Fantastic experience: I had no wait and my problem was easily resolved.

Negative experience: I called to inquire about a quote in regards to my Invisalign treatment (I moved from out of state) I was told on the phone that the “Doctor won’t touch my mouth” I thought this was really strange and off-putting. I plan on spending a lot of money as I have more dental plans in the future. They just lost a good client.

Fantastic experience: Always friendly faces, very gentle weather Dr. Finley is working on you, or your getting your teeth cleaned. I can’t say enough on how comfortable iam there.

Fantastic experience: It was shocking and sad to have found out my dentist had passed away prayers for his family. The team was great and Dr Henderson was great he found a calicified something in my salivary gland thats been bothering me for years but when it got infected and swell up real big and my gland was rock hard . I'd go to dr and get treated for tonsillitis, laryngitis ect.... swelling would go down well apparently it has grown very large so now I go to oral surgeon. But had wonderful visit besides that lol everyone always so friendly

From the moment I was called back, JB was warm, professional, and super thorough. She explained every step (X-rays, measurements, what to expect during the cleaning) and constantly checked to make sure I was comfortable. The cleaning itself was meticulous yet surprisingly gentle—I never felt rushed, and she took extra care around sensitive areas. JB also gave me practical tips for home care (what to use, how often, and how to ease any post-cleaning tenderness). I left feeling informed, cared for, and honestly impressed by how smooth a deep cleaning could be. Front desk was friendly and efficient, and the whole office felt clean and organized. Huge thanks to JB for setting the bar so high. If you’re nervous about a deep cleaning, ask for Jennifer—she’s the best. Bayou Dental just earned a loyal patient!

Fantastic experience: Today, I called Bayou Dental after my old dentist’s office canceled my appointment for failure to confirm. I was in tears when I called because I was overwhelmed from getting my kids and myself dressed and out of the door before 9:00. They got me in the same day, no questions asked! The staff members were more than accommodating. While I got my X-ray, the team allowed my two kids to sit in my lap and even kept my 7-month-old baby while I got my teeth cleaned and allowed my 6 year old to watch Thomas and Friends. I walked out with my teeth cleaned, some goodies, my prescriptions, and a new dentist. I’m 100% sold and am excited for my next visit. The office was in great shape as well. It was clean and beautifully decorated and they even had a kids’ corner! My entire family is switching.

Fantastic experience: I have been having my dental care managed by Dr David Finley and his staff at Bayou Dental for over 20 years. They’ve become like family. An office visit has almost no wait time with a thorough exam and careful attention to details. Every member of your dental care team knows exactly what to do and explains each step as they go. New state of the art equipment is used daily. Dr. Finley is personable, caring and obviously one of the best in his field. The office staff is efficient and courteous. Always a delightful visit in an industry where most people fear the appointment dates. Lol!

My husband was diagnosed with throat cancer in 2020, the radiation treatments caused a lot of damage to his mouth/teeth. Over the past few years, Dr. Finley has been able to treat & repair some the damage. He really cares about his patients. Fantastic experience: Dr. Finley saved my life. He *quickly* developed a treatment plan for me when we discovered I had a large tumor growing in the roof of my mouth. I finally finished that long journey and I have to say: Dr. Finley, his office staff, and the assistants/hygienists have always treated me with big hearts and open arms.
