Fantastic experience: I had a cracked wisdom tooth, with the nerve exposed. I was in agony! I called Monday afternoon around 4pm. Ms. Vicki answered. She was patient, kind, understanding and scheduled an appointment for the next day! I have an incredible fear of the dentist. Dr. Will and Amber were so patient with me. They reassured me, and made me feel safe. Dr. Will was able to extract my tooth. It was literally the best dental experience I have ever had. 24 hours later and I am feeling so much better. Everyone I came in contact with displayed great kindness and professionalism. I can't thank them enough. I certainly recommend visiting Middlecoff Dental Group!

Negative experience: Appears they have a practice of telling new patients that they accept all insurances and they obviously do not. I wound up having to pay for almost all of basic services. They need to tell people up front there is only one dental insurance that will work with this office. This information came from their own employee. I actually enjoyed the service. Sad.

Fantastic experience: You can’t feel more comfortable in a dental setting than you can at Middlecoff. Every person in the place loves their job. You can tell when there is a healthy work environment in any establishment, which they clearly have there. I have gone here for years, and although I now live an hour away, I still drive there for the comfort and professionalism they consistently provide to their customers. You can just tell everyone there is on the same page at all times and that makes for a great over all experience (even if it is a root canal). True professionals. Each and every person there.

I have never experienced the professionalism as this visit, getting a tooth pulled is always scary when you've had past experiences with dentist whom come in and yank your tooth out. This guy right here... talked me through the entire process and I didn't even know the tooth had been extracted. I will never go to another dentist ever again. Fantastic experience: Staff was great and down to earth. My teeth in my opinion are horrible and as a wife, a mom, and a nurse I don’t always take the time out to care about them as I should. I often times wait until it’s absolutely too late to save the tooth and just like yesterday’s visit it’s abscessed and causing me excruciating pain. Dr. Will sat down and discussed my treatment plan with me with absolute understanding and lack of judgment. I finally slept last night without pain and throbbing keeping me awake and I felt much better this morning because of it. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is suffering with a toothache that in all reality you probably could’ve avoided by getting treatment sooner. If you’re looking for an understanding and non judgmental crew…you’re safe at MIDDLECOFF Dental Group.

I have never been to a dentist that took so much time and had so much patience with you. I love them all. I’m a diabetic and I have a lot of of oral issues. And I believe with my whole heart I’m at the right place for once in my life. We now have a new dental home. And I’m so excited to be there.i want to thank you All. Mrs Dr Kate Middlecoff did a procedure on me and I can actually turn my head further to the right. I believe it was for TMJ. Cassy was my in charge girl. Negative experience: 04/17/25 My first visit to Middlecoff Dental. Needed a "full plate". Had no insurance.The total cost was $2,585.00. Was required to pay before I even saw the teeth. Several months later I received them. Was disappointed by thin material and the large, horse-like, teeth. Soon after, I realized they did not fix well and I could not eat with them. Required adjustments twice (8/25 & 9/2). After each time, my discomfort only increased. The teeth are nearly "flat-lined". It became evident that what I needed was "new" teeth. I don't feel comfortable moving forward with Middlecoff Dental. MY LOSS, THEIR GAIN. (Thanks for the opportunity to express my opinion).

Fantastic experience: I have used Middlecoff Dentistry for years, and am pleased with them. They run efficiently in every way and the staff are friendly. My case is difficult due to a maxillary injury years ago, and they have given me great care.

They also followed up on this during the actual appointment, and made sure all of my concerns were addressed! It was the most thorough screening of my dental health I have ever had, and they explained every step of the process! For the first time in my life, I'm not scared to go back to the dentist! I highly recommend this office to anyone who needs major dental work, a good checkup after not going to the dentist for a while, and even someone who goes to the dentist regularly and just wants a super nice crew of people!

What has impressed me about Dr. Will is that neither he nor the his competent staff press you to have a procedure without fully discussing whether it is necessary for health reasons or simply for aesthetics. He also looked for less expensive alternatives. I have found a dentist I will stick with. Of course, my wife found the office a year or two ago, and suggested I go there. She was serviced by Dr. Katie and felt the same way I did about this professional and credible team.

I am 55 years old and my father has been my dentist all my life. He just retired last year. Any apprehension I had of going to a new dentist is gone now.
