Fantastic experience: Visit started off rocky, but ended on a high note. I felt my cleaning was done very thoroughly which I appreciate! The hygienest was pleasant. The 2 young ladies that assisted me at END of the visit had great personalities and really influenced the positive rating. Bedside manner absolutely matters, and could easily sway a person one way or another.

Fantastic experience: The staff was very kind and friendly. I haven't had dental care, so my oral health is very poor. The staff didn't embarrass me or make me feel bad about my situation, they immediately started putting together a plan to help me improve and each person I came in contact with was helpful and caring. I've literally never had medical staff treat me with the level of kindness and consideration I received, I'm recommending this office to everyone I know who needs a judgement-free care team.

Fantastic experience: Let me say just this... THIS WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE TO DATE... I DO NOT like the Dentist at all ❌❌❌. I have not had the best or a good dental experience in a while. Which was Unfortunately prolonging me to just not go. Today I entered New Smiles Dentist nervous with anxiety, but was met with the most friendly young ladies who were so understanding about my dental phobia. They were very patient and kind. Explained everything to me that they were going to do before hand. The hygienist was gentle while still being efficient. My teeth feel great, My gums are not sore. All of these Beautiful ladiesfrom Check-In to the financial lady at the end were top tier chefs kiss. Thank You ladies so very much. I appreciate you and look forward to my next visit❤️
