Fantastic experience: I had a cracked tooth that became infected. Went to my now previous dentist to have them look at it. After the exam they were not able to find the crack and sent me home to re-evaluate in a couple weeks with the only advice to take some ibuprofen. This after I was complaining about severe pain for over a week. Went to Lakota Dental where my family goes, they were able to get me in the next day. They found the crack and recommended a root canal and crown, gave me prescriptions for the infection and pain meds, and had me in in less that a week to perform the RC and Crown. Needless to say they received my pain and solved my tooth issue.

Negative experience: Our family has used them for 6 year recently they have lacked customers care and focused on overbooking appointments times and over selling forcing Xrays and upselling . Feel like a car sale not a dentist

When we've had sports injuries come up with the kids, they went above and beyond. They fit them in right away to help, and it's felt like they treated our sons like they would have their own. They made recommendations and helped coordinate when we needed additional specialist help.

Fantastic experience: Had a chipped tooth and got right in to have it checked. The dentist was very nice and efficient. The only thing that I did not like was the hygienist said that she would take an X-ray and I said to wait and see what the doctor said. Ended up not needing an X-ray.

She didn't rush at all, even under severe weather. She went over every detail with me. And she did a meticulous dental cleaning. She also went over the aftercare with me. Traci showed so much compassion and enthusiasm. You can just tell she enjoys her work, and that is rare.

I was 2.5 hours early for my appointment so the hygienist cleaned my teeth before she took her lunch so I wouldn't have to wait any longer. That was great service, she didn't have to put her lunch on hold for me but she did. I really appreciate her.

When the now senior dentist first saw me he diagnosed a condition with my teeth no one could or did share with me and I had it for 10 years. Great family dentistry practice. The new dentists who are assisting senior are wonderful. They are personable and great at their craft. The hygienists are always friendly and efficient. I will always use them as my dentist.

Fantastic experience: Appointment was at 10:30 arrived a few minutes before within 5 minutes was taken back by Laney the hygienist she cleaned my teeth no pain etc shortly after Dr Trite arrived asked me a couple of questions examined me and ask me if I had any concerns,questions etc and was on my way at 11:10 very impressed by their punctuality professionalism and friendliness 5 Stars ⭐️

Negative experience: Billing is horrible. Charged us double what we owed. We have been going to this practice for over 20 years. Has gone down after Sr. retired. Feels like they just see you as money, not a patient. We are moving on.

Fantastic experience: I first went to Lakota Dental six months ago, after being referred to them by a family member, who is particular, like me. I have been very satisfied overall: scheduling, thoroughness, gentle cleaning, and their being open and forthcoming about prices. I only switched from my former dentist, because she retired, and I had been loyal to her for similar reasons. I’m glad that LD has some younger staff members, in addition to the more seasoned ones, so that I can continue with them for years to come. *** Subsequent visit: still extremely pleased. Brenna, my dental tech, was exceptionally gentle during the cleaning. I have some recession and sensitivity, and felt no discomfort. Such a relief!

Fantastic experience: Hannah was great with getting all my teeth cleaned and polished in enough time for her to take a little break...she needed one as another hygienist was out sick leaving only 2 in the office and they both covered the patients that were the sick hygienists' and their own. Nicely done with asking each other when and what was next, also asking if they needed help. Love this office.

Fantastic experience: I have severe dental anxiety but also a tooth that had broke and had given me pain for weeks. My husband did some research and called the office and they got me in almost immediately. I had to have an extraction and it was the most painless dental experience I’ve ever had. I’m so grateful to have found this office and have made them our new family dentist. The staff is amazing.

Fantastic experience: I love this office and its staff. This is the only dentist I have ever been to that has not hurt me or cause anxiety during the visit. They are very good at getting you in quickly if you have an issue.

Positive experience: Teeth cleaning was exceptional as well as exam by doctor. However, even though I was 20 minutes early for a 1:50 appointment I was not taken back f[r cleaning until 12:10.

Fantastic experience: My crown came off last night and I called Lakota Dental and left an overnight message. I received an appointment this morning and had my crown glued back in place. I’ve been going to Lakota Dental since we moved up to the area in the early nineties. My children and husband also have been cared for over the years with satisfaction.

Melinda at the front desk was extremely kind with helping me figure out my insurance as I am out of network, even tho I realize that is more my responsibility to figure out, but it’s worth mentioning that she went above and beyond her job to make sure everything with the insurance went smoothly and I understood the process!

Fantastic experience: Today was my first time coming to Lakota Dental. I had a root canal done and was a bit anxious when I came in. Dr. Tritle was so nice and made a very anxious time for me much more comfortable. His dental assistant was very nice and explained everything that they were going to do. I highly recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: Lakota dental is amazing. The front desk staff were friendly, the nurse who prepped me and did the X-ray was nice, and Dr Moore was amazing. I’ve had a broken tooth for going on 2 months now and could not get seen by a dentist that would take my Medicaid dental insurance. He was able to grind down the remaining shard of tooth that had been causing me pain. I just had my first meal in 2 months where I could eat with my whole mouth instead of the left side. No pain! I am 100% satisfied with the work that he did and plan to get the rest of my mouth taken care of without insurance. The price is manageable and they are very understanding about paying for the procedures out of pocket. Best dental office experience in my 32 years.
