I had my 6 month visit on 12/4/25Absolutely love this practice. Drs Bryan and Kelly Kreeb are the best ! I Don’t mind the drive from Indian Trail they are my Dentistry group. Let me not forget to mention my hygienist Charis, the best in North Carolina . Also, the supportive office staff is always very friendly and on point.

Fantastic experience: Just started with this practice and can highly recommend them. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff including with insurance issues. My daughter, son in law and 4 grandkids all go there so they’re great with all ages!

Fantastic experience: I’m almost reluctant to post because I don’t want this practice to get so busy that the quality of care starts to decline. I had my first visit yesterday and felt extremely comfortable right from the start. My hygienist (I’m disappointed I forgot her name because she deserves a shout out) was thorough, patient and skilled. Dr. Bryan Kreeb (the practice is a husband and wife team) was very kind and thoughtful as he came up with a treatment plan to address several issues I have. He asked lots of questions, gave detailed explanations and took all the time I needed to understand. He also selected the most conservative (and least expensive options) to try first. I am phobic of the dentist but I feel completely comfortable at this practice.

Fantastic experience: I'm a new patient and could not be happier. The comments I had read about the place having the vibe of old friends is something i'd agree with.  The staff at the front desk were very helpful and patient, working thru some onboarding paperwork snags (my fault).  The hygienist (Charis) was great and could roll with all my ocd questions.  i was extremely impressed with dr (Kelly) Kreeb.  She took the time to explain what was needed and why; very pleasant & likeable--something i'm sure i've never said about a dentist before.  I highly recommend Kreeb Family Dentistry!  My only regret is not switching here years ago.

Positive experience: The staff was very nice and patient with me & Mrs. Kreeb was very welcoming for my first time there. She made sure she was very thorough and allowed me to ask any questions that I had. I will definitely be continuing care with her. I will say I didn’t give 5 stars only because the front office staff wasn’t as welcoming, but the young lady that checked my boyfriend and I in was pleasant and assisted us in a timely manner.

Fantastic experience: They are always on time with my visits. I had a tooth ache and Mrs. Kreeb called me and told me what to do and if it didn’t get better to call her personal number. Not many dentists will follow up on patients like that and give a patient their personal number. I have been a patient over nine years by the recommendation of a coworker and have not been disappointed.

My hygienist Charis fun and gentle and never hurts me then Dr. Kelly comes in for final check and I just love her. Future appointment made at my convenience. Been going to Dr. Kelly for as long as I’ve lived in Mecklenburg County, 13 years. I’m 85 years old and I’ve never dreaded going to the dentist since I’ve been coming to Kreeb Family Dentist. Also, Medicare is now paying for my quarterly visits. Dr. Kreeb has been a blessing all these years with treating my periodontal issues so that I’ve never had to have surgery on my gums. What an amazing professional group

I always go as a first case because I have a problem with staining & get her fresh because she works so long to get my teeth the best she can. Doctor Brian does the follow up exam & explains everything well without being pushy as I’ve encountered with others. All the staff is friendly & you can tell they enjoy working for the Kreebs I highly recommend them !

Over this past weekend I had two unexpected seizures occur and had to be taken immediately to the hospital. Upon being released, I was terrified about my next steps in recovery and wellness. Based on the severity of the seizures I needed immediate assessments done. I was welcomed in to the office within 45 minutes of calling and supported completely in my journey to recovery. Fantastic experience: Moved dentists closer to my place after moving. Kreeb was great! Appointment making process, ability to fill out forms online, was helpful. Once in the office, the office was clean, ran efficiently, and staff were all very friendly. X-rays and cleaning were all great, I've had hygienists in the past that left my teeth and gums sore in the past, but my hygienist here did a great job! Booked my next cleaning in 6 months, so for sure returning and look forward to Kreeb dentistry being my dentist for years to come!

Fantastic experience: The office staff greeted me when I entered. I was taken back to a room 5 minutes before my appointment time. Dr. Bryan came in and checked me and said “everything looks great, no cavities”. Mallory was friendly and cleaned my teeth in a timely manner. A very pleasant visit.

Negative experience: I had to wait for more than an hour for my daughter to be seen- I was with my infant and other young ones- it was disappointing - one would have hoped they would have re-prioritized their schedule seeing that I arrived on time and had a lot of little ones. Not the best service in that regard. Additionally, they are very pushy with the x-rays; sadly it seems to be that way everywhere.

Fantastic experience: I got stuck in traffic and called to let them, know I would be late. The person who answered the phone was very kind and reassured me it was ok. When I arrived, my dental hygienist was super nice and did a very thorough job.

Fantastic experience: We needed a dentist to do tooth bonding for our 10 y/o who chipped his front tooth and Dr. Kreeb’s office was recommended to us by his pediatric dentist (who we also love). During and following our visit, twice, the office staff has been amazing.
