Fantastic experience: i had my semi-annual teeth cleaning and dentist check-up. Cleaning was very thorough! The hygienist was very complimentary on my home care as she could hardly find any plaque. She reinforced that I should keep doing my home regimen as it was very effective. The dentist checked all areas of my mouth, jaw, and neck. I highly recommend this practice. I’ve been going to Chatham Family & Implant Dentistry since 2018.

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist is never fun. The entire staff here is very friendly, helpful, and professional. Dr. Barbaro has proven to be an excellent dentist. My wife and I have each had significant work done. He’s done a great job in every instance over the past few years, and he has surrounded himself with excellence in his assistants. His staff has expanded, and now Dr Kiser also does excellent work. This is as good as it gets if you need a dentist. We always leave the office feeling confident in their treatment. Very frendly staff.

When I needed to come in for a visit without an appointment they helped me get in to see a doctor quickly. I have been very satisfied with the entire office.

Fantastic experience: Very pleased with location & excellent equipment & facilities. Very friendly & good communication of office policies & insurance. Very responsive to replace an existing filling that cracked last night. Extremely flexible and able to create a new crown with their 3D printer within 3 hours of me walking in the door. They did an amazing job of educating me on this amazing procedure.

Fantastic experience: Update to my prior post below. I had a sore come up on my gum that looked like a possible infection/abscess & they worked me in right away on a busy Monday morning with Dr. Kiner who did an xray & evaluation to rule out abscess. It was so nice how quickly they got me in while other dentists I’ve gone to in the past would’ve taken much longer maybe days to get appt with. Although Dr. Kiner isn’t my regular dentist there, she was great & put my mind to rest & her assistant was awesome & very friendly. This is still definitely my absolute favorite dental practice I’ve ever been to and so thankful they are in Pittsboro! Always enjoy their beautiful unique waiting room with the gorgeous huge ficus tree too! Can’t recommend them enough! Prior post: Best dental office I’ve been to in years! Jessica was the best most thorough hygienist I’ve been to in a long time also & did an excellent job. She was very friendly & informative & pleasant to talk to. Dr. Kizer was great also and very nice & thorough as well. I love the beautiful facility & the live tree in the waiting area - very cool! I am so happy I tried this office & am already telling my family & friends about it & encouraging them to try it. The entire staff has a very professional yet friendly, helpful vibe also that I haven’t found at other dental offices in the area. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Fabiola was a most personable dental assistant making me feel comfortable and confident in her Dr Kizer was as well I was most impressed with his willingness to take the time to do a task normally ascribed to dental hygienist Additionally he seemed to give me practical doable advice I could understand Lastly I was pleasantly surprised when I wasn’t asked to pay for the consultation I believe they will replace my current dentist

Fantastic experience: 6/4/25 Went to Chatham family & Implant Dentistry to have my teeth cleaned, and had Brianna as a hygienist. She did a fantastic job thoroughly cleaning my teeth. I also had one of their three dentist checked my teeth to insure that there was no further issues, and he explained a crown issue that he discovered., and would need to be taken care of. The staff was outstanding in answering my questions, and the environment was peaceful and relaxing.

Yes, I am “dentist averse” big time, BUT Brittany did an incredible job with my cleaning and perio maintenance, and I’m impressed with the interaction I had with Dr Kaiser. He isn’t pushy about what I may need done, and was extremely personable. All the staff that I met were super nice, and a shout out to office manager Toni for her patience and persistence in regards to my dental records. My husband is looking forward to meeting the folks there as well.

Dr. Kizer solved a difficult problem for me with skill and personable attention to detail. This is a really good practice. Ashley and Brianna are both excellent dental hygienists. Back in for an emergency, fractured tooth. Dr Kizer eased it out. No p.o. pain. Highly recommend him. Got me out of a jam even tho he had to stay late.

Margo, the dental hygienist, was extremely caring and made me feel at ease right away. Dr. Lauren Barbaro was amazing and so knowledgeable. I am thrilled to be a patient in this office. I have now been coming to Chatham Family and Implant for over four years and I am on a scheduled three month cleaning per my request. The care could not be better and the improvement of my dental health is significant. I couldn’t think of a better office to go to. Big shout out to my Dental Hygienist extraordinaire for keeping me in line and my teeth and gums healthy.

Positive experience: Seems my appt landed on a day when you were short handed. My regular hygienist Ashley had an emergency so your staff filled in. For some reason, the tooth polishing was performed first when it is usually the final after the heavy cleaning. And there was some hesitation in performing the measurement on gum spacing when I had some deep pockets in last visit. I expect it was an aberration due to staff issues and things will be better next time. Thanks

EVERYONE, from the front desk, to the hygienists, to the doctors were professional, kind and courteous, and very compassionate. I had just got out of the hospital and everyone went the extra yard to assure that I had the best and most comfortable care. The office members worked as a team to help each other so that I received the best care for me. Unfortunately, I have an issue with gaffing when taking x-rays. After acknowledging this, my dental hygienist retrieved another hygienist to take my x-rays and she was quick and very helpful! Taking x-rays had never been so uneventful! I am very appreciative to the team for working together to give the most excellent care! My doctor was kind., professional, and caring. The same professionalism and kindness was extended when I checked in and out of the office. Truly exceptional service and you leave feeling that you are now part of an extended family!
