Fantastic experience: As a new patient to this office I had my 1st visit today. This is a clean and comfortable facility. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I saw Dr Fletcher and Brandy they and the whole team took very good care to explain what was happening today and explained my plan they had for set up for me in the future. They gave me a print out of that plan as well as any co-pays I may have. Thank you to all.

Everyone at West Dover Dental is understanding & kind. They make you feel comfortable. The Dentist was Great! She spoke to me then proceeded to extract my tooth which she done with ease.

I met my new Dentist Dr. K a wonderful dentist, very patient, kind , great advice and she cares. Please forgive me but the 1st young lady, the 2nd young lady and Ms. Rose was so nice I loved them and the entire staff. The office is breathtaking beautiful inside. Fantastic experience: We been going to West Dover now for more than 3 years and it has been a good experience so far. The staff is professional and helpful.The nurses are also friendly and treat my daughter with great care. If they have any cancelled apts, they will call you and give you an earlier date. They make dental appointment fun for kids with little rewards.

Negative experience: I am uninsured and don't have a lot of money. I came to this practice believing they would be a more budget-friendly option for some simple dental work that I needed to have done, unfortunately this is not true. I originally went there to get a cavity filled, and then schedule a regular dental cleaning after that, because a bit of tartar on the surface on of my bottom front teeth. After filling the cavity, they REFUSED to schedule a regular cleaning for me, with their excuse being that they wanted to do a full set of 18 individual x-rays and a full series treatment plan for me, that would've cost me FAR more than I can afford (especially since I'm paying out of pocket) and reexplained to them that I am uninsured and cannot afford a full series treatment plan, they didn't care, and still refused to do it. They had NO respect for my input as a patient on what I wanted done (just a regular ordinary dental cleaning), and they gave me NO agency over my own treatment! I will NOT be returning to them EVER again, they have forever lost a potential customer because of their stubborn refusal to do what any other practice should be able to do (a regular dental cleaning). I HIGHLY suggest that you avoid this practice if you care about having any form of input and agency over your own treatment, and just want to schedule some simple dental work to be done (a regular dental cleaning, or filling a single cavity you spotted), they'll refuse to do it, and try to strongarm you into far more expensive long-term treatment plans.

Transferred from American Dental where the staff there dont care about your anxiety over dental work and constantly have attitude. Especially now that they are in network with Delta Dental I would suggest West Dover Dental to anyone who needs an office they can feel at home at!

Teeth brushing has been a big hurdle for us and I had a pit in my stomach thinking about taking my 3 yr old to the dentist. But from the moment we walked in, they were kind, patient, and truly understanding — especially when it came to sensory needs. They took such thoughtful care of my daughter, and what I expected to be a really hard experience turned out to be a positive one. If you have kids who need sedation dentistry and are nervous about the dentist — especially those with sensory sensitivities — I can’t recommend Weston Dental enough!

Negative experience: I arrived 20 minutes prior to my childs appointment checked in and had no forms to fill out. We waited a whole hour before being called back, and that was after I went to the front desk to ask what the long wait was for while people who were coming in later after us were being called back before us and out the door. Once getting into exam room we waited another 20-25 minutes before anyone came in to see us. It was really unprofessional and Never will I be come back.

Negative experience: Have been taking my son here for about 2 years overall good experience, but after today I decided to move my son to a dentist closer to where we live. If you decide to come here just a heads up they have a strict attendance policy. They send reminder texts and calls for appointments, but if you dont respond to confirm the appointment by 1pm the day before they will cancel and you have to reschedule. If you reschedule 2 times in a short period they will terminate you from the practice. And they allow a 10 minute grace period for appointments, if show up after that they will not see you and you have to reschedule. This happened to me today. I work full time and my schedule can change sometimes. I was off so I made the appointment for today at 9:20. I live about 15 mins away so I left around 8:50. Normally we would have been there about 5-10 mins early. Unfortunately I didnt know about the construction going on on McKee rd. Since I hardly ever go that direction. We got stuck in a stand still and as a result we got to the appointment at 9:34 and at check in they go this appointment was for 9:20 and we only allow a 10 min grace period. So unfortunately we cant take you today. I understand this is a business and I was late, but you're dealing with children and life happens. Ive also read other reviews from others who had similar situations happen. So basically just never have any emergencies, ilnesses, or deaths in your life and this office should work for you. The place im transferring to is fairly new, but less than 5 mins away. I did go over the policy at this new place and sounds strict as well, but at least we are a lot closer so shouldn't have a problem being on time. What is it about pediatric dentistry that requires such rigid policies? Someone phrased it perfectly in a review here that they are missing the CARE in healthcare. Strange to want to work with children and families but lack the understanding and compassion to do so.

Negative experience: Hygienist was good but their billing and office staff was terrible. Ended up being out of pocket about $500 for an appt and I had insurance. They said they would run it and I’d get a check for the reimbursement. Found out they never processed it and they were no help getting resolved. I should have never paid it but believed I’d get reimbursed.

