Fantastic experience: I really love this office, Dr. Massad is the best dentist in Chicago! Dr. Massad is very kind and gentle and reassuring during all my treatment. He answers all my questions and makes sure I’m always comfortable. He is the best dentist I’ve ever been to and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my dental work. The front desk staff are always welcoming and friendly and the assistants are all wonderful.

Negative experience: So I came here because of all the good reviews but I wonder how many are from real patients vs paid, family and friends because the first time I came here I waited 40 mins to be seen to start with. When I finally saw the dentist he just quickly came in and out. He didn't even introduce himself so I didn't know his name. The dentist then quickly looked inside my mouth and quickly said I need crowns on all my teeth where I had deep fillings but my insurance didn't think it was necessary and just approved one crown. When I went back to get my permanent crown the dentist didn't want to numb me twice even though I was in pain when he would spray cold air on me saying he was just going to cement my crown which I thought was insensitive and inconsiderate of him. All the assistants and front desk people were nice but because of the lack of professionalism and empathy of this dentist I'm not going back

Negative experience: They will replace your appointment with no warning even if the appointment is confirmed. Te cancelan la cita sin ninguna advertencia y si está confirmada. update: The reasons you stated were not met upon arrival of the appointment. The confirmation wasn’t sent, however even a reminder at 3 pm that day was sent (the appointment was at 4). So all the excuses you made of a cancelled appointment was not met when the appointment was cancelled for us. My rating still stands P.S, it is spelt variety not verity.

Negative experience: They was blowing my phone up to schedule and extraction appointment but when I got there he told me they book me for a consultation so I won’t be returning you can take Asia Ferguson off you waitlist I will find a better dentist

Dr.Omar was extremely kind,quick and efficient even though the office was busy he made sure he kept tabs on all his patients. Thaiz (dental assistant) was so sweet when I cried a bit from my fear of needles and Provided me with tissues, she also helped me feel calm throughout the rest of my experience.

Negative experience: Concern Regarding My Appointment Experience on July 28 Dear Full Smile Family Dentist Team, I am writing to share my concerns regarding my appointment at your office today, July 28, 2025, at 12:30 PM, at your location on 3939 W Fullerton Ave, Chicago. When I scheduled the appointment last week, I provided my insurance information over the phone to the receptionist, who confirmed that everything was in order. However, upon checking in today, I was asked again for my insurance details by a staff member wearing pink or light pink scrubs and a ponytail. After a short wait, I was informed that I had an outstanding balance—something I was completely unaware of. When I explained that I was not informed of this balance prior to my visit, I was asked multiple times if I could pay it—first the full amount and then at least half. I clearly stated both times that I was unable to pay it today. I found it unprofessional to be asked repeatedly after already providing my response. After that exchange, the staff member became visibly frustrated and began attending to other tasks, leaving me uncertain about whether I was still going to be seen. I left the office feeling confused and disappointed by the lack of communication and courtesy. I would appreciate clarification regarding the balance you mentioned, and I’d like to understand your office’s policy on informing patients about outstanding charges before their scheduled visit. I hope that steps can be taken to improve communication and professionalism in the future.

Negative experience: Going to stop going here. I show up 10-15 minutes early for my appointment and end up having to wait over an hour past my appointment time before being seen, every time. If they can't see people within an hour of their scheduled appointment, they should be calling to reschedule.

Negative experience: Service was ok, but I come back for my cleaning and I owe money for services that my insurance didn't pay. I got a pre-approval and told them I wanted to pay in full for the cap, because I didn't want to be told I owe money 6 months. The worst part is they never mentioned I owed money when I made the appointment and I did not get seen because I had a balance.
