Fantastic experience: I was in extreme pain with an infected back tooth. It require surgical removal and did not come out easily. I felt good hands, the procedure was almost painless and went very well. Im no longer in pain and grateful for the skilled hands that got that tooth out.

They updated him and gave him information on how to take care of them and express the importance of oral hygiene. They were very friendly to him

Negative experience: I had been a regular patient but I had pain in a tooth, got an appointment and went in. With just a cursory glance I was told that there didn’t seem to be any issues. I knew I had an infection, due to previous experience. Pain got so bad that I ended up at ER for a morphine shot. When we got home my husband was able to get me an emergency appointment at Aspen Dental. After an exam and IMAGING, it turned out I had a massive infection in my jaw under a tooth with a hairline crack. After two weeks of heavy duty antibiotics, Aspen was able to take care of my tooth. So yeah, I don’t think I’ll ever be back to BP.

Fantastic experience: I am so happy that I made the decision to come here! I scheduled here for a second opinion after being told by another dentist that I needed a tooth extraction. They were very transparent, helpful, and got me in the very next day for a deep cleaning in the affected area. I feel 10x better and got to keep my tooth! Negative experience: Absolutely rude and non compassionate management. Website says if have a dental emergency to call in, so I call in saying I have a dental emergency, this woman actually had the audacity to say “well go to the emergency room!” I’ll take my hard earned money elsewhere no thank you totally unprofessional!

Fantastic experience: After calling a couple dentist offices in the area (and they weren't booking new patients until December), I called belle point. They were able to schedule me quickly, within 2 weeks. However, I stopped by to drop by new patient paperwork and they had an opening TODAY! I love getting my teeth cleaned. They were efficient and fast and my teeth feel so good! 10/10 recommend!

Positive experience: The front staff are always super nice and learn you by name so when checking in the minute you walk in they have you. Doctors are always very kind and explain throughly the treatment plan and the back staff for the majority of them they are extremely professional and most importantly gentle. There was only one that needed some lessons in this area but overall it’s a very pleasant place to go.

Fantastic experience: Belle Point Dental did a great job on fixing my teeth after I fainted a chipped 2 of them. They got me in right away and did a crown on one of them. I will say getting the perfect shade match took a few months, but it got done and I’m so happy with how it all looks now! Everyone was very nice and took great care of me. After all this, they have now gained a new patient!

Negative experience: I was hoping to have a broken tooth removed today. Needless to say, the dentist wouldn't follow through without seeing a doctor. Waste of time & money. I won't be back.

Fantastic experience: I visited this dentist for the first time yesterday and they were nothing but 5 stars all around. The staff was super friendly and patient with me because I’ve never used insurance or been to the dentist by myself. They made sure to explain everything with the insurance and had a break down for all the charges. They were super gentle and encouraging when they had to get painful spots for my teeth. They were not judgmental of my dental hygiene as I haven’t been to the dentist in a few years and explained why everything was what it was and how to prevent it. The nurse was great numbing my teeth and explaining everything about the process and the doctor herself was amazing. Made the process so quick and easy

Fantastic experience: 100 percent recommend!!! I had a toothache and this was the only dentist office that could get me in the same day! I was crying in pain and the dentist and her assistant were so kind, patient, calming and helpful. I ended up needing an extraction so I was very nervous! But both the dentist and her assistant kept kindly reminding me to breathe and kept me calm. They also went over all the finances to make sure I was okay with everything. I will be going back as a regular patient to continue care after having such a great experience!

Negative experience: If you have anxiety regarding dental issues and want to be peer pressured to spend hard earned money which your dental insurance doesn't cover, then this is your office. Regardless of what the dentist advises, the front desk will use scare tactics to book the appointment. I've never experienced anything like this and have never had any major dental problems in the past, following preventative check ups.

No complaints whatsoever, I highly recommend that anyone needing dentures to seek them out. Very polite and reliable. I'll never go to another dentist ever again. They are both very gentle, caring, personable, and professional always putting me at ease during my dental cleaning visits every 6 months. Fantastic experience: It took me 25 years to find the right dentist, and these guys are absolutely awesome. I came in here to get a broken tooth fixed, but they said that was the least of my worries and were nice enough to tell me what else is wrong with my mouth. So far, I had two deep cleanings done, and both times, they were fast and simple. Now the next step is to get a flap for the broken part of my mouth. But all in all, everybody here is awesome.