Fantastic experience: I don’t have the best track record with going to the dentist, so I was a little nervous walking in—but this office completely changed that for me. From the moment I stepped through the door, the front desk staff made me feel so welcomed and at ease. Everyone I interacted with had excellent customer service and took the time to explain things clearly. I wish I remembered the name of the assistant (will update once I do!) because she was truly amazing—so kind and reassuring. The dental hygienist was also incredibly friendly and patient, and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. Thank you Dr. Redden(dentist) and I hope you aren’t limping for long. A huge thank you to West Dover Dental for creating such a warm and professional environment. This was one of the best dental experiences I’ve had and it was only a new patient appointment. Negative experience: If your dentist or hygienist tells you something inconsistent to any previous offices you visited, please get a second opinion. I was a new patient a while ago, and I had been in and out of ortho appointments and the dentists office for years due to hypodontia and never had concerns for my teeth or gum health. My hygienist diagnosed me with periodontitis which shocked me, She did not tell me about any upkeep at home or referred me to a periodontist. My gums and teeth were not inspected doctor. Instead I was created a $1000+ plan (with insurance) to treat this serious gum disease, have 3 cavities filled, and be referred to a consultation to have molars (not wisdom teeth) removed. I was crushed by this news and visibly upset, only to hear ladies in the back talking about me after whoever seen me walked out, which made me feel great. I took it upon myself to see an office in Middletown with a reputable doctor, because the severity of the diagnosis did not match this offices approach. My hygienist did the same gum check and told me there was absolutely nothing abnormal about my gums. The doctor came in and did the same review and they both looked at the same X-rays only to confirm I had no bone loss and no disease was present in my teeth, except I had impacted wisdom teeth, and I need one filling and to maintain my current oral hygiene practices. Without a second opinion I would have paid hundreds of dollars to treat a disease I didn’t even have. The receptionists were nice and caring is the only good thing I can say about this place.

Negative experience: They are the worst they did not do one thing they charge me 579 and now they’re going to shit my wages after four visits doing absolutely no dental work in my mouth. Every visit was some type of exam. I still have the same 4 cavities I came there with. Never made no types of plans to fix the cavities that are in the front of my mouth is the exact reason I went there…they just keep doing unnecessary shit, trying to charge me up. I’m reporting them to the better business bureau

Fantastic experience: My crowns came in two weeks early and I received that whootie who call to come in and get fitted. It felt like the fast track lane at Disney World, but the ladies worked their magic. They sprinkled that Pixie Dust and squeezed me in just after lunch. I appreciated the lifeline and warm fuzzy, because it is miserable when your mouth does not work and cheese steaks are texting your phone! Thanks West Dover!

Positive experience: I was a patient here but decided to move to an office closer to home, when I saw the difference of quality I decided I wanted to come back despite the distance. I made an appointment at west Dover 7 months in advance only to find out the day of my appt that I had to get “approved” by the doctor to come back. I wish they would’ve told me when I booked this appt 7 months ago and not the day of.

Positive experience: the tech taking the pictures was patient and nice with me taking the x-rays.. it was a process for me im not a fan of the dentist! she was great! Both the gum specialist and doctor had good nice demeanor.. only wish someone told me i wasn’t actually getting a cleaning the same time so i didn’t have to take off more time from work, that was annoying and not explained. one of the best parts was the end the receptionist (with the braces..sorry i didn’t get a name) she called me by the name i preferred and was soooo nice of her to go that extra mile!!! seriously warm and felt like a friend.. she explained everything that would happen and payment and reassured me of the process and said it’s a process but we are here to help you every step! it was so nice serious thank you hunny for being so nice!!! she even got me back in for my cleaning within the week so that was so sweet of her!

Fantastic experience: Omg I LOVE MY DENTIST! The staff makes my feel valued! I had a dispute about unknown billing that I didn't know were estimated. They fairly resolved it (somewhat) in my consideration and theirs. The staff remembered me. Dr Fletcher made me feel like I was her one and only patient. One of the staff actually greeted me by name sorry I can't remember her name but she had respectfully yet professionally blue locks. Her greeting me by my name meant the world to me. If I had millions I would pay it all to this business. In which all of my grandchildren and family patronize an you guys don't even know it. I want to have a I love my dentist t-shirt. It brings me to tears how all of the staff I mean ALL made me feel during this challenging time in my life! Everybody makes eye contact. I must not forget the lady who checked me in I talked to her on the she explained every thing and my God she was awesome, and was so patient with me with my questions so I had a better understanding how you all needed to take all my money to get the service I needed. And even at checkout I understand that I might have to be a 60 year old stripper. I am a business woman currently in distress, but any dental issues I have for the rest of my life, will be done by this place! Keep up the good work!. Fantastic experience: Excellent dental office! The staff is beyond fantastic, nice and so pleasant. My kids actually enjoyed going to the dentist and this was their first time at their new dentist office and didn’t hate it like the prior dentist they had. 100% recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I went there for my daughter’s first dental appointment and absolutely loved them. From the activities in the waiting room to the super nice staff to the most calm and knowledgeable dentist. She did so well and how they handle each step from when you walk in to walk out is organized and easy to maneuver around even when you’ve never been there before. Thank you for making her first time a good time and she wants to come back again!

Fantastic experience: Everyone there goes out of their way to make you feel like family. I went there to get information on the yearly dental plan and the two young ladies at the front desk were very pleasant and made me feel like I wasn't a bother. I had an appointment within 2 weeks of my decision to join their practice. My hygienist and Doctor went out of their way to address my concerns and provided me valuable options. I must admit I'm looking forward to my next appointment. This practice reminds me of my old dentist who knew you by name and would spend time with you just to chit chat before bidding you farewell. Whether they like it or not, I'm a patient until they don't want me anymore.

Negative experience: I made an appointment with this facility in late October. I spoke with Evelyn, & was told that I should check back with them, after purchasing insurance, to make sure that it was accepted. I did just that!!! I had multiple conversations with staff members during this process. To my knowledge, I was set up, with insurance, for my appointment on December 3rd. Of course, this date falls the week following Thanksgiving, this year. I got a HUGE surprise when I was told by Rena that my appointment had been CANCELLED, without any contact with me ... without my knowledge or consent... after I had purchased insurance, specifically for that appointment!!! Now, these folks won't treat me at all!! Word to the wise, be like me and take your dental needs elsewhere!!! ✌️
