Fantastic experience: I’ve gone here since I was a kid with my first cavity. The staff here is beyond friendly, helpful and make the dentist not feel like a “dentist” If you have fear of the dentist, go here. They are very welcoming and the front staff is beyond wonderful. Thank you all for taking care of my teeth as well as all my family.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about my care at ADC. Dr. Brandon and his staff have been the absolute best. I have a few issues with dental work and the entire staff has made my visits this past year and half very comforting and at ease. Never have they made me feel like I'm a 'bad' patient for some of my troubles....They make it easy to keep my appointments! Thanks ADC and Dr. Brandon for all you have done for me! See you in 2 weeks for a bit more work... Update 4/29/21 Saw Jamie today, my dental hygienist. I’ve found a jem! You could not ask for a better person. She is kind, gentle and caring. The 3 things you need when going through a teeth cleaning appointment. I will say it again you can not go wrong with Associated Dental Care of Helena, Dr Brandon and his team! Updated 1/07/26 Had a some crow prep work done today and Kara was absolutely the best. I have an issue when I'm in the chair and she did her best to make me comfortable as possible. It was a long morning but the entire team at ADCofH made my day the best possible given the situation... And of Course Dr. Brandon is the best in his field!! -don

Fantastic experience: I was away from home, for business in Helena when I needed some urgent care. ADC happened to have a cancellation and booked me in right away. The appointment and paperwork was conducted entirely online and I was taken care of as soon as I showed up. The care I received was highly competent and personable. I am deeply grateful . Thank you.

Fantastic experience: At my appointment today I revealed a health issue that prevented me from having the scheduled cleaning with Brittney. She was very professional and understanding. She talked with the dentist and they decided that it would be best if I waited 3 months for the cleaning. We rescheduled for April. I appreciate their professionalism and care. Brittney also answered any questions I had and helped me to resolve them. Thank you.

Negative experience: I have been a patient for decades. Previously I had work insurance. Now I have Medicaid. I just received a letter that they will not see me anymore due to ‘not being able to sustain their practice’ if they see Medicaid patents. Many others manage to do it. Thanks a lot, I hope you all stay rich enough.

Staff is genuine and interested in the process--interested in the patient's experience from start ro finish. They worked me into their schedule very quickly, used state of the art equipment to diagnose and explain the problem, and seem very knowledgeable and competent in every respect. Everyone in the office was personable, friendly, and respectful.

Fantastic experience: My appointment was for a long overdue cleaning due to surgery. Amy is always friendly and compassionate about my sensitivity, and does everything she can to make me comfortable. Negative experience: Turned into a TOTAL disaster after about a year of beautiful teethNow retired, The owner did a poor job which started going bad after a year because of an infection he caused on my gums! I am now about to lose my 4 front teeth, have been to 4-5 perios, 2 root canal docs, and 3 cosmetics - all point out the mistakes made and none have solutions. Teeth have turned brownish and crooked, 6 yrs later! Fantastic! The facilities, the friendly staff, and the level of expertise of the dentists is way above average! I have been coming here for several years all the way from Virginia!!!!

Before anyone even looks in your mouth they explain what they will do and why. I will never look forward to my next dental appt. But now when I go, I will have no fear. Good people. Fantastic experience: Associated Dental is always professional, has great dentists and staff, and explains all procedures well. I have been going to them for many years. I would highly recommend them. Their care is exceptional. I am updating my review because I had more dental work done. I had several old fillings that needed to be replaced and one tooth with a filling that was severely cracked. Dr. Allen Johnson was able to save the cracked tooth and put a crown on it. The crown fits perfectly, so it is very comfortable and I no longer feel like I have to baby that tooth. The numbing process was fairly comfortable because Dr. Johnson went slow. I sincerely appreciated that! However, the best thing that happened to me with this whole process was getting my front two teeth crowned. They were chipped and had a small gap between them, but Dr. Johnson came up with a plan to make them look great. My new front teeth crowns are comfortable and look very natural. If you didn't know I had issues with them before, you wouldn't be able to tell that they have crowns on them. I would HIGHLY recommend Associated Dental to take care of your dental needs. Yes, dental procedures are expensive, but I've found Associated Dental to be priced about the same as other places, but with very high quality work.

