Fantastic experience: My appointment was as an emergency patient. Cracked tooth under a loose crown. My regular dentist off for the holidays! They got me in the very next day and was able to resolve my problem at that initial visit! I am very impressed with their service!

Fantastic experience: I've used Dr. Jason Campbell for probably 15 years or so. The last few times I've been there for fillings I have been impressed how amazing! My experience has been. Both times the work has been done very efficiently and both times I leave the office and later that night and the next few days I never even realized that I've been to the dentist because there's no ongoing pain or irritation or issues. He's extremely professional and amazing at what he does. He's also very good at making you feel like you're the only one in the building when he's talking to you. Fantastic experience: I went in for a filling that had fallen out. I called just days before thanksgiving, they were able to get me in the next day. Dr Grimmer and his assistant were great. After analyzing the tooth, there was a chance I may need a root canal due to close proximity of the nerve, he went over the scenarios with me and he was able to successfully put a new filling in the tooth. Him and his team are very professional, the vibe of the office was great and the front desk ladies were very friendly.

I have an autoimmune disease as well as TMJ and he's the first dentist who actually understood everything that could be triggering the TMJ as well as what it and the autoimmune disease are truly doing to my teeth. Fantastic experience: Pro Solutions Dental Group was there for me when I was in desperate need of help. I highly recommend them to anyone! After enduring several days of facial pain I believed to be a sinus infection, I tried to make an emergency appointment at my usual dentist for an exam but was notified that they weren’t able to accommodate me. Thats when I called Pro Solutions Dental Group. After the briefest of holds I was told to come in within the hour for an exam. After a quick 15 minute exam, they were able to determine I needed a root canal and got me in touch with a specialist to address the situation same day. The staff and doctors are kind and compassionate. They are also very transparent and clear about pricing. I’ve made my follow up appointment for my crown and plan to only use this office going forward for any dental needs.

Negative experience: Didn’t give me a price range to get work done, or what needed to be done. Gave me a stint that was worthless, a night guard from Walgreens works better than what he made in 5 min and charged me over $150 for. Not worth the insurance just a trash dentist trying to make as much as he can. If you seem wealthy I’m sure he’ll tell you everything you need done and then some.

Fantastic experience: My first experience with Dr. Campbell & staff was wonderful! Kind & caring & gentle. My tooth broke off and Dr. Campbell reviewed all my options to save the tooth. I decided to have it extracted instead. He prescribed a pill to take 1 hr prior to procedure. That saved me! I was so relaxed. The extraction was done before I knew it! My gum is healing nicely & someone even called 2 days later to check on me and answer any questions! When does that happen? So happy I found a new dentist!

My dental asst Alex and I chatted and started a really positive connection. Hygienist Aaron was very very thorough, gentle, detailed and communicated instructions carefully throughout my cleaning. Fantastic experience: My visit was simply to have Dr. Campbell check the fit of my upper bridge. He did so and happily I got "20 points on my 20 point checkup" but it gave me peace of mind knowing that everything was still fitting properly..... everything is A-OK.....

Fantastic experience: My daughter and I had appointments close together so we sat in on each other's. We were at the office around 2.5 hours and the assistants and the doctor we saw were extremely thorough. This is important to me and I did not see it at the previous dentist we looked at. So first kudos for the great service, and kudos for keeping your patients in the loop. A lot of visits I can see in the next few months, but that's due to being very Leary of dental visits. Fantastic experience: Listen… if you told me two years ago that I’d look forward to going to the dentist, I would’ve laughed, cried, told you that you’d lost your mind, and promptly changed the subject. But here I am, practically skipping into the office like it’s spa day. WHO AM I? Dr. Grimmer is my main man at Pro Solutions Dental and has completely changed how I feel about dental care. This man is kind, gentle, explains everything clearly, and—get this—sings while he works. Not just humming… actual singing! Not only does it help distract you from the whole “sharp tools in your mouth” situation, but the guy has pipes. Bonus points for entertainment value. I didn’t know “being serenaded during a filling” was on my bucket list, but apparently it needed to be, and now it’s checked. I’ve also seen Dr. Farnsworth during a recent emergency (he was so kind and handled it like the pro he is), and Dr. Campbell introduced himself once while decorating the office for Christmas. Yes, decorating. These people don’t just care about your teeth—they care about your spirit. He even thanked me for trusting their team with my care. I mean, who raised these people?! They’re all just the nicest humans. Dr. Grimmer and his assistant Dani are an absolute dream team. The duo you want in your corner when your mouth is numb and you’re unsure if your lip still exists. Fantastic experience: I don't have the words to compliment the staff at Pro Solutions. Dr. Campbell allowed me to be one their patients and I'm glad for the invite. Long story short, the 3D photos depicted I had bone lost and infection to one of my implants. Needless to say, I had surgery yesterday, to remove the Borne Graff & Implant. My attitude was nothing to smile about. I didn't want to go through this year long process again. However, as the tech called my name, she made me smile. During prep, the girls were outstanding getting me ready & keeping me clam. Then it happen, the boss walked in. Dr. Campbell & I had a few words and the think I remember we're all done. My wife was there to pick me up and I'm glad she was. I don't remember thing. LMAO! While watching baseball upon arriving home, I couldn't help to see double through out the game. So, It was cool to watch a double hitter for free & drink a smoothie. I give the staff and Dr. a solid five starts. I would like to give their names, but I can't remember, so please excuse. You all who worked on my are awesome. OK, Dr. Campbell too!

