Fantastic experience: My son and I had our six-month dental cleaning appointment at Mukilteo Dental yesterday, and we had a wonderful experience. Dr. Tiffany Luu-Tran is professional, gentle, kind, and very thorough. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we were both comfortable throughout the visit. Her dental assistants were wonderful also. They are friendly, gentle, and attentive, which made the appointment smooth and stress-free. The entire team creates a welcoming and caring environment that truly shows how much they value their patients. We always leave feeling well taken care of and confident in our dental care. Highly recommend Dr. Tiffany Luu-Tran and the team at Mukilteo Dental!

Fantastic experience: This place is so great. Every single person I’ve interacted with has been beyond kind. I’ve gone to so many different dentists across multiple states and have never experienced such gentle dentistry. Dr. Morris is so kind and patient and welcoming. The dental tech who worked on me before Dr Morris, Maria, was THE most gentle flosser I’ve ever had. She was so gentle and careful with my teeth/gums and was so cautious not to bother a painful spot where I bit my lip prior to the visit. If you have any fear or trepidations about dental work, this place and these techs are absolutely the place for you. If you want to get dental work done by some of the loveliest and kindest people, this is also the place for you. Also have to say I LOVE their cute photo montages they play in the lobby.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Mukilteo Dental is one that I think Many can relate to. I’m not a big fan of dentist and I had a bad experience when I was a child so I stayed away; however, Mukilteo Dental is life-changing. Life-changing in a positive way. Customerservice hands-down is top-notch. The dental hygienist and staff are phenomenal. They’re gentle they’re approachable, their professional, their knowledgeable they’re delicate. The dentist are all phenomenal. I have experience with every single one of them to date and my experience has always been positive. I am one of those individuals that requires multiple shots of Novacaine just to ease my mind due to firsthand trauma as a child. I will say this, do not allow yourself to go one day more suffering. Call Mukilteo Dental schedule a visit and get assessed and get treated. The technology they’re using is first rate. The x-rays are no longer cumbersome and stressing your mouth and mind out. It’s all top-notch technology accompanied with top-notch dentist. If I could give 1000 stars to 1000 stars I would Please, don’t delay. Give them a call. Try them out. I promise you will not be disappointed. Ask questions let them know. Your fears will accommodate you the best way they can.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for the past 15 years, and this review is well overdue. This is by far THE BEST dental office and team I've ever experienced, and maybe the best run local business I've ever witnessed. I've moved twice to towns further away from MDC and I continue to come here for treatments & procedures simply because I TRUST Dr. Nhi Pham and her staff. Their attention to detail and high level of care is consistent, from the moment you enter the office to the moment you check out. Professional, friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and honest. I would give 6 stars if I could -- they are just that great! Special recognition to Dr. Nhi for so many amazing things she's done for me, my family, and for the community. She's a real HERO in my eyes. Also, Dr. Morris and Dr. Vangerpen are stand outs in my mind for working on previous procedures that I am very thankful for as well. I wholeheartedly recommend MDC!

Fantastic experience: MDC is THE best dental office anywhere. My family and I have been going to Dr. Pham for nearly two decades. She has carefully assembled a staff of talented, compassionate professionals who feel like family. During the pandemic, Dr. Pham installed state-of-the-art safety equipment that protected both staff and patients. As a teaching dentist at the UW, she is always at the leading edge of the industry, but all of this isn't what I most admire about Dr. Pham. It's her heart of service. She has worked tirelessly to serve those in need here at home and overseas in the clinic she built in Africa. In every way, she has dedicated her life to serving others. This may be more information than you wanted, but Dr. Pham is just that amazing!

Fantastic experience: My dental hygienist was very professional and courteous. This is my third cleaning with her and she also has been consistent to clean my teeth thoroughly and efficiently while providing complete comfort, with no discomfort or pain whatsoever. She has a very pleasant manner also.

Fantastic experience: Both sides of the dental office are amazing! I’ve recently got two deep cleanings over the course of two weeks. It didn’t hurt and I felt so relaxed with the nature channel playing on the tv. I’ve been coming here since March and everyone is so professional and thorough in explaining anything. It’s nice when the doctor is working on your teeth and chatting with the assistant, they actually include me in their conversations, just a tad explaining of what they’re talking about so I didn’t feel to awkward just listening in on their conversation.

Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful first visit at Mukilteo Dental Center. The office was clean and comfortable. All the staff was welcoming and kind. My cleaning was gentle and thorough. When I found out my insurance would cover sealants, they were even able to squeeze me in for sealants at my cleaning appointment. Great overall experience.

