Negative experience: I love how friendly the front desk ladies are! On the complete opposite end of the spectrum, I have no idea what I did to irritate whoever did my teeth whitening. I don't know her name because she never introduced herself. I don't know what her title/role is because she never told me. I only knew there was someone in the exam room because I heard papers rustling around behind me. Suddenly the chair started to move back and she mumbled something about putting whitening solution on my teeth. This was after waiting over an hour between both the waiting room and exam room. Crazy customer service for someone paying for a cosmetic procedure out of pocket. I had to ask if she was finished and if I was okay to leave. Very strange. I won't be back for exams or cleaning. We're looking for a family dentist because we're new in town, and it definitely won't be this practice if that's any indication of how they treat patients.

Fantastic experience: Been one of my favorite dental offices. Very welcoming and nice at the front desk. Worked with me when my insurance changed over and had no idea. The hygienist that cleaned my teeth and took xrays was great and was as gentle as she can be when taking the pictures and cleaning. Also they have TV on their ceilings which was great to have to get my mind off the cleaning. 10/10 would recommend.

Negative experience: They charge $350 for one cleaning with no X-Rays or $300 for a patient plan that covers two exams and x-rays for a patient. I called ahead of time and said I just needed a cleaning. I told them my insurance and they told me they do not accept it. They did not tell me this price until I arrived. They then told me that it’s required under state law to have all the x-rays or else I cannot have a cleaning. Just know before you go.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was soooo kind!!! The BEST dentist office I have ever been to. I have had horrible experiences with past dentists and I was honestly terrified to go, but I was in pain and needed help. The front desk staff and treatment plan staff were AMAZING! They were respectful, knowledgeable, and so helpful. The dental hygienist, Elizabeth, is a true GEM! She was beyond patient and empathetic to my past experiences. She talked me through every step and procedure. She made sure I was comfortable every single step of the way. I have nothing but great things to say about her! She has gained a forever client in me. Dr. P was also extremely kind and explained everything to me while coming up with a treatment plan. I am truly in awe of how amazing this experience was especially because I have so much trauma from past dental experiences. Highly recommend this place!!

Negative experience: I went to them, and they charged me a lot more than Advanced Dental. It felt very much like I was being sold to. Maybe it’s just me, but I didn’t get a good vibe, so I went to Advanced Dental, and there was a significant price difference. I was also told by The Winning Smile that I couldn’t get a filling and would have to get crowns, but Advanced Dental filled my teeth with no problem. I won’t be going back because I feel like they tried to sell me on more than I needed.

Negative experience: Terrible service. I mentioned using financing and that I did not have insurance and they treated me like I was dirty. 4 people came in after me and all got seen before me. My appointment was for 1 o’clock all the 4 came in after 1 o’clock and I was here at 12:30.

Fantastic experience: Awesome Clinic! I needed some major dental work done, both medically and cosmetically Dr. P did an incredible job. Best dentist and the best thing I could’ve done for myself. They always know me when I come in, they always accommodate as quickly as possible I could not ask for a better dental clinic.

Fantastic experience: I love the atmosphere of this place. They are always prompt and the service is professional. I was reluctant because my usual hygienist, Mary, was out and I would have to establish rapport with someone new. It was like Bailey and I had known one another for years. We clicked! She was very knowledgeable, patient, and quick! After we were done, I had to see Dr. P because I had, somehow, figured out how to break my crown eating gummies. He always comes in and picks up like we never left off. He and the young lady who assisted him were fabulous. I told my family, if it wasn’t for them always being so welcoming and family oriented when I come, I would find a dentist close to home. While I could save gas, nothing beats the pleasant experience that I get every time that I come.

Negative experience: I went there for a wisdom tooth removal 8 years ago or so and I kept having problems, but I didn't know what was wrong with me. I hired a dentist later to find out that they left half of the tooth still in my head. 0 stars

Fantastic experience: From my walk in the door, I was met with happy, cheerful faces (as if it wasn’t almost quitting time -4:45 pm). Not just “how are you” but “look at you dancing in here!” Because I had finally made it 25 minutes behind the scheduled time. My hygienist was bubbly, energetic, and ready to take care of me as if I were the 1st client of the day! While she cleaned, she (We) talked about family, fun, and the future…she made me laugh and yearn for early motherhood as she reminisced about her 5 year old…ahh the good old days! Time went by so quickly, and there was the Dr following up with my visit, and all was well…what every dental client wants to hear!!! See you in 6 months, and looking forward to the next visit!!!

Negative experience: Never felt like they clean ur teeth well. U hardly feel like they are doing anything at all. Always felt like they were upselling items or services to us that we didn't need. Would not recommend. We have changed dentist now and in just one visit we got better care overall.
