Fantastic experience: I took my kids their yesterday for their appointment And the lady was very nice to my 5 year old. The guy with my 4 year old son wasn’t as nice or patient with him as always. He’s shouldn’t work with kids if he isn’t going to be nice towards them and professional. When he did his X-ray last year for my son he got mad because my son couldn’t do it right and got mad and threw the thing down that he had to place in his mouth. This year he’s still mean and rude. Other than that the dentist and the lady are very friendly.

Fantastic experience: I had old fillings that were deteriorating removed and replaced. It was painless and Dr. Gonzalez was done before I even realized. Great service and the staff there are very knowledgeable and kind.

Positive experience: I keep coming back because I like the hygienist I always get. She's super nice and does a great job. Luckily I've not needed any work done, so I can't comment on that. My kids see a pediatric dentist across town that was a better fit for their individual needs.

Fantastic experience: S always, Dr Gonzales and his crew do me a great, efficient service. I am a retired dentist, so I understand what they did to fit me in as an emergency, and how thorough they were in determining whether my crowns could be recemented. On Thanksgiving, I over cooked my candied yams to a crown pulling-off caramel texture. Pop, pop. 2 crowns in a sugar cluster. I recognized immediately what happened, cleaned them in warm water, picked out the residual cement from the crowns. Replaced them with Temp-Bond. By Tuesday, I was all put back together, by the team, the margins were intact, bite was fine, and I go off into the holiday season, promising never to overcook my syrup into caramel.

Fantastic experience: Another great visit to Rio Dental! The entire staff is amazing and attentive to your needs. I’m a nervous patient having had negative experiences as a child. Dr Gonzalez is so patient and soothing in his manner. Never hurried and makes sure no matter what, that you have a pain free visit. I had a cavity last time under a crown and was very worried about it. He’s super great with Novocain and takes his time. I like how he keeps a quiet running commentary on what he’s doing and makes sure you are comfortable. So happy with this practice!

Fantastic experience: I was a new patient on 10/1/25. Staff were very kind and professional. Had full X-rays and teeth cleaning, all went well. Had a lingering issue from a root canal done in 6/24 by a different dentist. Dr. Gonzalez took good time to examine the issue and recommend treatment. He also went over all my teeth with x-ray images. I really appreciated his honesty and knowledge. Looking forward to my long time care with Dr. Gonzalez and his staff.

I have had really bad experiences in the past which always caused me anxiety when it came to going to the dentist but Dr. G and his team are all so welcoming and create a wonderful environment that I no longer dread having to go to the dentist. Fantastic experience: First time patient. I was seen for a cleaning and checkup on the same day I called. My x-rays were knocked out quickly by the friendly tech. The hygienist did an excellent job on my cleaning and was very gentle in providing care. The Dr was super educating toward me and referred me for an orthodontist follow up on the same day. I am impressed with this office. They didn’t try to up sale me on anything and were genuine. I recommend to anyone looking for quality local care.

Fantastic experience: Helped with my toddler while I had xrays done and dentist was super friendly. They even let him watch shark tale while I had my teeth looked at. Front desk is friendly too! X-ray tech wasn't the nicest. But the others made up for it.

Fantastic experience: This Dental office if wonderful. The staff is wonderful, helpful, courteous and always ready to help and make you feel comfortable. The scheduling is always as soon as possible and you can always reach someone in the office to answer a question. The deal with the insurance and I never have to worry about it, if there is an issue they will contact me asap. The facility is clean, comfortable and they have all the state of the art equipment. Thanks to the staff for doing an excellent job!

Positive experience: Hygienist is very nice and helpful with tips. I can’t remember her name but she’s awesome and I only prefer to see her whenever visiting Rio Dental. However, the dentist himself always takes a long time to see you after the cleaning. I’ve been going there for a while now and it’s always 15-20minutes wait just to get seen by the dentist. It’s starting to get very frustrating. I wish they could just schedule you properly. If this keeps happening, I’ll probably consider looking for a different place in the area

Fantastic experience: Clean organized quite efficient. however a video was on the TV which included dog fights with miners cheering them on. this is a movie with animal abuse and should be deleted. Casey turned it off for me. Room facing East to the bright morning sun in my eyes, not good. I like staff to introduce themselves which is much more welcoming to a dental practice office. Casey is a good hygienist, I am making her aware of my preferences.

Negative experience: I just called to make an appointment for myself and my son and the manager was very rude and made me feel guilty for not having seen the dentist in awhile. The person on the call dismissed me quickly stating their office does not accept my insurance. I asked to speak to the manager in which celina states, "I am the manager." I then asked to speak to her senior and she kept repeating there was no one there. Very rude. I was civil and told her that she was being disrespectful to me and she did not apologize in fact her tone became louder as if to suggest to others in the office I was being rude on my end. I could hear the eye roll emotion in the remainder of our conversation. Every time I have visited this office prior, there were never any issues. How sad that the only time I had to make my appointment today (I am well aware I need to see the dentist)and this was my interaction with the office. I will have to find another dentist with decent staff somewhere else. Bad work ethics these days. Be good to others people!

Negative experience: GRRR. I am so angry, the hygienist cleaned my teeth and she kept STABBING my gums over and over again, and my gums were GUSHING blood.. they continued to hurt for the next 4 days. But the rest of the experience was great! I’ve been going to this dentist since I was 6, so disappointed in this experience.
