Fantastic experience: Everything about Dr. Poole's office is just so comforting. From the light and cheerful office decor, the reception area/waiting room, then the entire staff. Andrea is my hygienist, she is so gentle. Andrea is very personable and wants to make people comfortable. And Dr Poole, is a true southern gentleman. Very easy to talk with and very caring to his patients. And last but not least the office therapy dog. She is adorable. 9/23/24 Had a bad weekend with a mouth emergency!! Suspect, on my part, a bad tooth. Dr Poole said tooth looked good, but office set up appt for consult for eval. If root canal needed. Giving 3 weeks, if needed. But, I was instructed to call if pain got worse. They are SO CARING.

Fantastic experience: I am really impressed by this young man. During my visit today, I observed him being courteous and responsive with his staff which earned him my respect. Additionally, his care for me over this past year has been in line with my expectations. I am looking forward to continued good care from his practice.

Negative experience: I wish I had gone with my first instinct of the doctor. I really liked the office and hygienists so I talked myself into keeping an appointment for filling cavities. When I was experiencing extreme pain for the procedure done, I called three times over the next six days, and the last call resulted in the dentist’s answer being to remove the tooth he worked on?!?! He didn’t request me to come back in to see where the pain was coming from, to take X-rays to see if there was infection (after I told him I am susceptible to them), and didn’t even get on the phone to relay his course of action. I only spoke with the ladies at the front desk. I ended up contacting a specialist oral surgeon. They inspected the teeth worked on, found no pain coming from them, which is what I had tried relay over the phone to Dr Poole, and found the pain was radiating from my muscle in my jaw from a needle meant to numb pain. Most likely case, the doctor went too far and the muscle was the reason the pain is so intense. My original appointment was on the 6th of November and I’m still waking up every morning at 2 to 3 in the morning in enough pain I can’t sleep. I would recommend a different dentist for anyone who asked unfortunately.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely adore the people here. I’m greeted, by my name, right as I’m walking in the door. The setup is small and quaint but don’t let that fool you. Once greeted, you are checked in and offered a beverage(water, coffee), I normally decline but it’s so sweet. Then you sit in the adjacent little “cozy nook” area to wait. There is always something interesting on, though I’ve never asked, I’m sure if I wanted to watch something else they would change it. That’s just the genuine vibe from the moment you get there. Now getting called back, the whole building is basically the practice. Hidden behind walls and decor that I normally see in a nice hotel or restaurant, not a dentist’s office. Just rooms and rooms. He has area’s dedicated to certain aspects of the practice, big tvs and a cute little window to see outside, of course he has a computer like screen underneath showing his staff and the accomplishments of him and his team, as well as before and after pictures of his patients. I literally can’t recommend this dentist enough! I could go on and on about the little things I’ve seen from being there and following the social’s of how much he puts back into our community throughout the entire year. Seriously, if you are skeptical, follow his fb and instagram account's, I promise you will click that link to at least check them out.

Fantastic experience: I recently moved to Anderson from Tampa, Florida. I found Dr. Poole online. Was I ever lucky! Andrea cleaned my teeth, and she is the most amazing dental hygienist I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I am seventy-six years old and I had never before experienced a dental hygienist who is anywhere near as talented as Andrea. I met Dr. Poole and he could not have been more helpful. He encouraged me to use the bite splint which was prescribed and made for me by my former dentist in Tampa. He was also kind enough to recommend restaurants in Anderson that I might like. All in all this was a wonderful experience. I will definitely be back for a teeth cleaning every six months!

Fantastic experience: I had an issue with one of my teeth and called Dr. Poole's denist office to see if they could see me as a new patient. Dr. Poole's staff got me in right away. I fully expected to have an exam, get x-rays, then have to schedule a return visit to fix my tooth - but I was pleasently wrong! Dr Poole and his fantastic staff explained my options and costs of each option as I could either fix the cavity or get a crown since part of the old filling had fallen out. I opted to just fix the current issue, schedule a teeth cleaning, and then get the crown work done. Dr Poole was very flexible with my plans and filled the current cavity with zero pain while I was there. I am so happy that I found Dr Poole and his staff - they are great! What very little time I did have to wait, I really enjoyed watching the bird feeder just outside the window as birds were constantly flying back and forth feeding - it was relaxing!

Fantastic experience: Moving from one state to another with all the responsibilities of finding everything you need to live there. I found Dr. Poole on FB by reading all the reviews on dentist for the area. It’s just like you hear word of mouth. The staff are all very professional and nice to be around. I like the cooking show on the TV, the reggae on the speakers, the bird feeder at the window, and I could listen to my podcast during it with my airpods in. Fantastic experience: They truly aren’t enough words to tell you how pleasantly surprised I was with my visit to Dr. Preston Poole’s office. I did not make my decision lightly and did quite a bit of research before making my first appointment for today. There were several staff members upfront and each one of them, lifted their head up, smiled and greeted me as if we already knew each other. Every staff member that I encountered prior to meeting the dentist was the same, came in and said hello, introduced themselves, probably 10 staff members in total I met. The office is stunning and has such a wonderful hometown feeling that’s not something you get often in a medical office. When Dr. Poole came in, he immediately shook my husband and my hand, introduced himself and called me by name. He took so much time with me explaining procedures, and answering every one of my questions. I definitely left there with a smile on my face, knowing that I had made the right choice to be seen in that office. From my initial phone call, to my appointment, and the aftercare, I give 10/10 stars. The office is so well done and inviting. I usually have anxiety at the dentist however, the front desk staff and the atmosphere made the experience less stressful. They were very transparent about my options and pricing. The dental hygienist was knowledgeable and I felt like I was in good hands. Dr. Poole called me the day after my procedure to check to see how I was doing, so thoughtful & caring. So glad I found Dr. Poole and his team to care for my dental needs. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Poole and staff were very friendly and professional. The atmosphere was calm and cozy. It made my nerves fall away. I liked that everyone called me by my name everytime they spoke to me. Also, the dentist chair was amazingly comfy. I watched birds out the window eating out of a bird feeder. Even saw a hummingbird. My favorite. I told the ladies up front as I was leaving that I could come back daily due to the friendliness and how calming the office was. It smelled so good, too. Very HAPPY with my choice to go here!!! Loved the saying SMILE on the bathroom floor.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Poole and his staff are friendly, professional, efficient and effective and highly recommend this practice. We are new to the area, and they asked the right questions, gathered needed information and jumped right into my dental needs. They have state of the art equipment and provide care in a very nice office.

Fantastic experience: I just continue to be blown away by everything about Dr. Preston Poole’s office. You are immediately greeted by wonderful receptionists into an immaculately clean and comfortable waiting area. My appointment began promptly “as scheduled” and ended even quicker due mainly by the “Knowledgeable, Caring, Gentle, Professional Staff… ” I highly recommend this office to everyone I know and for all your dental needs!!!! Fantastic experience: The entire staff is amazing! Everyone was friendly and welcoming. This was my first visit but they greeted me right away when I walked in. The hygienist explained everything to me very thoroughly. I would recommend Dr. Poole to anyone.