Fantastic experience: I can never say enough nice things about Dr Brandon Kiesling. He is always kind, patient, and makes you feel extremely comfortable while explaining everything. I reallly appreciate the care he provides. I also had a great experience with a new dental assistant I saw recently, where I was with a different dentist while Dr K was away, and after feeling a little confused with some news, she took the time to explain to me what was going on, even pulling out a dental book and showing me pictures. She really went above and beyond.!

I was impressed with the thorough exam, including BP check, head and neck cancer screening, periodontal assessment and exam of my current overall dental health! Fantastic experience: I have Anxiety about going to the dentist. But everyone at Associated Dental Care in Helena, MT. Are very understanding and do everything they can to help you relax and not make a trip to the Dentist not as scary as before.

Fantastic experience: I broke a bridge and didnt have a local dentist. They were able to get me in quickly and spent time discussing the various options available. I was very comfortable with them and will continue to see them for all my future dental needs.

Negative experience: I have been a patient here for the last 7 years. I called Monday morning with Dental pain and was told that they would “talk with my provider to see if he could fit me in sometime in the next week otherwise I would just need to go to an urgent care”. Today I made an appointment with a new dental office that can get me in today for this dental emergency. In the past I have had only good things to say about Associated Dental and have even referred friends there. However, over the last year they have cancelled hygienist appointments twice and the next available offered to me was 4 months out. I think they are too busy to care about loyal customers. I have moved on.

Fantastic experience: I live in Chicago and come all the way to Helena for my dental work. That’s how good Dr Keisling is. I have never been disappointed. I highly recommend Asociated Dental Care of Helena.

Negative experience: Not happy at all! Got a quote for fixing my teeth. It was $13,000!! They must drive BMW's! I ain't paying for their car payments! Hubby just got back from there to have a crown reattached. Of course they couldn't use the same crown! They wouldn't make their car/house payment that way. $800+ to get a new crown! Ridiculous!! Avoid them at all costs or it will cost you!!

Fantastic experience: I spent a good 6 months looking at Helena's dental practices, reading reviews and making a decision regarding which one would be best suited for me --- I'd put off going to the dentist for quite some time (nerves and all). I made the decision to see Dr. Ingrid McLellan and have been beyond happy with my choice!!! From the welcoming and knowledgeable staff, to the comforting and amazing hygienists, to Dr. McLellan who listens, gives suggestions/advice, is patient and always makes you feel relaxed --- I have found my place!!! Every time I go there, I leave feeling grateful for them!!! My dudiligence in taking the time to research my dentist.......was worth it!!!! Positive experience: Been going here for over 2 years after leaving Seattle. After a while I felt the care was sub-standard, they could never get my crown right and the night guard never fit. They also wanted to nickel and dime you on everything, I thought the dental hygienist was awesome though.

Negative experience: The care and service was great. I am giving 2 stars because of the cost. After the initial exam, it was recommended that I receive a gum treatment. While sitting in the chair, I asked what that would cost. They told me that they would be able to tell me at the desk when I leave but that it should be similar to what a cleaning would be. I asked if most insurances covered the treatment and they said yes they cover it as a cleaning. I proceeded with the cleaning and the treatment. When I received my bill there were X-rays on there that my insurance didn’t cover and I was never informed they were being taken. After insurance coverage I still owed them close to $500. That was much more than I was expecting to pay considering I had asked ahead of time what the cost would be and they made it seem minimal. I felt very deceived. I even contacted my insurance to make sure there wasn’t a mistake. I made a couple of payments because I couldn’t pay it up front because I had just paid them over $1,000 for fillings as well. When I was unable to pay it all up front they sent me harassing letters and voicemails threatening to turn me into collections. I made the payments in 2 installments and was as timely as I could be. I understand their policy is up front payment, however, it’s difficult to adhere to that when they aren’t upfront about the cost. Again, great service but make sure you get written quotes before agreeing to any service.

Fantastic experience: Traveling thru Helena, lost a veneer. Associated Dental got me right in to re-attach veneer. Staff and Dentist were all extremely friendly. Seemed like the kind of place I would choose for a family dentist if I lived in Helena.

Fantastic experience: Associated Dental has renewed my faith in dentists. I am currently in the process of replacing all of my lower teeth with implant attached dentures. The dentures look and feel great. The implants are in and healing, awaiting final attachment. Everyone at the office is friendly and professional, the Doctors are very good at what they do. At every step of this extensive process I have been comfortable and confident in their abilities. From cleanings to extensive oral surgery, I highly recommend Associated Dental!
