Fantastic experience: Ingrid was exceptional as was Dr Pruitt yesterday. I got a temporary crown done. I lipread so they had masks off to explain the details and then we used hand signals during procedure. They took their time , never rushed I recommend them to anyone who has issues with dentists as I do Thanks so much

Fantastic experience: When I called about an appointment, I was given one that day. I changed my insurance to have more coverage because I need lots of dental work. Most dentists don't accept mine so it's great they do and are conveniently located. I'm looking forward to having the work I need done. Update: I've had most work done by now and everything has gone without a problem. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I was very much impressed with Legacy Dental. They work together to coordinate exams, treatment plan and cost explaining everything for the treatment plan and options, not pushy at all, very friendly and professional. Dr. Hudock was very kind, not intimidating at all.

Positive experience: I started to come to this office to follow Dana. The place is nice, but I heard full on loud conversations from women working. There is a time and place for chit-chat. I don't want to know their personal business. I feel this is not something positive for the business.

Positive experience: Thought I picked the best option for my 1st time visit. Seemed to know what they are doing but had to send me somewhere else for root canals. Then go back for them to finish it up. The Recommended place did not accept my insurance. Had to find another place that does. Would be great if they did everything in one place. I could have had it all done by now instead of running around town looking for help.

Fantastic experience: I love this office. Listen, NOBODY is stoked to go to the Dentist. For years I could only handle sedation (gimme the gas!) procedures but Legacy just has a way of calming me down. Also what is HUGE for me is how good they are at working with my dental insurance to figure out the maximum coverage I can use while limiting out of pocket expenses!

Fantastic experience: I was so surprised that when I switched dentist I was able to get An appointment the same day. The hygienist Dana and Dr Hudak were so kind and showed empathy. So glad I chose them as a new dentist.

Negative experience: Not a fan and would not recommend! I came for an extraction and I was treated with a full medical exam! Receqests for other physicians medical records and lab work! I was not requesting or surgery! As far asi am concerned this place will do nothing to charge maximum customer time and finances! Sad to say very disappointed and will not recommend to anyone! Dentist was obnoxious

Negative experience: Beware of Legacy. We should have researched more thoroughly and read the 1 star reviews along with the 4 and 5 star prior to choosing Legacy in North Huntingdon. My 14 year old son experienced trauma to his front tooth - never being presented with anything like this before, we searched for an office who would perform both a root canal and crown and when calling Legacy were assured both could be performed at their office so we scheduled a consult. We trusted that information was accurate. Once arriving, rather than discussing first, my son was rushed into a mouth X-Ray followed by a face to face consult (which should have happened first) with Dr. Kendera then informed (which I do appreciate the Dr. informing us at this point he could not perform the root canal) Legacy could do the crown but not the root canal. A quick discussion before any x-ray would have gotten us to this discovery quickly and could have saved everyone A LOT of time without providing inaccurate assurances. After speaking to Dr. Kendera on the phone (best of luck getting a word in), he admitted his office staff should be coached better to field these types of calls yet still proceeded to charge a $150 fee (for his time and consult). The patients' time is just as worthwhile and that respect should be reciprocated. We never would have taken the time and effort to pull our son out of school and explore an entirely new Dr. and office if they would have properly informed us they could not perform both the root canal and crown when we first reached out. Classic bait and switch and a monumental waste of time and money.

Positive experience: The hygienist is excellent. I don’t care for the Dentist Dr Hudak (not sure of spelling) or the front desk. Very unprofessional, the dentist came in to do my exam and he was chewing gum.

Fantastic experience: I am so happy that I came to Legacy Dental! Lauren was my hygienist and I am beyond thankful for her patience, care, and experience. I have pretty bad dental experiences and one visit with Lauren has completely changed my feelings!!

Positive experience: I like my hygienist Courtney when I finally got into the appointment. I had a 12:30 appointment for months but about 10:30, I was notified that it would be at 1:30. Then st 11:45, I was notified that it would be at 3. I know that emergencies and sickness do occur but my this was my first time to experience this dentist.I sure had alot of WASTED time. I will give them a second chance.

My hygienist, Taylor, has made all the difference in having an enjoyable time at the dentist, not one filled with fear and anxiety.

Positive experience: Dana, the hygienist, does a great job and is the reason I go here. I started with Dr. Aiello many years ago and followed Dana to Legacy. But I have to say I do not like the Legacy practice. You don't get to know your dentist like we did when Dr. Aiello had his small office in N. Huntingdon. This practice feels more like an assembly line. I prefer an office where there is a dentist you see each time, who knows you and your dental history, and actually cares about you as a patient and person.

Fantastic experience: I am very pleased with my experience. I had cracked a tooth and they had me in as a new patient to get looked at within 2 days. Instead of pushing to get the tooth fixed with a cap and spend a crazy amount of money, the dentist gave me three options and overall thought it is best just to keep it how and it is and to be gentle. I appreciated the honesty and the timely manner in which I was seen. I can’t wait to go back!

Fantastic experience: Initially I experienced some scheduling issues which I would attribute to the start up of this combined dental practice in a new location. That issue seems to have sorted itself out. Taylor is my dental hygienist and she is awesome. Taylor is professional, very thorough as well as socially engaging. I would recommend her to anyone.

