Fantastic experience: Dr. John Spratling has been amazing to both my children. My son has been going to him since he was 2 1/2 years old. And he’ll be 18 this year. Never had an issue always professional and there when I need them. Even with my daughter who’s 10 now and she’s been going since the age of 2. They treat you like family. Always addressing concerns and making you feel comfortable. Highly recommend them to anyone. The entire staff is amazing from check in to they check out. ♥️

Fantastic experience: Had my son’s first dentist appt this morning at PDS and I’m so happy we chose this place. The staff is so very friendly and patient! The office is very colorful and inviting. I wish I remembered everyone’s names, but I’m a toddler mom so my memory is terrible. BUT our hygienist and dentist were quick and efficient. They knew just how to keep little man happy and distracted! Can’t wait to come back in 6 months! Update: I guess my first review never posted. We just had our son’s 2nd dentist appointment and it was even better than the last. Again, the hygienist and dentist were amazing! They took the time to work with my son who was a little more cautious this time. They knew just how to pull him out of his shell and make him comfortable in a scary environment. So thankful for PDS!

Fantastic experience: If you’re In network Dr. Spratling is incredible. If you can afford it he is more than worth paying out of pocket. I wish I were able to. I was upset at last appt because I wasn’t told ahead of time how much the cleaning was going to cost me and where I typically pay $20 per kid it was over $200. I was definitely told way in advance that delta dental was now out of network but I could have never imagined it would be that much more. I would have really appreciated a heads up like they typically give on other procedures. They said they don’t warn you on cleanings as far as what cost will be. The lady at the front was not nice about it honestly. Not mean but just a tone like oh well where’s your card to pay. Switch if you need to “maximize your benefits” she said . I’ve been there with all three kids for many years. So the way she just kind of said if you gotta go - go (in so many words) was off putting. I still am giving 5 stars because that’s how much we love Dr. Spratling. Like I said if I could afford it I would pay out of pocket.

Fantastic experience: As a parent knowing kids fear dentist and drs. I wanted to find a dentist that my son would love and not be afraid of. Dr. Spratling and everyone in the office was amazing . They were patient with him with it being his first visit. My son walked out and didn’t want to leave. That’s always a good sign in my book. I am glad I was referred there and had a great experience.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful dental office for kids. My son has been going here since he was 4 years old. The dental hygienists are very patient and kind. They makes things as easy and fun as possible. From portable X-rays to fun toothpaste flavors while cleaning…they definitely cater to kids and what they like. Still can’t say my son loves going to the dentist, but at least they make it a painless and easy process. Definitely recommend this dentist!!

My daughter needed sedation for her dental work, and as a mom I was nervous, but the whole team made the experience so easy and stress-free. They were kind, patient, and explained everything step by step so I knew she was in good hands. The sedation went smoothly, my daughter was completely comfortable, and the dental work turned out amazing.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this place. I had to find a dentist for my kids and this location was prompt and immediate with their responses, scheduling appointments. My son had to get 3 silver caps for cavities in the back of his mouth. Dr Spradling was very informative and educated me through the whole process. I highly recommend this location. When you come in for the usual dental checkup you will be in and out. The staff is very nice and friendly. Thank you so much PDS!

We see Dr Brantley Sr and he’s always asking how my son is, and what’s going with him. He’s genuinely a very nice man. We always feel well taken care of at PDS. Front staff has a smile on their face and it’s a very clean facility. I will miss them when we move! They’ve been excellent!

We went through a few dentists where my daughter wouldn’t even sit in the chair because she was so uncomfortable to now my daughter being excited to go to the dentist. We went yesterday and on the way home she asked why she had to wait until June to go back lol

Positive experience: I am very pleased with my visit today 8/21/2025 when I was referred out by my daughter's dentist. My daughter has ADHD and Sensory conditions that don't allow for the dentist she is currently at to help with the best pediatric Care in her case to keep her still. My daughter's current dentist is super great as well in helping get her the upmost care that she deserves! I am 90% worry free because I am a mother I will always worry about my children no matter what other than that I am happy to be going here for her since I needed her to go where I am going to get her teeth looked at for her issues she has gotten in the earliest convenience for us! Then I was able to get her checked out at a consultation for this dentist clinic pretty fast since other bookings to get her teeth looked at for the issues would not be for several months this was great talking with the dentist Dr. Spratling to get the full on help I needed for her care which made me happy that they will help with Asthma as well as all the other conditions she has in the best way to make sure she is comfortable for sure and everything is going to be great once this is all taken care of. The reason behind everything being ok to help me worry less they said if my daughter has a lot of pain after this procedure is done. I can always call them back for help! I Will definitely recommend this place for a referral for any dental work that needs to be done, not just a cleaning. This is a great place to be recommended out to and the facility looks so nice and welcoming and my daughter absolutely loved it and all the bright fun colors in their office waiting room!

Fantastic experience: When I say above and beyond I mean ABOVE AND BEYOND! I have a 8 year old son who was diagnosed with Autism and has fought and straight up refused treatment by the dentist at an early age. I had almost given up hope another dentist office recommended this place. His very first visit today and he say in the chair, opened his mouth and had his first set of X-rays done voluntarily! From the Dental Hygienist to Dr. Spratling everyone was so nice, patient, and dedicated to doing their best for all three of my children. 10 out of 10 highly recommend. Thank yall so much!!!!

I knew my daughter would need extensive work done and she’s not a fan of the dentist. The dental hygienist was understanding and sweet and joked with my daughter as she did her work. They created a dental plan that was exactly what we wanted and we are excited to go back!

Fantastic experience: So thankful to have found a patient & kind pediatric dental ofc for my 9-yr-old son who is on the spectrum. Ms. Sandy performed his cleaning and she was the absolute best! She described everything that she was doing to put him at ease, and even let him feel and explore the different tools and cleaning agents that would be used so he knew what to expect. Dr. Will Brantley was just as awesome as he introduced himself to my son and also took his time to explain everything to him. 10/10 recommend for any parent who has special needs children w/anxiety about going to the dentist. My son is already asking when he can go back. Lol!

Fantastic experience: We have been going to Dr Spartling for about 6 or 7 yrs now. When we moved here we prayed to find a really good pediatric specialist and we found him on Fury Ferry! He has always been able to address any issues we have had, from pulling teeth under sedation to cavities, X-rays, cleanliness, spacers. He’s very nice, we have never had any negative experiences with any of the staff. He remembers my kids when we go in there which is very impressive! Highly recommend. Peaceful environment, friendly staff, very clean office. We love them!

They got us in same day for an emergency visit and took amazing care of him while his face was swollen. Absolutely recommend this place for all pediatric dentistry. One thing I really noticed today was the mutual respect between Dr. Will and his assistants. They speak to each other with respect and get everything taken care of.

His staff work together to make sure they stay on time and get to know the patients and assess their needs. They always carry on full conversations with my kids and respond to everything they say making sure they feel heard and like family. That alone shows that they have went over and beyond to ensure my daughter’s dental needs were met. We have been coming do 9 years and haven’t been disappointed not even once. Especially if taking school age children out for a portion of the day. They are wonderful on making sure you are provide a school excuse note. We've always been regulars at the Furys Ferry location, and I can't say enough about the amazing Dr. Spratling and his incredible team! They go above and beyond, even using my son's favorite nickname—it's those little touches that make all the difference!
