Fantastic experience: I was always petrified to go to the dentist. I no longer am thanks to the people at Quirt. Everybody. There is very pleasant, always trying to make you comfortable.

Negative experience: Quirt Family Dental has the worst customer service when you are dealing with a billing question. As a new patient, when I went to my appointment the first thing they gave me was a form to fill out with all my information. I told them I had already done that online, so they looked and found it. I would of thought they would of looked before handing me the paperwork. My first appt was 2 hours long which I thought was a little excessive for a cleaning. While having my teeth cleaned, I suggested to the tech that it seemed like an excessive amount of x-rays and made the comment hope my insurance covers all of it. She responded that allot of retired people she sees doesn't even have dental insurance and I had one of the better plans. She also had asked me what flavor fluoride I wanted, I answered so it was used. Upon leaving, the front desk told me I owed $36 for the fluoride treatment because my insurance doesn't cover it after you are 18 years of age. I wasn't aware of this, but a hygienist should be aware of different insurance coverages. I have talked to others and they said they have insurance plans pulled right up on their laptop. Also after my cleaning/ appointment was done and processed thru my insurance I was made aware that one of the x-rays wasn't covered and I owed $130. I have had cleanings for over 50 years and cleanings have never cost me anything, so I was a tad upset . Where I am really upset is that I have sent numerous letters, sent e-mails and can't get anyone to respond to either. This has been since last March. I have never had a company completely ignore a request when a customer is wanting information. I feel this was an error on the x-ray tech, but I have to pay the price.

Fantastic experience: Please consider Quirt for you Dental needs. As a new patient, my first contact was with the office staff representing the Family atmosphere along side of their efficiency. I appreciated Paradise, my dental hygienist. She answered all questions I asked and kept the conversation going with lots of tidbits about my teeth & gums. Dr Bhatia was very pleasant but more important knowledgeable & willing to share his observation to keep my 73 year old teeth in good working order for the rest of my life.

Fantastic experience: My experience was awesome The front desk was great and very polite My hygienist was amazing. She was very gentle explained everything extremely thorough and I feel went above and beyond whenever I asked a question. I really think she made the experience that much better. The dentist was very polite. She asked if it was OK to discuss what we have discussed with the hygienist and I felt that was very polite. Overall, they were not pushy trying to sell anything. It was just an overall great experience.

Negative experience: Scam with the insurance company to say that a cleaning was a special periodontal cleaning. My cleaning was the same cleaning I've had for years. $122 I get to pay because they code it as a periodontal procedure.

Positive experience: Something is broken with your text confirmation service. I would think if I confirm my appt through a text that means you do not have to call me to to then have me call you back to then confirm my appt again . Probably need to look into that. Also your policy of of canceling appointments if you do not receive a response from a text is also something you should also look at as well. Not everyone lives by their phone the day before an appointment some people travel internationally for a living. And cancelling an appointment that I made and that I reliably keep my appointments is is very frustrating.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at your clinic are very helpful and friendly love coming here. We come from a different clinic and was until happy with the Doctor that took it over.

Fantastic experience: I've gone to Quirt for years and have always been pleased with my experience. However recently my toddler son has started coming to my appointments to get used to the dentist experience. Both our hygienist and our dentist are extremely patient and accommodating while he adjusts to have his teeth examined and cleaned. So far he has only positive feelings about the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I used to have nightmares, about going to the denist..( cuz of the dentist i had growing up) But, Cynthia, my hygiene person) so so wonderful in what she does, explaining on what she is doing, & allways asking if I'm ok. And, my denist, she explains what procedures, that I should consider. I am so thankful for Quirt Denistry in Plover, WI. The office staff knows the ins & outs with insurances. Fantastic experience: After not going to a dentist for several years and using questionable products I was really embarrassed at what was possible. I was so shocked. EVERY person was kind compassionate knowledgeable and gave me the absolute best experience. I felt respected cared for and given full attention by everyone I worked with especially the finance lady. I was expecting judgement or to be brushed off really but she was so nice. When she came in a second time and said 'I talked to your doctor and he wants to help' and walked me through more details I cried. You can just tell how much everyone cares.

Positive experience: I had appointment at 9:05 Monday the 3rd of Nov as st time at Quirt Dentistry! As was after noon as over 4 hrs in building as was insane as price charging has gone over their heads! All about how much profit they can make as had my Physician Mutual was Primary as had on $1,500 only as told them I have $5,000 policy with Humana as I was right as this is my Primary not secondary! Seem can not get teeth fixed these days 4 what they charge in thousands instead of hundreds! What is $5,000 any more s dam co pays of $40.00 as keeps going up as what is insurance coverage any more?? Parallel these nurses all as seem to be on commission! No customer feels good to get Dentalwork with out rageous price charging !! Prices have to drop or i can not continuously come hee no more! Positive experience: I have been coming here for years. My family loves both dentists, their assistants,and Kim the hygienist. The front office ladies on the other hand are absolutely horrible to work with. They are more involved with their own lives and conversations then customer service. The biggest pain the last couple years is getting a appointment. I am only getting in one cleaning a year and it's taking 6 months or longer to get in for any other service. I think it's time to stop bringing in new patients and focus on your current devoted patience before you lose them.

