I felt minor pain during it and he used more numbing easily, no pushback, but the root canal really wasn't bad at all. I felt very well taken care of and would absolutely come back in the future.

I’ve never had one and I was pretty nervous. Dr. Park was very gentle and so reassuring. I didn’t feel a thing when he numbed me and literally felt NOTHING during the procedure. SHOCKED I loved that he took his time to evaluate a plan of action for my pain since I didn’t actually know where my pain was coming from. When she went today, the Dr. recommended trying a different approach first, which shows they actually care about their patients and not trying to just make money on you. No pressure for payment at all and you are given a very detailed treatment plan, so there are no surprises. The staff are also super nice. At least I know my daughter is in good hands here and they truly care about their patients!

I had to have a root canal and was dreading every second of it. I got there, no wait, went right into the examination room. The pace was very quick, the environment was appealing as they left the bright lights off, and it was very calming for me. Because the pace was quick, I did not have time to lament in my own anxiety. I had a full root canal in less than one hour and was so thrilled that it came off so easily! Hoping I’ll never have to have another root canal, but if I do, there’s no other place I would choose! Thanks, Dr. Jay and team for an amazing experience, yes, and that’s even getting a root canal, lol!

The Dr I met with performed some tests to re-affirm the work that was needed, and was able to do the initial procedure within this initial appointment. The Dr and the Tech Assistant were extremely pleasant and caring. The also kept me informed of what he was doing and what he was finding and seeing throughout the procedure which was very helpful. I also found the front desk staff to also have been so helpful getting me in so quickly. My entire experience was professional and pleasant.