Positive experience: The doctors I have seen so far are great thus the 3 stars, BUT I can't say the same for the hygienist techs and the billing staffs at the side desk. I’m extremely disappointed with the way I was treated at this dental office. Before my appointment, I asked the billing lady at the side desk a very clear question: Will I have to pay out-of-pocket to have my fallen crown cemented back in? She told me no, unless it was a treatment. She should've printed out the EOB. Well, guess what? After the procedure, I was hit with a $72 charge. When I brought up the misinformation, her co-worker, Selena backed her up, saying that cementing the crown is a treatment. That’s not the issue- the issue is that I asked beforehand and was told I wouldn’t be charged. If it’s considered a treatment, then say so upfront. Don’t mislead patients. The dismissive attitude by covering up her co-worker's error and lack of accountability made the situation even worse. I left feeling deceived, unheard, and angry. Patients deserve to be heard and respect not confusion and "defensiveness". I live in the neighborhood and was hoping to find a forever dental office I can trust and go to, but I'm disappointed with many other issues as well and this is the last drop of water.

Fantastic experience: The technician was delightful and effective! She had to take care of me while I was in my wheelchair. She very cheerfully worked around that problem. Conversation with her was very pleasant and enjoyable!

Fantastic experience: Yesterday the intermittent pain in my tooth had gotten bad enough, and had been happening when I bit down on hard food items long enough to become what I considered an urgent situation… an emergency in my assessment. In the interest of catching early what might have become a major dental issue if left untreated I called to schedule an appointment “…as soon as possible.” Fortunately, there was an opening later that same day, so they got me in! I was seen and X-rays revealed no major issues. Outstanding! Nevertheless, to further address and treat my symptoms, the dentist and assistant systematically assessed what was wrong, which ended up being just a high spot on the subject tooth solved by simply grinding it down ever so slightly. I’m very happy with this unmatched service. I must say it is super -comforting to know I have a dental care team that is so responsive and intimate with my unique dental history. I love these professionals. Thank you very much.

I’ve been coming here for a number of years and every employee is not only genuinely friendly and kind they sincerely listen and care about my dental needs. I’ve never been a fan of going to the dentist even though I go every 6 months, however, I never dread coming to MDC as I know it will be a great experience. They are skilled and knowledgeable and are very cautious and concerned about some allergies I have with numbing medications and each time I’ve needed those medications they take great care and concern to make sure I’m safe and feel comfortable. You won’t be disappointed if you come here!

Negative experience: All 3 times I’ve come, I’ve waited in the chair for the doctor for more than 30 minutes. I’ve had 1 cleaning and 2 filling appointments so far. My last filling appointment caused such major sensitivity between two teeth that I am unable to floss between them. Currently waiting in the chair over 30 minutes to have that fixed… seems like the staff may over book the doctors? Will update my review and rating if things improve in the future or if I ultimately end up finding another dentist.

The one time I had to get a filling they fit me in right after they found the cavities and it was actually much easier than I expected. I just hope I will continue to have insurance they accept!

Fantastic experience: I was in somewhat of a pickle because I had a tooth that chipped unexpectedly. I called my regular dentist and texted but there was no response. Decided to call a couple of local dentists on a Friday afternoon and no answer at one but Mukilteo Dental answered their phone. While they had nothing available for a week, I was encouraged to call Saturday morning because the office was open. I did and the office manager was able to squeeze me in at 9:30 with a dentist. I want to say here that the office manager/receptionist Anastasia pushed documents to me by text to download and sign which resulted in virtually no down time once I arrived. Keiko, the dental assistant took good care of me. Eventually, Dr. Taryn VanGerpen came in and assessed the tooth. She was both personable and efficient in expediting the repair. It took 20 minutes or so to complete all the steps and I was done and on my way. Dr. Pham who owns Mukilteo Dental is well known in the community and actively involved here along with taking clinics on the road overseas. The vibe I got was one of being very welcoming and efficient in making sure things work well for patients. I know I don't get out enough - LOL - but I like the fact that there's TV overhead for me to watch while in the chair AND they give you the remote to watch what you want while they work on your teeth. I've already booked a cleaning next month Highly recommend Mukilteo Dental Center!

Fantastic experience: I had a lot of anxiety going in to my appointment (after dodging any real dental work for close to a decade), but the whole team at the Mukilteo Dental Center did a fantastic job of assuaging my fears and providing an environment and service that was kind, professional, and judgement-free. The work itself was quick, with multiple check-ins to make sure I was doing okay. Dr. Morris and the team explained every step of the way, with what they were doing and what to expect (including payment). I cannot emphasise enough how grateful I am to everyone for their patience and consideration. I've truly never had a dentist appointment like it. Also, the lobby area is so nice!
