Staff is so friendly, I had some issues with my insurance and called them and they handled everything and called me back to let me know it was all taken care of. Definitely recommending to my family and friends!

Positive experience: At the end after polishing, I think the dental hygienist probed a minor problem spot that should be totally left alone. ..... it takes a few days to see how my teeth respond to the cleaning so we shall see.

Moderates pain levels so well and watches all signs of discomfort and switches things up and takes breaks when the patient (myself) needs them. Her attention to detail and her memory on who I am and my history and even my family she remembers it all! Can’t say enough amazing things about her and Dundee Family Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this Dental office! Lisa (hygienist) is fantastic! She’s fast and great at cleaning, and super personable which I love! I dislike sitting in the dental chair for too long, and having a great conversation takes my mind off of it all. I can’t rave about her enough! Lisa is amazing! The front desk receptionists are *always* cheerful! (Think Dutch Bro’s employee’s level of cheer!!) Welcoming, organized, and sweet. I’ve been going here for a few years now WITH my SEVEN CHILDREN — and they’ve made life long customers out of us! So kind and gentle with my kids, Dr. B is our favorite, even for a kiddo with past dental trauma/fears from a different practice!!! We are so grateful to this whole office/staff. There is a small room (with a door) that has a tv and toys! So helpful! Not to mention they’ve even gotten me in same day to fix a badly chipped tooth. They do NOT push treatments. (Yay!) I’m super happy with them, and their services.

The hygienist were very good, explain what they were going to do or doing. Cleaning was excellent. Doctor was friendly and recommended treatment and consulted with the hygienist and us. Within a minute or two Maddie joined me in the waiting room and walked me to her exam room. Maddie was wonderful, friendly and polite! Another great experience (except I need a crown)!!!

Fantastic experience: Today I came in for a periodic cleaning and exam, as it had been 6 months since my last preventative care. Great teamwork and professional care as usual! Matti, my DH was new to me and she did a great job. Glad to have her! I received counseling from Dr. Thomas for an implant over 20 years ago, and to this day, he still forwards my x-rays of the implant to the specialist who performed the implant, just so they have a record of how things are going. I can't say enough of the quality of personal care here. You really feel like you are family.

The dental hygienist is thorough, answers my questions and gives good advice. They are friendly, helpful and the “waiting” room (where you do little to no waiting) feels like a living room and is always warm and attractive. This continues to be my most favorite dental office!

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful positive experience at my second visit at Dundee Family Dentistry. Traci, my Hygienist was ever so careful with how she worked on my teeth. She was also interested in what I did for activities and generally a pleasant person to be around,,, almost like catching up with an old friend. I am pretty blessed with good teeth and have a great routine for keeping that way, I actually LIKE going to the dentist. Will be happily back in 6 months.

Fantastic experience: I had been with the same dentist in McMinnville most of my life before his retirement. After becoming an adult and needing to find my own dentist, I bounced around a bit and had some horrible experiences. After marrying my wife and starting with her dentist, Dundee Family, I can say that it is exactly what I was missing all those years! Dr. Thomas is a kind, caring, gentle dentist that makes you feel like you're just visiting a friend and having your teeth checked out. The same can be said for every one of their hygienists. You truly feel like family from the second you walk in the door with friendly banter and genuine questions about you and your family's life. I absolutely highly recommend Dundee Family Dentistry. And that's coming from a guy thats truly hates going to the dentist! Or at least I used to!

I needed quite a few x-rays, but the process was quick and efficient. It’s so refreshing to visit a place where everyone genuinely smiles and goes out of their way to make your visit smooth and comfortable. I’m happy to say this will be the new home for my family’s dental care!

Not only were they able to get me in within 24 hrs of calling, deal with new insurance co. error, the actual visit was as if I had already had a decades long relationship. Fantastic experience: We've been going to Dundee Family dentistry for the past 18 years. They have been a wonderful fit for our family. We've always had Dr Thomas, who we love and trust, but the other dentist saw my kids last time, and he was great, too! We had to use Willamette Dental for 3 years while our kids got braces-- Willamette was GREAT for orthodontics! But we REALLY missed Dundee and are glad to be back!