Negative experience: I had a front tooth knocked out.went to see Dentist told me it would be 180 for dentire tooth went in to pick it up no issue on price. They said if it didnt fit to call they can fit .Came in got fitted after they said by the way you owe us another 200.00.Never told about even when pickin up they said everything good. I refuse to pay and explained this wasnt told officr manager was ignorant and rude and said o well this is what you owe.Not first issue with office staff and dentist isnt the friendliest either.I was a patient over 10 years had lots of issues with crown best advice stay away toxic office and not upfront on cost

Negative experience: Very disappointed. Need at least two extractions. Been on antibiotics since end of May. This appointment was July 1. Surgeon looked inside my mouth; confirmed what the X-rays showed and said it didn’t seem to be swollen. His aide told us that when my PCP sent a referral/authorization (and we have a PPO insurance policy) they would be in touch.

Fantastic experience: The facility is new, big, very clean and comfortable. I cannot say enough about Dr. Wilson, the oral surgeon, and his wonderful assistants Jess and Sally. They made me fill relaxed before and during my oral surgery. I can’t thank them enough!

Fantastic experience: My last visit to Legacy was perfect. I was early and they took me in fifteen minutes ahead of schedule. The procedure was conducted accurately and I was completed in a timely manner. Great staff.

Fantastic experience: Experience was phenomenal. I called in at 8:00 am for an emergency appointment. They called me back about 15 minutes later and was able to accommodate me that afternoon. I was treated excellent and my pain is gone. Great job. Will definitely recommend and return.

Fantastic experience: I left my former dentist because, over the years they were unaccommodating to schedule changes. My work requires me to travel and occasionally results in my needing to move my appointment. Although they reportedly have a call wait list, I never received one of those calls in all my years there. Every time I needed to move an appointment they would push it out a year!!! The final straw was when they billed me for a missed appointment I cancelled. Legacy Dental was able to get me in within a month of my call. Lauren the hygienist was EXCELLENT. I have moved one of my kids there with me and the others and my wife will also move WHEN the dentist in Trafford sticks them with a 9+ month reschedule option. I have no regrets switching dentists. My second annual visit to legacy was this week. Still very happy I left the guy at Trafford

Fantastic experience: Courtney was right on time for our appointment. She is the ONLY hygienist, in all my years, that didn't make my cleaning seem like a form of midevil torture. She is a pleasure to speak with, and she is quite aware of my sensitivity to having my teeth cleaned and makes certain I'm comfortable throughout.

Positive experience: The procedure was great, however, I was told in advance i would get a quote for cost. The assistant said it would be $180 then when I went to pay it was $320 thats almost double. Very disappointing.

Negative experience: Once Chestnut Hills Dental merged and became Legacy our family has experienced one negative issue after another. From appointment cancellations, price adjustments and payment, lack of knowledge with regard to my daughter's bleeding gum and tooth issue, to lengthy time frame in obtaining pharmacy prescription. Look elsewhere before considering.

Positive experience: The reason I’ll give them 4 out of 5 stars is because of scheduling, I was scheduled for 9:10 but really didn’t get started till at least a hour later which is the only negative thing I can say.

Positive experience: Had my 6-month checkup on Monday. After dental hygienist completed her part, I had to move to another room and wait 15-20 for the dentist. I didn't mind waiting because I understand things come up; however, when the doctor came in, he stood to do my checkup, I never saw his face and he was done in less than 2 minutes. I didn't feel it was a good patient experience, especially since my time is as precious as his.

Negative experience: I've been patient at this office for over 15 years and never experienced something like this: Yesterday, I showed up at the front desk and the receptionist was chatting with one of her colleagues. Their conversation went on and on for a good 8 minutes and I'm standing there waiting! The receptionist never acknowledge my presence! I gave up then went and had a seat at the waiting reception. Another patient noticed what happened and she felt sorry for me. Few minutes later, the receptionist asked me what I'm having done without any excuse. She said that wasn't a longtime! I don't know what she meant by that! I hope Legacy Dental Care can improve their customer services.

Fantastic experience: Checkin with the front desk was smooth, Shelly did a great job cleaning my teeth. She takes her time and gets the job done! Dr Hudock came in for my exam and was very thorough and delightful to see again.

Positive experience: I have to say front desk staff, specifically Lahua is not professional and she doesnt have the capacity to handle working with the public, but other than that everyone else is great. She is the last person you want to be customer facing or answering the phone.

Fantastic experience: Very comfortable experience. Offices are clean with state of art equipment for diagnostics. Staff is very competent and friendly. Makes you feel at ease, even when you are not a fan of seeing the dentist.

Negative experience: went to get a tooth pulled and they canceled my appointment two days prior. i then tried to get my x-rays emailed to me for my new dentist and they still have yet to send them to me. contacted them 32 hours ago and my appointment with my new dentist is in less than 24 hours. absolute joke of an office. save yourself the trouble, find another dentist

Fantastic experience: Great appointment love the attention. I brought x-rays that they were taking recently. They wanted to take their own they did and did not charge me. Dentist was transparent down to earth and honest.

Positive experience: Customer service at the front desk was not great. I arrived on-time for my 11:20am appointment on 4/24/25. While checking in the employee at the front desk had her hand over her mouth and rolled her eyes when I asked her to repeat herself because her questions were muffled. Getting past that she told me I was checked in and they would call me back shortly. I proceeded to wait 40 minutes. When I went to the front desk I was told i was never checked in. The hygienist was great. She apologized and took me back for my cleaning very quickly and I was on my way in 15 minutes.