Every visit has been such a calming experience, and I truly feel cared for during my appointments. My hygienist is always kind and patient, and the whole team goes above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable…even small gestures, like the DO holding the door for me as I left, really stand out. I’m so grateful to have found a dentist I can actually relax with!

Negative experience: I love my dentist and hygienist. However, the scheduling services are poor at best. The office has accepted so many new patients that existing patients cannot get their bi-annual services. My next appt is 10 months from the one earlier this week. The office needs a renewed focus on existing patients and getting back to providing ongoing high quality and timely care to their long term patients. This will be the second year I won't get my exams timely.

Fantastic experience: So glad we found this office. I took my 4yr old here and they allowed me to stay with him the whole time, which some dentist don't. The dental hygienist that worked with him was phenomenal!!!! She was so kind, patient and sweet to him. The dentist was amazing as well. Best experience I have ever had at a dentist office

Dr. B and his amazing assistant have been so gentle on all the dental work I’ve had done in the last 6 months! Honestly, they are the best dentist and assistant I have EVER had. (I’m inching towards 60 so I’ve had a lot of dentist in my life.) they are very knowledgeable, communicate exactly what they’re going to do, how it will feel while doing it and explain what I need to do during their work and what to do at home to keep my teeth healthy and happy! I literally want these 2 for the rest of my life! Also, I’ve never had any pain or pressure after effects from any of the work they have done. ❤️

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit at Quirt Family Dentistry today. The care provided to me was top notch. Check in experience at the front desk was seamless. I was greeted by a smile as soon as I checked in at the desk. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and explained to me in detail about my appointment today. I got to meet my hygienist her ñame was paradise. I got to know that she was the newest addition to the clinic. She was very gentle and thorough. She explained to me about my oral health and what steps I should take to maintain my oral hygiene. The clinic uses the latest technology. I got my first digital scan today and I was actually able to look at my teeth and understand where I can improve on my brushing and maintain my hygiene. Dr. Bhatia was very nice and caring. He answered all my questions patiently. I am very satisfied by the way I was treated today. I will recommend Quirt Family dentistry, Plover to all my friends and Family.

Fantastic experience: UPDATE: One year later (July 2025), and everything's still the same...cheerful staff, clean surroundings, and my hygienist, Reba, is the best! Dr Bhatia is thorough during exams and explains everything so it's understandable. Everyone was very cheerful and helpful. Abby, assigned to me, was delightful while keeping me informed to the process step by step. My exam was thorough and the dentist took time to explain results and discuss next steps. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

Negative experience: Can’t get my 6mo cleanings in, as they schedule you 10 months out (this is the second time they have done this). And when you do get in, my cleanings are just OK. I had to ask that they revisit cleaning the back of my bottom teeth. I’ll be looking for another dental office.

Positive experience: Dr. Bhatia and hygienist Reba are very nice. Cleanings have been better elsewhere. Gum line cleaned well. But not face or surface of teeth. Had better cleaning in the past. My insurance doesn't play nice with Quirts billing.

Positive experience: This was our first visit for my husband and I to Quirt Family Dentist due to an insurance change. The office was very busy and we waited 15 minutes each past our appointment time. The staff were very friendly and thorough in getting new patient x-rays, visual, oral exams and dental cleanings done. The female dentist was gentle in her examination. and did suggest Invisalign to push out one tooth. She did answer my questions except for the cost and said I would need to talk to someone in the business office When that person came she had the form filled out as if I had already agreed to the Invisalign procedure to be done without telling me the cost until I asked what the cost was which was $4900.00 I am 69 years old and on Medicare and the tooth in question has never bothered me yet and it has not caused the tooth above it to crack or break. Therefore I decided against the Invisalign as well as the expensive cost. The other concern was we normally get cleanings every six months and we were not able to get cleanings until 10 months. When we questioned that they said they were already booking out that far but that we would be put on a cancellation list and that in six months, we could start calling to see if there were any cancellations. This office may be a little too busy if dental cleanings have to go out to 10 months versus every six months as is suggested by our insurance.

Fantastic experience: My dental hygienist on 5/13 did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. She was able to answer any questions that needed to be answered. She was outgoing/friendly and polite. My dentist as always was very professional, polite, and understanding. From the receptionists down to the dentist y'all are awesome! Keep up the good work everyone!

Fantastic experience: I am not a patient but my mother is and I typically go interpret for her. We had a great experience here because of the friendly and attentive service. Sydney, my mother's hygienist did such a fantastic job both in providing her service and great customer interaction. The dentist was also kind and patient and I definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for dental care in the Stevens Point and Plover area.

