Fantastic experience: I'm deathly afraid of dentist. Full blown panic attacks. This whole office is one of the best I've ever walked into. Driving two hours south just for them. The whole staff is exceptional and genuinely care for each one of their patients that walk in looking for care. I'd give more stars if it was an option. They are above the rest by a landslide. If you want an incredible dentist, with great bedside manner and compassion this is the place to go. The ladies that work there I can't speak more highly about. Fantastic experience: Yesterday another great experience after visiting Smile Square and thanks a lot Dr. Rajesh for the finding out the root cause & the perfect treatment. Yesterday-21st February, 2025 visit summary: Yesterday I had visit to Smile Square for my severe teeth pain. This was started few weeks back after cleaning done from another dental clinic. I went back there to see them and asked for the solution of my pain after started after the cleaning. They took x-ray again and just told me it is due to deep cleaning and it will go away within a week. but after almost total six week it did not go away completely but started last week very bad. So finally decided to visit Dr. Rajesh and find out what is going on for my upper left teeth. It was very easy to get the appointment quickly. They took my few x-rays for my teeth. Dr. Rajesh look came after the x-rays and look at the areas of my teeth pain and told me the root cause of the pain with confidence. Also suggest the treatment for this issue. They have very high tech laser machine which is very few dental clinics carries. Dr. Rajesh know the art of finding the root cause and precise treatment plan to get the patient out of pain with the best solution. He explain the treatment before starting the procedure and did with very diligently and it went very smoothly. After one day of this treatment today morning I woke up without any pain and feels normal now. Great respect for his expertise in dental and impressive bed side manner. Also I would like to thank all the staff members who helped during my visit and treatment. I really appreciate Dr. Rajesh who deeply care for the patient and his artistic expertise in high tech dental care. In simple world I would say is best dental care with affordable cost using high tech treatment. Once again thank Dr. Rajesh Dhanani and team. God Bless.. Dr. Rajesh Dhanani is excellent to find out the best treatment plan and make smooth ride for the treatment thru out. Staff and office environment is very friendly. We did extraction of the wisdom teeth for my son and it went great. My son was very comfortable during the whole process and dr. made it so easy for him. Explanation before and after the process was excellent. Dr Rajesh took time to explain the reason of frequently pain for my son's wisdom teeth. Dr. Rajesh always take enough time to explain the condition, answers all the question we have during our treatment. Dr. Rajesh is very knowledgeable to find out the root cause and proved the solution for that. I highly recommend to consult dr. Rajesh for the issue related to teeth for the best treatment. Fantastic experience: I have so much anxiety when it comes to the dental experience but today after a much needed adjustment all I have are rave reviews! Let’s start with the front desk, the energy exudes from Maci and when I walked in yesterday, she was the reason I felt compelled to choose this location. Came in today for my appointment and she was all smiles and welcomed me in and I felt just that, welcomed. My two dental assistants were absolutely phenomenal and I truly prefer them both each time I come in, Aundria (the best energy and just a genuine spirit) made me feel calmer and truly was a God send today. Yolanda is also amazing energy and a truly beautiful spirit also! Made this process seamlessly better than I could have imagined. Last but certainly not least, Dr. Tamarra is exceptional in her manner in dealing with the public and I’m so grateful that she was able to switch and take me on! Fantastic experience: I needed a root canal and the normal dentists office I use for procedures could not get me in until December 10 (~3.5 weeks). After recommendation from a friend, Smile Square, who is in network with BCBS, had me in the next business day and completed the procedure. Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and affordable. The doctor, assistant and staff were all very kind and had my comfort in mind. They thoroughly answered all questions and concerns I had and made me feel like I had come to the right place. We all hear horror stories about molar root canals, but less than 24 hours after the procedure, I am 100% pain free without the use of any kind of pain medication (Tylenol and Advil included) in the last 12 hours. Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a dental practice and will undoubtedly use them for all of our dental needs in the future. And this is coming from a guy who had a root canal 18 hours ago. I will highly recommend Smile Square to anyone who is asking!

Fantastic experience: You'll are the absolute best! The dentist, her assistants, all her staff! I had been suffering for 3 weeks with an abscess she made me more than comfortable. She saw that tooth needed to come out and they found me financing and got on it. She made me feel like it was happening today no matter what because she saw it HAD to be done right away. They continuously checked on me throughout the whole extraction, I felt nothing not even pressure. I am making them my dentist til this earth say I don't deserve teeth no more. Fantastic experience: I’ll start off by saying I was terrified to have 3 teeth pulled and by the end of this experience I had 5 pulled and honestly didn’t even know he was finished. Fantastic experience: The entire office is just amazing!! My 9 year old had to have a couple of baby teeth taken out because they broke and were blocking her permanent teeth from coming in. The entire staff was so patient and kind with us, they went out of their way to reassure and explain things to my daughter and make her comfortable. Fantastic experience: Dr. Tamara and Emily got me in same day for a tooth extraction. Put together a treatment plane and really informed me of what was needed to be done to have a long and lasting healthy smile. And I ain’t feel nothing.