Negative experience: I never post about anything but my experience with them was fine until my broken crown. I've had a crown from them for 2 years it broke because it was to thin and they wanted to charge me $913.00 to redo the crown when it was there fault for making it to thin. I also have had trouble with there billing as well seems like they keep finding ways to keep adding a to a paid bill.

Negative experience: I am still being harassed by this CORRUPT billing machine "dentist office" over threats of mounting late fees over a fictitious bill. To start, I called to clarify that it should be ok to use out of network insurance (United Healthcare and honestly who is out of that network here). The receptionist lied to me point blank saying they would observe the maximum allowed per item by the insurance company but that usually they are well under it. Well they are going after me for about $600 and the maximum allowed for the itemized services for my cleaning would not allow them to exceed $500. This is attached and since then they found another $300 worth to "charge" me for. They try to charge you for everything. The dentist even said that he would charge me a RESEARCH FEE if I wanted him to look up that my implants would be compatible with the size of my roots. Yeah ok... But I would rather hire a dentist who is not trying to charge me extra for use of ChatGPT. I was only expecting to pay about $100 after insurance but instead I paid over $500 on the spot as demanded by the receptionist saying that full payments are due at the time of visit. But guess what, they have my credit card on file and so now they feel like billing me whatever they want. I have to cancel my cards now. Admittedly, it's only about $70 extra now but it is the principle of it, and I will take them to court if needs be over that because this is wrong. My only guess is that this is that "research fee". The receptionist also told me it's a common practice for dentists to use nitrous oxide at the end of the day at to wind down, in an effort to convince me that there is no neurological damage from it, as they all laughed at me for doing my own research. Both unprofessional and very concerning, but it explains a lot! I made a huge mistake walking into your dentist office, now leave me alone and stop trying to bill me for unsolicited research. I paid in full at the counter, and it was already 3.8x what was allowed by the insurance company.

Positive experience: COMMERCIALS! The office is beautiful and they have these little TV monitors showing nice aerial photography. However, they can't be bothered to pay $14 a month for YouTube Premium, and I was bombarded by ads the entire time and I still cannot get these ads out of my head. It made me very uncomfortable and I am unlikely to return. I need major reconstructive dental surgery and I am shopping elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I thought I had a tooth break within a crown and they made me feel really comfortable and I enjoyed meeting Dr. Grimmer. He made me feel non-anxious like I normally do when I go to the dentist. His assistant was amazing too, they were both very informative of my dental issue.

Fantastic experience: I came to pro solutions dental in a tough spot with some teeth that were really bothering me. After a few min and xrays. They handled business and with minimal pain. Before I new it, teeth are out and planning next step, the relief.. Amazing people and pride themselves in taking care of you. Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Dr Campbell since 1995. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, professional and listens. Aaron is my hygienist now and is great. Rocky is a hoot and will be a terrific hygienist when she finishes school. Juliann is special and front desk folks are friendly and helpful also. Still the Best!!

Negative experience: This is so unfortunate, I love the dentist but do not like the billing policies. I was quoted a different price every time I went in for a procedure. At the end of the visit it was hundreds more. Example: I went in and was told the visit would be $700. Upon leaving I was charged $1,400 and sent to another office for a root canal. The root canal was $2,000. So I was hit with more than triple the cost I had anticipated . I do understand that the root canal needed to be done and wasn’t foreseen. However, the $700 to $1,400 didn’t make any sense. The last straw was being charged for my daughter’s cleaning. She is double covered with dental insurance. I have never had to pay out of pocket for a cleaning on her. After her double coverage I was still charged $60 for a basic cleaning. The billing department is incredibly misleading. I was told they accepted both insurance policies and they were in network. Turns out that was misinformation, both policies are out of network. I definitely would not recommend.

Negative experience: I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience at this dental office left me feeling frustrated, especially regarding how they handle the financial aspects. Before scheduling my appointment, I called to confirm that my insurance was accepted and in-network, and I was assured that it was. Based on that information, I booked my appointment. Typically, I don’t have a copay with my insurance, so when I arrived and there was no copay required before the appointment, everything seemed fine. However, after a very brief consultation—where the dentist simply tapped my tooth and immediately recommended a root canal—I was informed that I had a $50 copay. Had I been made aware of this beforehand, as I normally would be, I would have reconsidered scheduling the appointment, especially since it didn’t result in any actual treatment and felt like a waste of my time. I’ve been struggling financially, so that $50 copay was a significant concern for me. To make matters worse, two months later, I received a call saying I owed an additional $64 because the office was not in-network with my insurance, meaning my visit wasn’t covered as I was originally told. I’m extremely disappointed with how this office operates, especially with the misleading information about insurance coverage and the lack of transparency regarding costs. The entire experience felt like a waste of time and money. On a positive note, the dentist was friendly during the short time I saw him, but unfortunately, that doesn’t make up for the overall negative experience. I won’t be returning to this office.

Fantastic experience: What a great office. The staff is lovely, welcoming and state of the art. I had a nasty molar that had to be extracted. Not fun. Dr. Grimmer and his assistant Danny took care of me. They were lovely and efficient. I had several shots of novocaine and couldn’t feel them-always the worst part of a dental visit. It wasn’t a walk in the park but I knew I was in good hands and I recommend this office highly.