Fantastic experience: Very professional. Was accommodating being that I am disabled and in a motorized wheelchair. Not happy after my next appointment. Didn't get what I was told I was going to get. Totally different. Not happy with they handled things

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient here for a while and the staff is always very kind. They all want the best care for their patients. There was one girl in particular that made me feel the most comfortable and her name was Anna (I think) I came in for an ortho visit today and she ensured I was comfortable throughout the whole appointment. I even told her she deserved a raise. I could see in the care that she provided that she truly cares about each patient that comes in. So thank you Anna for making my experience not good but great!

Positive experience: I wish the staff wore name tags so patients know who is caring for them. It would be nice if the dentist were to greet the patients instead of walking in the room, speaking directly to the hygienist, and moving to look into the patient’s mouth. Some of the staff seem knowledgeable and kind.

Negative experience: We have felt that the staff at this location are very pushy on upselling. It seems like every time we go for a basic cleaning they are trying to sell us an expensive product or service. When we get a second opinion from a different dentist, we are told we don’t actually need what we were told by the staff at Quirt. I talked with other family members of mine that go to this same Quirt and they have the same complaint. Often, a basic cleaning takes over an hour because they are trying to sell you a service or product. I don’t want to be in your office for 1 1/2 hours because you are running late and trying to sell me stuff. We also dislike that they are very rude in telling you to be on time for your appointments, but yet they are consistently 15-20 minutes late taking us back for our appointments. We have never been late or missed an appointment at this office. Several of the front office staff have been down right snotty to us and I have witnessed them treating other patients that way as well. I understand needing people to be on time, but they don’t need to be rude and it would be nice if they would give the patient the same courtesy of being on time. My time is valuable too and we drive 45 minutes one way for these appointments. Some, not all, of the front office employees are unprofessional and immature. I have had to stand at the desk waiting for them to finish a personal conversation only to be treated like I’m an inconvenience when they finally help me. I do feel that the cleanings we have received were good. It’s just all the other stuff that makes us want to find a new dental office.

Fantastic experience: One of the best dentists I've seen! I have seen many I have a serious jaw problem. They know what they are doing and know how to do it. Professional, Friendly, Courteous Staff...

Fantastic experience: They have a TV in every cubical, so I was able to watch my F.R.I.E.N.D.S. while they worked on my mouth. It was the one with the rumor. They gave me free toothpaste and a toothbrush before I left. Quirt may just be the nicest smelling dentistry office I have ever had the pleasure of wiffing. Everything about the public bathroom appeared to be copacetic, as well. I'm looking forward to my next root canal! ❤

Positive experience: Friendly staff, minimal waiting, and everything was explained thoroughly. The only negative aspect is how booked they are for appointments. Unable to get in twice a year as the soonest booking they have is 8 months out.

Positive experience: Great hygienist and dentist. However office work not impressed. Gave a referral to someone who isn’t in network. (Why suggest someone not in network and waste another providers time plus the customers?) Have been going there for years and all of a sudden they couldn’t find insurance information. Lots of issues this time with office work.

Positive experience: My experiences at Quirt have been rough UNTIL TODAY! I met Melissa and she was wonderful. Even the dentist who came in had no time for me, was very short with me, and made me feel like I was wasting her time. Melissa understood and worked with my extreme phobia. She was kind and gentle. She never made me feel wrong about the way I was feeling, and I thank her. I hope l can see her from now on.

Positive experience: My appt was very timely and all the staff was friendly. All the procedures for my semi-annual visit were explained in detail. The procedures completed were very thorough. The insurance person was very knowledgeable as well. However, I cannot schedule my 6 month visit until 9 months out!

Positive experience: Our first time there, I had made appts for myself and my son, they got made 6 and 8 months out, despite them running an ad stating they had immediate appointments. A girl called me and said we could get both appts together at the 8 months out date so we moved both to that. Day of the appt, we were not scheduled together, we were there for over 3 hours for cleanings. Next up, they schedule a follow up appt for my son for sealants. A girl called a week in advance and said insurance was going to cover it. When we arrived for the appt the girl at the desk says "oh we couldn't figure out what you were coming in for, so we'll have you meet with the hygienist" at which point she tried to upsell me on corodant for areas that could potentially be cavities someday down the road, not guaranteed of course and the sealants are not covered. So we leave that appt. My next appt for a crown was canceled because I hadn't confirmed over 100 hours before the appt via phone message, stating "they want to get people with emergencies in" okay, well get them in. I don't have the energy for these types of shenanigans.

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with my hygienist, dentist and the whole staff. They are so thorough and my first appointment was 2 hours. I was told about issues I'm having that my former provider overlooked. They may even be able to do something cosmetically with 2 canine teeth that keep me from smiling. I left feeling really positive and extremely hopeful. What a wonderful dental office.