Fantastic experience: *update* *It's 11pm on Thanksgiving!!! I'm freaking out because I accidentally brushed my stitch and the incision site is open! I text them and not even 3 minutes later they text me back with concern and directions on how to take care of it until I come in office! They have have checked on me everyday since my extractions! Amazing is an understatement* Let me start off with the fact that I have severe Dentophobia! I had a bad experience when I was 12 and I'm in my 30s and this was my first time going back to the dentist since 12. I went with my sister-n-law for her appointment, and I was so nervous for her, and they could tell how nervous I was, so they let me watch, walked me through what they were doing to her and when it came to their prices and the different plans that I "could" qualify for I was sold. The staff knew I was still scared when I came in for my first visit so again they were patient with me, let me break, calmed me without complaining or trying to rush me (mind you they didn't do anything but touch my teeth), they figured out what was wrong with my teeth, showed me what I qualified for to help with my payment and yesterday I went and had all 4 wisdom teeth removed and a deep clean. They made sure I was as comfortable as possible and I had both dentists work with me. They were so gentle and comforting. I got to listen to music and they encouraged me 100% of the way, allowed me to take breaks without being annoyed, the dental assistant held my hand, and their staff OMG they picked the right ladies to work with them. They gave me great pain management and I'm actually back at work not even 24 hours later. They also contacted me first thing this morning to check on me. 100% going back and I'm moving my 11year old over asap. Thank you guys for everything!

Fantastic experience: I don't even know where to start...from the moment I walked in, until I left, it was great! The receptionist greeted me with a smile, then Emily took me under her wing and was with me through the process of exam, discussion of treatment plan, and treatment. They worked me in and Dr. Raj had a great bedside manner, he explained everything in detail, and performed the work perfectly. This office has it together and knows what they are doing. They were all so kind and all inquired about my comfort during treatment. I've been to other dentists that I really liked, but until you experience this office, you won't know the difference, and how they supercede others. On top of all of that, Emily called to check on me, and I paid less than half of the cost provided at another dental office for the same treatment!

Fantastic experience: My granddaughter is now on her 5th dentist and Dr Raj is the keeper! She is very fearful of new experiences and Dr Raj was kind, caring and very sensitive to her needs. She has needed work done for a while and Dr Raj got everything done in ONE day!!!! I cannot recommend him highly enough!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dhanani was excellent throughout my first visit to his clinic and he along with his team took tremendous care during my time there. He explained the current state of my teeth plus what should be the plan going ahead for a better looking dental experience here. They have state-of-the-art facility with latest equipment that gives confidence and trust during your dental visit. During my visit, wisdom teeth were removed and it was carried out in no time with me not even realizing when the teeth were extracted. Dr. Dhanani and his team were absolutely brilliant throughout the time after which he discussed my next set of plan for dental checkup, cleaning plus needed procedures. I will be looking forward to my next visit with Dr. Dhanani and his awesome team!

Fantastic experience: We were so pleased with the experience at Smile Square in Lake Jackson. My mother needs assistance with mobility and had no trouble getting her teeth examined and cleaned. Fantastic experience: Smile Square is a great place for the whole family. I take my grandchildren there for cleanings and check ups. They always inform me what's being done as well as what needs to be done. Very professional! They took great care in making sure the kids were comfortable and explained the proceedures. So we would know what to expect. They are AWESOME!

Fantastic experience: I am deathly afraid of dentists and used to hate to go to get any kind of procedure s done. But since I started my maintenance plan at Smile Square in Lake Jackson, my attitude has changed completely. Everyone there has a smile and an awesome attitude towards making sure you have a PAINLESS experience. I want to thank all the staff for helping me with my care plan. Especially Lisa and Becca! Fantastic experience: I was a little nervous..needed a front tooth cavity filled. Ms Laura kept checking on me & reassuring me... especially during the novacaine. Dr.Tamara fixed my tooth in less than 15minutes. It really looks so much better. I also appreciate Ms Emily's concern..she asked to see the result, after she finished helping another patient in the lobby. Whenever I have called needing an appointment Hailey & McKenna ask if I am in pain, reflecting care for me as an individual.I am fond of Smile Square--their friendly professional manner won me over

Fantastic experience: I am "dental phobic" and it takes a lot for me to go to a dentist. I developed severe tooth pain. I called these wonderful folks and was able to be seen immediately. I was treated with compassion, professionalism and courtesy. The issue with my tooth was resolved and I walked out of their office having completed the treatment without a panic attack!! This practice is wonderful! The staff was very pleasant to deal with as was the dentist. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I moved to the Lake Jackson area a little over a year ago and was in search of a new dentist office. After searching through numerous offices I came across smile square. My first consultation went better than expected. I have always been told I needed braces and even went to two different ortho specialist that told me if I ever wanted my teeth fixed I would have to have teeth pulled to “make room” for my smile to straighten out. My teeth had become so crowded it was to the point I lost all confidence in my smile. I hated showing my teeth in pictures and even completely stopped showing them. During my first visit we decide to look into invisalign. In less than a year my teeth are straight and so beautiful. I have gained confidence in my smile again. I could not be happier with my results and cannot thank this office and there amazing staff enough for all they have done for me. I am truly blessed to have found them. In addition I recently had an infected wisdom tooth. I sent there office a message and they squeezed me in right away. It was decided I needed to get it removed ASAP, in just a short week I was back in there office getting it removed. It went smoothly, they made me comfortable and I had little to no pain during and even days after the procedure when they warned me I would experience some pain and discomfort but they did an amazing job. If you’re looking for a caring and over the top dentist office I highly recommend them. I could rant all day about their office. They truly make you feel valued, heard, and always work with you.

The staff was nice, courteous, friendly, and quick to answer any questions I had throughout the process beginning to end. Fantastic experience: Hello! I would like to thank Smile Square for cooperating so well with my toddler today. Anyssa Ramirez was a trustworthy hygienist and provided a safe place for my child. She used several techniques to gain his attention and keep him occupied. He never once screamed or cried in the chair. I believe that was due to her soft and well mannered approach. She was excellent and we will be back to see her again! Thank you again, Emily.

Fantastic experience: I went in for a tooth extraction. The entire staff was very engaging and friendly. When it was time for the deadening shot before the extraction I did not feel the shot at all. I have never had an extraction of a that did not come with some pain. If you need dental work go to smile square.
